Guys this location should have not been open it was on the construction debris everywhere contract is everywhere I had to send a block next to my door exposed wires dirty windows chipped bathtubs etc

Unfortunately thus a old hotel. Staff trying to do their best. Checking in system its insane make me wasted 40 minutes. cause you need to do your self using a link provide by the hotel. Its confuse. Giod thing its closer to Richie Bros

Online check in with selfie and copy of driver's license not acceptable. No one present on arrival. Number to call did not get an answer. Room had no place to hang clothes, no glasses. Only thing furnished was soap, shampoo and towels. No live TV. The name suits it. Stayable. It is a little better than sleeping in your car, but not much better.

The check-in process was very confusing. Had to some kind of legal document before checking in and when actually checking in the girl had to wait for another office to approve everything which took several minutes. The room was clean because it was just renovated but there was no closet, microwave wasn't plugged in and no where to plug it in. The door keypad beeped constantly.

Bij aankomst bleek er geen reservatie te zijn terwijl ik wel degelijk een bevestiging en betalingsbewijs had. De desk officer heeft echter heel veel moeite gedaan om ons verder te helpen en uiteindelijk kregen we toch een kamer. Op de service niets aan te merken. De kamer daarentegen was andere koek: oud, verloederd, lekkage in de badkamer. 's Ochtends ben ik wakker geworden van een beest (kakkerlak) die over mijn bed kroop in bed. Het hotel biedt ook lang verblijf aan waardoor er permanente bewoners zijn die zich niets aantrekken van de andere gasten en zich met 'onduidelijk' zaken bezig houden

Was in town for business and needed a place for one night. Hotel has a good location with lots of restaurants at walking distance. You get what you pay for in terms of the amenities, but the room was clean and front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

I purchased a king bed, they gave me a full bed, they told me that’s all they had, the room was dated, the toilet was filthy and the shower had bugs and clogged, the fridge was leaking on the carpet, the tv turned on but no stations came on. The place and area is a dump. It looks like they rent by the week there. There were a lot of stragglers walking around. Some people were barbecuing in front of their rooms and at the pool. Total fire hazard. Smells of weed all around, I checked out after 3 hours of stay, my gut told me my car might get broken into. The absolute worst place ever. The hotel accused a man of stealing the sheets off the bed and withheld his deposit, I made sure to video evidence in case they tried me with that.

The room smelled like a dog. You don’t have privacy the window uncovered, poor cleaning areas

Didn't even go to the room after check in. Dropped the key in the return box and went to find a different place to stay for the night. Ive never felt so unsafe.

I was charged an extra $50 without any justification. Have tried to call and they never answer they’re phone!

My husband arrived at the hotel after a long day in of delayed flights to find out that the hotel is closed for the night and no one would pick up the after hours phone :/ we had to book a new hotel and they told us that we couldn’t get a refund ! So if you come late at night .. do not book this hotel unless you want to sleep outside :(

Lights nor tv worked. Highway noise was so loud, I could not sleep.

apparently this location is also renting long term and they've had problems with folks not paying. so you get to fill out approximately 7 pages of information such as #1, VIN # on your car??? In case you don't pay they can put a lean on your vehicle!!!

Looks nothing like the pictures. Unsafe dirty rooms completely run down. Front desk try to make a copy of my credit card. Sketchy people outside. Stay at your own risk!!

Carpet needs replacing. . bad odor. No television¿we asked for one..¿none available ¿. No telephone. Wall socket hanging out of wall. My friend was cold, asked for a blanket. Told ¿housekeeper didn¿t come in today, so can¿t get one¿. Bill confusing.

Bad motel because too old I will call polk county health department and inspection tuesday sept 5 I had proof pictures to show them

Never been in the hotel

Did not feel safe or comfortable huge pitbull a few rooms down that barked like crazy everytime u walked past dark hallways to walk down. Cops were there and a guy peeing out the back of his truck. people actually live very randown & dirty. I left

Room had mildew and bugs, minimal furniture, no nightstands no lights only bathroom and sink lights. No TV or phone in the room. No pictures on walls rust on door and mildew on door jams. Worst experience i ever had. Did not stay entire visit

There's a whole lot more I did not like then I did like. First off, every time the door was opened, an alarm went off. Every time. Next, the TV. We were informed by hotel staff the tv would work if we connected to wifi. NO, it didn't. No channels.

toilet was plugged took the overnight to plunge it then it plugged up again. they advertised wifi cable had none at all, roaches crawling on walls no continental breakfast at all. pictures on web site are very old ones nothing like we had.

Everything. I payed $200 to not even get two beds in a room, a working shower, no TV, no towels. Horrible.

It was not as described or even remotely close to the pics. It was gross, run down , smelly. I felt strange walking in to the office, i felt overwhelming disgust walking towards my room and even though it was outside walk way I smelled like smoke

Everything was horrible. Worse experience ever.

no refridge or micro. ice machine not working, alarm clock not working , said breakfast was available at 6 am , but doors locked until 7 am , change the advertised hours so i could have planned on breafast vs. go without as i was off to work before 7.
