Room was large , lots of dust and food bits on carpet. Broken water tank in coffee machine. Flickering light in bathroom. Pool area very dirty, stained cushions and lots of seed pods falling from tree and not cleared up so you trod on them. All loungers had seed pods falling/ leaves.

The cups in the room were dirty and so was the bathroom floor. And the Netflix wasn’t working it kept saying connection issues. Ans when we called the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

What I enjoyed most was the hotel’s location. The lobby was beautiful, very clean, and smelled amazing upon arrival. The food was also very good, although a bit pricey. Most importantly, the staff overall was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The noise level throughout the hotel was extremely loud, and we could hear everything happening in the hallways. There appeared to be a large soccer tournament taking place, with many children running around, which made it difficult to relax. The rooms and bathrooms are also in need of some upgrades, as several areas felt outdated. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the elevator shafts made loud unsettling noises that were honestly a bit concerning. The parking fee of $30 per night was also far too expensive, especially on top of an already high room rate. Additionally, the $200 hold placed on the card was excessive, as the standard amount is usually around $100. Breakfast service was another disappointment. Although the restaurant was not busy, the wait time was excessively long and left us with only 30 minutes before checkout. I had requested a late checkout the night before, yet by the time we returned from breakfast, our room keys had already been deactivated, which was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, our waiter barely checked on us during breakfast while appearing very attentive and accommodating to the other two tables nearby. It honestly felt as though we had been forgotten. Overall, the experience was okay, but the lack of attentiveness was a bit disappointing and ultimately caused us to feel rushed during checkout.

this was an amazing stay! booked for a girls trip and was extremely content. the staff, service, amenities, the different options of food were perfect and is greatly located and not far from restaurants/shops. 10/10 ,highly recommend!

Front desk check in was super easy, the staff were able to check me into my room much earlier than 3pm which was very helpful. Check out was also very easy. My only suggestion would be for the airport shuttle to have a set schedule instead of on demand so that you can plan for a ride rather than hoping the shuttle will be there when you ask for it. We ended up taking an uber to the airport. Overall really great stay, loved the pool!

Special cruise event and many guests going on cruise were recommended to stay at hotel with transport to cruise port. Hotel really couldn’t accommodate all for breakfast was kind of overwhelmed but otherwise nice and close to airport and cruise port

- Each day we had to request towels, as we were only given 2 face cloths, 2 medium and 2 larger towels daily - Housekeeping always seemed like it was an issue to provide towels and had a horrible attitude. - The towels are in desperate need of replacement - The bedding had a huge stain and I asked housekeeping to please change the bedding. I also took a photo and showed it to the front desk. Came back in from a day of sightseeing and bedding was NOT changed. - Stopped to the front desk and told them that I placed the sign on the door for cleaning. The front desk agent said “oh, it’s not for cleaning. I know it’s confusing. You will have to go back up and take the sign off. Tell housekeeping that you want the room serviced”. Really??!!! Is there no way for the in house teams to communicate? - Returned home and saw $90+ charges. I wish the agent who checked us in told us that there was an overnight parking fee. There would be no issue paying, but we were not aware. - Area carpet was clearly dirty and not vacuumed - strands of blonde hair over the carpet - Our room connected with another. We took this trip to get some R&R. At 6:30 am…a child in the next room was screaming and making a racket. My husband went to the front desk to report it and was told “to go to the room and ask them to be quiet”…this was an OMG moment. Why would a hotel guest be told to go to another guest room and ask the guest to be quiet???!!!

Came off our cruise and was so happy that our room was ready! We enjoyed the beautiful pool and had a delicious dinner before our flight back home. The shuttle driver was very courteous and made a special effort to take us to the airport on time. Will stay here again next time we cruise.

Front Desk Staff found available rooms for all 3 of our reservations even though we were way too early. They were very accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'm a travel agent and I will definitely be recommending this Hotel.

