    The staff was very helpful and friendly, parking was convenient but u have to pay to park your car to me is a money grab.the bed was comfortable, but I wasn't happy with the rust stains on the molding and the other stains on the molding on the floor looks like it flooded,the carpet in the hallway needs updating,dont think cleaning it would help,well if u just need to out ur head down I guess it's ok,I didnt have any luck getting hot water for my shower,

    We have stayed here several years ago. Comments I would make that the pool area and outdoor bar area need to be updated. Other than that the hotel is an acceptable option if you want to stay reasonably priced. Otherwise there are much nicer hotels in the immediate area.

    The hotel has not been updated. We were in a handicap accessable room and the floor was not level. I went to get ice for the room and the ice machine on the 2nd and 3rd floor did not work. I stopped looking after that.

    Checking in was a nightmare charge to confirm reservation then charged again so I had a charge held for 3 business days while on vacation. Then the water was turned off for 3 hours. The location was excellent very close to the beach. But overall the property needs to be updated. They charge for parking even in the off season. There wasn't anyone really in the area where they could of just given us a parking tag for the car.

    Nothing, I will never stay in this hotel again The pool was broken edge with mold , all the tables and chairs in the pool was rusted and broke, I have my 3 years old granddaughter that want go to the slide in the pool , but after I try , I see every block of the slide was tied up with tied plastic , very dangerous, when I have to pay for one more car to park , they charge me twice , with out just ad another 15 on my bill , I will never stay in this hotel again

    The room was not available when we checked in at 3:00 pm so we had to wait. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was the typical breakfast offered in all hotels: waffles, sausage, egg, juice and coffee. You also get to choose yogurt and cereal. The beach a a short walk from the hotel.

    This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed. Everything is broken, the elevator, the ice machine, the ac, the pool, the doors. The managing staff was rude and not helpful at all. We had a baby and they planed to offer a room on the 4-6 floor with no elevator, can you imagine. The Housekeeping team really tried to help (only positive).

    Elevator did not work please was very dirty it was just a terrible stay there The Host in the front desk is very rude . And they did not even take anything out or reimburse me for the elevator I was on the third floor and I had to go up and down they should at least reimburse people for the troubles . His friends was just terrible like I said before the elevator broke down for like 3 days they never fixed it they were even old people going up and down the stairs that I had to help them because they couldn't do it and then I asked for a refund and they didn't want to do anything about it the place was just terrible don't stay there .

    I had reserved an ocean view room through Expedia, but Diana claimed the hotel never received that information from Expedia and refused to offer any refund or accommodation. I then asked to speak to the manager & a person by the name Gail also said the same thing and did not offer a solution. This was frustrating & felt dismissive.The condition of the property was also concerning. The pool slide looked unsafe, as if it could fall apart at any moment. Housekeeping was another major issue, I confirmed with Gail what their housekeeping policy was and she said full service every third day however, we could request garbage and fresh towels, which I did not only once but had to request garbage pickup &towel replacement 4 times in a single day before it was addressed by Sunny who came from the front desk and brought me fresh towels and took the garbage.These issues are unacceptable.To make matters worse, the front office staff was rude & unhelpful throughout our stay, & no effort was made to resolve these issues or offer any form of compensation.Unacceptable.

    The Comfort Inn is in a good location a block from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. However, the elevator didn’t work during my stay, and I had to go up and down four flights of stairs several times a day, sometimes with luggage and other items.

    arrived at 1 pm and even though the hotel was less than half full, they made me sit in the lobby until 2:30 because of house rules. What happen to customer. Breakfast was terrible, no cream cheese, no apple juice, no more bisquits and gravy. This hotel going down each month.

    We had a pretty good experience. The staff was very nice and the rooms were nice. The elevator was slow, the pool was a little too cold, the washer and dryer were okay despite needing a lot of quarters along with losing some, vending machine was a problem, and fixtures inside were outdated. But it was overall a good experience. Very close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Very nice staff and a cute ice cream/deli attached to the hotel.

