Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, spacious suites, and friendly staff. The breakfast is also frequently praised. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the parking fee, which they find unexpected and unnecessary given the hotel's suburban location. Some guests also report issues with noise and minor maintenance problems.

When booking on Booking.com, nowhere on the site does it disclose that there is a parking fee. When checking in, the lady at the front desk asked me “do you need a parking pass for your vehicle?” And I said “yes.” This was her chance to disclose that there is a $16 PER NIGHT fee for parking at the hotel. She chose NOT to mention that at check in. Then, I got a charge for almost $70 for parking!!! When I called and asked the lady why they don’t disclose the parking fee at check in she replied “we do not need to tell you that, it is on our website in the fine print” EXCUSE ME??? You don’t need to tell me that you will be charging me $70 extra?? That doesn’t need to be disclosed?? There are several other reviews about this. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY EXTRA PARKING FEES!!! Choose another hotel that doesn’t charge or will atleast disclose important information about fees when checking in. That’s a scam.

The rooms are designed for long stays, however, we had an issue with one of the appliances in the kitchenette. Not a big deal, just a bit inconvenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location.

Overall the stay was good didn’t have any problems… Breakfast could have been better…. Didn’t really explore the property like I should have
- 3.5/5
It was ok I didn’t like the surprise parking fee. I thought that was totally in completely ridiculous and didn’t know anything about that until after I checked in I’ve never had to play for parking before at a hotel.

Very nice staff, clean room, all was excellent except breakfast… Breakfast was a huge disappointment, just cereal, eggs but zero meat. Bacon and sausage are breakfast requirements. We had to go out for breakfast to a local restaurant.

Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a good variety. Plenty of room for our standard poodle. Highly recommend for families traveling with pets.
- 5/5
The breakfast, we loved that everyday had a different variety of food. Nothing. Everything was great.

The room was immaculate. The breakfast was very good. A heads up on the cost to park my rental car. You will pay a fee to park there. If I had known that a fee would be charged to park there I would have stayed at a different hotel close to the airport.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week. The breakfast was good. The beds are comfortable. There are grocery stores and eating nearby. My only issue was fruit flies.

Great friendly staff, very good breakfast, beds were kinda firm for our taste but the the room was so weird.bathroomopened next to side of the bed and tv was off to the side, and seemed more like a solo buisness trip kinda room, not a 3 day couple visiting family room.again awesome staff.

Did not feel as safe as when we stay close to Tower road. Also, have to drive 6 miles to good dining.
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed and everything we needed.
- 4/5
It was clean and nice
- 5/5
The staff were fantastic
- 4/5
Very easy check in and nice room. Would have liked to have a shuttle to airport but everything else was fine
- 3/5
Nothing fancy. Rooms are outdated and staff/service is average at best.
- 4/5
Did not like that there was not a shuttle for the airport
- 5/5
Great customer service. Super friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast attendant was super helpful with my dietary restrictions;)
- 5/5
My girls and we are super delighted with this hotel! 10/10

