Reviews

Ppl were great!

Just didn’t expect the shower head being up to my hip instead over my head. But at least it was detachable. Over all. Nice stay
- 3.5/5
Loved the parking garage set up and the different places to buy food/snacks Our room didn’t have a few amenities in it and each time we went to the front desk to ask for them, the person behind the counter said they couldn’t leave to get them because they were the only one there. Sounds like they need more employees. I’m 100% not blaming the employee. This is a policy issue. If they can’t leave the counter unoccupied, they should never be working alone.
- 0.5/5
The staff is very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

property is going out of business, the bar was not open, or no food, bad location, alot of people from the streets walking around 24-7. Felt unsafe at night.
- 1/5
Pool was empty, and hot tub was dirty. Whole place was overall dirty and hotel staff was not friendly.
- 5/5
Clean room and so near to dining options practically across the street.

Clean rooms decent water pressure, great staff

I didn’t get a refund for a night after I was removed from my room and the staff was rude

The white lady in her early 30s at the front desk was absolutely awful. Terrible bedside manner. Made absolutely no effort to help me with anything.

Clean and comfortable room. Good checin and checkout. Hotels largely vacant: one guest tol me that the hotel is about to shut down. There were very few guests.

This hotel had no hot water and still allowed us to check in without telling us of their problem. The next day when the hot water still wasn't working, they told us it would be 2 more days to get it fixed.
- 2/5
Great views of the mountains but terribly small room and poor service.
- 1/5
it was very disappointing that the property has been having ongoing hot water outages with no communication to their customers. front desk personnel was not very helpful nor even apologetic about such serious issue in extreme cold weather. the rooms were freezing cold, I could see my breath even indoor. situation was so extreme I had to check out within a few hours, I was told I'd get my full refund and deposit back.

We experienced an outdated hotel room that had cold air leaking through under the a/c unit, guests next to us that were smoking marijuana and it was coming into our room, and worst of all we had absolutely no hot water. We reached out multiple times during just the first day of our stay. Maintenance stuck weather stripping under a/c unit to help keep out cold which did help a bit. We had let front desk know about the hot water she ensured us that it was a weather issue and that their engineers were working on it and that it would start warming up shortly. It in fact did not warm up any time at all. During the next morning at 630am we checked for hot water and still nothing. I’m not sure how the hotel expected people to shower with cold water. We went downstairs and was greeted by Noah, we had let him know about our experience and asked for another room that did have hot water. He did not want to give us another room and said the water should be lukewarm? I told him it was not, and that it was actually freezing cold. He did nothing to help make our stay better. The manager was also tip towing around him during our conversation and did not intervene or help the situation. After talking to the site I booked the hotel through they had informed me that they were trying to get ahold of the hotel but no one was answering so I could get my refund for the night I was not staying. If the customer service & hospitality was better this would have been an exceptional stay but it was not.
- 3/5
Room cleaner the elevators had red stains on the walls. Hot water issues
- 2/5
The room was cold and would not heat up properly, the water was freezing, the carpet was stained, no microwave nor refrigerator, could hear upstairs neighbors too clearly.
- 1/5
No hot water. I called the front desk and the receptionist couldn't offer a new room she said the entire building is out. I would like a refund she couldn't offer one said because I went 3rd party I had to contact booking.com I'm not a happy visitor.

Cable TV in the hotel wasn't working, hot water system wasn't working properly, coffee pot in our room didn't work right. Front desk girl was very nice and comped our parking fee but said she couldn't do anything about the room rate since we booked through Expedia.
- 4/5
Staff was great, the room was clean. While the parking garage is very helpful for overflow parking, signage could have been better leading to and from the garage.