    The conditions were completely unacceptable and, in my view, a serious violation of basic health and safety standards. During my stay, I encountered roaches and other bugs both inside my room and in the hallway. Additionally, the hallway had a strong, unbearable odor, creating an extremely unpleasant and unhealthy environment.

    To its credit the hotel does have excellent staff who are working to the best of their abilities with conditions that will disappoint many customers. The free breakfast is decent enough, and on the weekend a raucous boozy smoking crowd gathers for poolside music in the form of singers performing to karaoke tracks. Thankfully it doesn't go too late if you're an early-to-bed type. We would stay there again if the 6th floor is available at the normal price. Otherwise, Deerfield Beach has many other nicer rooms in the 150 to 250 range.

    We stayed just one night. We got up early in the morning to take our showers and there was no hot water. It was cold showers for us all. Brrrr! We called the front desk and they recommended turning the lever to the right---which is of course the real cold water. At checkout there was no offer to make amends in any way.

    Hotel owners need to recognize, and react to how very important front desk employees are to a guest's initial impression. I was dying to use the bathroom when I walked in and when I asked where it was located - was very abruptly told by "Sunny", "the bathroom is only for guests". Eventually I was given the "code" (why is that even necessary?). I tried to check in 2 hours early because I had a cat in my car who had been traveling for 7 hours. I was told that wasn't possible unless I wanted to pay more money. I explained that I called days before and requested an early check in - at that point the other employee yelled out "that's only a request - not a guarantee". I said, "I am not talking to you", and she replied, "Well I am the manager"...I would be ashamed to have that person represent my company as a manger. The whole check in process took forever - finally I agreed to pay $30 just so I could check in 45 minutes early because I was concerned about my cat in the car. It felt like they had never checked in a guest before. I have signed less paperwork when purchasing a house.The elevator was disgusting - as were the luggage carts and the halls - I didn't want to touch anything.There's no place to hang your bathroom kit - but yet there's room in the bathroom for ugly, old pictures. The bathroom had 1/2 a roll of TP - with no spare. Breakfast was a joke - the waffle maker had a handwritten sign that said OUT OF ORDER - which looked like it had been there for a while!

    The room was severely outdated for the price we paid nightly, our two nights came out to over $800 and the rooms were worse than a motel and not worth it. There were little roaches in the outlets in the bathroom. The location was in a great spot but the rooms listed online looked nothing like the room we stayed in. Will not stay again.     The entire hotel was so outdated and old. There was blackened walls, chipping paint, and damaged baseboards throughout. The particale board of the credenza was showing because it was in such bad shape. My vehicle was hit on property, and the staff was sp unhelpful and actually acted like i was the problem. They were unhelpful with law enforcement when i filed a report and just seemed like they didnt care. The chairs were in such poor condition, and the hotel was overall not the same quality it was advertised as and way too expensive for what it is.

    The rooms are always dirty , especially the floors. My feet get black just walking around so I wear flip flops. Gail at the desk seems like the sweetest woman until you see her darkside. She always has excuses when in fact she is the problem and is very shrewd. My water in my shower had no pressure whatsoever and I told her and she said I am not using it correctly !!!! umm no that was not the case. The place is falling apart and needs renovations desperately. The best thing about this place is the location.

    Our stay at the Comfort Inn Oceanside Deerfield Beach was nothing short of a horrible experience. While booking the hotel online it seemed like a very nice establishment from pictures of the hotel; however, on arrival it was not what it seemed. The staff was negligent and the tenants were suspicious. Our friends car was literally struck by another vehicle while parked in the parking lot and the staff stated their front hotel cameras were not even working. On top of everything else, our room keys barely worked half of the time. This is probably one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced in a hotel and am looking to get some form of reimbursement due to our terrible stay.

