Well, I let the team know I was graduating, and they upgraded the room, which was both a pleasant surprise and, honestly, so amazing as I'd never had that happen to me before. We also loved the cookies, though I am a little guilty of having more than two. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay a little longer.

Reserved and paid for a room with king sized bed and mountain view well in advance. Room was not available and they us in a room with no view and two doubles and gave absolutely no compensation.

Every single staff member I encountered (front desk, cleaning, bartender, coffee shop, etc.) ALL were fantastic, helpful, and kind. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the pool was fun (albeit slightly colder water than I'd prefer, but still great), and the hot tub was perfect. It was all-around a wonderful hotel stay!

The beds were great, comfortable with really nice bedding and pillows. Parking was easy. Staff was really good. I thought it was good value for what we paid.

The rooms definitely needed some maintenance. The roof in the bathroom was peeling, the wallpaper around the air conditioning unit was peeling, and the lamp in the room was stained. Not to mention the cookies were room temperature, not warm as usual. Probably won’t be booking again.

I enjoyed my stay. The warm cookies at check-in were a great touch, the rooms were very clean, and I liked having the on-site store available for snacks and drinks. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Staff went above and beyond. Hotel is an older property, but was clean and I did feel safe. It was clean, beds were nice, pillows were wonderful.

The $20 parking seemed silly, since there was ample space and we only stayed a night. We were far enough away from downtown that if needed, we could have parked elsewhere. The cleaning staff left things in our room that the front didn’t seem to care less about when I brought it down. The room was clean though and comfortable.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds. Excellent workout center. We enjoyed our room with a view of the mountains and downtown Denver. Good location with quick access to highway to explore outlying areas. We stayed there off season when there were no big conferences so there was ample parking right outside the door. Nice bar and restaurant on site but we did not use them. Grounded coffee shop served up good coffee and breakfast items.

The hotel staff was amazing, my friend had a terrible experience at the restaurant. We had a balcony room, and the balcony door did not open easily. Biggest complaint is the lack of light in the room. There were two yellow lights by the bed; a lamp on the desk, and a light by the chair, but no overhead lighting. Was very hard to read at night.

My husband and I planned a quick trip to Denver and booked this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, easily accessible, staff was very accommodating, and we enjoyed our stay very much. For anyone with kids they have a large pool not a small pool like most hotels. It is 9 feet deep at the deepest level and has plenty of chairs and tables for you to sit and relax and watch your kids. The hot tub is outside and it is larger than most hotel hot tubs and they cleaned both of these each morning we were there. Maintenance is important to them. The hot tub can accommodate up to 8-10 adults. The outdoor area is inviting as well if you want to just sit outside and soak up the Sun. The area surrounding the hotel is also nice and easy to get around. Although we didn’t utilize any of the services besides the Starbucks coffee, we heard many comments that the food and atmosphere was wonderful at their restaurants in the hotel and lounge area. We were there to explore all that Denver has to offer in the outdoors so we did not utilize any of the other facilities within the hotel. I am quite picky about where I stay so I was more than pleasantly surprised at how nice of a place this hotel was. I read other’s reviews before booking and many of them must have ridiculously high standards as this hotel I would rate a nine out of 10 for sure if not 10 out of 10 as far as location, atmosphere staff presence and professionalism as well as cleanliness and organization of the hotel.

Bedside alarm clock went off unexpectedly at 6:00am. Housekeeping should definitely check the clocks, this was not welcomed. The sink cabinet was completely off the hinge and the bathtub overflow drain was rusted and came off. The water was warm and never got hot enough for a decent bath or shower.

Shower drain was clogged. Water went from boiling hot to ice cold. Paint chipping off. Parking was $20 a day which is my biggest complaint that’s a huge racket. No breakfast.

The hotel is quite old and dark. Charging $20 for parking in the main lot seems like an underhand way of just getting more money from customers and is a rip off. This is not covered parking or valet parking. It’s parking in their main lot. The bathroom is tiny and th tub did not drain well. The bed was quite comfortable.

The soup I ordered for dinner at the bar was edible but not very good, and it’s tough to screw up a broccoli cheddar. The hot tub is outdoors, separate from the pool, and was not very warm, just slightly above body temperature, which was disappointing. The staff and service were excellent, the property is nice and the rooms clean and well-appointed. Very convenient location, only about 20 mins from the airport. I’d stay here again, especially for the price.

