Hilton Denver City Center

Was hit with a $100 A NIGHT "incidentals" that was not previously communicated to me. The airport had better toilet paper. Otherwise the room was fine. Iron & board wirked. Tv worked. Roommate loved the "rainshower" shower. If you dont live in a noisy city, nightime sirens might annoy you. Target is 2 blocks away. I felt the breakfast was unduly expensive.

The place is really nice, it’s very clean. I found the valet staff to be exceptional. I would call the place more pet tolerant than pet friendly, only because the nearest place for doggy relief area is about two blocks away.

The property is very beautiful. I wish you had a pool I'm sure you can fit it somewhere in that property. My room was good. However I tried to use the safety box and I had an error code so I couldn't use it. there was a light that is hanging on left side (close to the window) needs to be tighten up. I did ask housekeeping no service until I leave but yet they came inside. (not there fault supervisor didn't communicate with them). Last I heard every siren, every PD noise passing by at night with windows closed on the 18th floor! Why are they not sound proof?

Everything was absolutely amazing, except the size of the shower. Two and a half feet wide is CRAZY for a hotel shower. Literally everything else was great, but docked a star the the insanely small shower.

Hats off to the valet manager who suggested the best diner walking distance, Sam’s No 3. It was so good we ate there for breakfast every morning! Stay was great and I definitely will be back next time I visit Denver.

Location was near 16th Street Mall, but also surrounded by a lot of homeless encampments. We chose the location based on its proximity to Coors Field, but the walk back after dark was sketchy. When we checked in we noticed the toilet was plugged up. Maintenance took care of it, but just an indication of the dated property. The room was really dark. Fortunately we spent the rest of the trip in the surrounding towns closer to the mountains and parks.

No bathroom exhaust fan. Thermostat would not go from cool to heat, only temp up and down, causing it to be very humid in our room, poor ventilation in our room, had to sleep with tiny window open listening to police sirens and gun shots all night. Valet attendant was very pushy about getting my car keys, even when we were just trying to load vehicle and leave. 57 dollars is outrageous for parking.

Beautiful building, nice employees Booking said I would not be charged anything at arrival however they charged me a $400 deposit upon arrival. Even though it was returned to me, an unexpected charge has unexpected consequences

The property is centrally located in downtown Denver. The area is clean and public parking is nearby the hotel. It made for easy access to all areas of Denver if your seeing all of the “must does” as a tourist.

We only stayed for a night, but it was a very nice room. Location was perfect for Rockies game and Av’s game.

Lack of communication with customer regarding deposits before reservation day, and of the 4 days i stayed there only 2 times did housekeeping go to clean the room and of those 2 days the bed sheets were never change, but they did clean the rest.

There was a problem in the elevators during my 2 full days stay, the light was really fade in the floors and the unit, I went for a work and the light was not enough to keep me awake I ended up working in the hotel restaurant's area

Everything was wonderful, except two things that are very minor that could have made my stay even better. Better tasting coffee and coffee machine in the room. A small microwave would have been nice for food that we don’t finish at local restaurants. And the refrigerator temperature was too warm to really keep things properly cold. Other than those things, everything was superb especially the shower. It was strong, mighty, and it was hot. You get five stars just for the shower alone!

The bathrooms is very European. They are not tall people friendly. Everything was very clean. The windows are on the thinner side letting in a lot of sound pollution in. The staff was super polite and friendly.

The room was clean and good for 2 people( one adult and one child). It is walking distance to tourist spots in downtown. The room has central air and you control the temperature. It has a Starbucks within hotel ( a nice treat).

Great location and hotel. Only issue we had was that the kitchenette didn't have any plates, cups or utensils. Also the sofa bed is a twin, the room we got was suppose to sleep 4, but 2 teens won't fit on one twin bed.

The service was outstanding. When I got dropped off at the hotel, a staff person greeted me at my car and took my bag out and brought my bag into the hotel and the service got even better once I got inside. The hotel was clean and fresh and the hotel was very busy.

The hotel was extremely cold, but the temperature control in the rooms was excellent. If you have a meeting in this hotel, even in the summer, bring a sweater or jacket. The staff were great. There was one morning when there was no hot water, and that made for a very cold shower. But it was fixed by the next day. Each room has a mini-fridge, but not a microwave. However there is a microwave by the front desk you can use. The gym has some nice equipment, but it is really dusty and could use a good cleaning. The stability balls are all flat and need to be replaced and the floor mats are falling apart. Otherwise, the gym is well equipped.

