Todo muy bonito! Muy familiar!

The first room we were given at a broken toilet paper holder. And we did not have a sunset view nor did we have a king-size bed as was booked. So after we had unpacked and realized this, we were given another room. Of course it was an upgrade and had to pay $20 extra night for it, which I believe should’ve been comped. to our dismay after unpacking the second time there was only one night table in the bedroom. I called the concierge and he sent up the maintenance person who said that after the hotel was renovated, this is how they decorated the room. However, the first room that we were in had two night tables. He said he would speak to his boss but no one ever got back to me as to what they were going to do about it so I had to take a chair from the table in the living area and make my own night table. In addition there was stool on the toilet that was not cleaned for two days when. I complained to the manager she comped me for one night. I didn’t want to argue with her but I was thinking that we should have been also comped the $20 extra/ night for the upgrade. I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times before and never had any problems.

The room was clean and large. The beach was nice to see and walking distance from the hotel, but just a great view you can't go in the water. All of the front desk staff were nice.

Staff was great, especially housekeeping. Breakfast was definitely a treat withade to order omelets. We had a fan that the blade came shooting off and hit the wall while we were there. The resort fees were not included, which is more on expedia than the hotel. Overall a good stay, rooms were nice. The ocean was not swimmable. The entire beach there is full of seaweed, wish we would have known before.

The bar staff charged me for alcoholic beverages that I neither ordered nor agreed to purchase. They acknowledged the mistake and assured me that the issue would be corrected. However, I am still waiting for my refund and have not yet received any follow-up communication regarding this matter.

Very clean! Excellent breakfast! Free happy hour! Steps from the beach! Nice pool! Parking garage is kind of cramped but to be expected. They have oversize parking on the North End of the building. Minutes from a lot of good restaurants. Has been my go to when I stay in Broward county for a long time now.

The hotel was very large and clean. I had a lovely time with my family and friends, but on the last day, I encountered an unpleasant situation. I asked for a manager to help resolve the issue, but the manager—a man named Syrus—was extremely arrogant and conceited, and he simply didn't care how the problem was settled. I do not think large hotels should employ people like that.

Great locations, if you pay for an ocean view make sure you get one. I paid for one and got a building view and part of a palm tree.

The room was great and serviced well. The breakfast is included (free)and great. Made to order omelets. They have eggs bacon, sausage, potatos , and all the other normal stuff. Each night you get 2 drink tickets for a free happy hour per adult per night. Pool is nice and maintained. Beach is right behind the hotel. Great value for the price. About $35 a day for ready in and out parking. Only negative, I was not expecting a $35 a day resort fee, so $140 extra not expected. It probably said it when booking. Not a deal breaker. Still great. Very kid friendly.

Very nice room with ocean view. Lots of space; 2 baths and comfortable bedding. Surprisingly clean but a little mildew in the shower. Bartenders were the worst. Just no customer service or attention to customers. Was still a very nice stay and would go back.

Do yourself a favor and stay here. Everything was good, breakfast, service and proximity to everything. 10/10

This hotel was more than we expected. It was clean friendly staff. The beach is right there with a beautiful view. and the breakfast great.

Great place to travel with family

Pool was rather small for the size of hotel. Did not accommodate the capacity of guests. There was not enough lounge chairs and some where broken.

The hotel and room were clean, breakfast was amazing every morning.

We loved our stay! Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in the middle of everything but felt private and secluded. The availability of bicycles was an added surprise. The margarita pizza and included continental breakfast were both wonderful. Thank you, we will be back.

I stayed this recent weekend for my son’s 5th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had an oceanfront room, there’s a separate living room area from the bedroom and 2 bathrooms it was just what I wanted. From the direct beach access from the hotel, and 2 complementary drinks each night it was amazing. We also had 2 chairs for the day at the beach, and towels included. You can rent an umbrella for your chairs for $15 which isn’t too bad if you plan to be out there all day. We also had complimentary breakfast each morning, the pool was perfect and it was in a great spot for exploring the local areas. I would definitely stay again.

Location was great

When we got to our ocean view King suite ($300+ per night) the refrigerator didn't work. Maintenance then brought a new larger refrigerator to our room and dropped it on the floor in the room, we were not happy. Later as my wife and I were sitting on the couch in the living room area we noticed a large brown piece, of what we hope was food, sitting out on the middle of the room, easy to see that the maids had missed. Later when we went to bed I pulled the shades closed and 4 large roaches fell down off the shades.

