Great Experience. Will return : )
- 5/5
An absolutely amazing place! Took 4 calls to get extra towels but aside from that it was an awesome stay..we will return!
- 5/5
Easy access to RTD A line (10-15 minute walk).
- 4/5
The room was fine for a few days, although a little small with not much storage space. Bed was comfortable and our room had a nice view of the mountains and the beautiful sunset. The major room drawback was the roller blind, which was torn and off its track. The hotel has a few restaurants on site and we enjoyed both we went to. Small pool on the roof was a great addition! Location wise, it’s in a bit of a dead zone but livelier areas are a few minutes drive away.
- 4/5
Weird but neat setup. My only gripe was having to use the mini-bar as our refridgerator...
- 5/5
Pool was smaller in person but the deck was great.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 4/5
The hotel has nice features, like the rooftop restaurant and bar, and plenty of space to relax and roam. The room was underwhelming. The intent of design is felt but poorly executed, like the cheap lounging chair, the weird wall-length desk blocking the window, the metal drain that pops up above the shower floor, and the window shade that was ripped to shreds because it doesn't actually fit properly in its guide rails.
- 4/5
Unimpressive.
- 5/5
Was an amazing experience. All the food places and the coffee shop were excellent. The pool and rooftop restaurant were great!!!
- 2/5
The only downside was the service. Before arriving, we called ahead to request an early check-in and were told it would be available for an additional fee, which we agreed on paying fee. However, upon arrival, one staff member seemed to have an attitude despite the arrangements already being confirmed and reminded that there was enough rooms available to check in early. We also requested housekeeping while we were out for the day. Despite making multiple requests, our room was never cleaned. While the property itself was excellent, the lack of follow-through and customer service from the staff took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
- 3/5
This is a hotel for hipsters. Not a family hotel. Which is okay. The “problems” were in the room. Especially dim lighting throughout. And the HVAC was tucked under a table, greatly restricting airflow. And the concrete floor and ceiling gave a being “held captive” vibe. Especially with the gray drapes drawn shut. I was very close to making a “proof of life” video to send to my fam. Also, the property was at least a 30-40 min walk to anything of interest. This aside, staff was helpful and friendly.
- 3.5/5
Clean, comfortable and walkable to DT, food a services offered great, beautiful roof top bar Roof top staff on the Thursday evening we found to be unfriendly and felt we were inconveniencing them. Food however was well presented and delicious (when it finally came almost an hour and half later) even though there were only 6 of us looking at apps and they were not busy. Nice scene unpleasant serving experience .

Everything looks better (and bigger) in the pictures. Pool was a disappointment. Elevators, and the fact that there are 2 different ones and that you need your room key to use the one for the actual hotel rooms wasn't disclosed on check in. This lead to us and another guest, struggling coming in from the parking garage. The market hall is made out to be this amazing place for eating and shopping and it's not. There were 2 "restaurants". That's it. Would not recommend and won't stay again, but it wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in.
- 5/5
Beautiful property with great restaurants. Needs a small market for sundries and additional amenities.
- 5/5
We had an awesome stay! The rooms were nice and so were the amenities on the property.
- 3/5
The room we got was terrible- overlooking the parking garage. Very small and minimal
- 4/5
Lobby was fun
- 5/5
It was even better in person. I loved the restaurants right in the hotel, and it was close to everything we wanted to do.
- 5/5
The proximity to the venue we were going to that night helped a lot. The simplicity of having food, beverage options right there was amazing too!
- 5/5
I really like the design of the room. Very comfortable bed.
- 4/5
Check-in was quick and easy. Parking is in a garage behind the building. There is a $15 f&b credit but no actual restaurant - I wish you could use it at the Safta coffee shop. Good work out room. Room was very stark - I wish it was a little more cozy. And when you turn the lights on in the bathroom you light up the bedroom because there is a window from the bathroom into the bedroom. Not a problem if you travel alone or don’t get up in the night, but otherwise it is. Also the room with 2 queens is really a king room that I would guess has had a sitting area cleared out for another bed - so no bedside tables or lights for the second bed.
- 5/5
Nice overall
- 5/5
Clean, less expensive than most, good location
- 2/5
If your vibe is upscale jail cell, this is definitely the place to stay. Our first room we received that we paid extra for the mountain view was Room 314, we walked in and had a gorgeous view of a mountain of Rooftop AC Units. We were then moved to the lovely 7th floor, stepping off the elevator and smelling the grease trap from the restaurant on the 8th was definitely appetizing. Then walking in to the concrete walls, floor and ceiling and plywood bed I waited for the warden to knock on the door. The bathroom included a wall hung sink and no counter space at all. After dinner we thought let’s check out the rooftop hot tub and pool and calling them a pool and hot tub is a stretch. The hot tub located that was roughly 4’ from the picture window and people eating their dinner. I know by in no way did they have appetites after seeing me in my bathing suit trying to relax in the bathtub they passed off as a hot tub especially after yard time was over and I had to go back to my jail cell. All in the staff is amazing, but I never want to do time there again.