The hotel is in the middle of homelessness so it’s not safe to leave close to dark. The room we were in was well worn and could use some upgrading. I would not stay here again. They honestly need to replace all the double beds with queens, would make a huge difference but I knew this when booking… I think I forgot how small a double bed is.

This is a nice hotel in general, looks clean, and had good amenities like gym, pantry and a bar. In a good intermediate location between the airport and downtown. Cleaningness was very good. Issues: at night the AC and the fridge make too much noise, we had to turn them off in order to be able to sleep. Charge $18 per day for parking we feel expensive since its not the main downtown area.

Very clean and the dtaff was very helpful. My only complaint was that there was a mini fridge in the room, but no microwave. The microwave available was downstairs in the lobby and not very convenient. Having one on each florr would be better. Since I was eating out during my stay, I did have left overs that I would have liked to reheat, but didn't want to trek downstairs to do it

I booked this hotel based on using the “my location” search on the Travelocity app. Unfortunately this was not the hotel I was directly across the street from and was actually 30 minutes away. I tried to cancel and get a refund with no luck. Very poor customer service and misleading search function on the app.

They had a bug infestation and I had to change rooms because of it. The man working the front desk seemed to be annoyed that I even asked for the simple request of not having bugs in my room. The bedrooms were not as clean as you would expect from a Hilton property.

Also, the gentleman who helped me, went so far out of his way to make sure my needs were handled. Thank you, to him. I had to be to the hospital by 7 a.m. and he took an extra step in helping me. I wish i could remember his name, but i sure hope Doubltree by Hilton will honor this staff member.( i checked in around 6 p.m.on the 13th of October. He deserves to be recognized and a vacation-- paid weekend. He was an amazing staff member, and Doubletree by Hilton should be proud of having a staff member that can go so far out of the path in helping a stranger in need; and be a mentor to the other staff memebers. And re.ember that team work make your dream work. I ask that this staff member be recognized. He is an amazing employee --you should be proud to have him on your staff. Thank you again.

As far as customer service goes, these three are the epitome of excellence. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable! If we’re back in the Denver area, we know where we’re staying!

Loved the warm cookies they gave you at check in. Room was impeccable and quiet. I ordered a room with a Mountain View which was obscured somewhat by mist on the outside of the window but could still see from the sides. Only other complaint was the front desk staff were never friendly with towards me and treated me as an inconvenience, substandard treatment most likely based on the way I look and I’m a single female traveling alone. Hot tub was lukewarm and outdoors. No one seemed to use it. Restaurant for breakfast was excellent. Would stay again!

This was the second time we’ve stayed there in this trip. This time everything was perfect.

My room had no soap in the bathroom and I noticed hair in the floor, which led me to think it was not properly serviced after the last guest.

It would be really nice to have outlets next to the bed, and a second box of tissues in the main room area, as well as a microwave for the room. A bit much to charge for parking, and no need for the heat to be cranked up to 80 upon arrival.

Nothing good to say about this place. Horrible service from everyone. All staff had rude manners and I felt like I was disturbing them when I asked for something. Room was decent but it was loud 24/7 and the balcony was pointless. Parking was $18 a night and there was never any parking. One night I had to wait 40 minutes for a parking spot. Yes they charge parking here and no I didn’t know before I got there. No one mentioned it to me and it wasn’t in the fine print when I booked. Be aware when you order food/beverage, they already add gratuity and they don’t tell you.

Hotel was in a good location if you have a vehicle. Having the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom was not great and the shower was dated. But overall, our stay was pleasant.

Very upset with the way we were treated at this property. Would not recommend. There were $15 worth of snacks charged to our card that was on hold with them, that we did not make. When asked for proof/signature of the charges we were told there was none and that was that. Not a lot of money, we know, but it’s the point. Can’t trust them to do the right thing.

Check in was fast an easy, the linens were clean and smelly fresh. Everything was perfect with the exception of 1 thing, while taking a shower the “motion censored” lights turned off on me. I had to yell for my husband who was sleeping to come turn it back on for me.