Have stayed twice, convenient shuttle to train, which connects to airport and downtown, friendly and accommodating staff, only downside is breakfast is not free and restraurant is open morning and evening, but there is plenty of eateries in the area
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 1/5
Pool was closed for maintaince, hot tub was filthy and stunk, should not have ben open. The ice machines on my floor were all out of service, my daughter cut herself on a sharp comer of the counter in the room and it bled for a very long time, No TV remote in room, had two TV's because I want ed to watch the football game and hotel did not have NBC and when I called down about it the staff told me they carried it and they absolutely did not. When I went down in person I could not find anyone working, had to look all over the place to find someone There were burn marks all over the dirty carpet, the place had all the charm of a prison with the exception of the lobby and entrance that seemed to been recently remodeled and look very nice., Absolutely horrible experience
- 4/5
Staff was great
- 3/5
Room, floor, carpet not particularly clean.
- 1/5
No notice that the pool is close on winter on the website and on my reservation, door safety was broken on our room door, balcony door has no lock even if the door says there should be a lock to remove, tub was clogging.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Nice cleanquite room. Gourgous building. Good parking. Staff were kind and courtious
- 4/5
The room and hotel was clean and the gym was small but offered all the traditional equipment in good condition.
- 5/5

Such an amazing hotel. Traveled from Texas to Colorado for the first time and truly enjoyed my stay here. really organized, clean and amazing customer service.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
It was a nice clean room, the staff was tremendous. It was a nice stay.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our experience. We were on top corner floor and had 2 patios we got to enjoy. Staff was helpful even when short staffed due to employee emergencies. Everything was clean. Only thing I was nervous about is the homelessness in the area, but never felt unsafe!!!
- 2/5
It is terrible that guests have to pay $12 or $15 or however much it was, for a basic continental breakfast on top of what we pay for rooms, if I’m paying extra for breakfast I’d expect it to be made fresh!
- 4/5
Front desk staff member, Lisa was very patient and helpful. She found a more suitable room to help accommodate my fragrance allergies.
- 5/5
Nice staff. Comfy bed. Okay shower. By bus and train easy to get to from downtown or airport.
- 5/5
Staff was super nice at all times
- 4/5
Place was nice! Grill / bar area and breakfast areas were good 👍 but pricey! Room 6 floor no access to balcony locked/ coffee maker had issues and toilet didn’t flush properly! Hot tub was good 👍
- 5/5
The staff was nice and friendly..
- 3/5
Long due for a good renovation. The carpet are old and with stains. Our room is facing Quebec street and you can hear all the vehicles passing by as the glass windows/doors are old and does not protect from any sound proofing. Staffs are great.
- 5/5
Great service!
- 4/5
I enjoyed staying here and would have no problem staying again. Very nice hotel and nice rooms. It was a good deal via Expedia in the form of a hotel and car rental package, and I was very happy with the price. Well worth it, considering on past trips I tried staying at budget hotels on the west end of Denver, and I had issues at a few of them (see my other reviews...)
- 3/5
The last day we were there we went to eat breakfast which we thought was 10.00 but turned out it was 15.00 because it was a buffet. The buffet closed at 10:00am and it was about 9:35 when we got there. There wasn’t too much left and they weren’t bringing any more out. The eggs were dry, they were out of milk, the little muffins were just plain gross yet they still charged us 15.00. Needless to say we will not be going back to that place.
- 5/5
This is an older hotel but easy to access and good location. The staff were friendly when we needed anything. The pool was unique, could use some updating but staff kept it clean. You have to pay for parking which is disappointing but there is ample spots including underground.

