    Whoever was at the front desk when I showed up around 11:30 at night was nice, and the king size room with kitchenette was a great deal. biggest hotel room I’ve stayed in and I’ve been to 20+. Great hotel I’d recommend it.

    The room was decent just needed some upgrades in curtain areas. The manager was terrible started arguing with his employee in front of us and started throwing things in front of my parents then front office was closed most of the time was unable to check out.

    I been staying here about a month. It’s safe, clean, and I have been comfortable. The GM is amazing. I stayed at motel 6 my first week here and it was dirty and staff rude. Here they call me by name. Tomorrow be my last day and I want to send a shout out to sapphire inn for there hospitality. No I’m not an add or bot for this place. True human starting work here while searching for a place for my family. If I gave one bad point which isn’t that important to me no breakfast but they do give you a chance to do in your room.

    Advertised a complimentary breakfast in the room information notebook from 6:00 AM to 9:00 May be off on time but does not matter as there is no complimentary breakfast? When I asked the manager about this, he said no we don't provide that , I showed him the book and he said oh they are old. WOW Not that I expected break

    I booked a room for two nights prior to the winter storm we were said to have. The room I booked was free cancellation .I was 20 minutes past check in time when I was able to call to cancel stating the room was no longer needed because we didn't get the storm expected! I took the loss of 82$ being I was 20 minutes past time for check in. But I did ask to refund me for the second night so I did not lose$ 167 total I had already paid upfront to reserve. The person I spoke to in the office said he would return my money for the second night since I called ahead of time and had no intention on staying. He said the money would be returned within 3 to 5 business days. I have yet to see my money be returned in my account. It has been 2 weeks and they have not returned my money. I'm very unsatisfied and I should not have to call to dispute this once more.

    The staff was rude. When I arrived to check in, the guy behind the counter said he is not using hotels.com anymore and he is sold out. Just call them and get a refund is what he told me. So I was stuck out with no room and walked into another hotel to pay $180 for the night. Disappointed.

    I arrived after 3am. There was a sign on the door that read NO VACANCY, but i had already booked it and paid for it so i rang the bell for service for over 25 minutes. Finally i started to knock on the glass door loudly, but after another 10-15 minutes i used the palm of my hand to pound on the glass door, and still nothing. For almost 45 minutes i was continuously calling the frobt desk Still nothing. I pounded the door once more, and the clerk came to the window, yelling at me for pounding on the glass instead of ringing the bell. I explained it all to him, and i was told i needed to be patient and read the sign. I explained everything and i did everything i could to wake"him" and that's what I had booked it after 8pm central time and noted i was coming after midnight. I had driven almost 12 hours, and i just wanted to go to bed. NOPE they gave my room to another customer. I told him to just issue my money back.. He said "No not my responsibility" and told me to get it from Hotels.com. Well i still needed to find a room so i started looking for one nearby, and was actually booking it, 3 minutes of me standing there and he yells for me to remove my car from the drop off area so others could park there; that's at 4am, and nobody was even trying to park. He threatened to call the police, and even tried playing the victim, then he decided to talk down to me and play tough guy, We reached an understanding, i wasnt moving, he could come move my car himself, but he ran his mouth

    The room was very clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. The desk clerk was very accommodating in securing a downstairs room as I have some physical limitations. The room needed some kind of lamp bedside and a chair. The key card was difficult and took several attempts to unlock. The bathroom was clean but in disrepair. Mostly, I didn’t feel safe at this hotel.

    Horrible customer service. Room was booked days prior to arrival. I arrived at 10:30 at night, after a 9hr drive, exhausted, to find note on door "call 3rd party for refund". No other rooms available at that late hour within 1.5 hr drive. Common courtesy should at least contact me to let me know, so I could book with another hotel. Absolutely inexcusable.

    The place looked quite new, like if the establishment had just been remolded or built not to long ago. The room was very cleanand organized, aswell as the bathroom. Liked that it had a shower and not a tub. Water pressure could be better. The bed was comfortable (to my opnion). Overall I would stay there again

    There was not WiFi and it was advertised as had it. That was a big deal. There wasn't any safety bars in the bathroom at all. Only coffee for one the first morning could be made. Housekeeping did not leave more coffee or clean plastic glasses and cups for the second morning. Continental breakfast consisted of dry cereal with no milk n sight.Room had a bad odor like it had been closed up and not used in awhile. Whatever the reason was it didn't smell good .

    Difficult checking in, but fine afterward. Continental breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, half a loaf of bread, cereal-no milk, and a few pastries. The room was clean, but had a slight smell as if it had been smoking at one time. Bathtub had no safety bars.

    The remote for the TV did not work, the refridgerator did not work. When we got there the room was so hot that it took the ac over 2 hours to cool the room to a toerable level. There were dead insects in the jacuzzi tub and the erson at the front desk didnt seem even remotely intersted in the issues.

    I set-up at the San Jacinto Battlefield Festival & Re-enactment, which is just down the highway a few minutes from the motel. Better location and happier stay than where I stayed last year. No complaints on the continental breakfast. If you usually stay at like a Holliday Inn, this one isn't for you, but if your more the Motel 6 kind-of-guy, this works. They even have small 1 cup coffee makers in the rooms.

    Stayed in many hotels in my travels. The bed in this place either was 20 years old or a lot of children use is as a trampoline! Seriously thought about going out and sleeping in my car! They also didn't have ANYTHING out for their breakfast, and the check out attemdent was extremely rude. Will not be going back and probably won't try any other hotels in this chain.

    Well for starters the 1st night was bad a/c went out .but they brought us a box fan, but room was hot still hot.they changed us to another room in the morning and its was better.was hoping that manger would of compt our first nite.no deal ..last night there .there was a group of guys outside our door smoking weed at 4am plus during the day..not good for business. Next time will stay near by in another place ..we didnt feel safe for our stuff.

    Room had a musty, previously smoked in or possibly “dog” room smell. The shower curtain was a cloth only install in what appeared to be a cloth and plastic unit. The door was damaged. Housekeeping mistook my “clean the room” card in the door for a “do not disturb” request. The bed sagged on all four sides. The bathtub drain plug was broken. Breakfast was minimally Continental.

    I needed to stay in this location for a client meeting the next day - just a one night stay. The hotel staff at check in was very nice and thorough and the room is clean, the bed is comfortable to me (more firm but not too much), there is a microwave and small fridge and little safe and plenty of seating, with a desk area, etc. I would recommend this hotel for the price for sure - my advice would be to bring your own toiletries that you may not otherwise think you'll need at a hotel. There is only a body wash dispenser in the shower and a "conditioning shampoo" dispenser in the shower. Bring your own body lotion, conditioner, etc. When I asked about the breakfast I was informed some days it's in the lobby, some days they don't have it - you just have to check each day - so heads up. But I would stay here again if necessary for my work.

    Excellent stay the only thing that was a bad point was the fact that in July with the heat the way it is in TX. that a top floor room the a/c wasn't turned on so the room was very uncomfortable. I got in late 11P.M. and the room was hot, it took two hours before the room was cool enough to sleep.

    I would have given a higher rating, if the room would have had a working refrigerator. I went to the office about it and the manager offered to put me in another room, but when i went upstairs to check it out, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I went down and told the manager and I guess that was the only available room because I wasn't offered another room. I told the manager I would just stay in the room with the non working refrigerator, as I cannot not deal with the smoky room. Also, the continental breakfast was nonexistent.

    Place was nicer then expected, I would stay here again if in the area. Staff was nice. Didn't like the pump soap and shampoo but no deal killer.
