Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests praising the fantastic service, great location, and cleanliness, while others complained about dirty rooms, arrogant staff, and limited food options. Some guests enjoyed the rooftop pool and heated bathrooms, but others found the pool hours limited and the bathrooms in need of a code. Safety concerns about the surrounding area were also mentioned.

Clean room. Front desk staff were very helpful. Restaurant was good, just pricey.
- 5/5
Very comfortable. Stayed in a suite. Amazing views and wait staff very helpful.
- 5/5
We booked a suite for not much more cost than a regular room.
- 3/5
I think the Warwick Denver is meant to be a nice hotel, like its other locations. Though I fear the cost and descriptions/images didn’t live up to nor match the reality. The staff all around were top tier, suite layout was great but just felt like staying in another middle level chain hotel.
- 5/5
I was surprised it was as good as it is! The staff were kind, the restaurant was great and the room was large.
- 3/5
Room Service was incredibly slow. The phone actually rang for minutes. Then called the front desk to see if someone could help. Then nobody called back but the phone did get answered. Each day room service would be delivered within 45 minutes (or so, one day was later). Really simple orders. Hotel does not have service elevators? The staff of the hotel are in/out of elevators with all types of service items at all times. Not the end of the world but odd. The guestroom is very spacious and closet is large. Room attendant / housekeeping was excellent! Had dinner for room service one evening and it was great. Pool at the rooftop is a 100% win!!
- 5/5
Enjoyable facility, quiet area, roof top is very enjoyable and service was If would be nice if the parking garage would have more signs for existing directly to hotel.

The pictures online are way shiner than real life. Upon check into our room there was a 2’ round wet spot in the carpet outside the bathroom. They came up to dry it when we called. Every shower we took started with warm water and went to cold within a minute. There were two showers in our suite, both shower heads came to my chest-I’m only 5’6”. Over night the recessed lighting cap and cover of the light in one of the showers fell out of the ceiling in to the shower floor. When I came into my room at 2am, the wall was covered with little flying ants. The balcony doors were shut, idk where the bugs came from, I had to kill like 10 of them. The rooftop pool is okay, definitely not a clean as it looks online, and very small. Disappointed this place was $250/night. I canceled my reservation for September as it’s not worth my money to stay here again

I feel like this hotel was once a very cool Denver spot and has potential to be that again. I loved my stay— the hotel has so much charm, the room was perfect for the night— very clean and comfortable. I love the location — central to everything. The beds could use some updating, and there’s major construction going on right across the street, but I suppose that’s to be expected in Denver.
- 3/5
We had no hot water for 3 days. The front desk said they were aware of floor 3 having issues and they were working on it. They did not have another room to move us to. Other than cold showers the room was great. Clean. Good location to walk to 16th street or sporting events.
- 5/5
Nice hotel and location
- 5/5
Every member of staff we interacted with was fantastic!!! The restaurant is very good and the view of the city at night is beautiful. Go to Steuben’s a few streets down if you are in the area!!! I enjoyed everything with the property. There is construction across the street but that’s not their fault.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, very clean. Pool was nice, just not a lot of lounge chairs. Bartender Ezra at pool was great and very helpful.
- 2/5
The only reason I rated this experience a 2 was due to the bartender at the pool bar (Ezra) he was the best part of the entire experience. My sister and I flew in from CA for a concert and picked this hotel based on the Warwick status. Oh Boy we were we shocked at the level of service and cleanliness. From the moment we checked Priya was not inviting and rude at the front desk. We finally got our room and although it was roomy the cleanliness was below a zero. The standard at the hotel was not a true representation of the Warwick brand you expect a four star hotel that you pay $400 a night for to be at minimum decent. I would’ve rather have stayed at a Holiday Inn.
- 4/5
The hotel is overall a nice place to stay, with good amenities, very friendly staff, and a clean environment. My only complaint is the makeup mirror light function did not work and the television also did work properly so we left it off majority of the stay.
- 4/5
There was limited hot water in the shower and the living room TV didn't have any sound...... But the location was good..... the restaurant inside was great.
- 5/5
Location. Super friendly staff Only complaint was the tv was a little small
- 0.5/5
Stephen, Caleb, and Max were nice and helpful. Where do I even begin? Firstly, I understand early check-in is based on availability. It was a busy weekend, so when asked weeks before if early check-in is an option, the Warwick should have said not for the dates of your stay. Secondly, a guaranteed room by 4:00 pm did not happen for me. My room (a king suite) was not ready until 4:40 pm. I had to rush to make the concert I solely traveled to Denver for. Thirdly, I was treated rudely by one of the receptionists. I listed her name in my formal complaint when I called Booking.com. She also blamed housekeeping for the delay, which I thought was completely unprofessional. Fourthly, there was no hot water. If that is what the Warwick stands for, then I will not be staying at one ever again, and I urge you not to as well.
- 4/5
The lounge and dinner was great. Didn’t care for the breakfast. Room wasn’t that clean.
- 3/5
The staff was great and the rooms were clean, however free breakfast was advertised and when I asked about it I was told because I booked through a 3rd party I didn't get the free breakfast. I showed my reservation that showed I should get it and the staff still refused to give us the breakfast.