Hotel was nice and perfect for my pup and me. I loved the second floor area which was ideal to work from. Would definitely stay again :)
- 5/5
Lovely and unique room, nice views, great food options.
- 5/5
Great location, quiet rooms, well lit hallways, fast elevator, great food options, nice hot tub.
- 5/5
Was such a great hotel, one of the best unique hotels i've been to.
- 2/5
Booked mountain veiw, which they changed upon arrival. In our now dirt parking lot veiw, Bedding was not provided for the requested pull out bed of our 3rd guest, TVs did not work and the hall way smelt like diarrhea daily. We got trapped in their elevator for 20 minutes , they claims technical glitch, yet a day later trapped in a 20 car line in their car garage for another "glitch". Disappointment is an understatement.
- 5/5
Great location in RiNo, with a market hall that has restaurants attached to the hotel. A bus top across the street to easily get to Union Station, and walkable to coffee, and businesses.
- 5/5
Hip and comfortable. Great food on-site plus proximity to fun area.

The entire six floor and the rooftop hot tub area.Stunk like sewage. To the point where we open the roll up door at about 11:30 last night. And then the entire room reeked of sewage. I turned the air conditioner on and it barely worked. When I called the front desk to ask about what was going on.I was told that they have a sewage pipe problem in the restaurant that they are working on. The gal offered to comp me my fifty dollar parking. The only reason why we ended up staying and spending the rest of the night was.We had been drinking and couldn't drive to another hotel
- 3/5
It was unfortunate that property had an outage resulting in us having no room keys. We had to be taken to our rooms by staff. The did not over staff for this and ot caused additional headaches. My group and 2 rooms on different floors for 3 night stay, it made it difficult. Also, they indicated there would be crecit for compensation and it was 25.00. I don't see that as a compensation. It barely covets the daily resort fee per day. Poorly managed in face of a crisis.
- 4/5
Interesting rooms. Concrete but modern. Not a lot to do close by but it was good for the night we needed.
- 4.5/5
Superb

Space TV was glitches, no internet, rooftop space wasn't open.

The staff was wonderful!
- 5/5
Clean room, the staff was great and helpful.

Bring your ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.
- 4/5
Good location-a few blocks to Mission Ballroom, proximity to Downtown. Hot Tub jets did not work right.
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
Everything was great. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Restaurants on site and conveniently located to many places.
- 5/5
I would highly recommend The Source Hotel. We arrived a day early, for a concert the following night. There were plenty of restaurants and places to get an adult beverage. We really enjoyed the aesthetics of the hotel itself, but the employees were kind and helpful. Although we did venture out, there are plenty of things to do at the hotel for couples. Parking was a breeze and our vehicle never left the garage. As it was easy to Uber around. The concert venue was close which made it easy for us to get to and from the hotel. Our room was clean and efficient. Very comfortable with views of the Rockies. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thanks for the great stay!!
- 4/5
Clean hotel with very friendly staff. Good food and drink options nearby with a parking lot behind the hotel.
- 5/5
Loved the garage door open in our room. Really cool. Restaurant on top floor is awesome. Got there at happy hour. The bottomless avocado dip was so good! And the chips. Would definitely recommend it.
- 3/5
Pool is not even close to what is advertised!
- 5/5
Room was great. We had a wonderful view and hotel rooftop restaurant was awesome!!!!
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Good bar and staff
- 5/5
Such a fun place with lovely rooms and restaurants and amenities. It’s my new favorite!
- 5/5
Always clean & quiet with a great staff. Love all the food options that are on the property!
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
I don't like that the front desk tells you that you have a $15 credit, but you can't use it at the restaurants that are right in front of you in the hotel lobby: Smok BBQ, a taco place including breakfast tacos, and a coffee place.

