⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My name is Samantha, and I recently stayed at Club Lux Resort in Deerfield Beach, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I was in a bit of a pinch and needed a short-term place to stay, and the team there was incredibly accommodating. They don’t usually allow pets, but they made a wonderful exception for me because I really needed a place to land for a little while. That flexibility meant the world to me and made the whole process stress-free. The price was fantastic for what you get — such great value, especially for a newly renovated spot with so many nice touches. The location is perfect too — just a short walk to the beautiful beach, the pier, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. I loved starting my days with a quick stroll by the ocean. The staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations. The whole property has such good vibes — relaxed, clean, and inviting, with a great pool area that was perfect for unwinding. This is a cheap looking motel. Nothing more. Trash bin with a smell of "dead flash" is in the entrance and a rusty sign from 40-50 years ago. Very noisy at night. The outside light is bright into the bed at night so it feels day in the room when you want to sleep. The AC engine is next to bed..... we were hit with additional costs. We cut our stay short. AVOID THIS MOTEL.

WIFI was the worst part of our stay, very slow and constantly freezing. Room (1 bed with kitchen) was nice as well as the pool. Parking was tough at times, it is a small place with only about 15 spaces. Overall, would return for our next stay.

Television is far from desired. Comcast is awful, not HD and no streaming or casting available they would be better off just using the Samsung smart TVs they have, increasing the wireless coverage and bandwidth and ditching the cable. WiFi was a little weak in some areas. The water pressure was also very low. Not sure if they could purchase some better showerheads to help with this. Other than that, the staff was great, the apartment itself was great, clean and reasonably priced.

Room sleeps 6 but not enough silverware for even 4 people. Wouldn't even go barefoot carpet was disgusting. Shower wouldn't drain and was no water pressure from the bathroom sink. Windows wouldn't open.

This is a hidden gem. Natalia is the best so lucky to have her, she goes beyond helpful for her guests. The housekeepers are wonderful. We have stayed at the Club Lux several times and will be back several more. Thank you All!!

Not a luxury resort. Not on the beach. This is a clean, newly remodeled MOTEL. BEACH is blocks away. Some rooms share front doors with neighboring rooms. Very nice staff only available during business hours.

Great spot, close to everything

The rooms are like little mini apartments. They’re definitely older units, but they have been maintained very well. You can cook food in the kitchens that each unit provides. There are also charcoal BBQ areas if you wanted to grill food outside near the pool. The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was wonderful, but we especially loved Natalia. I traveled alone with my three young kids and she made all of us feel at home. I would say it’s well worth the money to save a couple hundred bucks to stay here instead of one of the beachfront hotels if you’re looking for an amazing trip but not trying to break the bank either. Well worth it!

The pictures that advertise is very misleading it’s a 10 minute walk through sketchy neighborhoods especially at night time the pool is small and cluttered with floaties Staff was rude acting like they were doing you a favor just to stay over all I believe it’s a bait and switch type advertising

Clauncy checked us in quickly and was able to help daily throughout our stay. Great rooms, that were clean and pleasant with the AC working. Pool was great for the kids and adults to enjoy. Location was awesome for walking to Deerfield Beach and shopping or food. Will be returning.

Old style hotel. It was clean. Kinda small, but had everything we required. Price was good for the area. Nice pool and was very busy with families. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. $10 parking fee was unexpected since it was on property, but I guess that was inexpensive compared to other hotels. No breakfast.

I had made an error in my booking and Clancy and Natalia were wonderful to help me fix the problem so I didn’t get the added charges. They also were very good to respond quickly. I had asked if we could do it our early check-in if the rooms were available and they allow us to do that also. If I go back in that area I definitely will stay there again! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

we had a great time at Club Lux Resort. We are a couple with no children and were lucky to get room 17, a little bit tucked away from the pool, so it was quiet, the people were wonderful, the other guests really nice - we had a kitchen and really like the place. highly recommend.

Horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is not newly renovated it is a very old outdated filthy motel that they slapped cabinets over. Don’t be deceived by the pictures listed on their website and hotels.com. Rust staining, plastered over mold, dirty walls, bodily fluids on furniture. Not a resort! Couldn’t even contact anyone the first night to leave. They close the office. They refunded the rest of my nights which was nice but wouldn’t refund the first night which I would not have stayed had it not been so late and torrential downpouring at the time. I had my 3 kids and couldn’t just leave to find another place. Nightmare of a stay!