The staff was very friendly And the restaurant was so so good. I underestimated it but it was really really good so I'm glad that I ordered from there. The location sucks but it was downtown Denver if you ain't near the 16th Street Mall or where is the hit and miss with the locations anyway but the hotel made up for it & the balcony

I've always had nice stays in the past, but this time was a completely 180 from previous. The staff were not as kind or helpful and several charges to my room were added without my knowledge, especially from the pool attendant/bartender who added drinks to my room even though I had already paid for them with my credit card at the point of sale.
- 4/5
We enjoyed the restaurant, construction across the street from room was not ideal, but that is not the property’s fault. We will be back

The room was spacious. Broken door and stains on the wall in the room. Spoke to two seperate people during the stay for them to note and not deduct the damages on my deposit but spoke to another person during check out and none of them actually acknowldged it. Asked for more tissue paper because we ran out so the front desk said they will tell housekeeping but no one came and delivered the tissue paper, tried calling housekeeping myself and someone answered and put me on hold but nobody came back. We didnt have a microwave in the room and had to use one downstairs along with other people We found a small black fecal like matter on the carpet and it had a foul smell, not sure if it was an old raisin or fecal matter.

Great location, very walkable, and staff very helpful.
- 4/5
The room was large, with a huge balcony. The desk agent at check in asked if I would like a 'city' or 'sunset' view. Given the orientation of the building, city and sunset are one in the same. I chose 'sunset, which faced nothing particularly noteworthy. The room had everything need for a traveler, lots of plugs, lots of space, and lots of places to put things. The a.c. in the bedroom was tepid; I slept on the fold out couch- the a.c. in there was great. The pool area was nice and clean, with a great view- you just need 2 towels minimum to dry off correctly. The bathroom was clean and roomy, with supplied shampoo and body wash, just no lotion or conditioner- plan accordingly. Overall, it's good, no more and no less. I'd stay here again, just wouldn't seek it out.

the location. That is about it. The food was average at best. The bar had a poor selection. The temperature controls in the room were imprecise. The room was freezing and I was uncomfortable the entire time. The furnishings were worn and the rooms were dated and damaged in places. There were not enough plugs. The construction in the back made for a really ugly view.

My stay was frustrating from start to finish. The first room had ants all over, so I had to switch. The second room had a broken AC and the temperature climbed to around 80 degrees, making it very uncomfortable. On top of that, the in-room phone didn’t work for calling the front desk or any hotel extensions, and I confirmed with staff that this was the case in all rooms, so I had to go downstairs each time there was an issue. I also requested a wake-up call from the front desk, which never came. Overall, not a good experience.

The HVAC had a problem with the motor banging every 35 minutes once it kicked on. Switched rooms the following day and problem solved. The bathroom needs some updating for a 4 star hotel they are outdated. Also, give bigger pillows, the pillows were small and square (not rectangular and need to be bigger).

Clean and bright. Slow check in. Room was enormous and tv was so small (maybe 36 inches) that you couldn’t even read the closed captioning from the bed. Who thought that was a good idea? Long walk for a handicapped person to any restaurant other than the one attached.
- 4.5/5
WiFi was spotty
- 5/5
The staff was professional and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and had a balcony and beautiful view of downtown Denver. We were gifted a complimentary cocktail at the restaurant bar and we were offered as much bottled water as we like--which was wonderful given the altitude definently makes you thirsty! I appreciated the covered, secure parking as well.
- 4/5
No hot tub which was a big disappointment! The bathroom in our room smelled moldy. Besides that is was a great place and trip.