On the edge of the city’s Rino district. About a 15 minute walk to the bars and restaurants on Walnut and Larimer. Friendly staff, market restaurants on the 2nd floor. Nice stay
- 2/5
The hotel is cheaply built and very loud. It appears nice at a distance, but materials are cheap and low quality. Everything from the walls to the light fixtures. Not worth the money. Poor value. And you have to be in dirty and homeless filled mecca of Denver.
- 4/5
Rooms
- 3/5
Not Perfect
- 3/5
Room could have been cleaner, was not offered complimentary beer at check in
- 5/5
The location of this hotel in the RiNo neighborhood is excellent. I ate at two of the restaurants in the hotel complex - the BBQ place on the 2nd floor and the Peruvian place on the rooftop and enjoyed both meals. Comfortable rooms, chic industrial decor, and nice views of the city and the Rockies.
- 4/5
The staff can be better.
- 3/5
Nice hotel but the logistics were poor. The parking garage had issues every time I was in and out. It’s also a pain to get stuff from parking garage to room. The deposit for stay also seemed excessive as it cost more than the actual room. Will not stay here again
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 3/5
Issue with rhe rollup window shield, AC was rattling off the wall, pillows were terrible.
- 4/5

- 5/5
The gym was well maintained
- 5/5
Everything was great from service to food!
- 5/5
Cimera was great! The staff was friendly. And my pups enjoyed the room!
- 5/5
Wonderful stay! Pool and hot tub were great. Food was incredible and the vibe was so cool! Staff was friendly and helpful
- 2/5
I got an email stating that we would get a welcome beer and $15 dollar credit for food. We did not get a beer or credit. I also booked a suite which showed a bath tub. 99% of the pictures show a bathrub in the room. We got a room with no bathtub. That was literally the whole reason i booked a suite. There was nothing exceptional about the room at all. The cable even cut out every few minutes when we sat down to relax. Would never spend that kind of money again for a basic room.
- 2/5
.
- 5/5
The fitness area looked nice and spread out
- 5/5
Great place
- 2/5
Corner suite city view. Cement terminal next door starts making noise at 5:00 am. We’ve stayed here before but some shops have closed. Tiny roof top hot tub (4 person).
- 5/5
Very nice modern rooms. The service was great, and the VIP extras were a special touch! Would definitely come back. The bath robes were the softest EVER! Thank you for quality in the details!
- 5/5
Buen hotel sobre todo
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Great room, awesome tub, friendly staff
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable, great location
- 5/5
It was very clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
There was a resort fee that was added that I wasn’t aware of when I made the reservation then they tried to charge me for the free bottle of wine and charge me for mini bar items that we didn’t touch.
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
Everything very clean, very accommodating staff.
- 2/5
The heater was so loud that sleeping was difficult. We had friends in two other rooms that said the same thing.
- 5/5
Cleanliness & great staff
- 5/5
Great stay! Staff were friendly.
- 3/5
Check in process was a bit complicated. Room was a garage door room, was very cold and loud.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Smell, lamenities and pullout bed
- 4/5
Check in was okay.
- 2/5
Issues with room. Had a bad smell and lighting wasn’t working. Staff wasn’t very helpful. Issue wasn’t resolved as they said it would be. View was not at all Mountain View as described. My expectations were high and my stay failed to meet those expectations.
- 5/5
The restaurants at this hotel were top notch! Beautiful view at the top!
- 3/5
Room was comfortable, view was AWESOME! Location wasn’t ideal-we had to uber into lower downtown daily.
- 5/5
I love this hotel it’s gorgeous the only thing is no microwave in room to warm up my food everything else was great will definitely stay here again
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and simplistic. Staff was nice and helpfull. Pool and hot tube were perfect on the top floor and heated. Little pricey, no extras everything costs extra
- 4/5
We bought a pulled pork breakfast byrriti
- 5/5
Everything was great! Check in was fast and easy, room was kept nice and clean, rooftop pool was amazing sight(jets on the hottub could use fixing) but can’t complain for a heated hot tub and pool in December!
- 5/5
The room was perfect. We enjoyed our stay at the source.
- 5/5
One of my favorite places in Denver!
- 5/5
Amazing vibes and staff is especially friendly
- 5/5
Staff was good need room service and a gift shop to pick up things that you forgot
- 5/5
This hotel is absolutely amazing, it’s creative and unique with beautiful views of downtown Denver, it also has really good restaurants and is in walking distance of bars! I stayed in the market suite and I fell in love, can’t wait to come back
- 5/5
I stay here each time I come to Denver. The Source Hotel is a fun place to stay with good food options.
- 5/5
Comfy bed Dog friendly Quiet Great location
- 5/5
Front Desk was very courteous and efficient. Room was super clean and ready to go when we checked in. Obviously the facilities and the local options were great!
- 5/5
The room had a beautiful view and the complimentary bottle of wine was a great touch
- 5/5
Great atmosphere. Comfortable and home like rooms. Felt safe and really enjoyed how quiet everything was. Love the style. Didn’t feel like a hotel.
- 5/5