Felt very safe

The first room I booked was nice until the power continually shut off and eventually just stopped working besides the bathroom lights and hallway. There was no use of the fridge, tv, or lamps in the room itself due to no power. When speaking to the night attendant at the front desk, she told my friend “oh wow i’m sorry to hear that. unfortunately there is no other rooms at the moment.” Then continued to tell my friend that the maintenance person is no longer on site and will not be back until the following morning. When asking for a manager, she looked back to her computer and said oh there is a room available. We took the room as I am 5 months pregnant and cannot sleep without power. The room was fine until we get to the bathroom. No one directed me that it was a handicap room, so it is a handicap shower. it was obvious shower was for handicap, no complaints. Until you cannot work the shower knobs and no working water comes out. I did not complain due to it already being 1am, but the following morning at check out the lady was completely rude and stated well you should have said something. I would have said something if the person the night before was nicer to us. The staff was completely rude and unwilling to discount due to the power in the first room. I was not asking for a free stay, nor do i normally complain. But you would think that the community would treat a pregnant woman better and with respect. Do not recommend.
- 2/5
Out room had a total of 4 roaches
- 3/5
I did not like the location. If you’re looking for mountains, go a little further west. The property is old, run down, and some things clearly need to be repaired. There is no continental breakfast, but you can order from the on-site restaurant. (I did not.) Despite not liking the location of the property itself, the staff was amazing and the room was clean.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything felt well-maintained and organized. Great experience overall — I would definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
The outside area of our room wasn't good. The roof was coming apart. The bathroom tub had stains and was missing the faucet knob.
- 4/5
No cleaning of carpet during my stay
- 5/5
We did not have breakfast. Enjoyed our stay, the view was beautiful, we got to see downtown Denver from our room.
- 5/5
Hot tub and the gym
- 2/5
We asked when we made the reservation for a row bed added to our room and never got a reply. Then when we got here, they said no. This caused us some issues. Not sure if we come back.
- 5/5
We didn’t have breakfast included because they said we paid a lower rate for our room. Rooms were nice if they were out of room in the lot you can park in the garage. It was a little confusing and required a bit of a walk but felt safe
- 1/5
The TV control was not working, when you want to call the front desk
- 2/5
Upon arrival, I was informed that I would have to pay $15 a night for parking which was a downfall. Also, breakfast is not free. The bed was rock hard and there was a really loud noise every 10 to 15 minutes and we could not figure out what it was But it went off all night long. Rooms are very small. But the staff was very friendly. The hotel itself is really nice but would probably not stay here again. also, our room was facing a very busy road and you could hear the traffic all day and night.
- 2/5
This was an interesting stay. The room was so hot because it got blasted by the sun and had old windows and a slider. The slider wouldn't even lock. The shower caulk was moldy. The carpet was dirty eventhough it looked like the room had been remodeled recently. It was a mess but everyone was SO nice so I hate to give it a less than stellar review.
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful and property was in a good location for this trip.
- 4/5
SMALL BATHROOM!
- 1/5
The front desk receptionist was nice and friendly. But as we walked into our room it had a horrible stench. The carpets were stained. The door to patio was broken and unable to open. The connecting door to the room next door was cracked and painted over and over. Door would not close correctly. We ask for another room. Second room was clean but due to the first room. We decided to leave the hotel and stay else where. Pictures online make the hotel seem nice and new and updated but it was not what an HIG hotel should look like!!! Never staying there!
- 5/5
Nice, clean hotel
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Great service from start to finish
- 5/5
Very nice
- 2/5
Found multiple roaches & bugs in the room. Did not feel clean at all. It was clear that this is an old hotel that has tried a face lift in the last few years. The lobby was really nice and the employees were extremely kind, though.
- 5/5
Really loved the 4 day stay at this hotel. Everyone was in walking distance and I loved that too
- 5/5
Great front desk staff
- 5/5
Very clean, was very comfortable beds, by the last day was an odd smell through the building, in the parking lot saw a person sleeping between 2 mattresses by the dumpster (was odd). But overall really enjoyed the place.
- 3/5
It was in a not so nice section of town
- 4/5
Overall a nice hotel, comfortable beds and clean rooms. However they charge you for parking $15 per day and there is no free breakfast.
- 3/5
again for the new room. The second room we got, the tub was flooded anytime you’d shower, it needed to get unclogged (kinda gross) We also paid for a king size bed suite and were given a room with 2 small full size beds. When we called to ask the front desk, they said those beds sold out? I wish they could’ve maybe thrown in something to make the stay better.
- 5/5
The employees were absolutely the best! Super friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
It was pleasant
- 4/5
It was a decent hotel not too fancy not too raggedy.
- 3/5
We had dog food on our bed and the pool was very dirty. There were rags on the bottom of the pool.
- 1/5
