Near to highway. It was basically a dust magnet. My socks was so dirty after one hour. I had to throw them away because I knew I’d never get them clean. There was a refrigerator in the room which had splashes of food all over the front of it to the point where if I had something to go in it, I would not use it. I would’ve thrown whatever away The front desk was basically OK very short with her answers and not very friendly. I’m very disappointed that you could recommend a place like this. It seemed to me like a rundown section 8 housing, which is what it seemed to be. Very, very unhappy

The room smelled strongly of bug spray. I noticed 1 cockroach walking across the floor. I didn't spend the night and checked out the next day. My reservation was for a week. The price was excellent but I couldn't stay. I had no problem checking out but my rate changed from weekly, about $70 a day, to daily about $120.

The staff was nice and informative. The property was dirty. The carpet in the hallway on the 3rd floor is very filthy and needs to be replaced immediately. The hallway has a dirty odor which carries in the room. I seen a few bugs so it needs pest control also.

My room had an overwhelming smell of mold. My feet got dirty just from walking inside. Super ghetto

Upon arrival, we noticed some questionable individuals around the area. There weren’t any soaps or lotions in the bathroom and hair in the shower. Other than that it was a pretty decent stay.

The room and hallway smelled. There were multiple big roaches all over the room. Airbdidnt work, tv didn’t work, internet didn’t work. No hand soap,shampoo,or body wash. I stood outside the whole night never even slept in the room. Absolute waste of money for a roach hotel. Go anywhere else but here.

Plenty of parking, we didnt need to cook so we didnt use the kitchen. We only styed one night.

Did not stay for the entirety of my visit due to live roaches in the room, hotel refused to issue a refund.

The bed cover was dirty and worn. The room smelled terrible, and the hallway also had a bad odor. There was no hairdryer, no shampoo, and no basic kitchen amenities.

A bar of soap in the bathroom and nothing else. Flooring is damaged, lots of rust and every time you sit on the toilet the whole back lifted and when you stood back up it banged on the wall. I spent 125$ for a clean bed. It was loud too. Twice my door was knocked on but there was no one there.

Bugs were found in the room. People smoking pot in and around the building. Arrive at hotel with five police cars at the entrance of the hotel dealing with a dispute. I will never or recommend anyone to stay here. I felt that I was staying in a subsidized housing project. Highly recommend to stay somewhere else.

Chek in was bad and slow. She was on her phone the whole time. The whole hotel smells like weed. Room was cleanish. Hotel felt dirty. Bare bones amenities. Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were thin and towards the end of the life. Do not recommend.

The TV didn't work and they didn't move us all made any effort to get us another TV so we spent the whole night without a TV didn't even give us a break

Dirty rooms, never once did I get a cleaning service my whole stay. Yelling and arguing in the hallways in the middle of the night. No security or security guards anywhere

Pleasant stay, quiet and comfy. The -only- thing I will state that would be considered an issue is that the refrigerator was not operating correctly. Temps were set at high before our occupancy but the inside of the fridge was warm which did not bother us personally, however I imagine to most people it would raise flags. Besides that, my stay was very comfortable, and overall I would recommend this to friends and others.

Well everything was good till you hear the alarm go off at 5:15 an the morning! I was shock because I was deep sleep an I was afraid that the building was burning! Front desk wasn’t even no where to be found to ask her what was going on! I had to work that afternoon

We went with a small pet, so they provided a room where they had other rooms with pets. The carpet was smelly. It seemed that everybody there used pot, the smell came through the vents. The people above and next to our room were very noisy at all hours. It was nearly impossible to have a good night sleep. The cockroaches were in the kitchen, in the bathroom, over the desk, near the TV. The floor in the room was nasty and sticky. Zero cleanliness.

I’ve stayed at other Extended Stay hotels. They all had coffee and ice. Not this one. At least there was a bar of soap in the room.

Very nice place very clean and the staff are very good customer service or should I say great customer service I will request if anyone wanted to stay here at 1400 FAU research Park drive would be a great decision that you made everybody is very helpful thanks to Miss Lisa and the manager are great keep up the good work it's the best place that I ever stayed

The room had a stuffy smell felt suffocating the entire hotel smelled stuffy

Dumpy--not upkept well. Hall smelled, as did the room. Hay fever acted up--probably due to fungus in the room. The window doesn't have a proper cover to block sunlight. There were two strange, loud noises from outside--some equipment or something. The staff I interacted with was great.