    Was told to either pay an extra fee of $30 for pre check in, or come back at 3. I went for a walk and I came back at 4:30. I guess all the best ocean view room were given away, and I ended up with one with a slice of a pie view. On my way out, I asked why they would give a room with no even partial ocean view to someone who paid for ocean view room. I asked if they could at least give us a break on the parking, since we had two cars for one night. The lady at the reception said they could not do that or anything else about it. I do not think it was fair, but I did not insist.

    To begin with, what they offer online is a scam. I paid for a room with an ocean view, and of course, the sea was barely visible in the distance. The hotel itself was neglected, with a dirty elevator and sheets with holes, although at least they were clean. For almost $250 a night, it's not fair. Friends I visited told me there are better hotels for less. The reality is that what's advertised isn't always true, and the positive reviews are usually from friends of the people who work there. There's no better recommendation than from someone who has already experienced it. Lesson learned for next time.

    Easy walk to the beach and pier. There was a $15/day parking fee I did not notice at first, but it's in tiny print at the bottom of the website. The facility and the individual room had a mixture of recently remodeled areas and areas needing repair. The "premium" internet speed was not fast enough to do work-related tasks. The breakfast was satisfactory but included fewer offerings than shown in the photos. The beds were clean and comfortable; the bedspreads were wrinkled and incompletely made compared to photos on the website.

    We stayed 2 nights at Comfort Inn Oceanside Deerfield Beach, FL in mid-January '26. We selected this lodging based on proximity to the Deerfield Beach Fishing Pier that projects 970 feet into the Atlantic Ocean. Almost all of the many lodging options in that area were 2 or 3 times the price we paid. Our room and bedding were clean but old magnetic stripe key card system was not reliable, I had to go to 3 ice makers to find one that was in working condition, carpeting in halls was soiled and elevator had some mechanical sounds that did not inspire confidence. Shower curtain was mostly detached from mounting rings. We were charged for parking each day but while outside noticed vehicles being parked without permits in windows as occupants took beach towels and chairs and disappeared as they were walking to the public beach past pay parking lots two blocks away. I would not return or recommend this hotel to friends or family.

    Nice staff terrible hotel. Extremely dirty hotel seemed like a health hazard. Do not stay here over 10 days and still waiting for my refund which I was told I would get by the front desk for at least one night. We check in and out in 10 minutes due to the condition of the hotel.

    The place was shabby and neglected. Check in itself took 20 minutes per family (there was one before us). When we got to our room, it wasn’t cleaned so they gave us a different room one. The room was clean but the beds were tiny. The phone in our room was broken. The toilet was broken - my husband had to put his hand in it to try to fix it in the middle of the night. They did send maintence the next day and I believe they fixed it. The shower knob was impossible - did not work well. We couldn’t get hot water so maintenance had to come again to jiggle the knob and get it to work. The pool was ok - but the area smelled like poop and we discovered what I think is was a dog poop near the entrance to the pool area from the hotel courtyard. One of the water slides was broken. The free breakfast was so unappetizing that we went somewhere else.

    Around 10am we asked if we could get our key yet and they said it will be ready by the afternoon. We do some running around come back to the hotel and wait in line behind one other person checking in. Right before they finish another guest comes to the counter and yells, can I get my room key? Instead of acknowledging us after waiting in line for 5 minutes she goes and gets their key. We were like excuse me we were next. And the woman at the front desk says they've been waiting for a room key since last night. So we said so were we! Saturday night was a nightmare. People were screaming in the hallway all night up until midnight, there were a ton of sirens and loud cars, and someone started knocking on our door after midnight thinking it was his room. Breakfast is gross, employees are incompetent, guests are less than trashy. I would never go back!

    The only positive was the location close to the beach. The TV didn’t work so I got moved to another room … which also had a TV with initial issues. The room keys were a constant issue. Property is dated and breakfast was poor. Room was either warm or extremely cold and had to sleep in a hoodie. Cheap rate real close to beach, but you get what you pay for.