Good location mix with residential and hotels / Condos. Pool area appeared well maintained outside your door and could be conjested during Peak hours? Smoking policy by the Pool was allowed (??) or not discouraged which was not a plus. Parking was very limited to return to find a space. Rooms were good and clean but dated furniture. Limited or no sidewalks in the immediate neighborhood and little to no after dark lighting. Appears a safe area. More for young families with children location? More quiet and less conjested off peak season? Seemed quiet overnight at night a plus!

The advertisement for this property is deceptive and misleading. The ads show pictures of the beach and the room I booked on Expedia said it had ocean view, there are no ocean views at this hotel. Even the name is misleading, jn no reasonable stretch of the imagination is the property luxurious or a resort, the clear intention is to get people to book then leave it to the hotel staff to apologize for any disappointment. This property is an older, minimally maintained class c motel that is on a side road a few blocks from the beach. Fresh towels and cleaning must be requested, but they do a nice job when they do clean. We had a studio with a kitchen that was a nice feature and being walking distance to the beach was another nice feature. They have a pool but we didn’t use it. I hate being deceived and think this property has enough redeeming features that it could get budget minded customers without the deception. Dearfield beach is wonderful, especially at sunrise and their proximity to it should be easy to sell.

The fact that this property uses the word “resort” in its name is a complete farce. It is a motel. It is decent but absolutely underwhelming in just about every way. However, the pool was heated and that was wonderful particularly on the rainy or overcast days. I wish this place used more representative photos or took resort out of its name. Definitely disappointing.

I had to pay an extra $10 for parking, and very limited parking. What is shown on the website concerning the place being on the beach is a lie. It’s a good walking distance.

The place is not on the oceanfront. There is no restaurant or bar. It is 2-3 blocks from the beach, which is nice. The photo used by Expedia is not from this property. The room was good sized and clean. The heated pool is nice, but is loud because all rooms face the pool. On Saturday, there was a group that was partying until 5am.

The picture on Hotels.com with tables on the see is not representing reality. The hotel is not on the beach at all. 10 minutes walk form if.

My first question is what is your definition of a Resort? It’s not this. When I booked it, the first picture was of a beach bar; it is nowhere on this property. They never should have had that picture first because for me it was misleading. It’s a two story structure with parking right on the property. No need to walk far. We were booked for two weeks and i didn’t ask for a kitchen- my fault!- but seriously why not have a dresser for your clothes. There’s room for one.in the room and I could easily find one in a resale store. Certainly none of the furniture is exceptional. The room is a decent size. There’s a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. The closet was a standalone thing but tiny. So again nowhere to put clothes. Maybe the rooms with kitchens were nicer. But the biggest comfort problem was the mattress which slopes and was exceptionally uncomfortable. It either needs flipping or replacing. As well as better pillows. For a two week stay it wasn’t comfortable. On a plus note the staff was super nice and they will clean the room upon request. The pool is large, really warm and well cleaned. It is not good for really young children because it goes immediately to 4 ft, 6 ft and deepest at 8 ft. Perfect for adults. It truly is a 5 minute walk to the beach and at night to various restaurants, bars and a few shops as well as a 7-11 store. The Italian restaurant is great. This Deerfield Beach area is more quiet than other spots near Ft Lauderdale. It’s a good value

Overall this place has all of what we needed. Walking distance to everything, great lounge area at the courtyard pool, the saltwater pool water was sooooo warm and just what our northern bones needed after escaping a blizzard the day before arrival, rooms were spacious but older and bathroom tub was very worn. Parking is extra $10 per night which felt unnecessary but is what it is. Likely would consider staying again.