A typical American hotel - nothing special about it
- 5/5
Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and was very quiet at night . No shouty people in corridors . The neighborhood is equally quiet no rowdy crowds turfed out of bars in the wee hours of the morning The hotel is in a (growing) residential area but a 7/11 , a liquor store and several restaurants are just a couple of blocks away, Maps is your friend. The streets around the hotel are safe The walk downtown is pretty easy a couple of blocks and you’re at Broadway, take 17th Street and you’re at 16th and the free bus that takes you all the way to Union Station The walk back though, beware of that hill 😀

Wow! I was not expecting such a great experience. We came with 2 very active boys (9 and 10). The rooms are completely sound proof. could not hear hallway doors clicking or people walking down the hall… had a great sleep. Sheets/blankets are great! Balcony is awesome. Rooms are big. The restaurant is great and the hotel staff was lovely. The only thing I wish they had was a hot tub with the pool but everything else was great.

Upon arrival, we were in a long line. It was a Saturday in Denver after a Bronco's game and they had one person checking people in. Priya was wonderful, but definitely could have used some help. Oscar at valet was excellent. The bed was...not that comfortable. The linens were not good. The coffee maker was confusing. No hot water. Just not really my kind of place but the price was definitely that of a nicer hotel. Disappointed to say the least.
- 5/5
It was very peaceful

I booked a room for me and my friend ahead of time with two beds. We showed up the day of our reservation and they said they were sold out of two bed rooms. When we asked why that was when we made a reservation ahead of time, the lady at the front desk told us that it is what it is and told us they could refund us and we could go somewhere else. The lady at the front desk was being snotty and not accommodating. We asked if we could get two king rooms then since she said they had two king rooms available, but she explained that if we wanted two rooms, then we were going to have to make another reservation for the second room and pay for it. Since this was the night of an NFL playoff game, we knew we probably weren’t going to be able to find a room anywhere else, so we were forced to share a single king bed room. Overall experience was terrible. Spend your money somewhere else who has better customer service.

It needs to be a published policy so that people with disabilities and mobility issues can plan ahead. It is really more than a small inconvenience to some people, and there's a reason those people choose to book in an establishment that calls itself full service and turns out to be- leave a message and cross your fingers

Nice, beautiful and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. Definitely coming back
- 5/5
Did not order the breakfast offered separately from room stay. There was complimentary tea and coffee avaliable in the morning. We appreciated the decor of the hotel, taking in the historical pictures scattered of the "once Playboy Bunnies". That art marked an era, and part history of the hotel from long ago. That art was mixed with other modern art on the walls. We didn't use the rooftop pool due to the cooler outside temperature, but appreciated the view and tested water with feet which was comfortably warm. We appreciated the moderness of the hotel and its location.

