Clean Room, no problem wit

Room was very clean, no bugs and friendly staff. Jay was excellent and friendly and really made our experience a good one. She explained how to extend our stay and how to get the best rates. Kitchen is very helpful. Has a timer on the wall to prevent fires. And I never have a problem finding parking.

The electric stove top unfortunately was not working. Everything else worked good.

The overall experience was very good. The woman at the counter, Jay, was very professional and helpful. I had no issues with any other tennants. It was quiet and very comfortable! The only slight issue I had was the oven didn't work that great. I would definitely stay here again

The staff was great, it is rock bottom price, so yeah there are no kitchen pots and pans etc, bring your own towels and TP. It is not dangerous like people have claimed I felt completely safe the whole time. It is a no-smoking facility so people will go outside to smoke. The fact many of them are black to me says those who did not feel safe are fearful racists. If you are on a budget like I was, taking my brother up to the area for heart surgery. It'll get the job done!

The staff was rude and very unprofessional. The manager Kim with the purple hair and the African American lady name Deloris (I think that’s her name) she one of the housekeepers both where at the front send talking about smoking weed and blowing up cars in the parking lot. By the way I have videos of everything. Deloris also threatened my 11 year old son and made him cry. She snatched his backpack and said let my see what you have in there are you trying to sneak in a dog? I checked in at 11:40 am. At 12:10 my toilet stopped working. I called down to the front desk and told the manager about it. She said she would have maintenance come and fix it. No one came until 7:00pm to knock on my door and leave a plunger. It didn’t work. I called back to the overnight manager and she told me she didn’t know that I was having trouble with the toilet and she would let the off duty maintenance person know. So at 10:15 pm he showed up with an extremely bad attitude and tries to plunge it again, it still didn’t work. He goes get a snake and try again but still doesn’t work. He then tells me that management shouldn’t have put us in this room because of past trouble with the toilet. And it wasn’t just me in the room I was with my husband and kids too. So all night we couldn’t use the toilet until I just told my kids to go ahead just don’t flush the toilet. The next day I go to the front desk and the nana Kim starts to yell at me telling me to leave the motel and it’s my fault.

Clean and comfortable, ample parking, near restaurants, good location. Some of the stuff seems unhappy. Manager was loud and anxious. They told me to keep all the towels, which seemed weird, I didn't.

While hotels.com overbook the Havanna Street location, I was able to get transferred to the Uptown Suites in Centennial which was much nicer! The staff was very polite and helpful.

We enjoyed staying at InTown Suites(S Havana) and got to meet wonderful and Super friendly people.. We did not like the crimes that were committed within that establishment.

No towel exchange. Only provided one roll of toilet paper upon arrival then asked to buy our own.

But the first 4 night i got zero sleep cause my neighbor was blasting their music. Not the hotels fault. Just the type of people who stay there. Anyone who complains about it being unsafe, it's aurora. WHAT DID YOU EXPECT

Truthfully,there were so many drama and crime that's happened during our stay,within that establishment.

Don’t think of this as a hotel. Think of this more as an apartment style living. There is no housekeeping except once a week and all she does is do the floor and take out the trash. The front desk is only available from 11 to 7 and is not open at all on Sundays. It does not have things such as an ice machine, but there is a kitchenette, including a refrigerator in every unit.

The hotel is nothing like what is described, it is super horrible. I checked in and when I went up to the room, to my surprise, I felt unsafe. When I entered the building, there were knives lying outside. I'm not sure I was on the property for 10 minutes and they didn't want to return my money. I didn't use the facilities and they didn't return anything to me. The lady said they would charge me for one day, but it wasn't true. They didn't want to return anything to me and my stay was for more than 10 days, so I'm not even giving them one star. It's the worst thing that has ever happened to me. I hope no one goes through the same thing again.

Was not clean house keeping change linens and nothing else no pillow cases for 24 hours due to not having any and never came back never saw anything like that before elevator from hell

The room was clean but a bit outdated. There were a few improvements they could have made. For instance, the shower was not very good. A simple change of the showerhead would have made a significant difference. Additionally, the hallway had a strong smell of marijuana. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was an average experience. It was not too bad for the price.