This stay was specifically planned as a beach vacation, and unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of what was expected from the Embassy Suites (Hilton) brand for the following reasons: • Upon arrival, the room type we reserved was not available, despite having a confirmed reservation. • We were instead assigned a room on a low floor (3rd floor), with a view consisting entirely of concrete structures rather than an ocean or beach view, which was extremely disappointing for a beach vacation (see attached photo). • The adjacent room, Room 318, had loud music playing until approximately 1:00 a.m., causing considerable disturbance and loss of rest. • On Sunday, May 3rd, a birthday party took place in Room 318 from approximately 7:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with exceptionally high noise levels. This made it impossible to relax or enjoy the quiet stay we had anticipated. • From Saturday night until Sunday evening, there was a complete outage of the hotel’s internet service, preventing us from connecting with our family. This caused significant stress for our children, who were unable to reach us. • Additionally, the on site Jacuzzi was not operational, further limiting access to advertised amenities. The breakfast buffet was good, and it was fresh and hot. It seems that the menu had been shortened from our previous visits, nothing wrong, just shortened. And, as far as I am concerned, the Managers Reception is good for the 2 free drinks and that is about it. Every night for 4 nights the food (snack) offering was chips and salsa along with celery, carrot sticks and dip. We dont really go for the reception, but just wanted to note that the offerings are not what they use to be. It is still a really nice hotel in a great area on a really nice beach. Go for the Hotel and location, I would not let the “freebies” sway your decision.

The drain in the shower stall in room 728 drains very very slowly. I mentioned this twice to the front desk and I don't think it was attended to. If it gets any worse you're going to have flooding! I think it probably needs to be snaked.

Fresh fruit, yoplait yogurt and coffee were my breakfast of choice. Did not order hot breakfast. Appreciated full size hair and body products not typically provided in other hotels (shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash &l lotion). Crabtree & Evelyn brand. One bedroom suite, higher floor with view of the ocean with chairs on balcony was truly appreciated. Remember at check in to ask for green card that states discount on food and beverages. Without the card the 15% discount will not be applied. Hotel location is great with beach access across parking area. Restaurants in walking distance. Nice to have bike on property that’s included on resort fee along with access to other amenities. Staff exceptional that I encounters (Gabe for great check in, Lorena for making everything right with billing and checking me out). Thank you! Both. Housekeeping when needed was appreciated. Everything was good other than the customer service.

Every thing seemed to be good, except for the breakfast. They could have had better healthy options. One thing that really disappointed us was the omelettes were made from a mixture in a large plastic bag. 🤔😳

I had a wonderful room that overlook the beach. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. The grout in the shower looked as though it had mold on it. (Gross). Everything else about the hotel was great and we are second time customers.

We were visiting the area from Winter Garden and so glad we chose this resort because that’s exactly what it felt like, a resort. Very clean and comfortable and what a GREAT location. We had never been before but this hotel and area made it certain that we will be returning soon and staying here again. The beach out back is so nice and clean, very well kept and beautiful. Highly recommend staying here.

The check in process was quick, the room had a beautiful ocean view and was nicley furnished and clean, the breakfast had many options, the staff was very helpful and the gentlemen working the valet were kind and professional , they have a great room service menu , as added activities as renting bicycles to enjoy while riding on the the long stretch of the beach, or having lounge chairs on the beach, and a inside shop to purchase clothing and gifts

The room and location are perfect. Walkable distance to restaurants and shops. The free breakfast is just okay. It was super crowded and only one omelette station made it difficult to enjoy breakfast, but otherwise nice stay.

They gave us two waters every day. The lobby is old and outdated. The grounds were not nicely manicured. Too many kids. Despite raining in the morning and clearing in the afternoon they wouldn’t put out beach chairs.

Good things - Location, Clean rooms, Breakfast, friendly valet and breakfast/restaurant/bar staff. Booked an oceanfront room. Was given a room that barely an ocean view room. Had a tough time getting it switched to oceanfront room on day 2 after several inquiries, packing/unpacking and more importantly lost time.

Our room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Great location and having private beach was awesome. Very good selection for breakfast but if you didn’t get there before 9am the lines/wait for the two waffle makers and the omelette station was very long. Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast was great!

For what? We went to the pool-no chairs available and no one enforcing 2-chairs rule (all lounge chairs were taken very early in the morning); we went to the beach-lounge chairs were locked up (at other hotels they were not); we came back from the beach soaking wet at 11:30am-no towels and no one there to help; one night the elevators were out of order. For the mandatory resort fee, I received... two bottles of water. I'm not saying don't stay here - but I am saying that you should not expect anything more than a room near the beach. And you should be aware of the additional costs per night.