    The building/areas are broken, rusted, dirty and hazardous. Pool slide one closed due to damage, other should be closed due to being cracked and rusted. Pool chairs rusted and broken. The room (410), had no hot water in shower - reported it twice. Holes in shower curtain. Dirty, rusted, and never cleaned. The breakfast was awful, no options that were safe for gluten allergies. One waffle maker that stuck very bad, nothing filled unless asked. Beach amenities offered were old rusty dangerous (should be thrown away.

    Checked into the hotel I knew about a deposit didn’t know about parking fees. Got to the room bathroom missing a hairdryer off the wall. This hotel is pet friendly I love that however when going to try and hang up clothes in the closet it smelled of cat litter and urine. The closet also had a hole in the door. Had to change rooms and the second room was much better but it was just a miserable check in experience after a 6 hour drive and lugging stuff around. The rest of the stay was alright didn’t interact with staff much until check out.

    My check-in experience was too great. I arrived an hour early and was told I had to wait until 3pm, and couldn't even receive my parking pass, but when I came back at 3pm I overheard another woman in front of me stating she already received her parking pass when she arrived earlier. That wasn't cool at all. As far as the room, it was clean and comfortable unlike the hotel lobby and building exterior that was very old and run down. The location is great since only 1/2 block walking distance to the beach, and close to several restaurants.

    Check in was easy and quick, Staff was polite and friendly. Room was small. Everything in the room was clean and spotless. You cannot beat the price. I did not use the pool.     This is a No Frills kind of motel. It was perfect what I needed located extremely close to the water and very affordable. I didn't need all the bells and whistles as I was in town for work. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and made my stay enjoyable.

    The first room we were assigned had a leak but we were quickly changed to another room. Staff was nice. I did not understand paying a parking fee right there at the hotel, it wasn’t a garage. Also, breakfast wasn’t bad but there were few options. On the site it lists an extra deposit if paying with cash but they also take an extra fee when you pay with a credit or debit card and idk when that will be credited back to your card outside of check with your bank nor do I know what it was for in the first place. Housekeeping comes on the third day, you may request towels at the check in desk. The coffee was great. Lemon water a nice touch. Overall we probably won’t stay here again due to the unexplainable fees and lingering mildewy odor.

    The property was more dated than expected. My first room had dirt marks on the closet walls and an outdated safe with no lock. In the new room offered to me, the bathtub drained poorly, the internet was unusably slow even after tech support, and there were bubbled water marks on the ceiling. The pool area could also use shaded seating. The only positive was the accommodating administration who offered me another room.

    I came on a Tuesday evening and was placed in a room where the tv didn’t work. I was moved from that room into another room where as soon as I turned the lights on roaches scattered (I have videos) Went back to front desk to be moved again but this time into a room that had black mold all over the ceiling above the bed. You could literally smell the mold as soon as you enter the room. I called to from desk yet again she told me she had nothing else better because they were almost fully booked. This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The only thing nice was the walking distance to the beach. Other than that keep your money and stay at a motel if you don’t mind this level of hospitality.

    We really enjoyed our stay. Staff, especially Sunny, were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was lackluster, but that seems to be consistent across Comfort Inns. My kid really enjoyed having a chocolate waffle vs plain or cinnamon. Minor problems were that our door had issues closing, window leaked when raining and puddled the floor, and the mattress was lumpy. Not sure if lumpiness was due to the mattress cover or mattress itself, but it made it hard for me to sleep comfortably. My kid loved the slide for the pool. However, it was questionable and appeared sort of loose. My kid cut her elbow going down and hurt her shoulder at the end. The hotel was so convenient and price was great. We would definitely stay again.

    Staff and everyone there was great! They definitely need more staff to help keep up with pool cleanliness as we were there for 9 days and it didn’t look clean until the day we were checking out. Facilities as a whole are in need of some upgrades, otherwise perfect location to the ocean and within walking distance of some great restaurants around the pier.