The photos online are somewhat misleading. The hotel lobby and restaurant appeared to be nice however the room was abysmal. Upon entering, my fiance had to kill more than 10 moths that were flying around the entire room. The carpets were stained and crumby and we found a condom under the bed. The room smelled like pot as well. Staff members were polite however I had called several months prior to add my fiances name to the reservation and was ensured over the phone that it was completed. My fiance got to the hotel before I did and was not able to check us in because his name was in fact not added to the reservation. Overall, not what I was expecting and a disappointing experience from start to finish.
- 5/5
The hotel was great. The parking garage is sketchy, and you can't get back in through the stairwells.
- 5/5
Property should advise upon booking that in addition you will have a prking fee for parking on top of room and food
- 4/5
It was good. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
- 3/5
The hot tub wasn’t working 2 of the 3 days we stayed. They did give us one free drink and on day free breakfast. Parking was terrible. they have very limited parking spots and you have to pay for parking. They were moths everywhere including in our room. I know other guests there were coming up multiple times for complaints. There was a big concert going on and i feel like the staff was not prepared very well. No one seemed like they were in communication with any other staff members.
- 1/5
Horrible stay doesn’t even deserve a review will be contacting cooperate for a refund.
- 1/5
the hot tub was broken for 3 out of our 4 day stay. hotel had moths in the room 24/7. breakfast was not up to standards for $17 per person. why does a bottle of water cost $7? parking was HORRIBLE. shower did not get very hot. only comps for all the problems was a free drink and free one day of breakfast. would like to speak to a manger about my stay and see how we can fix my experience
- 2/5
The lobby looks spectacular, but then you get to your room and it is very outdated and dirty. Carpets need to be replaced, stained all over. Over the course of a 3 night stay, we had 6 large moths in the room that kept flying everywhere. Unsure where they kept coming from, but largely annoying and uncleanly. I did enjoy the secure garage parking, but it does cost $15/night and is not included. I will not be staying here again.
- 4/5
The room we staid in had no hot water. You have to pay for parking at this hotel, by scanning a qr code for a parking pass and garage access. The hotel breakfast wasn't that great and you have to pay a per day cost to eat breakfast. The snack bar behind check in was convenient for soda or snacks. Entering and leaving the facility was easy, with multiple ways out into Denver.
- 2/5
Rooms a really small, Mountain View? Not really, parking lot 15 for night? 15? Breakfast? I pay 204 just for sleep!!! Plus all extras!!!
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Close to where I need to be when in Denver. OK for the price
- 3/5
10 mins to log in. Instead of offering a comp or something he asked if we wanted to buy our breakfast buffet for both days, we only ate it one day, and was not a fan. Oh and they charge for parking. So every up charge you can think of. The room was ok they redid the furniture and left the ancient paint. The ceiling was a weird yellow color, and the balcony had no furniture. I would stay again if it was the only choice, but there are much better places for this price without all the add ons.
- 1/5
Had to throw my body againsy
- 5/5
Friendly staff and very clean! Lobby is very well laid out with coffee and water stations. Lots of couches in lobby. The shuttle is a fantastic perk! Drops you off for free within 2 mile radius. It’s perfect because there is so much around the Hotel and Rapid Transit Train Station takes you right downtown or Airport. I truly enjoyed my stay. This Hotel should be rated higher.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was absolutely amazing! So kind and helpful!
- 5/5
Had a wonderful stay ,we were visiting from Jacksonville FL for 6 days . The room was kept clean , and the staff was wonderful texting us to check if we needed anything. Thank you , for a wonderful experience
- 5/5
The surrounding area was not very pretty.
- 5/5
The shuttle was so helpful to get around to eat and visit surrounding areas. The hot tub was hott, which we were happy about. Friendly and helpful staff!
- 5/5
Clean and front desk was kind and helpful. Breakfast was tasty.
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean
- 2/5
Handicap parking spaces unsafe; rebar sticking out in 1 space and another had trip hazard with broken concrete. Room only cleaned once during 4 night stay. No decaf coffee available and had to ask that it be prepared. Room had smallest bathroom ever been in in a hotel; very limited counter space around sink. Property was clean. Front desk staff friendly and polite.
- 5/5
This is a very nice hotel! The restaurant/bar was nice, however closed at 10, which we thought to be early.
- 4/5
Ultimately served its purpose, room was clean but small and a little outdated. Convenient location, and the staff were fantastic!
- 3/5
However, my bathroom tub was clogged and informed the staff but I was only staying for one night. My main issue was that the wifi was very spotty and I wasn’t able to connect while I was in the bed. Other than that, everything was fine.
- 2/5
On the good side, they have a wonderful little bar restaurant!! The staff were friendly but sometimes uninformed. Also it was very clean.
- 5/5
Hotel is fine, not a great area
- 5/5
I love that, it was great atmosphere compare to other holiday inn. I left my phone in my room but staff found it, thank you so much.
- 3/5
Swimming pool was in need of repairs & should be updated.
- 4/5
could have more choices on the breakfast menu. it was also the same food provided for our conference. Gets old fast
- 3/5