DID NOT LIKE NO SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT
- 5/5
Friendly staff Nice location Great room
- 5/5
Loved the stay plan on staying again
- 5/5
It was great!
- 3/5
Don’t say pet friendly and then charge me $100 for a pet fee for a 1 night stay. And the staff person seemed annoyed we even had our dog with us.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Pet friendly but $100 non-refundable charge for pets to stay. I don’t feel like that was adequately captured on site.
- 4/5
Good place overall
- 5/5
Somewhat upscale, with extended stay and ADA-friendly suites, all with kitchenettes. The “sofa bed”, however, is a short-backed sofa that flips into a double-bed-sized flat surface you can lay some sheets and blankets on, but it is not a mattress and is not comfortable as a bed or sofa. The breakfast offerings were varied and good, including two pans of hot dishes. BBQ grills and tables outside are available for use. Lots of kids’ sports teams stay here, so be prepared for lots of kids in the breakfast area. Our corner two-bedroom suite was quiet though. Three TVs available. Nice stay, but pricey at around $250 a night in the busy summer, plus you pay $16 a night on top of that for parking. Exercise room and pool are nice. Managers at service desk were helpful in arranging an extra cleaning when my immunosuppressed husband got home from the hospital,
- 5/5
Staff was ok
- 4/5
We stayed here for a full week. Hotel was clean, room spacious. The kitchen with dishes and silverware was appreciated but we didn’t use it. Hot buffet breakfast was served every day and the menu changed slightly each day. Gym was small and minimalist but OK. I would ask for firmer pillows but otherwise no other issues. Location is convenient to the airport and Anschutz Medical Campus, but not much food available within walking distance. Overall a pleasant mid priced hotel that we would stay at again.
- 5/5
Facility is clean. Hope breakfast has more hot items.
- 3/5
The rooms are fine, but what p1ssed me off was that they charge extra for parking, which wasn't mentioned anywhere when I booked. This isn't a downtown hotel with a parking garage or anything - there's absolutely no reason they need to charge for parking here. It's a total money grab.
- 5/5
Was very nice and will stay there again!
- 5/5
The staffs were very kind and the facilities were clean, and well maintained.
- 5/5
New facility, nice staff, good breakfast.
- 5/5
Liked that it was well lit.
- 5/5
This was an amazing place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s coming into Denver. It’s actually in Aurora, but it’s worth the little drive for the accommodation.
- 5/5
According to Expedia parking was free. Host me $32. Not a buggy, but still… Room clean, good breakfast, nice service.
- 5/5
I cannot recommend, enough!! Kayla made this the best experience, ever! She accommodated out Autistic daughter, and gave her a gift! Super clean, all over facility! Security circling, all night! Actual, warm pool!!! Such a great price! Kayla should be the Marriott Envoy Spokesperson! She is an ANGEL!! Loved it!!
- 5/5
There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the property. Very comfortable The staff is very professional and is very clean.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Room was amazing! Most definitely our new spot to stay when we come visit family.
- 5/5
It was very nice. Comfortable room.
- 5/5
Our stay was very pleasant, we enjoyed the facilities and closeness to everything!
- 5/5
Everyone at the desk was so nice. Had a great time while we were there
- 5/5
Front desk lady was very helpful! Very friendly! Room and overall facility was very clean.
- 2/5
$15 parking fee is ridiculous for the area and the large, uncrowded parking area.
- 5/5
The Staff were friendly and helpful we all felt safe and secure.
- 5/5
Good vibe
- 4/5
It was a good stay the doors on the cabinets needed some maintenance so they would properly close but the room was clean. Staff was friendly. The negative thing was you have to pay for parking. I thought I got a good deal on the price but after you pay for the parking it’s a normal price for the stay.
- 5/5
Clean Great front desk. Price was great location perfect for us. Thanks
- 4/5
Booked a two bedroom suite. Spent one night prior to flying out of Denver airport after having been in the mountains for a few days. Plenty of room to repack skis and gear. No frills but good size room for the money.
- 5/5
Loved that it had a small stove!!
- 5/5
It closes to airport
- 5/5
Great place to stay convenient from airport. The beds are on the hard side wish they have memory foam add to bed
- 5/5
Had our truck broken into 2 nights. Other than that, it was ok.
- 5/5
Comfortable, convenient, and clean.
- 5/5
Everything was great Nothing everything was great
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay with easy check in. Clean rooms and walkable surroundings.
- 3.5/5
Ok breakfast, fairly clean. Good size of rooms. Location good in terms of access to airport, downtown, shopping and dining. nothing really stands out
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 1/5