Everything was easy fast. By great room.

This specific hotel is my favorite, the room has improved a lot, the bed is always comfortable the staff is improving but the manager is awesome.

I made a reservation 1 hour before the check in. We made in a smoking room, my mistake. My wife has asthma and it was imposible to stay. The supervisor told us we could cancel and then refuse make a refund.

This property is, indeed, very unique. It is uninhabitable. It stinks! The smell is so strong that I couldn’t breathe. Smelled of Bug Spray (?). I reported it to the lady at the front desk, & she looked at me as if I was speaking Greek. She said she would send somebody up to check it out. Nobody came. The sheets were clean but stained. The carpet in the hallway was terribly stained, & don’t know if it ever gets shampooed. There was no cup or plate or amenity in the room, even though there was a microwave oven. I had to request soap & shampoo. Staying the night was torture; but we had no choice, we were tired after a long day, & we were unfamiliar with the area. We thought we would be staying at a decent clean hotel, instead this turned out to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was polite & friendly enough. No complaints there. Except that they did not acknowledge that the place stinks. There was another Extended Stay America hotel less than a block from there, they could have moved us there. We saw the hotel the next day.

Run down hotel, aisles carpet are dirty, all furniture old and dated

Uninhabitable conditions, room was full of mold. It was visible and smelled terrible, television didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, bed springs poked several areas of my body, soiled linen. I slept fully dressed and didn’t get under the cover at all. I felt nasty just being there

There were roaches in the room,room smell like smoke,the hallways was dirty and smell like weed the whole time aswell as the elevators,the front desk service was good and that’s the only plus

Our room stunk SOOO BAD. The guy at desk had some spray handy to come spray in our room but it didn’t help. We hung car air fresheners in the room and on a/c vents. We also sprayed febreeze… no luck. Towel bar in bathroom was completely rusted and flaking off. The lights over mirror were also solid rust.

There were no chair or couch to sit on. I called front desk and they said that Stay America corporation ordered them to remove all the furniture. The halls and elevators smelled like marijuana.

The smell of marijuana hit me as soon as I left the lobby and lingered in the elevator. Once in the room, it was a different odor that replaced it. I won't be returning to that location.

This hotel has beat minimal essentials. You get towels and 1 bar of soap. No coffee pot or coffee in the lobby. You get a refrigerator, microwave and 2 burner but no pots or pans. If you want to rent them it's $39.99. if you need another towel it will cost you $1.75. we will never stay there again. Only plus about it it's a pet friendly hotel.

Great staff. Fran and Lisa are spectacular. Always accommodating. The rest of the staff, from front desk to housekeeping are friendly and always there when you need them. The rooms are nice and most important, CLEAN!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to people that are coming to Deerfield beach and even Boca Raton. Go ahead. Treat yourself.

Arrived around 1am, and there was no one at the door. Had to ring for the front door man. Place was clean enough. Beds were comfortable. Some visible wear on the building, but overall, I would stay again. I was just passing through town—wasn’t staying here for an extended time.

Very loud residents. Staff did nothing to stop the behavior. Bed was HORRIBLE. Water pressure was very weak. WiFi dropped constantly. We did not feel safe here because of the location and clientele. MOLD was growing on the bathroom walls.

Though it was a roof over my head, this was one of the worst extended stay places I stayed last over the years. First, I had some lady on the phone lie to me that I was supposed to check-in by 6 PM. You can check-in after 10 PM, but be prepared to wait a long time. My room was switched after the first tonight because the water pump in the toilet was broken in room 309. Then, room 332 had a clogged drain in the tub every time I used it, as well as a blood stain on the bathroom floor. The carpets in the hallways are in desperate need of a steam cleaning. And, the parking lot has a huge amount of broken glass everywhere. Despite all of that, the sheets, kitchen, and bathroom were very clean.

Other than the uncomfortable bed and the light under the microwave that couldn’t be turned off, it was ok. Probably 2 dozen chickens roaming the parking lot was the highlight of the visit!!

You have to pay $2 for towel. $10 for cleaning service request. Cleaning service is after 2 weeks.

Entire place smelled horrible , especially the elevator , trash all over parking lot from guests . Stains on walls and linens and couch bed was uncomfortable and old and falling apart . Would not recommend