I booked this for an 8 day vacation, with my sister, having the intent on cooking there for most of our meals to cut back on expenses of eating. The site said it was fully equipped, but there was nothing there to cook with. The fridge had a funky smell to it.

Didn't like that they didn't allow exchange of towels or any additional toilet paper or cleaning.

Staff was rude to me, and the phone agent that tried to talk to them to sort the pribl me out. Resolution was never achieved.

They asked for a credito card to be on hold in case of am incidente. The person I reserve for was not able to status there for the same reason and we were charce one day.

Parking Marijuana smell everywhere. Black car outside daily selling contraband. No staff working from 3pm till 1100am. They need to better advertise the cost of the rooms not put handouts at the door. Picture of the room was what it wasn't. I didn't like someone from the place calling me daily to tell me to give them a "10" rating. Who does that??

Rude with total lack of professionalism

Staff was nice, they clean your room only 2 times a months, we where there for a 2 week stat and never came to clean, you need to go to the front desk to get your towels exchanged for new ones, and dont forget check out is at 11am, if your late 30mins is $25 fee and if you later 1hr is $50 fee and anything after that is the full security deposit.... other than that safe place and people are nice

There is nothing good to say. Stove didn't work, bed was horrifically uncomfortable. I think the sheets were of 10 thread count. Room was dirty! If youre on vacation.. don't stay here

Great place to stay, check in was made easy, even for our afterhours check-in, Building, Lot and area felt clean and safe. Great rate and easy access from Highway

It's was a overall a excellent stay

The beds where very uncomfortable, also two men tried to abduct my wife on to the 2nd floor from the elevator while I was away from her. We stayed in room 339.

The room was not as pictured in the website! The room was not cleaned and smelled of insecticide. The staff was very rude when we informed them off such findings. She said she was leaving at 6 and there will be no one there till Monday and this was Saturday. The property has no security and with questionable people wondering around. The only good thing shoot this place was that I informed Expedia and they made the hotel staff refund our payment but we had to actually look around for other accommodations. I do not recommend this hotel unless you are really desperate. PLEASE UPDATE THE PICTURES OF THE ROOM ON YOUR SITE!!

We had a few concerns to share as the hotel continues to improve its rating. 1. Let people use the bathroom. I couldn't check in, as I am only 18. I had to wait for my sister to arrive so she could check in. As I was waiting, I needed to use the restroom. Hotel staff refused to let me use a restroom as I "wasn't a guest." There was a reservation IN MY NAME. The clerk was very rude about it, too. 2. We were told at check in that we could only have one extra roll of toilet paper during our week stay. When we found that we would run out soon, the front desk was closed, so we found a housekeeper and asked for our extra roll. She refused and said it was against the rules to give people extra toilet paper. We explained that we were told each room got one extra roll, and we would like ours, please. She was mean about it and asked another housekeeper if that was the rule, to which the other housekeeper replied "just give her the f**cking toilet paper." 3. When we booked, the picture online and room description was NOTHING like our room. I do understand that some rooms have been updated and remodeled and some have not. However, in the description it said there was a sofa that folded into a bed. Not only was that not the case, there was no sofa at all. One of us slept on the floor.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! I got there late and i couldn't find anyone to talk to... knowing that i made a reservation and payed already!!! So next day they canceled my reservation just because they can!!! Very poor service and management!!! Im so 😠

Check in was nice. They let you preview the room before payment. Payment is non refundable once you paid. Room service is on Tuesdays. Room was clean. There was fridge and stove and microwave. No cups or plates or utensils or cookware. The room was non smoking but you can smell smoke seeping in from the other rooms. Walls were thin and you can hear people in the other rooms. People hung out in the parking lot and smoked. A few smoked weed. Overall this is a cheap place to stay if you want to stay in a cheap place.

The worst hotel suite I’ve experienced. My stay was from June 15th - June 25th, which is a total of 10 days and out of those 10 our room wasn’t cleaned not once.

They called me when I was on my way to the airport to tell me they were overbooked and would have to cancel my reservation. This was only hours before I was going to arrive. Then they charged me a no show fee. When I called about it they weren’t helpful in the least.

Didn’t like that they didn’t have any late check in. I didn’t even stay in this terrible place. They never even told me that they didn’t have late check in. Customer service was horrible.