Very strict with check in

Nice hotel. Had some plumbing issues in our room and staff moved slow to rectify the issue. Room is nice and big with two full baths which was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Pool area is nice and the beach across the street is beautiful. Very walkable to restaurants and shops, 15 minutes. We survived just fine without a rental car. Lot of places to doordash supplies from.

Breakfast was very limited and not enough for everyone. Everything was missing continuously.

Cons: the only time we could come here was spring break week before Easter. That seems to have been true for a great many people! I found the resort to be crowded, a litltle challenging to get a lounger by the pool, long lines for omelette, etc. Hottub was kid soup! Hotel was understaffed and kind staff seemed exhausted! Not a lot of GF food options on site. Pretty pricey on site options overall. Would stay again at a less busy time.

The pool area was clean my room was very clean I had a two-room suite on the fifth floor Ocean view super good. I do not have anything bad to say about the hotel or the amenities I had valet parking which was very good as well and quick. 10/10

Great location and hotel. Expensive but in a great place. Room layout was a bit different but offered some additional space compared to others. Most rooms had a pool or ocean view. Unfortunately we had palm trees blocking our ocean view from our balcony. Get a room in the middle overlooking the pool and also be sure to go to the pool earlier as they lock it up in the evenings. That is my recommendation.

Rooms were spacious with two bathrooms. Great view of the Ocean. Staff was excellent at the front desk, housekeeping and the breakfast buffet. Great location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very family friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and give this location 5stars!!

Amazing ocean and pool view! Gorgeous sunrises. There is a parking garage. Restaurants within walking distance. Happy hour with snacks. Recently remodeled and spectacular. I highly recommend this place for a fabulous vacation! Fun in the 🌞

The only issue was the AC fan was very noisy, so much so we had to turn off the AC at night. Fortunately, we had an Oceanfront room and enjoyed the sounds of crashing waves and a nice breeze.

Smells incredible. Most of all the staff were very kind and helpful. Darlene was so helpful, professional, kind and attentive to my Mother and I even giving us recommendations for town. I would definitely stay here again ! Luke at front desk also so nice!

Way too busy with private events and conventions. From trying to get a seat at the pool, a plate at the breakfast buffet, or long waits to get in an elevator. I’m not sure if we’ll be returning.

The room was absolutely incredible, the resort-style amenities were great despite not using anything except the coffee and fresh fruit breakfast downstairs (we don't eat the typical "SAD"-foods but people seemed to enjoy the plethora of options), so the resort fee felt excessive in our case but it's part of the deal w/ Florida and resorts. The staff were all very helpful and not pushy with upcharging.

The room was spotless and the staff excellent. The hot water in one is the bathrooms was cooler than the other. People save spaces around the pool but we quickly were able to find seating by asking pool staff. Also they do run out of waters on day one.

Loved how spacious the rooms are, and how close the pool and ocean are. Easy access to all. Only critic is they need to get better mattresses for the pull out couch but staff immediately brought us mattress toppers to help a bit. They need to work on removing that $40 a day fee for amenities, that's just way too much!

The room had obviously been renovated. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was really good very attentive service staff, especially the guy who made the eggs. But the restaurant for dinner one night extremely disappointing. The food was not hot, not a lot of flavor, and the service people were really nice, but it looked like there was no management supervising.

Great experience from beginning to end! Wonderful room (the two full baths were especially appreciated), great facilities, great amenities, exceptionally attentive staff, and expansive breakfast offerings. The evening reception was decent, although could be improved by changing out one of the three veggie offerings or chips and salsa every two or three days. Even still, this place is a gem!

Potato chips in pullout bed. Locks on bathroom doors dont work. Something wet and sticky on the carpet. Dont want to know what it is. Needed extra pillows and blankets, you have to get them yourself from the lobby. Not what I expect for $600 a night room.

We stayed for 3 nights. We had a very nice time, loved happy hour, conveniently located to the beach.

Checked in late at night and was asked if I wanted to upgrade to another room for $30 more each night. I asked to see both rooms to make my decision the person behind the desk said "no, take it or leave it" so I did not upgrade. For that he gave me a room on the 2nd floor, the sink was plugged up, the facet broke in the bathtub and water kept pouring out . I insisted they move me and I was moved to the 7th floor. Better room and there were few people in the hotel so I realized the night desk person was vindictive when he put me in that room. The 2 bartenders were awesome and one person behind the desk was awesome. The rest of the staff (including the valet) was quite surly and unwelcoming. I would never go back to this hotel and I hope the 3 outstanding employees find work elsewhere.

Location is what makes this place. The beach chairs are run by an independent owner. And the beach is public. And you only get one chair per room no matter how many are in your party. And we got a suite so expect to dish out 100 bucks a day. Again the location is beautiful and the valet, grounds and staff are great but the rooms are “faked” cleaned, and the hotel is not quite as exclusive as advertised.