- 4/5
There was a nice view. We didn't have time for breakfast before checking out. Room needs a bit of maintenance.
- 4/5
The room was clean and all the staff we came in contact were wonderful. The only issue we had was the hot water. We had to wait at least 20 minutes before the water was hot.
- 3/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
- 4/5
Nice hotel in a safe area. Bed was comfy and room was good size. My only complaints are the "heated" pool on the roof, I would say warm at best and that's giving it a stretch.
- 5/5
Excellent location, huge suite with a balcony. Hotel was a former playboy club so the decor is all Hugh Heffner themed. The rooftop pool was open in December and warmer than a hot tub. Swimming at night on the roof of a tall building in downtown Denver with snow all around is something I'll not forget. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It was also one of the most affordable hotels I've ever stayed in. All around excellent.
- 4/5
We love the 60s vibe of The Warwick. The front desk staff are always super friendly. Great location to both downtown and uptown.
- 5/5
We had a great stay, the room was nice and clean, check-in was easy, property was easy to navigate, and the clean staff was easy to work with. Hotel is in a great location with restaurants on property or nearby walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great staff the best part of the whole stay! However, the hotel was really nice and the location was really comfortable close to everything
- 5/5
We absolutely loved our stay. We were greet with kindness and wonderful hospitality throughout our whole trip.
- 5/5
Everything was nice
- 5/5
Breakfast us not free but ut was fabulous!!
- 3/5
I thought I was getting a room with a balcony, but it was a top floor room with windows. Not dissatisfied enough to complain and move rooms but it just wasn’t what I was expecting.
- 2/5
There was no shower towels in the room.
- 5/5
Always a pleasure staying here. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
- 5/5
Room was so spacious and beautiful. Staff was very helpful and kind. Definitely will stay here again!
- 5/5
The Warwick hotel was a great day overall would stay here again. Friendly staff great restaurant lovely views.
- 3/5
Clean environment and really pretty around but my tv wouldn’t work properly and was a burden and my shower water wouldn’t drain properly
- 5/5
Great value. That's why I'm a repeat guest
- 3/5
They charged my card extra money and I had to call for the mistake. It was an inconvenience.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice
- 5/5
Clean room staff was great.
- 5/5
Staff were nice and friendly …. Staff at restaurant very nice and attentive
- 5/5
Professional people working in this Hotel
- 5/5
The food and service were over-the-top! I wish there were a Gallata restaurant in Phoenix. Congrats to the chef! The entire hotel and restaurant were so tastefully designed. Wow! I also appreciated a room with a balcony, as I can become claustrophobic. 10 stars all-around.
- 5/5
Very friendly amazing staff! Very clean and cozy.
- 2/5
Old feel..needs to be updated.
- 4/5
Room was spacious. Free coffee was appreciated in the morning. Did not really use the facilities for 1 night business stay.
- 5/5
(Full size) Restaurant was nice 1 free drink was a nice touch
- 5/5
The room size, location of the hotel, the bar, and the shower (very important) were all amazing.
- 5/5
We didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast. The mattress was a bit hard.
- 4/5
Room was pretty clean. Wish there was more furniture to accommodate the big space.. but all in all good stay
- 5/5
Do not park on the street, my car was broken into. The property itself was amazing
- 5/5
Perfect views from the balcony
- 5/5
Loved my stay
- 1/5
At that price, have a shuttle. Gym is very weak.
- 5/5
Room was huge, clean, bed was comfortable and restaurant was great.
- 4/5
Staff gave a ton of free water and let us check out late and check in early
- 5/5
Great welcoming front desk staff. Super clean hotel. The decor is retro and vintage. Fabulous stay. I've stayed a couple times and will again.
- 5/5
Room and hotel was excellent
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel!
- 5/5
Staff were wonderful, the room was clean, free water provided at the desk and station in the lobby. The decor inside was lovely (old could be one way to describe it but better than “modern” soulless grey).
- 5/5
I love the Warwick. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. We we only.stayed for 2 nights and even in that short time, it felt like home. We will be back for sure.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Convenient downtown location. Easy check in, on-site restaurant and bar. Nice lobby. Drink vouchers provided for each night. Mentioned free breakfast, but not the case. Large balcony. There's construction. Would recommend and stay again.
- 3/5
was ok the pillows/mattress seem old
- 2/5
From the beginning this hotel was a disaster: there is very little space for check-in parking so we were in the middle of the road waiting for valet to park cars ahead of us so we could pull in to check-in. Only one valet so he was doing his best, but another valet would have helped to mitigate traffic. Upon check-in the woman at the front desk was rude and accused my husband of stealing my credit card, even though he had my ID with it (I was in the car with our crying baby waiting to pull into a safe spot from the street because of the valet/parking scenario). She then proceeded to make it a point to tell him multiple times that no smoking or parties were allowed, but didn't mention this to other untattooed, white guests. The room was spacious, but I booked a king and they put us in a queen. When we mentioned this they insisted it was a "standard king", but they would upgrade us to a "larger king" for a fee. We measured the bed after this interaction and it was definitely a queen, not a king. We tried to order room service for breakfast the first morning. We called the restaurant for an hour and a half and my husband and I left multiple messages with no answer or returned call. We called the front deak and finally got a call back to order 30 mins later. We had already ordered doordash from another restaurant after 2 hours, which was probably better since there are only 4 breakfast options on the menu. We stay in Denver often and there are many great hotels. This isn't one.