    Checked in, the lobby smelled musky. Had to pay the deposit and parking, which was $135 total. Got the room, took 15 minutes to get warm water. We paid extra for an ocean view, and it was a view of the neighbors back yard. There was no ocean view in sight. The room has a stronger musky/moldy odor. The beds were more of a twin XL instead of a full/queen. We asked to be moved since we did pay for the view. The odor was a lot stronger and the room only had 1 table lamp for light. They offered us a third room however that was not an ocean view. As we were going through this, they had people in walking in and out there were suppose to be service people but had no identification that they worked there or with a maintenance company. The front desk attendant was very rude about our issues. He said we were checked out, however after they ran reports for the night, I had an additional charge of $91, on top of the $135 I had already paid. The GM (Ingrid) denied the refund.. she stated she had never had any issues with her rooms or people not wanting to stay. We stayed at a nicer hotel for the same price we booked this hotel. Do not let the photos fool you, this was not a nicer hotel. It was an older hotel with very thin doors and many other issues that need to resolved. I have attached a photo of our “ocean view”

    Breakfast options very limited and mostl of them not available 3 out of 4 days even at 7:30 am. Door keys are a pain. Get cleared if you have touched with your car keys or wallet or phone. Every day had to get them redone 3-4 times and staff asked to keep in the key sleeve all time which we did but treated as if it was our fault. First room provided AC did not work and staff acted because we are keeping it at lowest temp is causing it not to cool. After her check up as waiting another 20 mins same result. Had to change the room.

    They charged my card the full rate 2 days before my stay when I selected pay at property for my reservation. Then when arriving had to pay the full rate PLUS 100$ for incidentals and $15 a day for parking in crappy open lot. So damn near $700 was on my card before I could even check in for a 2 night stay in a room that was the worst spot in the entire building. I’ve stayed there at least 8x in the past 6 years but this will be my last. They never have done this before. Gone way downhill too unfortunately.

    Problem started when we arrived to our room and did not have an ocean view which was priced higher and charged as such. The assistant manager was rude. And refused to fix the issue. This lead to 3 hours of being on the phone. Went to sleep unhappy and had our evening plans ruined. The next day however, the hotel manager worked to fix the issue promptly and apologized repeatedly for the mix up and the behavior of the assistant. Would we stay here again? No. Did we appreciate the make up with good hospitality? Yes we are grateful. I’m not trying to be a Karen- but only wanted what I purchased. The assistant manager could have said we will have to wait till the next day to resolve, instead of laughing at us and saying that there’s no changes or refunds etc. the facility is dated.     We checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday, and in that entire time, our room didn’t get serviced once. Not a single time. I called Friday night to ask why, and the front desk casually informed me that housekeeping is “by request only.” Fine. I requested service for Saturday, left the room at 10 a.m., and dragged myself back after an exhausting day at midnight—only to find the room exactly as we left it. Trash overflowing, no clean towels, beds unmade, nothing touched. I had to go to the front desk myself to beg for towels and a trash bag just to deal with the mounting pile of garbage. This isn’t some cheap Airbnb where you expect to fend for yourself—this is supposed to be a hotel! The poor old guy at the front desk seemed overwhelmed, and I almost felt sorry for him, but that doesn’t excuse this level of incompetence. If you’re charging people for a hotel stay, at least pretend to provide basic service. Save your money and avoid this dump at all costs. The staff was pleasant and the front office clerk said she would give us “2000 points” for a credit on another stay. I have yet to receive an email confirming that.

    We did not stay at this property, at 3:15pm there were 16 people in lobby waiting for 3pm check in, no rooms available they did not know when they would be available, we all had reservations, went to pool to wait, people were in the pool eating food, I told my wife that's it we are out of here, I told them to cancel my reservation, these place in terrible, I could imagen what the rooms must have looked like, then they tried to charge my card for $290.82, which I will not be paying.