The TV options were pretty bad. The initial screen is very blurry for some reason and the navigation of the menu was awkward. There didn’t seem to be an option for streaming our own services. The charge for movies was $25!!

The night rate of this hotel did not match the quality. The room were spacious, however, when we first arrive, the TV in the living room was not working. The bathroom stopped flushing, and the bathroom sink was backed up. On top of the all the issues we were facing, the double beds were a full size bed, not queen like they typically are in hotels, which was extremely difficult to get comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, but again, the food was not good quality, the staff was rude, and the omelette bar overcooked my omelette. Self parking is $26, valet is $29. We won’t be staying here again.

Nice hotel

The views are beautiful and location to the beach is so close and perfect. The grounds give you a tropical feel with lush greenery and plenty of Palm trees. The decor is very nice and the amenities are convenient. Plenty of places to walk to for snacks, shopping and coffee/drinks. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed at this property multiple times, this time will be our last. The property has ongoing renovation that interfered with our stay. The balcony was full of bird feces. There is a significant decline in overall service front desk and restaurant. The property is misrepresented on expedia.com.

The staff wasn’t as warm or friendly as most of the hotels we have stayed at and we stayed here several times before the pandemic. The restaurant and breakfast staff were exceptionally welcoming. Some of the renovations in the public areas are nice but I don’t think we will be back.

BAD! BAD!! BAD!! Never in my life ever experienced such a rude staff DARLENE, JOANNE, BETTY (?) we not helpful at all. I called for over 8 hrs w an issue and no one ever answered. When I mentioned my issue I was told by Darlene it “sounds like a you problem” … I forgot my room #… wow!!! Terrible experience. Room smelled of mildews, buffet was messy and gross Gane at front was great but Darlene must GO!!! place was noisy. Under construction. Think the 10 reviews are bogus. No manger to ask for bc they are all managers so they say. Parking lot is dark. Car got hot and no assistance whatsoever no cameras . Front desk lady at night watched videos on phone all night would t even look up. Dropped off charger to my friend during day. They never got it. Even when they asked for it. So there’s too I guess. Bad experience all around. Won’t be back. Definitely not what use to be. Dark barked all night. No one to complain to. Terrible!!! Not worth the $$$ and they don’t tell you in advance about the construction/painting. BeWARE!!!!

Great property for the price. Beach was quiet. Only suggestion is to get more bell hop carts and to have staff assist with luggage. This is left to the valet staff, who are busy, and who don’t work for the hotel. Having two dolly’s for the entire hotel is insane, especially when they can’t be located.

Have been at this location several times love this hotel.construction going I know it's hard to accommodate , but maybe close rooms down near all the noise.we will return.

They’re not too shabby. The text messages from housekeeping are annoying. I had a do not disturb sign on my door my entire stay. The only thing I requested when I was getting those annoying texts were for more trash bags every day when I said that they said this person or that person will be right up. No one ever came. Eventually, I happen to be in the hallway when house keeping was around and I just asked for some trash bags.

No one told us when we checked in that we would be listening to jackhammers at the pool and in our room. Should be discounted at the least. Not happy at all and we have stayed there before with no complaints.

2.First day I got sick from the food at the restaurant at resort + prices are outrageous. 3. The website doesn't say there is noise all day long that is going on the outside of the building with have machines that were giving me a migraine every day and I was not able to enjoy my vacation that I was waiting on for the year. 4.The fountain water in the lobby is so warm that nobody is able to drink that water. 5.Rooms service was making bad in the late afternoon , shampoo dispensers didn't work . 6. Safe was located when we arrived,we had to call the front desk to be unlocked. 7. The water is dripping in the shower all the time and licking outside of the shower.we had to put towel not sleep on it.

This was an excellent stay. The breakfast was awesome and service. Access to the pool and beach was great. The only thing I would like changed is paying for WiFi. Wifi is typically free at hotels. But overall, this was an excellent stay.

We were placed in the far wing of the hotel so we did not experience noise due to construction. However, seating was limited at the restaurant which made it very crowded and there was construction dust on some of the outdoor tables. They had scaffolding covering half of the building. After one evening event we also saw police activity running through the hotel. They charge required resort fees and we were not given the restaurant discount as promised for room service. Not the best experience for the price.

--- This is our third stay at this Embassy Suites, and we love it more each time! Our first visit was about 10 years ago for a marriage retreat, and since then, we've made it a tradition to return every few years to enjoy the beautiful facility, the beach, and the warm, welcoming staff. It’s always a wonderful experience—Embassy Suites truly never disappoints and continues to be our go-to favorite!

