The room was very nice and comfortable the surrounding area could be more tidy the breakfast was excellent and the staff at the front desk was very friendly helpful and nice. I did not use the pool or the hot tub

My stay was quiet and incident-free. The bathroom was clearly recently updated and was done very nicely. The room as a whole was also cozy. Only complaint about the room would probably be that the a/c unit was loud. The rest of the building is in need of some work. Only one elevator was working and it feels like it is on its last legs as well. Breakfast and free parking are a plus. All of the staff members I interacted with were courteous and helpful. Overall, a good, comfortable stay, just the building in need of some work.

Property was not well taken care of. Elevator closest to lobby was out of order. Containers for fire extinguishers were laying on the ground and no fire extinguishers were nearest to my room. Furnishings in room were dusty like they haven’t been dusted in a very long time. Shower was dangerous as there was no door on the shower and water was able to splash on the floor resulting in a possible slippery condition. Breakfast was subpar.

The rooms were clean though it could use some Damp-Rid. The elevators work but need renovation. The landscaping needs some love. Overall not a bad experience.

While the remodeled lobby and friendly staff create a positive first impression, they unfortunately mask significant maintenance and safety issues throughout the rest of the property. The most concerning aspect was a pervasive smell of mold, which seemed linked to visibly damaged and rusted ventilation grates like the one pictured. The pool area was equally disappointing, with missing tiles and a chemical imbalance so severe that my skin began to wrinkle after only three minutes in the hot tub. To add to the frustration, several elevators were out of service, and the breakfast service felt uncomfortably supervised, with staff watching guests like hawks. Despite the welcoming faces at the front desk, the underlying infrastructure and air quality make it impossible to recommend staying here.

The hotel on the on the pictures look nice but when you read old need remodelling Too much dust. Elevator is very dirty the the AC thermostat not working. The floor wasn’t mopped in our room. Too much noise when you sleep. You can hear any car motorcycle passing by.

I find it a great little place to stay good location. The showers are amazing by the way.!! cool little balcony need to sit on at night, good breakfast in the morning nice pool and hot tub well maintained you really can’t ask for much more.. I would stay there again in a second

Experience was good, breakfast changed daily. Very clean, the pool and property was well maintained. Danica was a great help! My family and I would certainly vist again. If you dont drive, you will need grab a uber to get to local food spots ect.

The Hotel property seems over 50 years old, like an old Holiday Inn from the 1970s. We won't stay there again.

Room was clean pool snd hot tub were relaxing.Sandy at the front desk was very helpful and nice she made the trip from Boston enjoyable.

Everything was good. Staff is wonderful. Just the smell of the cleaning products used had a very strong and unpleasant odor when you come in the lobby.

The very convenient location to 95, the rooms have been renovated along with the front lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good today all around. Just wish they had a better coffee maker in the room with a variety of different coffees. You needed to go downstairs to where they serve breakfast to get your coffee.

The room has been refreshed. The plumbing fixtures were unsecure. There were several tiny black bugs in the bathroom.

Lory is very welcoming. She was great, answering all question and happy to help.

The rooms were very clean and the ac worked very well. The property was okay. The pool was a little dirty and the hot tub was lukewarm which was the biggest concern. But the staff was nice and the free breakfast was very convenient. The property is close to the interstate, so inevitably there was a ton of road noise. But you could only hear it when outside, eventually it was just white noise. The overall experience was good.

Front desk staff was great. Early check in option was 5 stars. Down hill from there. Room had an odor. Shower stall had mold starting to grow. Had to use towels on the floor to cover the gap in the door. Pool had ALOT of debris. Whatever hot tub was lined with was painful to sit on. A lot of potential with the location and bones of the place. Just isn’t well loved.

We stayed at this hotel do to it’s close proximity to the hospital. Staff was super friendly and their breakfast was good with a decent selection. The room its self was not what I expected for the price I paid. The beds were very uncomfortable. No thick blankets on the bed, only two sheets with a thin blanket in between. Hot water in shower was lukewarm at best. Rooms definitely need an update. Elevator was sketchy looking. We used the stairs most of the time.

The front desk, house cleaning, and brealfast buffet staff were all excellent. The swimming pool area, though unused by me and my family looked very nice. The suites that my family and I stayed on all had a number of things that were not operating (phones ( in each of 3 suites); safes (in each of 3 suites); bathroom fans (in one of 3 suites), etc...)