The kid that was checking us in was not helpful at all. It took approximately 20 minutes to complete check in because he said there was no reservation. I had to give him my phone to show him the booked reservation. We stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned or refreshed. I had to ask for towels the last night. Ive attempted to call the manager and have not received a call back.
- 5/5
Parking fee was charged, which I don't like!
- 3/5
A lot of the property was damaged. Door locks didn’t work at times. Shower had issues and made loud noises. Outside at night was very noisy. Sink wasn’t draining properly - called maintenance twice for room fixing. Staff was great and accommodating
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay! rooms were clean and service was good. the cleaning staff accidentally threw away some of my leftover food and they gave me two drink vouchers to replace!!
- 3/5
Don’t like that you had to pay a seperate company for parking or they tow your car
- 4/5
The location was great. The hotel was nice and clean. The only thing that was off putting was one of the workers there. Very rude and not very helpful with the parking situation/ instructions were unclear and was given attitude. other than that the hotel was nice and clean and cleaning ladies were very thorough and brought extra towels and toilet paper. I would stay again!
- 1/5
For three days we had only hot water in our room, despite informing staff of the problem daily. Because it was a weekend there was no manager on site to help resolve the problem. We were not offered a different room, possibly because some of the weekend staff believed that all rooms were affected. Housekeeping did not service our room after the second night. We were not even offered cold bottles of water to drink, leaving us with the scalding water available in our room.
- 4/5
The property was clean and the stuff was professional and helpful. There were consistently unusual odors in the lobby area. The free breakfast was lovely. The food otherwise from the restaurant was sub.par. the rooms look as though they were decorated from garage.Sales as we counted twenty one different patterns and textures in our room. The indoor portion of the pool is literally one foot wide and then you can duck under a wall and go outside.
- 3/5
The hotel room was very outdated, when walking into the hotel room it felt like you were going back 20 years and it smelt like it too.
- 5/5
It was great. And the receptionist was wonderful she helped me check in early.
- 1/5
I like the quick and easy check-in process and options for food and entertainment in the Denver area but my experience at the Holiday Inn Denver East was terrible. I was there from September 5 to September 7 and during my entire duration I was not able to shower comfortably. I reported this issue to the hotel, staff and maintenance worker all three days during my stay and I was told multiple times that someone would be by to address the issue and only then four hours before I was set to depart was, I offered a new space.
- 2/5
This was one of the dirtiest Holiday Inns we have stayed at. Very uncomfortable the rooms were half cleaned still dirt/grime from other guests. The shower didn’t drain there was hair still in the bathroom. We mentioned this to the front desk and they just told us okay we’ll check it out when you all leave. Also it rained while we were there and there were leaks not only in our room but the lobby as well. I wouldn’t recommend staying here
- 5/5
All good
- 3/5
Very centric, good amenities Dove and all. But needs more remodeling or taking care. Much more cleanless and modern vibe.Ned was awesome
- 5/5
Friendly staff and community
- 2/5
pay extra parking fee is far too much
- 4/5
“The property was nice and the stay was comfortable overall. However, I was charged for parking without being informed beforehand. It would be much better if the website clearly stated the parking fee upfront instead of surprising guests with extra charges.”
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and super helpful. The property was clean, safe and quiet
- 1/5
Check in was 4:00 pm and didn’t get to check in til 4:40 due to understaff house cleaning and when we went into the room that said no smoking smelt like cigarettes (we are not fans of cigarettes) and the first night we slept there after a long day my fiancé had bites on her but she thought it was just mosquitos bites than she got more the next night and ended up finding a bed bug tossed the whole room around looking for more just saw the one so hoped we could just go to bed thinking it was just that one because we where to tired and had to check out extra early at 6 to drive home (that’s why we didn’t escalate it and we didn’t see any one at the front desk)
- 4/5
Get it done Jim
- 1/5
Other things - room smelled from smoker on next door bacony - and it wasn't just tobacco. Parking cost extra - I didn’t see that in the booking info.
- 2/5
Looks terrible inside so outdated rooms we had to change carpet so dirty everything so dusty. . When you walk in to the hotel the feeling is horrifying. The staff was so amazing they tried their best to make our stay as much pleasant as possible but smoke every night in the room coming from the vents were so terrible.A lot of homeless around hotel kind of scary. Breakfast like super 8 we did not order and I suggest do not order because so many good restaurants around you can take shuttle from the hotel. They need to remodel so fast and pay more for staff for working so hard explain to everyone that they can’t do anything because corporate doesn’t listen them how terrible rooms outdated. I don’t know if the corporate people would love to stay in this hotel but they should to get an experience same as us. O just take a walk to each room to have a picture how it looks.
- 1/5
Our patio door was broken. Wouldn’t fully close for the entire stay. Had to pay $15 a night to park at the hotel.
- 5/5
They will be my forever go to stay..
- 5/5
The room was nice, the balcony is a nice spot to hang on, and the pool/hot tub was clean and nice.