It was a great stay overall. The new rooftop restaurant is fantastic with great service. My only complaint would be the heater in the room was very loud and constantly ran at any setting. Otherwise the service, ambiance and stay was great!
- 5/5
The source was a great hotel! Easy walk to the mission ballroom! And great restaurants, bakery, and coffee shop. Clean rooms, comfy mattress and lovely rooftop hot tub. I’ll stay there again!
- 4/5
The hotel was centrally located to everything that we wanted to do and we love the restaurant variety that was inside the hotel. The bottle of wine was a very nice touch!
- 5/5
Everything was great! food was delicious. Rooms were clean and spacious. 10/10 would stay again
- 3/5
The staff was not very friendly upon arrival and was just reading a very well rehearsed script to us. The TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV so we had to watch a movie on our laptop. Since there was no room service available I ordered door dash for us and our food sat at the front desk long enough for it to get cold, no one at the front let the dasher up to our room or contacted us that it was waiting. The room was nice and our stay was good but wasn’t as nice of a hotel as it was advertised as.
- 5/5
Yes on all services
- 5/5
Loved the views and having all the food options and location was wonderful
- 5/5
Amazing staff throughout
- 4/5
While the room was nice, the hallway smelled like puke for the majority of my stay. The staffing I’m sure tried to clean up the smell but it lingered. Everyone was so nice but the price tag was higher than I would’ve thought - I still stayed here. I enjoyed my stay here but I don’t foresee staying here again.
- 5/5
The Source staff was especially helpful, and the meal options nearby we're superb.
- 3/5
The nearby amenities are almost all gone - several restaurants, shops, etc. The Source charges a hotel fee of $25 per day and then give you a $15 voucher to use at Safta for coffee or a $15 yogurt parfait but that’s it. No muffins. No bagels. Meanwhile, the bakery in the marketplace — almost the only business remaining— doesn’t open until 8am — too late for professionals who have work calls. I want to really like The Source again. But the marketplace needs a boost. I think the owners need to offer free parking to get people to come. The area is still just not a neighborhood so they need to reduce the friction of going. Offering free parking would be a great start. Even if just for two hours.
- 5/5
The room was great and staff were awesome. The only problem was parking. I had to pay $25 a day for parking.
- 5/5
Clean courtesy staff, amazing views!
- 5/5
Amazing experience, very accommodating. Fantastic city view
- 5/5
The hot tub pool area was beautiful with great views. Rooms were clean and quiet. The food and drinks at the top restaurant was delicious. Loved the location.
- 3/5
The room was small but very high ceilings. This caused an echo. The shower had mold in the grout. The decor was modern and simple, which was great! The room we were in was very loud. There were gear sounds, like a garage door opening, water swooshing sounds, and tapping sounds off and on throughout the night. I turned on the fan on the air conditioner to help not make us so sensitive to the sounds but it didn't work. We didn't sleep much. It was really too bad because the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were perfect!
- 5/5
Really enjoyed my stay here! Great experience especially for the price!
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, great ambiance & amenities
- 4/5
Nice place
- 4/5
The room was clean with a great view. Hotel overall had an interesting layout with lots of options to eat and hang out. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation which i was looking forward to checking out.
- 5/5
This property is really unique. Lots to do around and in it. Worth the stay.
- 5/5
Super comfortable bed, quiet. Great food options!
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, hot tub, convenient and close to the Mission.
- 5/5
The property was an amazing and comfortable spot.
- 3/5
The hotel didn’t seem worth the amount paid. We were not able to check in on time. Staff was nice. Could have paid half the price elsewhere and been able to check in early
- 3/5
The entire hotel was under construction making it not especially convenient. The room was clean, very sparse. Beds were good, nothing else was very comfortable. Staff was really nice.
- 4/5
The Source Hotel is lovely! The location is okay but not walkable to main downtown attractions. Our check-in was good but not overly welcoming. Overall, our stay was very nice.
- 5/5
First update about the pool it’s under construction there is no access even though you’re paying resort fee Second, the TV has no Wi-Fi connection or Netflix just cable cables it’s 2025. Netflix should be default.
- 5/5
Loved everything about this property. Location, parking, nearby restaurants and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Rooms were clean but the roof and pool were closed. That’s why we decided on that place and weren’t informed until we had already checked in
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you are going to see a show at the mission ballroom. Walking distance being 0.9 miles. Didn’t have to pay for parking, it was included with the Expedia booking. Also, got a free bottle of wine and complementary waters! They have a mini bar with the prices listed. Only downside was there was no microwave. Also, had to remove the mini bar stuff to use the fridge.
- 1/5
Some of the people were rude
- 5/5
Reception staff were AWESOME!
- 5/5