When my boyfriend and I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We waited about 15–20 minutes before my boyfriend had to walk around the property to find the receptionist sitting by the pool instead of attending the front desk. That was very unprofessional and not the type of service you expect when checking into a hotel. During checkout we also had to wait around 10 minutes for someone to appear. While the room was clean, it was extremely small and the overall property is very limited compared to what the photos suggest online. We were also charged a $200 deposit that was supposed to be refunded, and I am still waiting to receive it. This has been very frustrating. I also attempted to cancel the reservation earlier, but since the booking was made through Expedia and the option selected was non-refundable, I had no flexibility. Unfortunately this was supposed to be my anniversary weekend, and the experience was disappointing and far below expectations. I hope management can address these issues and resolve the pending deposit. I will also be contacting Expedia regarding this experience and the misleading listing.

There were no curtains on the windows facing the hallway and there was a hallway light on all night making sleep impossible. The TV wasn’t working…sound was on and we couldn’t turn it off until we had to unplug it. We informed the front desk and it took half our trip for the TV issue to be addressed. The front desk staff was kind enough to give me an extra bedsheet so that I could attempt to cover the window where the light was coming in. The refrigerator was missing its bins, not a huge deal, but representative of the attention to detail and care of the property.

For only $10 more a night we got the dinette room. Parking for $10 a night. No gym

The first photo on their website is not from their property and very deceiving. The property is blocks from the ocean and cannot be seen. There is no restaurant on site or even close. When we arrived to check in there was no one in the office. Had to wait about 10 minutes before the clerk came. There was a woman waiting ahead of us to check in and had been there for quite some time. She left to find another property. When I went to the office to check out at 7:30am it was locked. The room itself was very clean but sparsely furnished. There was a couch but no easy chairs. The first impression when walking through the gate to the property in our view was not a good one. Very disappointed

Room was O.K. but smaller than what appeared in photo's. No couch. We had 2 lights that was not working and 2 receptacles for bedroom lights not working when we arrived . Staff was great and pool was very nice.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I have stayed at some bad hotels, but have never complained. The room smelled like mildew and smoke, the bedroom carpet had a small puddle. The couch and two chairs had more stains than not. The window handle broke in my hand and left the window stuck open. We checked out and moved hotel. They WOULD NOT refund my next two nights!!!! I now have to file complaints. STAY AWAY

The rooms are just dirty (not from not cleaning) the carpet its sooo black dirty that you get sticky to it, the window in bathroom had mold on it… Other than that, everything was great!

Location was quiet yet close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Front desk staff that we met was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed in had two bedrooms. The main bedroom was great (except for not a single clothes hanger in the closet), but the second "bedroom" was more like a closet with a window, with two single beds and a small nightstand. No other furniture in the room. The bigger issue though was that the shades in that "bedroom" were not adequate to block the light from the outdoor corridor lamp right outside the window. I wish I had brought a sleep mask along, as it was so bright all night long that I barely slept. I could have read a book without turning on any other lamps in the room.

Solid 3 stars. The reviews are fairly accurate. The carpet in my room was stained and appeared dirty. The bed was not comfortable but all I needed was a one night stay and the Club Lux got the job done. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The pool was warm and the area around the pool was fine. I arrived very late and when I went out the next morning there seemed to be a large contingent of regular snow birds hanging around.

They lied online on what type of room you were going to get and would not refund me my money buyer beware

Limited parking which you have to pay for and you aren’t guaranteed to have a space when you come back. Floors were sticky and bed was unstable. No conditioner, only shampo. Remote didn’t work and was sticky. Someone’s medication was spilled under the bed (full bottle) and wasn’t cleaned up. Not worth the price. Pool hours are very short (9am-8pm)

This hotel is perfectly located just a couple of blocks from great restaurants and the beach. $10 nightly parking was great. Most of the rooms have been recently and tastefully updated with a modern look. It was extremely quiet, and the kitchen had many items like a cutting board and measuring cups, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well, although it was a little noisy. Staff was super nice and helpful, and the wi-fi for my remote work was fast.

The pullout couch was broken and very dirty. But the space was nice.

The place was nice my main thing about it if it’s a room for 4+ people why only put two sets of towels and then you can’t get a hold of someone till the morning. Another thing that was weird was the pillows were very small definitely not for a king size bed. Another thing I didn’t like which should be added to the description on the top that you have to pay a $200 deposit. I’ve never paid that much for a hotel.

Great property and close to everything.

