Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast area was clean and food was actually okay for hotel. I recommend this hotel for sure.

The staff was pleasant, the facility was clean, the continential breakfast was also nice; however the beds weren't very comfortable. Also in a good location to hit restaurants and shopping.

This was your basic highway hotel. No thrills. When we got to our room, the TV wouldn't work. They told us to rest it. Turns out, it was unplugged. Very strange. Bathroom was light and bright, but we had mold growing under the undermount sink which was kinda gross. 4th floor, really bad view of some sort of old hotel/ construction site. Real eye sore. At breakfast the whole staff hung out at the front desk talking spanish really loud. Would we stay here again? Probably not.

Parking was good. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and accommodating. I’m allergic to cats and dogs and I am thankful had no issues in my room. This was my only concern when I first booked this hotel.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Siesta Key and arrived around midnight. We were greeted by Rickey from the guest services staff, who was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. He genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and took the time to share great suggestions on places to visit in Florida, including some of his personal favorites. It’s rare to encounter guest services staff with that level of enthusiasm and warmth. Rickey was a refreshing experience and a fantastic way to start our vacation.

Be careful when you choose the room. There is no any room with additional sofa with 2 queen beds, but there is on the picture. So, my son slept right on the floor because of that and they didn’t give me any options just couple pillows and blankets

So although I only stayed here a short while it was extremely nice! The staff was very pleasant and the room was clean, fresh and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and stay here again! I upset I didn't have enough time to enjoy the breakfast, I heard it was delicious!

Our check in with Destiny in the front desk was excellent. Always very polite, professional and caring. Hotel was very clean, smelled clean, room & bathroom clean/perfect! Had my requested extra pillows and TV even had a welcome picture with my name. Very impressed. Re-booked already for my next family gathering next month. Thanks all involved to give us that perfect evening.

On our last day before we checked out the housekeeping woke us up out of our sleep making loud noises in the hallway.

Love this hotel. Everyone was so nice. Clean and good breakfast options. Only bad thing is having a room across from housekeeping. No hotel should have a room across from housekeeping. They are always so loud, slamming fires, etc at all hours. If you have a full hotel, i get you need to rent this room. If you don't have a full hotel, you should never rent this room.

This area was full of constant police presence, full of wandering homeless, and appears to be a drug zone. Hotel nearby appears to be the headquarters for the illegal activity. Consider some strong efforts be made with neighborhood businesses to get this cleaned up so people can feel safe staying at your hotel.

Our room was poorly lit. Could have used more lighting in the room.

The property had close access to shopping and quick access to freeway.

The lady who greeted us at the front desk was extremely kind and set the tone of our stay. Honestly this is not a hotel that is super fancy but the rooms are large, the pool and hot tub are incredibly clean, the gym has the essentials, it has free breakfast and that is about all you need when visiting Orlando.

This is what a nice stay. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. I was greeted by Ms Angie who checked in my family and I. She had a very warm and welcoming disposition. The location appears to be very secure. I would visit this site again.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also very clean and shower head had really good water pressure. I stayed here about a week and I was very pleased with the breakfast, coffee. The only complaint I had was when you walked in this very strong cologne smell hit you like a brick so I didn't know what was up with that but all in all I would def stay here again.
