,Charming convenient location. Surrounded by wonderful food and diverse entertainment and nightlife options. The rooms are a bit noisy and convenient parking is hard to find. Supplies in the room were scarce and there is no onsite property management or custodial support to help get needed items like soap, towels, cups, etc.

Beautiful property, however floors were dirty and had cat litter on them.

The room itself was pretty great. The service was horrible, they give you like 6 codes to use, it took us about 5 minutes to figure out which code belonged to what door. No one was ever around for assistance. I called them staying I was having trouble getting in, had to leave a VM that no one returned. The location was decent, however it is really close to the homeless population. There was no breakfast, I understand we stayed during the pandemic. However we were told there would be danishes and fruit. We never saw them either morning we woke up. Not sure if I would go back or recommend staying there.

I know, all bookings come with some fees but this one is way over the top and the process is set up to easily trick you. Like I said, the room was fine but be careful here. They are employing a deceitful trick to grab your money. I think the fair thing to do here is to not book a room with them so as to not reward them for operating an immoral business.

I loved how private the property was! It was wonderful to have access to the lobby with the coffee, drinks, and snacks!
- 5/5
Loved our spacious room with a fireplace (the western allure)! The lobby and common spaces were fantastic. The honor bar was also a great amenity. Only issue was our shower curtain was a little gross and probably should be washed; no big deal, just very noticeable when the rest of the bathroom was super clean. Would also be nice if a full breakfast was available during the week, since they do refer to this place as a “bed and breakfast.” Overall great experience though and would absolutely stay here again!

I liked how it was gated, but then each room had their accesses. Was nice and cozy and homey feeling!
- 4/5
The house had a urban feel with the smart TV's but was comfortable like a BnB. Will be booking here again next time we visit Denver.

Extremely disappointed in our stay at the Curtis Park Club. The property location and condition were amazing. However, they perform bait and switch pricing tactics. We booked the room at a rate of $132 for a Friday Night at a third party website. However, shame on me for not reading the fine print. The 'Service Fee' for the property amounted to more than $100!! Shame on you Curtis Park Club for this sneaky money grab. Be more honest about your pricing and you would have seen us as a return customer.

ダウンタウンまではバスや路面電車で20-30分程度かかり多少不便ですが、また宿泊したいです。

It was cozy. There was a large room, quiet during night, good coffee server.

Nice house in a excellent and fun area of Denver! Rooms were nice and roomy. Easy walk to good food and entertainment from this property!

The property is very cute and within walking distance of downtown Denver. For the most part I liked, but not sure I would book again. It was hard to find my room - if you stay at the property you’ll understand. Also, the room was cold, yes there was a heater but it didn’t do much, and when the person in the room above you also has it on it’s very loud, I am glad I brought earplugs. Super cute, but not practical.

I loved the homey feel of the property-kind of like a bed and breakfast. It was also very quiet in the neighborhood at night. rooms were very nice and clean. one complaint I have is the bed. It's a spring bed that seemed older and not very comfortable for my husband and I. I really liked the healthy breakfast snacks to take with you. Just add some spoons to eat the oatmeal. Overall, we were very happy with our stay especially finding a reasonably priced place on such short notice as we missed our flight and had to scramble to find a place to stay in denver.

The BnB is very relaxed. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the room was warm and cozy. The decoration is very stylish- I felt like a superstar- at this cottage. I had access to the porch, the living room, a huge common space in the upper level with refreshments and a great outdoor area (which is spacious and beautiful) to talk and enjoy a few drinks, and everything is nearby. You see other guest coming and going, but no visual interaction with the hosts. Everything was very clear with the check-in instructions. We had a late flight and they were kind enough to let us store our luggage and explore the city until departing time neared. Great restaurant and lounges nearby. The Lyft driver mentioned the RiNo is an art district that is popping and that’s why the night life was so active. I would definitely stay at this wonderful BnB again.

Perfect location. The hosts thought of everything.

Overall good, no staff on site which is not particularly helpful. But it’s a nice overall area, unique little property and privacy. I liked it

Peaceful, out of the mainstream, sensible location

This was a very unique B&B and I loved that they had refreshments on the house. I tried to use their camera's but there wasn't any film...The room was wonderful and I loved that I could warm my feet in the early morning by the fire, while reading my book! I will definitely stay again!

Dislikes? The AC was not functional -- a broken unit was in the room as well as a wall unit; both were blowing but the room got hotter and hotter. It was 89 and we ended up sleeping on top of the sheets. (August). No instructions on which to use or how, and the ceiling fan apparently worked only by remote and that was AWOL. There was no live person on site to ask about issues or greet us. The check-in email never arrived so we called and got a snippy person who seemed resentful to have to give me info over the phone (I had to call twice). We asked for early check in and I almost wonder if we were "punished" by being given a funky room. No glassware in the room (out in the hall we found some). The temperature in the room was really unacceptable and so was the inaccessible personnel. Despite its beauty and convenience, for $200 a night, we should have had a drinking glass and functioning temperature controls.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the free coffee and breakfast!