Room was great and clean! The restaurants are all amazing. Easy to walk to so many spots. Would stay here again 100%
- 5/5
Despite that my room was still amazing, comfortable, cleaned daily. I slept well. The large soaker tub was amazing, the shower was outstanding. I can't say enough about the towels. The market hall was a great amenity. I would consider staying here again I'm just not certain I'd pay for an upgraded suite again as a result of this experience. I was never offered the free welcome beer, although the person next to me was.
- 3/5
Firstly a 4pm check in shouldn't be a thing. Around 3pm we couldn't check in to change for a wedding, we directed to leave our bags by the front door which didn't seem secure, the coffee shop and restaurant weren't open around that time on a Saturday and the rooftop was under construction. Therefore, none of the amenities we could have used or wanted were available. Also none of the electrical sockets in the in lobby work. So overall it was an inconvenient stay for people traveling international for a wedding.
- 1/5
We paid $360 room fee, they still charge me $41 parking fee. The room is dirty. The vent machine which is outside is very noisy and I can not sleep.
- 2/5
Unfortunately the hot water wasn't working properly, but they did issue a refund. Stand-up management and staff.
- 4/5
Was under partial construction, but that did not impede service or comfort.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel!
- 3/5
The massive blind we used to hide this view was off its tracks, making it difficult to lower and virtually impossible to raise without great effort and teamwork by my wife and I the next morning. At 5am there was no hot water to shower with. We were able to get it later that morning, but our friends, staying in a different room, had none even at checkout time. The internet signal in our room was one bar. Same with their WiFi, which was virtually unuseable it was so slow. The rooms here have a minimalist style with a concrete ceiling and floor and simple wood panels for decoration. The only chairs are plastic cheap chairs you might find in a school cafeteria. Th pillows are thin and flimsy, “down to their last four or five feathers”. There is no drawer space or enclosed closet space. The single sink bathroom has no real vanity to organize toiletries, just a single thin shelf. So make sure you understand what you are paying for by staying here.
- 5/5
The suite was amazing and the views were stunning. Loved how the door opened in the room to the outside!
- 5/5
Staff friendly
- 3/5
Just disappointed pool and bar were closed on rooftop and nowhere close to eat.
- 5/5
…
- 5/5
Great stay! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Attractive aesthetic, wonderful dining, convenient location.
- 4/5
Pool was under construction and no pool set up and I wasn’t notified. Came in the summer we were looking forward to this. Dining and service alaround were amazing
- 5/5
The multiple restaurants on site were great! The rooms are modern, clean, and quiet even though you are in the city with lots of noise. The down side was the pool and roof top were closed with no communication up front about that on their website.
- 5/5
The view of the mountains is… like RINO… a thing of beauty that you have to see for yourself. The hotel is extraordinary, very clean, gorgeous, and the restaurants are *chef kiss*
- 5/5
I wasn’t thrilled about the $250 incidentals deposit . I know it will be released , however for staying just 1 night that was not reasonable considering that I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in NYC and throughout the world with an incidentals hold of between $100 to $150 in addition to that the rooftop pool area was under construction which was not a dealbreaker at all. Overall great hotel and very friendly staff.
- 4/5
The rooftop bar was closed and the selection from other food vendors was limited. Especially breakfast.
- 5/5
The Source Hotel was fantastic. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The restaurants within the hotel were convenient and amazing (reunion good bread—I can’t stop thinking about the Gruyère and ham croissant). Not only good food, but reasonably priced as well. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Denver.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and good bbq in the lobby.
- 3/5
Start with the positives: good shower, comfortable bed, amazing bakery and sushi restaurant on site. Now the rest: no valet and no good place to leave your car while you check in. No one to help with bags. Front desk staff disinterested to the point where they seemed to think they were doing guests a favor just being there. The much-promoted summer attraction of roof top bar and pool both closed beginning August 4. No mention of that at the time of booking or in any of the emails sent almost monthly to announce upcoming items of interest. Coffee shop was understaffed and serviced both carry out and the weekend brunch crowd at Safta restaurant, so getting your coffee in the morning was very, very slow. The view from our corner suite, advertised as Denver and the mountains, was actually of a large empty lot and lots of apartment buildings. The suite had lots of large windows but only blackout shades so you had to choose between light and privacy. We will definitely not be returning tomThe Source.
- 5/5
The pool and other amenities were being renovated but it didn’t affect the charm and enjoyment of the stay. Fun location and walkable.
- 3/5
We were in Denver for a wedding and stayed 3 nights— each night’s sleep was disrupted by the very noisy air conditioning unit. The adjacent BBQ restaurant is excellent—we ate there twice.