- 5/5
Love it
- 3/5
For a pricey hotel in not-that-cute downtown Denver they have few amenities. No conditioner or lotion in the room, no little toothpaste packets at the front desk, and no little market in the lobby to buy any of these things. Just the worst 7-11 you’ve ever seen in your life on the corner.
- 5/5
Customer service, clean room it was excellent
- 5/5
Good experience for my stay
- 3/5
Valet parking was available however limited space to pull in off the street. Very friendly helpful staff. Walking distance to 16th st mall. Lobby was warm and welcoming but room could use some freshening up and maintenance
- 3/5
Staff at check in were very helpful and attentive. The bar staff were very frantic and not attentive or friendly. The Room was not up to par; there was a few pieces of litter left behind from the cleaner, as well has hair strands on the bed, the bathroom vanity mirror light did not work, and the shower faucet was falling off the wall. Attempted to communicate this with the property which resulted in no resolution.
- 5/5
Breakfast was ok.
- 5/5
We did not have breakfast
- 3/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Hotel is great, staff was very accommodating. Biggest issues were the homeless people on and around the property and sometimes food service was slow.
- 4/5
Bed hard. Everything else was great!
- 5/5
Loved the spacious room and balcony, as well as the roof top pool. Beautiful, historic property.
- 5/5
Great tool and great staff
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff was attentive. Room just needed some maintenance that was inconvient.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean!
- 3/5
The hotel is lovely, my only complaint is the parking. This hotel only offers valet which is $45 per night, there is no self park lot associated to y tu he hotel so your option is street parking with meters (if you can even find one) or the public parking garage located Nextdoor to the hotel but good luck with that because it’s more confusing than it really needs to be. Parking downtown is already a nightmare without the hotel adding fuel to the fire!
- 4/5
Room was roomy and beds comfy

This is the only hotel I stay at when in Denver. That should say everything.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
The hotel was convenient for walking downtown to dining and shops. Unfortunately the hotel does need some upgrades (rooms and pool), for the prices of the rooms, it was not what I had anticipated. The amenities in the rooms were lacking; the furniture was old and the bartender seemed put off when we went into the bar 1 of the 3 nights we stayed to use our free drink coupon.
- 5/5
Easily walkable. Nice to have the restaurant downstairs. Complimentary water at the front desk is a great amenity.
- 2/5
Not the cleanest and slightly dated.
- 4/5
Gattara restaurant and bar was great and easy to get to. The hotel room was large with a balcony. Service at reception was great.
- 5/5
Clean room and helpful staff.
- 2/5
Run-down hotel with peeling paint, dirty carpet and indifferent staff.
- 5/5
We liked the property. The rooftop pool was very pretty. We couldn’t get in because the pool heater was broken but it was nice to sit and catch some rays in the morning! The room had some water damage and needed some care but we were hardly in the room, didn’t ruin our stay.
- 4/5
Great location. Enjoyed Gattara, the on site restaurant.
- 1/5
For paying $200 I got to wake up to construction across the street. I called to ask about an item left behind and no one could confirm, even though I know I left something behind. Very frustrating.
- 5/5
Recommend to eat in the restaurant ( mainly breakfast) in the Hotel. Food is delicious. Highly recommend this hotel
- 5/5
The lighting in the suite was terrible. Most of the switches did nothing. Every light had to be turned on manually except for the light behind the TV in the dinner area. The hotel itself was clean, but not what I expected. Outside was in a semi dangerous area. There were many homeless people on the side of the building. But once you got inside, it was nice.
- 5/5
Room was incredibly spacious and every staff person I encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooftop pool was amazing.
- 5/5
I had a lovely stay at the Warwick and look forward to my next visit!
- 5/5
Nice hotel a bit removed from the homeless droves that now run Denver.
- 5/5
This hotel had a very helpful, friendly staff. The hotel room was clean, the restaurant was great, and the wait staff were excellent.
- 3/5
The property was accessible to my destination.
- 5/5
Pet friendly, nice pool, convenient location
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
The room had an old marijuana smell
- 5/5
And hotel we're amazing!
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very nice.