Beautiful property, great pool and outdoor area. Get a poolside room view because the other side is the airport and it gets pretty loud. Nothing that the property did all on booking.com not mentioning the 30 dollar parking fee and that my breakfast was included again per booking.com but instead was charged 32 for breakfast. Booking.com needs to start checking there facts before offering something that they clearly have no business offering .

The staff was wonderful—everyone I interacted with was pleasant, professional, and kind. I did, however, experience a few concerns with the property itself. I was offered a complimentary room upgrade for my birthday, but the room appeared to be the same as the one I originally booked. Additionally, the room did not feel as clean as expected and lacked a sense of thorough cleanliness. Tables, dressers and items were covered in dust. The area rug didn’t look vacuumed and was dirty. The bathroom, specifically shower and toilet could have been cleaner. The pool also just wasn’t up to standard as what was seen from pictures.While my stay was not terrible overall, these issues would likely prevent me from returning in the future.

The hotel was lovely but we were disappointed to discover that the Latin-themed restaurant and bar had closed, leaving only one other option. That being said, the room was spacious and clean and the staff were extremely helpful and so nice, making it a very enjoyable stay.

Hotel was visually appealing and the room was nice. Check in was at 3pm and we could not check in until 5:30pm. We had to leave our luggage in the lobby and hang out until our room was ready. The 4 toilets in the gym area were clogged and not usable. The cleaning crew was likely understaffed.

Exhibited no interest in responding to needs requested. Their attitudes were lukewarm at best. This was experienced with three different women. I could have given 3 1/2 stars for this reason. I was charged double for the room (a mistake by the front desk) and still have not received my refund. The water bottles and wine glasses provided in the room were drank out of/used. My family and I received noise complaints and got threats of being kicked out (this was on New Year's eve - we were watching the CNN countdown on TV which caused the "noise complaints"). I will never stay here again and I don't suggest anyone else does. The good reviews must be paid or sponsored.

I waited for the shuttle almost one hour but nobody picked me up. I saw shuttles from other hotels multiple times when I was waiting in the F station. I called the hotel front desk line and the staff told me to wait 30 mins first time. I called back 30 mins later, then they told me the shuttle would be there in 40 mins. It was a terrible experience.

Shuttle took about 40 minutes to pick us up. In the same time we saw other hotels send at leasr two rounds of shuttles. Also, we ordered room service for our 2 small children upon arrival and after 30 minutes, 2 bowls of mac and cheese arrived but there was a hair in the food so both kids became uneasy and wouldn't continue eating. The hotel did remove the charges so we were grateful for that but still pretty gross.

Clean room but has thin walls that you can hear other guests next door talking. Lavatory faucet doesn’t work correctly. It’s very hard to turn on and off the wayer. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is reliable.

From the moment I walked in everything just felt yuck. The world coming to mind is dingy. The floor, the waiting area furniture - totally nasty. Like college student spills and stains all over. The front desk staff on their phone while checking me in and out. The room was beat up, water leak on the ceiling that was attempted to be patched. Black mold on shower caulk and hair embedded into the dingy “white” yellow towels. Hair on bathroom counter and floor. Our view looked at pool which looked like it could use a chemical treatment or 2. Green all over pool grates. Didn’t use and wouldn’t recommend. Overall very expensive for the dingy experience. I used hotel.com points - wasted actually. Didn’t sleep worth a dang, very loud hallway and odd rattles every time someone else door shut.

I tried calling the hotel multiple times from airport for shuttle. No answer. Ended up paying dor uber. Room floor was not clean. No toilet paper holder.

The restaurant and bar and that staff were excellent. We ordered and paid for a king deluxe. The room we got was nothing like the picture. It was very small. I asked the check in clerk to give us a room with some kind of view and not a roof view. That is exactly what he gave us. They were not full! The smoke detector flashed a really bright light periodically throughout the night and the sink and shower had no water pressure. There were no robes in the room and we had requested them but never received them.