Loved the options in the food hall! Quite convenient to have so many choices all in one place.
- 5/5
Food was great

Unfortunately they just started renovating the sky deck and pool. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. They did ever message and let know about this
- 3/5
The room itself was very nice and spacious. The pillows on the couch smelled like urine. The hallway of the 4th floor where we stayed smelled like sewer on 4 of the 7 nights when we returned after a long day (around 10pm). The most disappointing issue was that I booked the hotel specifically for the rooftop pool and restaurant. Those were closed for "renovations" the week we were there. We never received any prior communication about this before checking in (despite that I made reservations months in advance). I would have expected prior notification OR at least a 15% discount for the inconvenience. The front desk staff was frosty about it at check in and did not apologize or offer any explanation.
- 1/5
The hotel is very cold in appearance and esthetics. Its a concrete building inaide and out. For anyone of increased age, disability or small children it can be a dangerous slip hazard. Overall expwrience was poor.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice enough. But the air conditioner sounded like there was a jet engine in my room.
- 5/5
Great vibe, comfortable, incredible amenities (Matouk towels!). Wish the floors had more rugs in the rooms.
- 4/5
Very Clean, great staff, cool vibe. not the best for kids
- 5/5
Tania checked us in and she was amazing!
- 3/5
The pool was closed for renovation which was disappointing. You have to pay to park and if you're staying multiple nights it really adds up. The staff doesn't inform you. The bakery is delightful.
- 5/5
Easy and convenient hotel with great dining options. Perfect for our short trip and really enjoyed the direct access to the restaurants especially smok bbq
- 5/5
Super cool Vibe! Like, one of the neatest ultramodern with garage door opening to the beautiful view of Denver, with the push of a button.
- 4/5
Fitness center was closed on last 2 days- no signs posted went to fitness center, door was locked. Front desk was unaware of alternate site provided. Cleaners arrived at 3:30 in afternoon, which was inconvenient.
- 1/5
That all changed on Thursday, July 17th when I first chatted with the people working the front desk. We arrived early, and knew our chances for early check-in were slim but thought we'd give it a try. The people at the front desk, when I skipped in smiling with gleeful anticipation quickly extinguished my positive mood with their sour "can't be bothered" attitude. You would have thought I asked about their dead cat. All of them were rude, unfriendly and quite surly when I stated, that even though we are early for check-in (please note they don't start check-in until 4:00 which is crazy to me), we wanted to see if there was any chance our room was ready. I was sternly told NO. And that was that. No offer to take our bags, or have some water, or sit at the lounge on the second floor. Nothing. Just NO. I gave them my phone number hoping to get a call when the room was ready. After driving around for a couple of hours I returned to the hotel at 3:30, mind you no call from the desk, just hoping for a seat in the AC and some water. A new person was at the desk and said our room would be ready in a few and if I wanted to leave our luggage out in the open lobby, just sitting there for anyone to take, I could d

The food hall on the second floor was convenient. Booked a room with a garage door and it was really neat at night.
- 3/5
Overall, we had a pleasant time at The Source Hotel.
- 5/5
The front desk person was fantastic. She helped us make a last second change when we got in at 11:30PM. The room was really nice and updated.