Thank you

Our stay at the Warwick Hotel was extremely disappointing and absolutely not as advertised. The property is dated, dirty, and in dire need of attention. Our room was a letdown from the start: the bed blankets were worn and pilling, one was even torn, and the lamp shades were crooked with one containing a black hair. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly. The so-called “balcony view” overlooked an old building covered in graffiti and a construction site full of dirt and machinery that began making noise each morning before 8 a.m. The rooftop pool and lounge were no better—overwhelmed by the smell of chlorine, with cushions that were terribly torn and stained. To make matters worse, even the décor of our floor was questionable. It featured a dated Playboy theme, with framed logos and black-and-white photography of “bunnies” and men. We found this tacky at best and downright offensive for a hotel at this price point. While the staff was friendly, they failed to mention that guests must request cleaning service. We returned from a concert to dirty towels on the floor, full trash cans, and no replenishment of coffee supplies or bar add-ons. For a room costing over $250 per night, this level of service is completely unacceptable. We checked out early and moved to another hotel. Overall, the Warwick was a major disappointment, and I cannot recommend staying here.
- 5/5
At first I thought we had booked to far from downtown. This was a quick walk to the action. Had zero issues at the hotel. Roof top pool. Bonus. Can’t provide a con about the place. Bed was nice. Book and enjoy! This was the last stay (9 days, 6 stays). We stayed 3 nights.
- 5/5
Wonderful STAFF ! great location, user friendly. The only downside is the $45.00 per night parking and several people in our group were charged for parking but had no cars and charges for drinks and food from the refrigerator not used.
- 4/5
Freat place in an unappealing area
- 5/5
We were so excited to be able to switch hotels in the middle of our trip. We were greeted and immediately given a room well before check in time which definitely added to our trip. We were able to sit and relax by the rooftop pool and enjoy our down day on our road trip. It was so nice having the restaurant/bar connected to the hotel. Also loved having a balcony. So many amenities that our other hotel didn't have. Only thing that we didn't care for was the hard bed, small uncomfortable pillows and the toenail clipping we found on the chair.
- 5/5
We always love the Warwick in Denver. It is reliably wonderful. The gym is large and easy to use, the pool was great and the rooms are generous. We like having the great restaurant downstairs.
- 5/5
The staff is amazing
- 5/5
The front desk staff was friendly.
- 4/5
The hotel room was nice, spacious, and comfortable, however the hotel is on the outskirts of downtown Denver with some not-so-good neighborhoods nearby. We had a good time and enjoyed good food at the hotel’s restaurant.
- 5/5
Just a lot of crack heads around this area. (It’s downtown) can’t help it.
- 5/5
Staff
- 5/5
The extra large balcony was a pleasant surprise. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great hotel, great location.
- 5/5
Location was great for walking to Coors Field. All of the staff were unbelievably kind and accommodating.
- 5/5
We’ve stayed here several times and absolutely love it.
- 4/5
Financially; It would have been nice to know that they charge $45 per night parking for the hotel. I had to find other arrangements.
- 4/5
Everyone except one bartender was very helpful. Been coming to the Warwick for over 20 years. There seems to be a lot of deferred maintenance issues.
- 4/5
It was great
- 4/5
The room was great, nice patio, and the front desk service was the best. The bar was so, so - took a long time for meh service.
- 5/5
It was a great hotel. The location is the only issue as parking is not always easy. Even with that, I plan to stay here again.
- 5/5
I was double charged when checking in but otherwise no issues.
- 5/5
Loved it class and style
- 1/5
The heater came on every night we were there even though we had the temp at 62. Homeless outside. Didn’t feel totally safe. The floor in the bathroom is so slippery I fell and hit the toilet on my rips. I went to the front desk to talk to manager but they were too busy and the women I spoke to offered me medicine. I couldn’t believe it. They gave me a very small discount but considering I am on week two of being in pain they didn’t do a good job. I couldn’t believe it! I won’t stay there again.
- 5/5
Liked room
- 5/5
Parkings a little annoying, but once you ask the staff it'll help.
- 5/5
Great place. Loved it
- 5/5
Everything was great. Jamie at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a little dated and we had a hard time getting consistent hot water in the bathroom but the good far outweighs any of those complaints. Nice restaurant/bar. Bottled water at the front desk is a plus. Friendly staff throughout. Great experience and would stay again.
- 5/5
The Warwick's staff was professional and friendly, the room was large, quiet, and clean, and we could walk to Coors Field. We took a Lyft to Ball Arena, but it was a short drive. We enjoyed the roof top pool, and the restaurant Gattara was excellent!
- 5/5