Pool was freezing. Check in they didnt explain things. Parking was nuts. Make sure you bring earplugs the rooms are small and the air-conditioning was LOAD. Traffic outside was load. It was either way cold or way hot.

The room was clean and well kept when we got there. The breakfast in the morning was easy. Staff was good.
- 2/5
They do a 4 o clock check in. Which is inconvenient. They have a lobby full of people trying to check in between 1 and 3.

The check-in was late by 40 mins and no apologies or any perks offered. The A/C is not working and after complaining multiple times in 2 days , even after DND Board was put the housekeeping knocked the door 3 times in the morning, did not have sleep at all because of the A/C.

Okay

Everything was excellent except for parking. Getting charged $15 a night to park at a hotel is unacceptable, especially when it works as a “hidden fee.”

Enjoyed my stay…

The hotel was nice but things in our room were not. 1 bed was tipping to one side had to call maintenance. Our shower did not work either had to call maintenance before we could shower.

Honestly when I first got there I had to wait about 8 minutes until a staff member came to the front so I can check in. Then they told me I had to pay a deposit fine that’s totally understandable. I got my room key to the six floor a when I got there the balcony door wouldn’t completely close and the noise of the streets can be heard plus the winds. There was a grasshopper on the curtain plus ants in the bathroom. The carpet was dirty and I wasn’t told the mini fridge was not working and put food in there to just noticed the next day it went bad. Also, when I book the room I got it with breakfast and the staff didn’t let me know how or when breakfast started. I noticed that before checking out they charged me another fee when I asked them saying like it was t even their fault. Stating it was a mistake and should clear out in3-5 business days but if it didn’t to call them. No apology or anything definitely wouldn’t book with them again.

Other guests were rude to reception, multiple as we were checking in for no reason but otherwise hotel and staff were good for ond night

Had to switch room, mattress was so old there are indentation from where everyone sleeps, spiders, absolutely no cold water, not good when your child needs to bathe and has scorching hot water, towels weren't clean, the "heated" pool was like sitting in an ice bath, hot tub was super small. I was told all would be made right by giving me poi ts for a 3 night stay. At an IHG hotel and still waiting! The poor front desk said she was expecting and was the only one helping EVERYONE in line with all the conplaints.

Hotel was great the area it was in wasn’t bad the hotel felt safe the staff where amazing the rooms were a little small and outdated and new linens didn’t seems fully clean when we checked in cause there was a food stain on one comforter in the room but overall amazing

The exercise equipment was good, no air conditioning however. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, and needing a key card to stop on another floor made getting ice a challenge. The carpet in front of our frig was very stained and looked dirty, not very appealing. The on site restraunt was ok. You need to use a credit card to purchase snacks/pop so be ready for that. It is close to shopping and sights and easy to get around town.

The customer service at this hotel is A1. After a stressful morning Lorena was kind, patient, and understanding. And made my check in easy and quick. The staff paved the way for a fun stressfree vacation.I try to come to Colorado every 3 months because I just love the scenery and most of my fave artists/bands play here. Will def be coming back!

Our first room smelled like cigarettes. Called before and asked for shuttle information and was given wrong information. This hotel does not do shuttles to the airport.

Safe facility with key entry access to all areas.

The staff was great. The lobby and restaurant was nice. The rooms were ok but not like the photos Expedia had at all. The pool area, elevators and hall ways could be maintained a lot better. Main focus for them seems to be the lobby. Hotel could use more tlc in all areas. Price too high for the quality of stay.