I'm usually a loyal Hilton person, so it disappoints me to have to write this review. We had multiple issues during our stay, and had trouble getting them resolved. The sink wouldn't drain. We reported it at 8 am. We came back at 6 pm, and they didn't know if anyone had worked on it or not. They asked us to check and call down if we still needed it unclogged. We went up, and it wasn't working. We tried to call down, but the phone wasn't working either. So, we trudged back down to tell them the sink was still clogged. They said they'd look into it. We waited around for a while, and no one came, so we started taking showers after a long day of hiking - and then someone came. We told them to come tomorrow morning. It was after 7 pm by then, and we were exhausted. The next day, we reminded the front desk on the way out, then, while we were out, I checked on the sink issue. And they said they can't do anything about it because we have toiletries on the sink. We had a couple of small bottles, nothing more. We were over 100 miles away, so we couldn't run back and move them, so again they didn't unclog the sink, nor did they fix the phone as we had requested. Also, the AC unit smelled like dirty socks. The whole room was a big disappointment, and getting service was nearly impossible. They did offer to switch rooms halfway through our stay, but we didn't want the hassle - we just wanted things fixed, and it seems that wasn't at all possible.

The food was not very good. The parking lot was also inconvenient because certain gates were closed at times, forcing me to drive all the way around. Other times, those same gates were open, making it easier to enter.

Tv did not work. And shower was clogged and filled up with water while I showered.

The place was quite busy, but there were plenty of parking spots available. Just be prepared to walk a little depending on when you arrive. Compared to downtown hotels, the price per night (including parking) is very reasonable. One small hiccup: when booking through Hotels.com, there was no option to include parking or breakfast, which would’ve been helpful to see in advance. Bonus tip: ask for cookies at the front desk. They’re worth it!

Great staycation with the family for Labor Day weekend. Loved the cafe downstairs and the kids LOVED the pool. Room was very clean!

The property is convenient for a weekend stay however, luxury feeling is not what the hotel gives. The location does not have any scenery besides a field and another hotel. Pros of the hotel is it had a nice flatscreen and comfortable bed.

Back entrance was the only dirty area on the property that we could see and could use new pavement or pressure washing.

Some of the staff were amazing! It time to put other staff in a non-customer facing position or liberate them completely!

I loved the fact everything was so close and a big bonus was the convenience of restaurants and bar at the hotel. After a day of running around we were able to grab a bite or nightcap. Staff was great and facility was clean. Cant wait to stay again.

It was great. We were in town for a graduation ceremony, and this hotel was very nice. I will be coming back.

Very clean and well stocked room. Comfortable beds and just enough room for a quick stay in Denver. The pool area is well done.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. Very clean room, friendly staff, loved the pizza downstairs.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the meals served at the restaurant were delicious.

Everything was great-staff, room, restaurants. Only disruption was bring so close to a fire station.

The first time I stayed, the room was perfection. The bed was perfection. The pillows were perfection. The cooler worked quietly, and the refrigerator worked very well. The second stay, the bed was still very comfortable. The pillows were perfect, but the air conditioner was very loud. There was black hair in the bathtub. It wasn’t as clean as the first time I stayed. This stay, the bed was lumpy. The pillows were flat. The refrigerator didn’t cool very well And the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. It seems each stay I’m not as satisfied as the last.

Called the hotel to tell them I was arriving late. Ask me to called the 3rd party I ask for a manager and told me it was pointless because they will tell me the same thing. I called back and a different person ask me and was able to help me. 2 day the room next door was so sound called the front desk never send security to check.. very disappointed

Customer service, cleanliness bed comfort.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Staff will hang up on you and generally seem miserable and like they cannot be bothered to try and accommodate you in any capacity.

The front counter staff was very helpful and resturant food and staff we very good. i would highly recommend

The sheets on the bed were stained and not cleaned. The rooms with balconies are adjacent to a main road and the noise is unimaginable, at all times of the day and night! TERRIBLE. If you are looking for peace and quiet, stay far away from these rooms. Someone asked how my stay was going and after I explained the issues, I never heard back from ANYONE! Not a peep! When I went to check out, the young man at the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional! What I liked about this property, close to the airport and lots of other shopping. The lady who checked me in and gave me cookies. She was a doll! BRANDON at the restaurant bar. The entire staff at Knife and Board, the security guard m, the maintenance guy for all of his hard work and patience and all of the Hotel amenities! Unfortunately, I will not stay here again if I ever return to the Denver area.