Terrible experience! Checked in and went to dinner and came back to the room wreaking of the smell of weed! It was coming from below our room and getting blown in by the ventilation. Before that we purchased a beverage which was skunky and had to be drained down the sink. We ended up switching rooms in hopes to get rid of the smell and experience.
- 4.5/5
Very good The room
- 5/5
Very comfortable
- 3/5
It’s was my mistake when booking that I didn’t check for a parking fee. I would have never thought there would be such a fee in an open suburban area. They have their own parking lot . There isn’t a public option all all. Wish Expedia would have highlighted that fact. Cause I could have a got a better hotel without the added fee . Front desk told me it was to pay private security. I would figure keeping your patrons and their property safe wouldn’t be attached to a monetary fee. Just my thought . Was my own oversight
- 4.5/5
I could cook in the room and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious
- 5/5
Very clean place, really great breakfast and professional staff at check out But the staff could’ve been more polite before check in.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel and best service
- 2.5/5
Price to high for what we got.. rooms alittle outdated
- 4/5
Good location for airport nice and clean
- 5/5
Very clean and convenient to airport. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
The 2-bedroom suite was perfect for my husband and I and our friends. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and amenities in the room were awesome! My only complaint is that the breakfast food was not all ready to go by the time we had to leave at 6:45 to get to the airport.
- 3/5
Check-in wasn't great. Got there just after 11am and left my bags and phone number with the front desk. Was told room around 1pm so went for a walk. Came back around 12:40pm and sat in the lounge. Finally at 2pm I went back to the front desk and whattayaknow, room ready! Wonder when that call was coming? Room was tiny with no sofa bed(as promised) and zero USB ports. Also, it's labeled as "airport", which is about as far as you can stretch the truth. With no traffic, 15 min drive. If you're going to use the airport as a selling point, maybe have a shuttle to said airport. There's a ton of hotels in the area, I'd skip this one.
- 5/5
Great property
- 1/5
We never stayed here. They checked me in without me even being present in the state and charged $30 more than the original invoice. I received no update or notice to check in or that I even had a stay reserved here at this time. I’ve contacted my bank to have the charge removed.
- 1/5
An unexpected parking fee was added to the bill after departure from the hotel. Ridiculously, we don't even have a car and used Uber to get to and out of the hotel. It's really disgusting and unreliable. I need an explanation on this.
- 5/5
Great location for airport access. Good selection of dining options close by.
- 5/5
We only stayed a night and had to fly out the next day. What a beautiful hotel room! Roomy and comfortable for the 3 of us. Bathroom was the nicest bathroom I’ve ever had at a hotel.
- 5/5
Conveniently located. Able to easily reach shopping, entertainment, restaurants, gas by car. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
It was pretty good just needs a little updating, the suites probably bigger beds a double bed does not fit two people. The laundry room was pretty good but you should be able to choose the temperature of water you want to use instead of everything being washed on warm water. Maybe more of a variety when it comes to the breakfast stayed from Sunday till Friday and they serve the same thing every day.
- 4/5
It was good. My car was stolen from the parking lot.
- 4/5
Easy access to airport
- 5/5
Quick and friendly check-in. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Spacious suites. Hot showers. Friendly staff!
- 5/5
Parking fee should be included with room and wish there was a hot tub by the pool but would recommend staying.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Didn’t spend much time there but the rooms were clean, I loved having a kitchen in the room so I could cook. The staff was really friendly and I liked the breakfast options.
- 3.5/5
The location Quiet Breakfast Clean The windows didn’t open Charged for parking Accommodations not met
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The kitchen sink faucet in room 122 was only loosely attached to the countertop. I was surprised by the $15 parking fee.
- 5/5
I spent two nights at this property. The staff was nice and the room was cozy.
- 4/5
Everything was great at the facility. We had some loud road and car noise. It was great otherwise and the breakfast was good.
- 4/5
Everything was great except the poll was to cold to use
- 5/5
The properties location is convenient and located close to where we spent our time in Aurora. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly at all times of the day and night. There was nothing we didn't like about our stay at this property. Everything was great
- 5/5
The hotel was nice, up to date, clean and the staff was great. The breakfast was also excellent. We had a concern that was addressed in a timely manor. We would visit again.
- 4/5