    The hotel is dated. The elevator was loud and squeaky. Rooms need a refresh overall. Ac unit was loud. We were in room 215, with a "city view". We literally couldnt see a thing. We had a view of the tile roof. Also, it was next to the elevator.... I would request a different room next time. Nothing was terrible, but everything could have been better. The pool was a decent size, went 4' - 7'. The water slides were a big draw for us, but they are basically inoperable. One was completely blocked/shut down, and the other one was only open randomly, but even then it looked like if you went down it, the bolts and seams could cut you. We didnt even attempt it. Breakfast was the exact same every day; blueberry muffins, english muffins, sausage patties, egg patties, plain yogurt, 2 types of cereal and hot waffles, and orange juice and coffee. There needs to be some rotation of options. The ladies working did keep it very clean though. They have beach chairs and misc beach toys behind the desk if you ask. That is a nice touch so you don't have to buy them. They aren't the backpack style, but they were easy enough to carry to the beach, which is a quick and easy walk to the beach too. The restaurant attached is only open randomly during the day also. We had sandwiches one day. They were good, but a bit pricey. 3 sandwiches and a pop was over $50. I think this hotel could do much better if they updated rooms/slides/breakfast. $15/day to park is crazy too, include it in the price.

    Check in & out was very fast and pleasant. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom very clean and updated. With only being half of block from beach & boardwalk the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back to stay on our return trip.

    this was one of those rare hotel occasions where the property exceeded our expectations. we wanted an inexpensive place in this particular area. Make no mistake, this is not a new or fancy property but given the age they have maintained it well and keep it clean. would stay in again for sure.

    The general manager does not know the meaning of the word hospitality. She was rude, inconsiderate, and when I protested her threat to have my car towed, she threatened to call the police. I have been a customer for over 10 years, but will never stay there again. She should be fired. In addition, the hotel lacks certain basic important safety features such as a bar in the shower. The so called free breakfast Is virtually uneditable. Go somewhere else.

    The staff was excellent. The gentleman who fixed our shower was friendly and efficient. Sasha at the front desk was fabulous from the moment that we met her until checkout as were all other members of the front desk. If I had to make a negative comment, I would say that the fact that our friends also had problems with their showers as we did, and I also did not realize that we had to request a room clean during our stay. Having said that I look forward to our stay next year!

    Please don’t stay here! Staff is rude and miserable, the hotel is extremely dirty, pools, and slides are broken. Keys don’t work. They over charge for everything. They will make up excuses to not give you back your incidental funds.

    I was denied access to the fifth floor because I have a service animal. I was told during check in that animals are prohibited from the fifth floor because that is the executive floor. I booked an ocean view so she put me on the fourth floor and said it was ocean view but it was a view of the pool tees and the building across the street. When I confronted her about it she insisted that it was an ocean view room

    Additionally, the room I was assigned was right next to the elevator and ice machine, which created a lot of noise throughout the night. Every time the elevator moved, I could hear it clearly in the room, and the constant sound of the ice machine added to the disturbance. It was hard to get a good night's rest with the noise constantly in the background. I was also quite disappointed with the breakfast. The selection was very limited—there weren’t many options to choose from, and what was available didn't seem very appetizing. It felt like the hotel wasn’t putting much effort into providing a decent start to the day for its guests. I ended up going out to find a better breakfast elsewhere. I did appreciate the location of the hotel—it’s conveniently situated near shops and the beach—but unfortunately, the issues with the shower and noise made it difficult to fully enjoy my time there. I hope they address these problems soon, but for now, I can't recommend staying there

    The hotel location is excellent since it's only a block (2-minute walk) from a nice, touristy beach and is surrounded by many nice restaurants and shops with a cool vibe. The facility is a little outdated, but the hotel is reasonably clean and everything worked fine. Parking was very convenient and at $15/night is cheaper than other hotels with hotel rates more affordable than nearby hotels. The hotel staff were all friendly, and the hot breakfast was nice enough (including fruit and proteins). The outdoor pool was also nice. The beds were comfortable but a little small for rooms with 3 or 4 guests. This hotel was good value!