Excellent hotel! I attended a conference and they do specialize so quite a few but elevators fast, food great, room size nice and Excellent location. Lots of great restaurants walking distance. A few blocks from free bus to Union station where $12.50 train goes to airport. A great friendly staff and clean rooms. Lots of sitting areas in lobby to relax too. Downstairs bar area serves a nice breakfast too.

There windows were not very good we heard the noise from the cars all night. We were very unhappy. I wish we would have been told before staying that the valet parking was not FREE

The hotel from the outside and inside was beautiful, the public bathrooms for meeting areas definitely need attention. Some, not all of the wait staff in the restaurant are horribly rude and their faces don’t hide how they are feeling. With only one selection for dining and a Starbucks, there were no other choices but to sit there and take it for three days. The staff that takes care of the water areas for the meeting areas were very friendly and helpful, I even watched one bag up some ice for a dancer in need and clean up several messes without hesitation. Valet and front desk staff were incredibly helpful. The room is spacious, bedding is nice, the cleanliness of the room itself was questionable.

The hotel did not have hot water during our first morning and the second morning the water was like warm. We could not bath our toddler. The rooms were extremely loud. The neighboring room was up late and we could hear almost every word they said along with the slamming doors. The hotel said they would send someone up to ask them to be quit but I don’t think they ever did. I think this hotel is great for sports teams but not for family’s.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby and staff were nice. Tje fireplace was nice touch when you walked in.I didnt visit the bar/restaurant but it looked nice. The first night was wonderful. The second night was difficult not due to the hotel but due to customers which the hotel had no control of. There was a highschool volleyball tournament.and the lobby was loaded with over 100 people with coolers totes of food, some parents walking barefoot. It turned this luxury hotel into a campground. High school Kids screaming singing laughing, banging on walls so loud inside and outside it was impossible to sleep until around 1a even white noise with volume up. Even the ruckus outside was so loud you can hear it from the rooms. Nothing you can really do to prevent it. It was just a shame to see kids out of control snd parents allowing it.

Great hotel in a great location! About a mile from Union Station, 1/4 mile from the Denver 16th street pavilion, walking distance from lots of restaurants and downtown shopping and activities, with a decent parking garage right across the street. Staff was very helpful and courteous, and the room was excellent with wonderful views of downtown, highly recommended!

Overall, the room was clean and had good amenities. We only had an issue with the toilet, in which we had to keep calling over the maintenance people to come fix it. They were very nice and would come each time we'd call them. The shower was smaller than expected, but still was functionable. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back

The room was fine, but the check-in process was the worse I’ve ever experienced. It took almost two hours to get us into our rooms and we were not given key cards, security had to open the door for us so we could not even leave the room until the next morning when key cards were delivered. Additionally the lock battery on the door had died so we had to wait another 20-30 minutes while security got the door open and recharged the battery. Aside from then check-in process the stay was to be as expected.

Expedia wants to know if I liked the breakfast - what breakfast? There is no breakfast served at this hotel that is included in the rate. It's $20 a person at the restaurant.

The room was not spotless, you could tell the carpet was not vacuumed, there was a few pieces of trash I noticed in the room, the lighting is pretty dark in the room, also the hotel doesn’t have parking, which is a big inconvenience, you have to park at a separate garage or parking lot, and they don’t validate your parking.

There was mold in the sink. They said they were gonna clean it and never did. We brushed our teeth and were repulsed by the experience

The room was clean, but the amenities were awful. They took out their laundry room and pool, even though when I booked those amenities were losted. Their restaurant is mediocre. There's no lobby coffee and breakfast is $15 min. This is not what I booked. Clearly, they updated their website and didn't call. They also charge you an extra $100 a night, so unless you have $500 lying around, say goodbye to doing anything fun around town. I setup question the capabilities of management. Nobody smiles and they don't tell you anything about the area when you arrive. This is the worst place to stay with a family. It's the job of the manager to call guests when they change their amenities. Zero stars if I could!

Check in was horrible: zero info given. When i say zero, I mean after i gave the young lady my ID, she handed me back the ID after my credit card approval went through with the Room keys and said enjoy the evening. The room it self was average and what i expect at a hotel in your range, jus nothing that “wowed” me.

Staff were friendly , environment was great and they even let me wait for my flight which was late at night. They kept my bags and allowed my family to wait in the lobby until we’re ready to leave with no problems.