The hotel itself is nice. Main lobby, bar and restaurant areas are decent. The breakfast was also quite good. The rooms are worn and need a thorough cleaning. Walls, doors, etc are very dirty. The wall paper in bathroom has toothpaste, etc sprayed all over. The tile grout and sealings around shower area are very dirty.

We pulled up to the front doors and were immediately told we had to move our car and could not even go in to check in without parking first. The front desk staff was somewhat friendly but did not offer any information about the property. The pillows on the bed were awful, flat, and no choice of firmness. There was no shower mat and one of our bath towels was stained. The bed was comfortable and my husband appreciated the TV size to watch football. Note that this hotel is right by the airport and it is very loud with planes taking off. We knew this going in but, just a note for other travelers.

We had an awesome visit for my daughter’s Birthday celebration. The staff was amazing, the lobby was calm and relaxing, with lots of seating accommodations. The bar area was inviting with fantastic cocktails and the coffee shop made a smooth cappuccino with the perfect blueberry muffin. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view. The best part about the Le’Meridan was the location. Everything is located just under 25mins away from so many places, the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. We’ll certainly be back.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and unfortunately, both experiences were frustrating for similar reasons. During my first stay, the refrigerator, coffee maker, and AC unit in my room were all broken. I decided to give the hotel another chance, assuming it was just a one-time issue. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. On my second visit, the refrigerator and coffee maker were again not functioning, and the bathroom light constantly flickered, which was both annoying and concerning. The hotel advertises that bathrobes are provided, but I’ve yet to see one in either stay. For my second trip, I specifically booked a King Deluxe room, hoping for an upgraded experience. However, there is absolutely no noticeable difference between the King Deluxe and the standard King room—definitely not worth the extra cost. Unfortunately, I already have another stay booked, as I had hoped the first visit was just a fluke. At this point, my expectations are low. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you're expecting a reliable, well-maintained room or if you're paying extra for upgraded amenities that don’t exist.

It was beautiful however my sheets were dirty the supervisor came and took it off no disinfectant there were stains in the bed the phone didn’t work I understand it was a holiday weekend I was treated poorly but I made the best of it.. I do appreciate the gesture to change it but it should’ve been better the room was beautiful though

I stay at the hotel regularly because it's a great property. I will continue staying in the future. That said, the hotel charges $10 plus tax for a cappuccino or a latte. It's borderline extortion and not appropriate to overcharge in this manner. Of course as a guest I have a choice: not to buy, which is what I am doing. But the feedback is valid. When I brought this up to the the front desk staff my comment was met with total disregard.

The hotel required me to leave a security deposit of $200 per night and put a hold on my debit card for each night that I stayed. I have never, ever heard of this being done before in the US or abroad. Not only am I a seasoned traveler, but I worked in hospitality as a Front Desk Manager and Night Auditor previously for close to 10 years.

We spent a night here before our cruise and found it very pleasant. Would deff book there again on our next cruise. A

We have stayed twice in the last week. The hotel food is reasonable, the ambience is good and the service in the restaurant good. The build quality lets it down, as both the freeway and the aircraft can be heard through the glazing in the rooms

Room wasn't ready, told in a few minutes, but waited over half an hour and had to go back up to desk to ask if room was ready, then another (shoerter) wait. Twice we requested another towel set, had to call a third time (the next morning) to get them.

The stay here was amazing. Everyone from the shuttle guys to the desk people, wait staff, breakfast people were top notch. The onsite restaurant was also amazing with very friendly staff. The room was great the bed was oooh so comfortable. I really felt as the entire staff saw me as a person and always greated with smiles. Definitely a place to stay with excellent amenities.

My stay was excellent. Everything from the room to the food service was spot on. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were all great. The hotel bar and restaurant were top notch. If I had to say any to critique my stay it would be that you have to pay for parking. I really cant wrap my head around that. It is a forced added expense that i personally feel shouldn't be charged.