This property had construction going from early morning hours until the evening. You could not hear yourself talking at the pool, could not lay the grandchildren down for a nap as the rooms were so loud. We were unable to use the elevator on several occasions due to the maids, taking over one elevator, leaving one elevator for the gas. Had to go down the stairs several times after waiting 25 minutes to be met with a sign saying danger cannot enter. After multiple attempts, we were able to find stairs that went out to the first floor. My daughter‘s room ceiling was peeling, which they notified us when we checked in. This is not Hilton standards by all means. I paid for three suites for my family to have a dream vacation in Florida three months ago and felt as though I was staying in a subpar Hotel. When responding to a text about my stay with this hotel, the response was I hope your stay is better.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, and having access to the private beach was the real highlight of our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety, and the dining area was spacious and comfortable.That said, there are some things to be aware of. The hotel is currently under construction, and while we had booked a balcony room, we weren’t able to access the balcony, which was disappointing. The bathroom could have been cleaner — the shower liner for example had some mold, which made me wonder what else might not have been refreshed before our arrival. Overall, there were definitely some bright spots, but also areas for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness and communication about construction impacts.

Please Let Everyone Know Before making payment yall will have people working on the roof because getting wake up out your sleep on vacation is hurting 😩😩😩

They sold me a room with an ocean view and a balcony, which is why I paid extra. When we arrived at the room, the balcony was occupied by workers, who were painting the area. We couldn't even open the windows because they were there all the time. We had to keep the windows closed, and early in the morning they started drilling right next to my window. Terrible. We spoke with the manager, and he supposedly gave me a credit for the room, but it never appeared on my account when I checked out.

The staff was amazing during our entire stay. From Raheem at the front desk, Collin and Sam in the restaurant, everything was top notch. We enjoyed our stay.

We were really excited for our family trip to Deerfield Beach as our daughter is getting ready to attend FAU and we were here for orientation. We did not realize when booking our stay that there was extensive construction and renovations being done. We paid for an ocean view room and were placed in the middle section on the third floor, which in itself was not terrible but on Saturday evening, there was an event being held, and we seem to be right above it. While music was playing well into the evening past 11 PM our entire family could not sleep. We were on the third floor, but the music sounded like it was directly below us with the base bumping so loud That even when it stopped it continued in my head for an additional 45 minutes. I would imagine there were hundreds of complaints during this time as the noise was unbelievable. I would never expect this kind of disturbance in a hotel room, especially for the price that we paid for our room. I would say that the staff at the hotel was the redeeming quality about this facility, as everyone that we encountered was absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful, and we could not have been happier with the service that we received at this hotel.

Great property. I would stay here again. Love the proximity to the beach. They provide beach chairs. The pool area is nice. The exterior is under renovation and it is a little noisy during the day but it is a great property.

We had a fantastic time! The kids had a blast enjoying the pool, the beach, and playing ping pong. Breakfast was a highlight—especially the made-to-order omelet station. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Amenities: The complimentary breakfast was a big plus, with made-to-order omelets, fresh fruit, and a decent variety of hot and cold items. The evening reception with drinks and snacks was a nice touch too. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the beach is literally steps away. I didn’t use the spa personally, but it looked inviting and well-kept. Service: Staff were friendly and professional from check-in to checkout. The front desk was helpful and quick to answer questions, and the valet service was convenient and efficient. Minor Notes: Wi-Fi was a little spotty in some areas, and parking can feel a bit pricey with the daily fee. But overall, those were small trade-offs for the location and service. The Hotel is under construction and load construction noise from 9 am to 5pm which is hard to avoid even if you are sitting at beach across the road.

The front desk staff person that comes in around three African-American guy has a terrible attitude this properties under a lot of construction Monday to Friday 9 to 5 all you gonna hear is a jackhammer drilling and banging oh yeah and they only give you two bottled waters per day. It don’t matter how many people is in your room that’s their rule and they also serve you old food for the free breakfast this embassy resort is horrible. I going there. I will never go back there.

Shower head broke off, I had to fix. Hole in ceiling of the other shower. Musty smell in one of the bathrooms. No heads up of the renovation going on.

We only stayed for one night, but the check-in and the amenities were great. The hotel is under construction, but we were not inconvenienced by anything that is going on. The pool was open and the restaurants were great.

The hotel is very nice, everyone is very friendly, the included breakfast is a very good idea, because you don't see that anymore, that's why we leave our country to visit other countries because they always include breakfast with the reservation, it's good to attract tourists. The treatment is excellent, they should play different musical genres and organize activities for the public. The rooms are excellent. I would like to return.