Room was clean but when I got in bed the bed sheets were wet. Unknown why I used the blow dryer to try to dry the spot but it didn’t work. The office was closed so I couldn’t get more linen. Not sure if whoever may have steamed the mattress and left to much water.

Rooms and furniture very dated and dingy. Wifi was terrible, did not connect most of the time. Bedrooms need a mirror.

The room has a lot of discolored grout and carpet which doesn’t feel clean. The bathtub did not drain well. The room smelled like disinfecting Lysol. It was an aesthetic apartment and the staff was kind and helpful but it didn’t feel the cleanest.

The pictures are very deceiving, makes it seem as if it’s a beachfront stay, it’s not! It even says “by the beach” making it more deceiving, it’s not by the beach it’s near the beach. And the area you walk through to get to the beach is a bit sketchy at night. There were some knocking noises that woke me up on my second day’s. However the room was clean (the couch was wet but I didn’t really use it) the shower’s water pressure was low but the water was nice and hot, they have a number you can text with almost instant response which is nice. High deposit rate that I didn’t know about before going.

Definitely an older small beach hotel and the property and room was tidy. Cleanliness could be better, for example; the floors had been cleaned but were left extremely slippery with soap residue, cobwebs in the shower window, carpet needs to be cleaned, and the room was fairly musky. Once we opened the door a few times it aired out. The A/C worked great and the appliances are nice. The property is fairly quiet and very close to shopping, restaurants and the fishing pier at the beach.

Even though some of the staff spoke little to no English they would pull out translators on the phones and ensure you got everything you needed! Very friendly and made sure you had everything you need! The rooms were nice and my kids enjoyed the pool! Definitely would recommend you stay here if you vacationing I Deerfield Florida!

AC was great 75 kept rooms perfect. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We found the rooms clean, smelled nice, but the rugs were very worn /dirty looking. The twin bed mattresses sunk in on one and the other one’s head of mattress was lower than the feet. The sheets were very comfortable.. the bathroom was nice, the kitchen had adequate dishes for three people but no cookie dish to cook in the oven. The two outside tables were nice but all 8 chairs had at least two legs that were all rusted and broken so you didn’t sit level. Overall I would stay there again due to location and the staff.

The kitchen is well equipped. The carpet feels gross and needs to be replaced. The king sized bed was wonky; we felt like we were falling off the sides. The outside pool area is very nice.

This is NOT a resort. It is a reconditioned motel. No amenities, No water pressure, and Threadbare towels. They dont even have a vending machine. It's a $60 room at BEST. They even tried to charge extra for parking.

This was a great place. Very clean and classic old south Florida style. I love how close to shops and restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Our family really wishes we had more time and we are already planning a return trip.

Room is traveler friendly. Different kitchen and room options. Will be back again and again.

Everything was just wonderful 😌!! The staff, Clanci..at the front desk such a sweet person ❤️ and Luis who let me stay an hour later til my daughter picked me up was awesome!! The groubds we cleaned every morning. Lighting at night at the pool was beautiful!!! A short walj to the beach, restaurants was so easy !! A few of the guests i meet were very friendly!!!

Great location about a block from the beach. Full size fridge, kettle, coffee maker and kitchen area. Very clean and cute pool area with free cabana use. Comfy king bed. Enjoyed our stay.

AC was very loud when it turns on, wake us up few times. Towels scratchy and old. Bath tub slippery and no handrails. On the good side: the room is a good size, plenty of closet space. The kitchenette is functional.

Check-in/out simple. Staff let me son check-in early as he arrived 4hrs before the rest of the family. We had 2 rooms-bed and the pull-out were comfortable (pillows were not the best-bring your own if you can). Pool area was clean, other guest were courteous. Beach, restaurants and shops within waking distance. Would stay here again if in the area.

This property smelled like mildew and their dirty iron messed up my pants! They stated all the irons are like that, dirty! Keep my deposit for a little stains on the sheets, but aren’t we there to get the sheets a little dirty! Smh never again!

Pillows were small (twin bed) on a King bed!!!!! Bath towels were minimal (and I am a small person) they didn't even cover me.

Please believe me this property is small but very nice. The employees are awesome and our room was nice, clean and quiet. We loved sitting by the pool with our drinks and it is a walk to beach and tons of restaurants on the beach strip.