The staff was nice and courteous, but the place was really rundown. I was really surprised by the higher ratings, as it needed a lot of work overall. The room was just Ok, it smelled, but the bathroom was recently remodeled. The lobby and eating area for breakfast was nice.

Staff was courteous, room was very clean, and the breakfast was very good. However, plumbing for toilet was extremely low pressure and the phone in the bedroom did not work.

We had a great time at the hotel, we stayed here for a couple of days before heading to Miami for a cruise. Nice and relaxing and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I do wish the pool was open later, past dusk, but understand as all of the hotel rooms open to the pool.

Spacy room is with two TVs, clean, fresh paint. Linens and bath towels are bright white. Excellent every day free room service. Friendly staff. Breakfast is free with a big variety of menu. Outdoor jacuzzi and not heated swimming pool. Free beach towels. Landscaping could be better. Many stores and restaurants. There is a free ride to the beach and back to the hotel but limited in time and availability. We drove our car. Beach parking is free for handicap but paid for others. Receptionist told as that there is free beach parking but we didn't find it (we have handicap permit). Very nice sandy beach is with lifeguards. Ocean is not deep and good for kids and adults. Check out is at noon

I have stayed here twice in the last month. Rooms are clean. Property is clean. Front desk, Lory was amazing and very friendly and efficient.

Everything was very clean, and the staff was friendly, the breakfast was really good, the AC very cold. This is an old hotel, that looks like it's falling apart in some places, and a little pricey for what it is. Overall it was a good experience.

Breakfast had variety and fresh. One night was perfect and space for my family. Enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi.

Clean, nicely renovated rooms with pleasant and helpful staff.The $40 early check in fee is not a good look for the facility. I attempted to check in at 1PM and was told I could have my room if I paid the fee. That may be appropriate for someone trying to check in during the morning hours but not for someone trying to check in 2 hours before the advertised time.

Stay was relaxing and room was clean.. the room should have had an extra blamket.. and given us regular coffee . All that was left in the room decaffeinated coffee .. also the door of the bathroom sticks when opened and caused a loud noise .. overall comfortable

Breakfast was not good. My husband and I both had stomach issues for the full day after eating breakfast.

One elevator was broken. Exterior of building and rooms felt out of date. But the bathroom was freshly renovated. I wish there was consistency in the renovations. Room was very big. Furniture was fine. The mattress was fine but the pillows were so small and uncomfortable. Convenient location near the highway but you can hear the traffic.

The pool and hot tub both were under renovation and that was the purpose of the trip to enjoy the pool and the hot tub. No notification was indicated on the website or when I check in. I saw therm working and at that time I could not cancel my reservation to find another hotel. Only one of the two elevators were working.

It’s a good value. Deerfield beach is 4 miles away. He room was clean. The ac was very noisy and not very cold. It felt like the bathroom had no ac. Cute mini balcony. The property is old and had been remodeled. The stairs and elevator could use a deep cleaning. It’s ok if you just need a place to sleep

My stay was great check in was amazing the ladies who check me in was very polite, they greeted me when i walk through the door they had me check in key in my hand in about 15 mins or less. Thank you ladies once again made my checkin so easy.

The hotel is not kids friendly I was kicked out the same day within five hours of being at a hotel because my kids was playing in the pool I was told I would not receive my refund and we need to leave immediately I was so embarrassed it was my son's birthday that I tried to ask if I keep them quiet can we stay because it is my son's birthday no one else was in the pool but us and I was told no leave the premises now

Did not explore the property much, but it was family friendly and safe.

I had to pick up garbage from the stairway and throw them in the garbage. The elevator was old and rusty and clothes displayed at the front desk devalued the hotel.

Unable to sleep, traffic noise was extremely loud and although hotel was not full we were given a room next to I95. Will never stay again.

The room #312 was spacious with a view of the pool out front and a view of trees out the back... although I had to ignore the white stone covered roof... no biggie. Free breakfast is great for saving time and a great deal with kids!

Parking a hassle.

I really enjoyed my stay; the room was very clean and comfortable. It was also very nice. However, the bathroom door was not able lock or close properly.