the rooms were set up well. breakfast was fantastic. the ladies running the breakfast bar were doing a great job. the only issue is we were put in a room with residual smoke smell. so we left the windows open for a few hours to help with the issue. the rooms were designated as "no smoking"
- 5/5
Our stay here for the weekend was amazing. Traveled as a family and it was in a wonderful area , quiet and clean! Definitely will return!
- 2/5
Our stay at Townplace was fine. HOWEVER, they've decided to 'enhance' their revenue by charging $15-per-night for parking. If this was a downtown parking garage location we could understand. However this is on hotel row 7 miles from the airport. We cannot recommend this or any of the other properties that are charging this fee. Clearly they do not value client loyalty if they can't even allow you to park for free.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
I love staying here for these holiday weekend trips. The place is conveniently located and offers a lot of amenities for someone who may be staying for a weekend, long weekend or an extended stay.
- 4/5
Bed was a little hard and you can hear people above you walking around. Sounds like people stomping. They also charge you $15 a night to park your vehicle.
- 5/5
Seamless process from start to finish with gracious, friendly staff. Beautiful room with all the comforts of home. Can’t say enough good things about this convenient stop close to the airport
- 5/5
It was a great location.
- 5/5
Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable!
- 5/5
This area had many restaurants within walking distance.
- 3/5
Room was not cleaned on second day and we did not have clean towels. Room smelled like smoke and was very overwhelming to us.
- 5/5
This was our second stay passing through Denver. It's conveniently located from the airport. The hotel staff are friendly,i t's clean and has great amenities. We even used the outdoor grill for dinner. Such a nice feature.
- 5/5
The suite is roomy, You got lots of counter space, a cook top & full size fridge to cook is needed. Will stay again
- 3/5
Be prepared for the surprise $15 parking fee. This is a suburban area hotel with an empty parking lot that charges you $15 without warning. There are multiple other hotels in this same area that don’t charge for parking. Go there.
- 5/5
LOVED IT
- 4/5
Our stay was great. The staff was helpful and friendly.
- 3/5
Clean and onvenient, but $10 for parking for a hotel on the fringe of Denver.? Not disclosed when booking
- 5/5
Amazing Hotel. Very clean. Staff was extremely friendly
- 2/5
Not the best Marriott option for the cost!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean, around 20-30 min walk to railway station, which goes to the airport and downtown Denver (Union Station).
- 4/5
Room was clean and the location was good. We did get a knock on our door at 8am from housekeeping and had to move our car for construction at the last minute, but overall not bad
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great experience!
- 4/5
The staff at this Hotel was amazing, however some of the guests were a little loud at times and on the weekends it seemed that people that may not have been staying at the hotel were in the hotel. However the staff was amazing and friendly
- 5/5
Definitely one if the cleanest hotels ive stayed in. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great. I'd stay here again if I ever went back to Colorado.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Nice room. Lots of amenties in the room and on the property. In an area where you can walk to restaurants. Close to airport. We had an early flight so we did not have breakfast. Nice place.
- 5/5
very nice staff that were friendly and accomodating in every way
- 5/5
We found our room to be comfortable and well-equipped. Very clean, too. We didn’t love having to pay an extra $10 for parking and the breakfast was pretty mediocre—otherwise a nice stay!
- 5/5
I can’t say enough about this hotel. The staff went over and above every expectation, the hotel was over the top CLEAN, the breakfast was like a restaurant buffet, and we felt VERY safe coming and going late at night.
- 3/5
When I came in I didn't realize I was going to fast and the whole driveway is a pothole. I HIT HARD. I told the front desk the next day, because I have low profile tires I'm pretty sure I dented a rim, I later realized was 3. The manager got into a forensic argument with me saying I couldn't have had it happen in her driveway. I let her win the argument. She wasn't listening. I'm disabled and on my checkout day I had an infusion and I told them I was going to need a whole bunch of extra time for a late check out. I wasn't taking my time, I only threw up once. Being told more than once to hurry up and clean my room. I left a pillow there and a piece to an air grill I have. So, I moved to a B&B for 1.5 months. They mistakenly charged me 3x and it would take 48 hours for it to resolve. Nope doesn't matter. I use the rest of the money I have to pay it. The housekeeping is nice. Most of the front desk staff is nice. Even the manager is nice but I understand why she got where she was. Ruthless. Place is great just don't do longterm.