We were so pleased with are stay second time staying with Club Lux. Easy access too the ocean, shops, restaurants. Friendly employees. The pool is immaculate and perfect temperature. Needs a little updating shower, flooring, otherwise we had a wonderful time. Thank you, see you again for sure.

The shower was a huge disappointment. It was either cold or extremely hot, there was no happy medium. Even the slightest on hot would burn you, so it was cold showered or out stay.

As we arrived this time I notice they did some work on the outside ok of the property so that was nice to see, unfortunately when we went to our bedroom -the room is outdated, carpet pretty dirty and smell like dog add to that that the AC did not work. I called the office and someone worked on the AC but didn’t do Uich of a change. I felt really bad having to sleep there with y daughter, in that condition but it was only for one night this time. I won’t go back to this place. Add to that- I huge fight between a women and a guy next door made us really nervous… just a bad situation all together. I don’t recommend this place unless you just need somewhere to crash for a night and you are by yourself!

By mistake, I had originally booked for one night. Once at the front desk, I asked to be able to stay for 2 nights.. the two clerks at the front desk told me that that was not a problem! The day after a different clerk called me, asking me to leave the room because they were sold out!

Super Cute Little Motel with a nice pool.

Loved the entirety of our trip! Club Lux Resort was a hidden gem. I never would have thought to stay there if I just drove by it. The facility is well maintained, the pool is always warm, and the staff are incredibly helpful. The longer we were there the more I loved it. The rooms are also very well kept! Our microwave stopped working during our stay and we ended up getting a room upgrade which was incredible!

Quaint, quiet, cute; walkable. Super friendly desk staff. Awesome little 2bedroom suite. Adorable pool ( totally giving Melrose Place vibes!!. Will return for sure!

On the first night there were people in the pool after hours, loud voices, laughing and music. This was between 1 and 2am. Which is when we had to ask them for the second time to stop. Didnt enjoy our first day due to lack of slerp.

It was nice but not what the website portrayed. TV did not work correctly/network issues, a few blocks from the beach, no ice... The room was decent size and some of it remodeled. Pool was nice and person working the front desk was very helpful.

This properly is located very close to the beach dining and other local things you may need. It is clean it looks exactly as advertised and the staff was very helpful.

Communication with the resort was seamless, thanks to their 24/7 text message service. Any question or request was promptly addressed, making everything from check-in to check-out as smooth as possible. Speaking of check-out, the flexibility they offer is fantastic. Guests can opt for a complimentary check-out until noon, or if you need a bit more time to enjoy the resort, a late check-out until 2 PM is available for a reasonable $50 fee. Additionally, the amenities at Club Lux are top-notch. The availability of a laundry room and outside grills adds a great level of convenience for longer stays or family trips. The resort’s prime location, just a two-minute walk to the beautiful beach, is the perfect cherry on top. Having the ocean so accessible made our vacation even more enjoyable. Overall, Club Lux by the Beach exceeded my expectations in every way, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rosalinda and the well-thought-out amenities and services. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a wonderful beachside

Large rooms

The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. The worst part is that they don’t have any restroom in the common area. We got there before the check in time and there was no place for us to change our clothes and to leave our backpacks.

Perhaps in the pipes but it was disgusting. Otherwise, everything was quite nice.

Prior to arriving to the property the receptionist was welcoming and very accommodating. I had a list of demands due to some last minute changes but I also understood that due to the last minute might not be able to accommodate. However they have excelled in accommodating.

This is not a resort. Its a motel. It may be ok at $50-100/night but definetley not a 4/5 star facility

The premises were clean, comfortable and inviting. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. Location is excellent. The beach is only a short block away. 6 restaurants and commercial stores are within walking distance.

Super cute hotel a block from the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly and attentive. $10 for on site parking was a great deal especially due to the close proximity to the beach.

Club Lux was a great place for our family to stay. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. The location was fabulous, clean and ample space for us to feel like a home away from home. It was a beautiful way to end the rest of our vacation. I would say this is a great place for families with younger kids and those who are avid beach goers. The pier wasn't open as they're working on it, but it doesn't deter from the experience.