Older hotel with issues. Mediocre breakfast

The location was good near stores and restaurants. Front desk staff were very nice. However, the elevators didn't work allllll weekend and we were on the 4th floor😒.... very upsetting bc we both have arthritis very painful experience going up and down the stairs. The breakfast staff was nice but the selections were all that great. Overall the stay did what it needed to do.... Beautiful lake view though

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We were booked for a 3-night stay on the 5th floor, but on the day we arrived, the elevator broke down. However, upon leaving, we learned that Elevator A had been broken for months, and Elevator B had only been fixed briefly before it stopped working again. This caused a significant issue as my partner has degenerative knee disease, and my daughter suffers from a congenital condition that weakens her ankles. Climbing the stairs was incredibly painful for both of them, yet the hotel showed no concern or urgency in resolving the issue. We reached out to the staff, but no alternative was offered, and we were left to struggle with the stairs for the entire duration of our stay. We attempted to find another hotel, but everywhere was fully booked, so we were forced to stay. This experience was far from what we expected, and it significantly impacted our vacation. We feel that the hotel should have been more considerate of our circumstances and taken immediate action to find us a room on a lower floor. Unfortunately, this lack of empathy and support ruined what should have been an enjoyable getaway.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. They have a very nice courtyard and pool.

Staff was great. I made the choice to stay there but I was without a car and didn’t realize it wa do far off the beaten track. If one has wheels it was all ok.

The bed was alright, a little too soft but the sheet were nice and smooth. Had issues with the door had to wait for maintenance to reprogram it. The breakfast was average fare nothing special. The French toast was soggy, scrambled eggs and potatoes. Coffee was good. Breakfast staff very miserable and unfriendly- obvious they didn’t want to be there. Excellent location for a stay before our cruise. Bring earplugs just incase you are assigned a room facing the highway like ours.

I could not find a single thing wrong or would add anything else that would have made it any better

The room was actually a 2-room suite! The living room was spacious, with a decent-sized desk/table to work and eat. The fridge was bigger than a mini-fridge, which meant I could have some groceries for the week without paying more to eat at restaurants. The bathroom looked like it was recently renovated; it was pretty modern, and the shower was heavenly after a long day. While the elevator and ice machine weren't working while I was there, the service and cleanliness were so great that I booked this same hotel again until we got the keys to the new apartment. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!!!

First the positives -Room cleanliness was good and front desk staff was friendly. Negatives -Elevator (1 of 2) out of service during our stay and fitness center closed the entire week we stayed. We booked and paid for 7 nights upon our arrival. During day 5 , we were made aware of a family issue that required us to leave one day early. We immediately notified the front desk (24 hours in advance of departure) that we needed to leave one day early and were requesting a refund for night 7. After 72 hours, we've been notified by hotels.com that Best Western Deerfield Beach hotel has denied our refund request for the 7th night. I have no incentive to ever stay at another Best Western again.

It was a nice stay... our family stayed at a best Western plus when we went to Los Angeles for Thanksgiving. That is why we chose to stay. It was nice but remodeled hotel

Nice location i feel like more lighting is need oitside there is still some dark spot around the hotel, maybe bigger cans oitside by elevator those cans was overfill and smelly. But other than that pretty good 3rd stay there. One more concern i think the deposot hold is exceptional high and takes way to long to return back. There are other hotels in that area only except 25.00 and retun it back in 2 to 3 days. Work on those things and we good.

Hotel was so old and run down. Plastic stretched across the breakfast area where the ac was leaking. You could tell they make an effort to clean it but it’s just too old! Neighbors in the next room screamed and yelled all hours of the night. Smoked “something” that kept coming through the adjoining door!

The staff was great and that was the best part of our stay. The room was clean, but so dated and run down, patched here and there. The hotel is the same, very run down. What was strange to us is that the cleaning staff did not seem to have an area for themselves like it is usually the case in other hotels. They were using the customers elevators with their big carts and they were all hanging out and eating outside, in the outdoor space where all the customers were. It was weird.

Everything was outstanding. However, my only constructive comment is to upgrade the breakfast. I stayed 5 nights, and after the first breakfast, I never went back.

The rooms were very clean, but there was a very strong bleach odor in our room. We were concerned about breathing the strong fumes. I woke up with a headache. The AC didn’t work properly. The room was set on 72 but cooled to 67. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was ok for the money. Very dated and overall in below avg condition. Rooms were musty and the pool/hot tub are not available to use after sunset.