    I got holey and stained towels. The shower curtain was ripped at top. No hot water a couple of days. I was put at the corner of the hotel- soo noisy. Air conditioner was so loud and annoying. Tv volume was awful. Your hotel needs some major tlc. Looks kinda junky. Staff was nice and friendly

    2. The noise level coming up from the street was very loud, we could hear the cars at the intersection as if they were just ouside the window even though we were on the 4th floor. 3. The "free breakfast" was useless. Yogurt, over ripe bananas, fruitloops cereal, stale coffee, diy waffles are hardly enjoyable breakfast options. 4. Charged for parking even though Expedia said all fees were included in my resrvation. I will be discussing this further with management. 5. Room was clean, which was a surprise considering the age of the hotel. 6. Front desk staff was very plesant, but this hardly made up for the other things that made our stay dissapointing.

    I would not recommend this hotel. The building looks nothing like the photos online—it’s more like something you’d see in a horror movie. The front desk receptionist, Gail, was cold and unwelcoming with poor customer service. There’s also an unexpected $16 mandatory parking fee, which wasn’t mentioned upfront. The hotel has a 40lb dog weight limit, but again, this isn’t listed on the Expedia app. Check-in is at 3pm, and even if you arrive a few minutes early, like I did at 2:47pm, they won’t give you your key until exactly 3pm. You have to stand in line with everyone else waiting until 3pm. BUT, you could pay $20 and check in before 3pm. Overall, I had a frustrating experience and ended up leaving. I would NEVER recommend this place.

    The incompetence of the (only person) at the front desk was beyond anything I have experienced before. When I arrived she was hysterically crying and made for a very uncomfortable arrival. At check in, I was unable to use my business credit card without my boss present. Which was fine, I gave my personal card...which she charged 11 times!!! All for different amounts, which didnt reflect the agreed upon price with hotels.com. She said my bank flagged the transaction as fraud. I called my bank, told them it was not fraud and they cleared it. She then proceeded to charge me 3 more times and said it didnt work and it was a system error. The next morning, I went to the lobby and there was a line of people with the same issue. The woman could not handle this whatsoever, and said my boss had to come to the hotel and show his ID and physically give the credit card. My boss arrived later in the afternoon and had to wait 1.5 hours to finally speak with the woman who was nasty. She took his credit card and ID. The next night, I got back to my room and discovered a note under my door that said they were missing credit card information and to see the front desk. I also noticed they charged ME AGAIN 2 more times!!! And my boss twice. I asked the front desk what was going on and the same woman (who apparently is the only person who works there) what happened and she said my boss only authorized the room for 1 night, not 3.

    Checkin was awful. Took close to 15 to 20 minutes because of a staff member not knowing about their system well enough. They continued to charge us an extra 20$ for early checkin even after the long delay of checking us in. “Pool bar” was a joke. People butted a table up to the only spot to get drinks so not very welcoming.

    we were on the second floor and the carpet in the hallway is nasty... The ice machine looks like it is leaking and the had a rusty old fan on to try and dry the carpet..Next to the fan was a dehumidifier. The rest of the carpet in the hallway was filthy.and needs to be replaced.

    The room was clean and bathroom is above average. Only two bath towels in the room for 4 people and staff was unable to locate more. We booked for ths pool, were disappointed that only one slide was operational and had clearly been that way for awhile. Breakfast was okay, everything needed replinished, staff was very helpful when asked for things to be refilled.

    This is a conveniently located hotel. The staff is polite. The only problem is the nickle and dime policy. To charge $20 to let you checkin one hour earlier when you arrive is ridiculous. Especially that the room was ready. This is a big disappointment. Most hotels let you checkin if the room is available.