Property was great and the staff (ok the answer service) was very helpful and friendly. This is a very nice B&B located in the Rino district of Denver. Room was clean and very nice, breakfast was good and the property was quite. Will stay at again when I'm back in Denver.

Incredible location; adorable porch and cute outdoor areas. Loved the self-serve coffee and adult beverages. While our room was well appointed and mostly met our expectations, there was one big problem: the bathroom needed a major drywall repair. It was leaking and generally in disrepair. Also the in-room portable air conditioner was very loud.

Great location! The room was clean &!nicely decorated. The grounds are beautiful.

Wonderful, well decorated, clean room close to downtown. Loved the house, the room, and accessibility. Will stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Very well appointed and clean. Beautiful property. Great amenities. Very convenient location to the city. We rented a couple scooters and were zipping around downtown in just a couple of minutes. We had a little hiccup with outlet in our room, and they fixed it immediately. A great place to stay- we highly recommend!

What a great find! Right on the edge of the RiNo district and lot's of breweries and restaurants. Around the corner from the Curtis Park Deli (a must-have). Very comfortable and great setup, with a sweet common area (both up and downstairs) and outdoor patio. Note that there is no onsite staff (you receive check-in instructions in advance), but the property manager is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions.

Wonderful property. Quaint surroundings. Beautifully restored home.

The Curtis Park Club is a unique experience in that they don't have an onsite check in, so they send you the information about how to get in the rooms and the common room. We never even saw any staff. The property is lovely, the room spacious, and the common areas with coffee, snacks, drinks, places to sit inside and out to play cards are all very nice. Breakfast on the weekends features pastries from a local bakery. We didn't feel like we were in a hotel at all. Easy and relaxing and so close to all kinds of shops, bars, and restaurants.

This property was a unique experience. The location is very walkable to restaurants, and downtown is a 20 minute walk. The amenities in the common areas were a great touch - I appreciated having a glass of wine and a snack available. As a female traveling solo, I may have requested a second floor or interior access room if I had realized the location of this unit. The unit had everything I needed, and communication was excellent.

The room was perfect for my type of business trip. It was clean, roomy, comfortable and easy access to local, walkable area of Five Points, RiNo and not far from 16th mall. If I could make nit-picky one suggestion it would be to have had a coffee mug or water glass in the room for tea/coffee and utensils available to use since there is a fridge and microwave. I couldn't get into the breakfast area but it wasn't a big deal. However, next visit I would like to figure out how to do so as well as how and where to get the advertised bikes....

Otherwise, the place itself is great. Only downside is that the parking close by is all 2-hr limit on the street.

Cutest room! Loved it! Would recommend

This property exceeded every expectation. It was in a beautiful, convenient area. The style and decor was gorgeous. The entire property was super clean and had beautiful public spaces. Checking in was incredibly easy. The amenities were over the top wonderful. I honestly want to go back to Denver just to stay here again! Definitely stay here. You can’t go wrong.

It was an amazing stay. The resident was very helpful. Our room was fully stocked. Needed no toiletries. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or complimentary beer and wine but were happy it was available.

Awesome property in a perfect location and the management was very pleasant and attentive, will definitely stay here again.

The amenities were unique about this property, we had a variety of toiletries we could use, and we could watch netflix. The television had a good sound system as well. The decor was very cute as well. The cleanliness of the property was okay. The bathroom could have been more cleaner. My husband found nose booger’s on the shower curtain and hair in the shower. In addition a light fixture mounted on the wall next to our bed, broke. The area is okay as well. We were across the street from a bus yard or parking lot and homeless people sleeping across the street. The air conditioner was also difficult to function. When the room was too hot we had difficulty trying to turn it off. The staff member I contacted to initially turn on the the air conditioner was very attentative and a maintenance person showed up within 15 minutes. The air conditioner did cause an issue because it was difficult to turn off and was consistently blowing air. When the air conditioner was off we could easily here furniture moving in the room above us and people talking. We decided, after staying two nights, to stay our last night at another hotel.

They gave me good service I thought the heat went out but they promptly got it corrected.

I didn't get information about having to call prior to check in and was not able to get into the hotel. I had to make last minute reservations to a nearby hotel and did not get a refund.
- 5/5
Loved the design and space. Would totally stay here again. My complaints are as such: the listing said breakfast but that's only on the weekends, and the mattress was decent at best. Other than that, love it.
- 1/5
It’s a shame because the place is in a good location and the room was quite nice and spacious. I think I could have taken it if I had at least gotten some food in the am, but the combo of the cold shower and lack of breakfast was just too much...
- 4/5
Beautiful place but getting service was difficult including wi-if information.