Being a single woman I loved the security I felt moving around the hotel. The staff was knowledgeabled and friendly and made my stay easy. This was my second time here. Last year the hotel was immaculate and the service was outstanding. This year my room was never cleaned on my first day. I left the room (removing the privacy tag) at 11 am. When I returned in the early evening, and discovered my room was not cleaned, I told the front desk attendant and asked for someone to please have it cleaned. He told me there was no one from housekeeping there and that it was my responsibility to ask housekeeping to clean my room each morning. When checking out this morning, I told the woman at the desk about the incident. She reiterated my responsibility to inform housekeeping when leaving my room each morning. I will definitely find another hotel next time.

After hearing how disappointed we had been in the hotel we stayed at last year before a cruise a friend recommended this hotel We requested early check-in due to a morning flight. Although they could not guarantee a room would be ready at the time we flew in, one was ready. We were so grateful. The room and the hotel were beautiful. There isn’t really anything within walking distance but that wasn’t really a problem. we took a Uber to a shopping area and then ate lunch at El Camino. There are a few restaurants at the hotel so we checked out Toro for dinner. The food was excellent at both El Camino and Toro. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.

Myself and spouse came for a weekend getaway and had an amazing time the property is so beautiful. We will definitely be coming back. Also the staff were so warm, welcoming and professional.

Start very friendly and accommodating. Only slight issue is that it didn’t seem the same caliber as most other Le Merediens, seemed more like a standard Marriott building wise

Very convenient to airport yet quiet rooms

The property was very nice, especially the pool area. Although a tiki bar is shown in photos, it's nothing more then a photo opp. The room had an excessively large TV. Some staff more efficient then others.(we were ignored by the bar tender several times). Two of the three elevators were out until our last day, when all elevators out and guests were sent to back of the house freight elevator. The self parking pricing was ridiculous. The bed had a duvet near the headboard, so pillow and head sank. A nice stay, but overpriced, especially for an airport hotel.

Bed was very comfortable with choice of pillows: firm and soft. Air conditioning never really got the room cool enough even when set to 66F. The hallway was cooler. Bathroom towels were cheap and thin. Something that you would expect at a motel not at a high-end expensive hotel! The breakfast was good. Tried the buffet. Had to ask 2-3 times for coffee. Shuttle bus from FLL airport came quickly and the driver was friendly. Also close to Port Everglades which is convenient for cruising. Only issue was that the paid transportation from the hotel to the cruise port was at 10.30am and 12.00pm only. That did not suit us, so we took an Uber.

Very nice pool area. Front desk staff were fast and very helpful with checkin and any questions we had. Bar tenders were friendly. Breakfast buffet was large and very good.

Beautiful spot with great customer service!!

Floors, tiles, and walls show a lot of wear for being new and considering the price. Enjoyed the open concept lobby and food was good!

The room we had was nothing special, and was not as clean as I’d expect for what we paid. The pool, patio area and lobby/bar are very nice. Breakfast menu was nice (but expensive). We chose this hotel as a pit stop as we were arriving late at night and staying elsewhere later in the week. The proximity to the airport is super convenient. Overall I’d rate it 4/5. I think a few small improvements (little more attention to detail while cleaning and improving service) would make a big difference. :)

Multiple restaurants on site for dining options

My stay was good. The hotel is in good shape. My personal experience is that the bed was two soft for me, I would of preferred a stiffer mattress as I am an XXL adult. I missed my bed from home. Another recommendation, you already have the land scape, I recommend that you plant fresh annuals to give life to the entrance grounds. Be side that every thing else was grate, and the breakfast area was wonderful, super friendly staff and courteous. Convenient location near to The Hard Rock Hotel Casino, Nice Hotel!

Food and service at lobby bar was excellent. Best turkey club ever. Delicious salmon salad. Top notch.

There was what appeared to be white toothpaste spattered on the dark bathroom wall. That it, really.

It’s so close to the airport you can see the airplanes from the room which we found fascinating. They have a bar, in room service, all was very cleaned, and they offer breakfast. Everything we wanted.