The Warwick was a beautiful hotel and one of the best experiences I have had lately staying out of town. The piano playing by Oskar was especially beautiful and something different than any other hotel.
- 5/5
Great location. Good price. Great rooftop pool and bar.
- 3/5
Staff was great. Oskar our Bell person not only was great but he would play classical piano in the lobby on his break! The pool was also great
- 5/5
Absolutely loved our stay we stayed at the Colorado suite. It was beautiful, but the neighboring areas are not the best.
- 5/5
We brought our 12 year old niece here for her birthday and we had a blast. Loved the rooftop pool and every employee was extremely kind and hospitable.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. EZRA especially was fantastic!!! Warm, engaging, and knowledgeable🏆🏆🏆
- 1/5
We had to go up to the room four times because the key was not working. Apparently it was the situation that day for all the guests I was yelled at entering the pool with a plastic cup from the hotel lobby water cause they said there was no outside beverages allowed. It was extremely embarrassing. The hotel room had hair all over our bedding very rude staff would not recommend it. All the area is extremely sketchy.
- 2/5
I was really disappointed in our stay. The pool area did not seem clean at all. I booked here to go swimming and I didn’t go not once. Also when I showered the water did not drain. That was really gross to me. I payed $500 for a few nights and I wish I would’ve stayed somewhere else. They do not have parking so you have to find street parking. They only have valet parking available. Also everyone’s key card was not working at check in so there was a huge line trying to get checked in.
- 5/5
Staff is excellent friendly. Rooms are very spacious.
- 5/5
Nice property with attentive staff.
- 3/5
Property is in a pretty good location, parking is 45 a night so good much getting meter parking
- 4/5
Older hotel that has been well maintained. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. There was a lack of communication from the hotel about basic things- check-in/check-out time, they offer free water bottles at the front desk, pool access, etc. Some simple customer focused initiatives would really improve things. The neighborhood feels like it’s in transition- not terribly safe, also not terribly dangerous. Vacant lots around the property are off-putting.
- 3/5
The one thing that we did not appreciate was housekeeping knocking on our door at 10 am to see if we still in the room. Checkout was 11 and we trying to get ready. Felt like we were being rushed to leave.
- 3/5
This hotel had great reviews and the pictures on Expedia looked awesome. However the pictures are not at all what we got. We got a very basic room, no bells or whistles. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable. The pool area was ok. How they are charging a resort fee blows my mind. What’s that fee for? We weren't able to check in until right at 4pm, unless we wanted to pay an extra $50. So they stored our bags and we walked the area to find somewhere to eat. There were very few options. Lots of homeless people around. We booked this spot because it said it was a close walk to Coors Field. It wasn’t, close to 25min to walk there. In an unsafe area. And the crazy part for me is that I got a good “Deal” on the price. This hotel was not worth $250.
- 3/5
The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful. The area felt somewhat unsafe, although we did not have any problems directly outside of the hotel. The hotel is clean but dated.
- 5/5
Best staff that gives awesome customer service!
- 5/5
The state of the neighborhood isn't under their control but it was disappointing. I worked at the Warwick twenty years ago and there was a lovely memorial garden across the street. Now it's an empty ugly field of weeds and mud.
- 3/5
The hotel has a very vintage vibe; self parking and valet on site costs $50 a day or you can park in the public lot next door. Our room’s balcony overlooked the back parking lot so it wasn’t a view that made the balcony inviting. There was apparent water damages to the floorboards; a large wet spot on the carpet near the hotel room door; and a large melted spot from an apparent burn was in the middle of our mattress. The room fridge offered drinks for sale; however, the front desk provides free water bottles upon request, we also received drink vouchers for the bar, and offered complimentary coffee and tea in the morning. Room service was available but a $4 delivery fee and a 23% gratuity would be added. Luckily, Door Dash and Uber Eats will deliver right to your hotel door. Premium WiFi is free for members of the Warwick loyalty program; but it was so slow. We ended up disconnecting from their internet completely. The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar and a gym; however, due to our time frame, we did not utilize this or the other amenities offered. Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations of a 4 star hotel - I have stayed in nicer 3 star hotels in Downtown Denver for half the cost.
- 5/5
Loved the location and ambiance. The rooftop pool was open, the rooftop bar was not during our stay.
- 5/5
We had a lovely stay. The staff are extremely friendly, and the hotel was clean. We will definitely be back.
- 5/5