🔥
- 4/5
Great place, only bummer is that it is on the opposite site of the tracks from the rest of the neighborhood
- 5/5
The staff that works at this hotel is just over the top great! Olivia, Tania (?) Amazing!
- 5/5
Great food within. And love that its pet friendly
- 4/5
Roof top restaurant was closed for renovations which I was not aware of prior to arrival
- 5/5
Great location. Ease of check-in and checkout. Was disappointed roof top restaurant/bar were closed for remodeling. Great coffee availability at main floor restaurant. Loved the multiple spaces to relax and hangout.
- 3/5
The pool and spa area looked a little rough and not super clean.
- 4/5
It was a nice Hotel and in a good location. There are several restaurants attached to the Hotel. It makes it easy to check in and then just walk to dinner.
- 4/5
I’m very surprised that a place like this had Direct TV and no options other than hdmi cords to connect streaming options. Two tvs and only 60 live tv channels. This is my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I know tv isn’t that big of a deal, but at the end of the night on vacation, some of us love to come back and still Netflix and chill.
- 3/5
The room was a little underwhelming compared to the pictures (stayed in King suite). The rooftop bar was closed for construction which we were not informed of. Positives were the area and the restaurants located in the hotel
- 4/5
Unique property.
- 2/5
The best part of this hotel was The Moose restaurant which had delicious food - breakfast and lunch were top shelf! They were also a very friendly and hard-working staff! Overall, this was a cool concept type of hotel but so many false photos of the property, the rooms, the “pool”, the restaurants, etc. One major restaurant was closed for renovations, Another was closed just because? No reason given to us. The front desk attendants were nice when they were there - otherwise the phone rang and rang and nobody answered. They also just really didn’t give us any helpful information about their hotel, the surrounding area, etc. The property all around the hotel looked like abandoned scrapyards! Really disappointed in our stay here - was very expensive and not worth it, we are sad to say.
- 5/5
This was such a cool place. Really lovely and clean. The staff from the front desk to the server at The Moose were all so friendly.
- 3/5
Sheets were not clean / were stained on arrival. Had to ask them to have them changed out twice, it was unfortunate. We also didnt get to experience the hotel restaurant with the sky view which was a large selling point for picking the hotel in the first place. I also requested a few things that were never acknowledged. Overall the experience was mediocre for what I paid and for what I was expecting. Its worth staying for its location and for its amenities (when and if they are open). Not sure if i would book here again.
- 3/5
i did not like the bathroom privacy and the AC unit loudness.
- 4/5
We really enjoyed the overall vibe of this hotel. We only got to stay one night because it just wasn't in our cards to stay longer. The garage door in our room was really cool! The view from our room on the 5th floor was perfect. It was also a last minute booking. Something to note is my spouse and I are new to traveling so we don't know everything about hotels or what is common knowledge. We asked if there was a place to do laundry on site and we were told no. Come to find out that you can leave a laundry bag they give you outside and housekeeping will do it. I wish we would've been given this information because it would've been very helpful to get our laundry done since we've been traveling for over a week. Maybe they didn't think we would be open to doing that I'm not sure. Or maybe since we weren't staying long there wouldn't have been time for them to do it. Part of the reason we got this place is so we could swim with our toddler. We enjoyed the rooftop pool. It was pretty small but it wasn't very crowded so it wasn't much of an issue. The hot tub was nice. The wooded floor areas at the pool are looking rough and don't match the rest of the hotels vibes. There is also a nice BBQ place downstairs. Didn't try anything else.
- 4/5
Good check in. Easy check in. Restaurant closed. Pretty good amenities and would stay here agian if I needed to.
- 5/5
Hotel was great - very comfortable with The Woods restaurant on the top floor which provides a gorgeous view of the city and mountains. Food was great too. Only negatives were the dim lighting in bathroom, and with two females trying to get ready, a definite need for another mirror!
- 4/5
Really nice looking property. Does have some functional issues like A?C doesn't work great, shower is tricky to turn off, sink ledge isnt big enough for toiletry bag, gym is a bit small but the pool and hot tub on the roof are nice.
- 5/5
It was centrally located. Really nice to use the scooters outside to get places. Close to the arena for college graduation.
- 4/5
Room was supposed to be 375 but I was charged 625 plus parking was 25 per park.
- 4/5
Cool hotel with convenient restaurants and roof top bar! Friendly service; good amenities. We got a garage door room. We opened the door and there were 8 fans from the restaurants below and so loud! Our view was the parking lot and the BBQ restaurant was smoking meat below our room. The hotel was great about reimbursing us to the rate of a regular room. Nice hotel; don't bother with the garage door!
- 5/5
It was great, the staff was great, the rooms were clean

