The bar was well stocked, breakfast was good, and the property was fabulous!

Room was fine. Needed some work. Staff poolside was terrible.

Check in time is 4 pm and out at noon, so not a full day, although we could get in early. Valet parking at $70 but underground is around $20-30 a day. No 24 hour coffee, but lobby coffee starts at 6, and Ascension Cafe across the courtyard is excellent and opens at 6:30. Beautiful venue and convenient to many restaurants (walking distance) as well as a convenience store. Room closet was too short for a long dress. Bed and ac were great.

Services and accommodations met our expectations wonderfully well.

I was traveling for work, and I thought it might be nice to take my wife to an expensive resort hotel. For a nice romantic weekend getaway. The value wasnt there. I was expecting more for $500 a night, plus $190 in resort fees. WHERE WAS THE RESORT? The bar didn't have the alcohol I wanted for a drink.The hotel was hard to navigate around, parking is difficult and expensive. I have stayed at better hotels for less money.

Unfortunately bar service needs to step up their game. Very slow & limited staffing was not the issue. Just plain sub -standard service for an upscale hotel.

The hotel decided to do kitchen renovations from 11pm until 1:30 am on a Monday evening. Cutting tile, hammering, dropping things. The noise was incessant. The hotel was beautiful. It would have been nice to be able to sleep there. Our room also never got below 73 degrees, which also made it difficult to sleep. The staff was friendly and understanding, but it wasn’t a good experience.

Rafael at the front was excellent in providing us a wonder birthday experience. The hotel was in a fun vibe area that was walkable with lots of great restaurants and bars. They even had a surprise cheesecake piece for my birthday in the room waiting. Thanks Rafael - your the best.

The hotel was in a great location and the room was great. The only issue I had was a $75 overnight Valet charge.

Rooms need to be updated— shower curtains need mold treatment. HVAC needs mold abatement. New carpet needed.

It has been my favorite hotel in Dallas and top 5 nationwide for a long time. They have improved their customer service since my last stay. The change was noticeable and the experience was sublime.

It was such a beautiful hotel. The gym was amazing! The room was beautiful. The pool however, was small and there were very few chairs (8-10). For that size of a hotel, they need a larger pool and more chairs in the pool area.

The energy around the place was amazing too. Would def stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was very comfortable and clean. Good sleeping in a well made bed with cozy bedding. Luscious towels! Room service was delicious and above and beyond service. Our room was not ready until 6:30pm they made my wife get ready at the spa downstairs , if you are going to charge what you you charge per room the least you can do is have room ready at check in time , pretty basic stuff

Well it wasn’t an upgrade my kids had to sleep on the sofa bed NO pillows and they had bars in their back all night long The bathroom was good The view sucked it was the dirty courtyard

The check-in was easy and location was great. There’s a coffee shop right across which serves breakfast I would highly recommend the slow drip coffee, and if you have drinks at the hotel bar, definitely get the one with the cotton candy on top. It’s delicious!

The bar staff was excellent. Other than that this place was a complete joke. Out of their control there was no hot water (on Valentines weekend) they lied about why or when it would be back on. We paid over $1600 for two nights and I was literally brutalized the last night by the young uneducated front desk girl and told I could leave I’ve never stayed at this hotel before and normally stay downtown or uptown in an equally high end hotel. I’m filing complaints with this service as well as their management company. Pathetic and if I could get my money back I would. NEVER AGAIN

We loved our stay with Cresent. First time to visit. Staff was great and.very thoughtful. We came for.our anniversary. I spoke to Wilda when i called to ask.a few questions about bruch ideas. She's the best. We arrived to find strawberries and champagne in our room. We will definitely be back!

Just a beautiful place

Room service...10:15 pm after 3 attempts over 30 minutes someone finally answered the phone...but only after I contacted the front desk. There are several premier hotel alternatives nearby.

We got there at 4:15, and did not get a room until 6:00, probably would have been longer if I were not so persistent. We selected this hotel because it was walking distance to AAC. We missed half of first period of hockey game because we were waiting for our room. Thsi was my 25th anniversary, and instead of getting a nice dinner we ate concession food.

Pool was closed. Not good. Staff was great.