Highly recommend. They let us check in early. Continental breakfast was excellent.
- 2/5
Front desk could use a training. Woman was extremely rude and she was trianing someone, whichis ironic. Theres nothing posted anywhere about an additional 75 a night in charges, which two weeks later is still pending after we left. Wouldnt take a visa because it was an 'online bank', whatever that means. Front desk clerk didnt tell me where/how to get to my room or the pool. No explanation. Left over food in fridge wasnt cleaned out. They leave drinks to charge you in the fridge, but they're gross and dirty. Water would go from scolding hot to cold.
- 4/5
The hotel was good. Nice big room and a great rooftop pool. Staff was welcoming, however, Max and Jobe who worked valet were fantastic. Went out of their way to be helpful. Great job Max and Jobe?
- 5/5
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Warwick. We especially loved the roof top pool.
- 2/5
Pool is the only good part from this hotel.
- 4/5
Great option for Downtown smaller hotel in good area, quiet and staff very helpful
- 5/5
Great non-cookie cutter hotel in the heart of it, and walking distance to excellent restaurants.
- 5/5
The breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was clean. Housekeeping was fantastic!
- 4/5
Staff was nice & the free water & free drink at the bar is nice but they are charging way too much for the condition this property is in & for the location. Lots of homeless & sirens 24/7, room had 2 broken lamps, just a thin sheet on the bed, no mattress pads & the pillows are tiny, like half sized pillows, $45 a day for valet (no self park option) & when we checked out he just handed us the key & walked back in, didn’t hold the door for us or help with luggage or open the car door. I could maybe understand if he had a long line of people but we were it. They also don’t provide lotion or a makeup remover wipe, even cheap chains provide that & then there’s the resort fee per person/per day. Not sure what resort there is besides a pool & the pool bar was closed the 2 nights we were there. The room had a nice balcony but when you look down there are dirty underwear & dirty towels people have thrown down. Would NOT stay here again, much better options in Denver.
- 5/5
very nice hotel and service. very neat area.
- 5/5
Was a great experience. Nice location, well maintained, and a rooftop pool. Love this place…
- 5/5
Great place!
- 5/5
Really great stay! I only knocked some ratings down to 4 because if you look at furniture/ the
- 5/5
Absolutely perfect.
- 5/5
Great spot that is walkable to downtown/16th street Mall/Union Station. Rooms were quiet and nicely updated. Parking in the lot next door was affordable and easy. The rooftop pool was such a great feature and the continental breakfast service was good with great service. Would definitely stay again. Great value overall.
- 5/5
I loved the hotel! Big rooms--
- 5/5
The best managers
- 5/5
If you're travelling with kids, just know all their decor is Playboy inspired.
- 5/5
Beautiful property, the staff was great and handled any issues promptly. Wonderful stay!
- 5/5
The service was amazing, rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful! Breakfast is amazing, pool is beautiful, location is safe, and walkable to downtown area! I would highly recommend the Warwick! We had our kiddos, met our extended family there and everyone was helpful!
- 3/5
the hotel and room was beautiful but some things were lacking. No booklet of information of what was available at the hotel or activities outside of hotel. Room could have had a lounge chair. No place to sit comfortably. Only 1 small piece of soap in bathroom and limited towels even though I requested more. I needed to have instructions on how to use the TV. Not all of us are technical savy.
- 3/5
The staff was exceptional! We had issues trying to order food, the phone just rang and rang. We also had to run both the sink and shower for 10 mins before the water was hot.
- 5/5
It was refreshing to have staff that was kind and welcoming.
- 5/5
Beautiful property, easy to walk to about anything! Continental breakfast was really good and everyone was very nice from the front desk to the maintenance staff.
- 4/5
Gattara- their attached restaurant is wonderful! Happy hour offered wonderful food items and drinks. The elevators were always prompt. Their valet parking was very convenient. No matter how tempting it seems to use the self park garage right next door DO NOT DO IT! It was a nightmare! Easy to drive into but not easy to walk out of- you end up on the side of the bldg in kind of an alley with large rocks to walk and drag your suitcase thru to get to the sidewalk next to the hotel. It’s even more confusing to try to get back inside to retrieve your car. After that experience valet parking didn’t seem that expensive. The pool was disappointing. It is small and half of it is only 2’ deep and the rest just 4.2’. Therefore the water was HOT! Not refreshing at all. However if you want to use the loungers and sunbath it was nice and unlike the info given at check-in there is a small bar available every day not just the week-end offering food and drinks. I was disappointed in their lack of recycling, especially in Colorado! No bins in rooms or even in the lobby. But overall I enjoyed my stay and loved the area.