A few notes and tips: Unfortunately, the hot water heater went out during my stay, so I didn’t get to try the restaurant. The hotel refunded the $25 resort fee for that day, which I appreciated. Speaking of the resort fee — it includes a $15 daily restaurant credit, but the credit doesn’t roll over. I saved mine for a Friday night meal, assuming they’d stack. They don’t. If you spend $50 in one sitting, only $15 is deducted. The rest of your daily credits are lost. Don’t make my mistake! Friday night, loud music from a nearby venue shook the room until 3 a.m. It was so loud I ended up taking a bubble bath just to relax. Pro tip: Order bubble bath or snacks via Amazon Fresh — you can pick them up at the front desk. The pool and hot tub are small but offer a beautiful view. I didn’t use them, but they looked great. Walkability isn’t ideal. Also, most Lyft drivers I encountered spoke limited English, so using a translation app was helpful. Final verdict: I’d definitely stay again for a work trip and the room is amazing for introverts like me who spent most of the time in. Great staff, beautiful space, and a comfy room — just be aware of the fee structure and weekend noise.
- 3/5
It’s a convenient location for visiting with my daughter who lives about 10 minutes away, but it’s too industrial of a feel. And the air conditioning made a horrible noise all night long and didn’t even cool down the room
- 4/5
Unique property woth excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating.
- 4/5
Beautiful, modern hotel with Mountain View’s. Great area and very walkable. Restaurants were busy and weekend was fun with lots going on. One down was the a/c. First night it was on and off all evening. Finally figured out how to make it blow constantly. Secondly, the parking garage was difficult as the attendant only gave us a one day pass for a three night stay. We could not get in and out on several occasions. Finally figured it out when I was frustrated and went the front desk. All in all it’s a nice hotel.
- 5/5
Excellent service, and amazing beds for rest. Awesome rooftop with great food on premise. Wood’s is a great restaurant and the BBQ on site is legit. Would love to come back; thanks!
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay here
- 5/5
Everything is great. My only feedback is that the room HVAC system is very loud. And the blinds are tough to open/close as they fall out of the track.
- 5/5
Nice hotel with lots of good restaurants
- 3/5
Mostly a good experience. Beds and pillows were comfy. Not a fan of the concrete floors. There was no rug under one of the beds, so feet were cold. Got charged for a beer from mini fridge that we didn't drink. Waiting on a refund for that. Convenient to park in the attached parking garage. Took advantage of in and out privilege option so we could drive to concert venue.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 3/5
Cons: Phone reps and front desk staff don’t communicate. Pool and hot tub DO NOT look like the pics. Tub in room is tiny. Parking is expensive and hardly no place for visitors to park. Overall while I enjoyed the stay, I would not go back.
- 5/5
Clean, contemporary, outstanding staff. Cool garage door and tub in the room. Both romantic and family friendly. Short Uber to Nuggets Game. Excellent view from the gym. Thanks for the bottle of wine. Cheers!
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Will definitely stay there again. Brunch at the Safta restaurant was easily one of the best food experiences I can remember. The room with its garage door window wall was so innovative. The whole vibe of the place is so cool and industrial modern. Why can’t more hotels be like this one???
- 4/5
It was great minus now having a microwave but overall good.
- 5/5
Convenient to Mission Street Ballroom. Receptionist was very quick, thorough, and nice.
- 5/5
Lovely boutique hotel! Only downfall was the location as it was not walkable.
- 5/5
The Source Hotel in Denver was a very clean and friendly hotel. The location was great since it had 4 restaurants on site and amenities (hot tub, fitness gym, multiple bars) were convenient and clean.
- 3/5
Nice clean place. Food at upstairs restaurants was good. Pool and hot tub heated. Room was soso. There was a large bluddy booger on the wall and no spare blanlets or pillows for a room that has a pull out couch. Had to call for them and took a while to recieve. Nothing really all that fancy for booking a suite including the booger. We did get free parking though for the booger.
- 4/5
The room was fine and clean The bed was comfortable. The area around the property was not very attractive. However, the rooftop bar and restaurant was very nice and they did have a few other dining options on property. You can walk to a few things from the hotel and the train station is less than a mile. Lots of apartment complexes near by but not a lot else.
- 5/5
The Source is like a self contained getaway which is just what we needed as weary travelers. The food was excellent, the room was clean and adequately equipped. A modern feel and plenty to check out between gift shop, art gallery, multiple bars and lounges with different feels and styles. Room is quiet and bed comfortable. Would recommend. Easy in and out of location with adequate parking and close to many downtown Denver area venues.

Great facility - close to event and reminded of European accommodations- nice!
- 5/5
Convenient location to enjoy concerts and breweries. Market Hall added a fun option and the view at the Rooftop was fantastic with the snow-capped mountains. Room was exactly as pictured and bed extremely comfortable!
- 5/5
They had a mini marketplace area and the free bottle of wine was nice.
- 5/5
Odd room layout
- 5/5
Great stay at the Source Hotel. Lovely, clean and comfortable room. Nice workout room, rooftop pool and whirlpool and some great restaurant options. Garage parking for an extra fee.
- 5/5
Enjoyed everything about the hotel just wish the parking garage was included.
- 5/5
Everything was great. We loved the restaurants connect to the hotel.
- 5/5
Great property had to pay for parking didn’t know that before but it’s still a very nice place
- 5/5
Clean. Nice restaurants and amenities. Recommend.

Nice clean
- 4/5
Omg! This hotel was everything we wanted. Great amenities, food, pool, hot tub and view! Drinks and food were a little pricy even for happy hour but decent. Location not at convenient as I would have liked but not bad for city venturing. Parking was a bit pricy as well per day although I was quoted something different at the time of booking. Overall cool hotel.