Bedding consisted of sheet and paper thin blanket, with 4 very small pillows. Room was ice cold or arrival and didn’t warm up, even though thermostat was adjusted to 80 degrees. Therefor experience was uncomfortable overall.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The work out room was over the top nice! Staff was incredibly friendly. We came into town before noon and stop just to hopefully drop our luggage but when we got to the desk they said they had a room cleaned and we could check in early!!

A list of some of issues: We paid to get early check in to a room I was allergic to. My eyes swelled and couldn’t stop sneezing/running nose. The ceiling tiles were caked with dust and shower hardware was broken. They only give you two towels and they are so old and rough that they scratched my partners face. No robes common in 4 star accommodations. The toilet paper was also thin and cheap kind. The phone was disconnected so could not call front desk, no one answered when I called from cell and had to walk down in the middle of the night to complain of techno music through the walls for 12 hours+. The lamp was broken too. The HVAC was so hot in the room with no way to swap to AC and the halls were so cold we had to wear a coat to walk to elevator. We finally had to ask to switch rooms after two nights of miserable allergies. Luckily the second room I wasn’t allergic to. It had other issues. Shower door was broken. The TV audio didn’t synch with the picture so watching TV wasn't enjoyable. Thin walls noisy.

Only 4 Stars because the valet parking was SIXTY-FIVE-FREAKING BUCKS on a monday night. I'm not from Denver. I had an infant with me with an ear infection who was up WAY past her bed time because she was having a DR appt in the morning. Im not gonna wander up and down Colfax at 11pm looking for somewhere to park. Yall dont need to charge that much for the valet. The room was great though.

The shower was extremely small. That is really my only reason for 3 stars. I am a bigger guy and couldn’t stand facing the shower head. I had to turn sideways in order to wash. The bed was very comfortable however. Also, parking is an abomination for this hotel.

Staff were welcoming and supportive. The room was very clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for an extended stay. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

The room supposed to be one bedroom suite. The room was outdated. HVAC unit was loud and noisy. The room was very dusty as if it was never been used. No cups (just paper cup for coffee), No silverware. The basic "one bedroom suite" amenities that I have seen and experienced in other Hilton was not available. This hotel supposed to be 4 stars in the city, and this falls far below.

I was sad to see that the pool was closed. But really liked the food/breakfast and credit option. It was helpful when there was some confusion at the front desk. However, the front desk made it right. So I really appreciate it as I was traveling with my family.

It actually sounded like the work does were open.

We didn't eat in the hotel other than grabbing some egg bites and coffee at the Strabucks. Everything about our stay was clean, comfortable, and proximety to Coors Field was a plus. The staff texted every day to make sure we had what we needed which was nice. We'll be back.

This building is very old. The rooms are smaller. You’re paying more for amenities than your actual stay… I was not acknowledged as a Hilton’s honor member which isn’t that serious but if they care, they care. Get ready to pay a $300 deposit. Get ready for $64 a night for valet parking. Just a tip, park across the street. It’s only $30 a night. The rooms were small, the view is of a building, blocking the view, the room was not as clean as I expect from Hilton. For example, the vent that is near the shower probably hasn’t been clean ages and very dusty. Your room does not have a microwave in the microwave they do have downstairs is only 700 Watts. I tried to contact guest services and never got a response or an answer. The rooms were very close to each other and I’m not sure if it was busy that weekend but it’s not common to have neighbors all surrounding you in each and every room which makes the noise level extremely high. The doors slam shut. The TV was so annoyingly outdated. It didn’t matter what I put on or what time, but the audio was out of sync for the TV on every single channel. Pros, there is a slightly more expensive Starbucks inside. The bar was nice and the pool was okay. I did enjoy the pho restaurant that was within walking distance and that’s about it.

The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the entirety of the check-in process was a disaster. Everything other than the check in process was good.

Over all was a good experience there was a miscommunication with how much valet would be but they still honored what was told in the beginning.

Poor Service. Bellman staff in the evening were slack Dakota during the day was an awesome valet attendant. First day of my stay they had Dollman picking up luggage and bringing it down for those checking out when I called. Oh, we don’t have any staff. Overall, just not a great experience.

Four of the six elevators did not work, the cooling /heat system went off in rooms that night. There wasn't even a pen or paper pad in the room, no coffee only tea - then had to stand in line at Starbucks to buy coffee - what happened to amenities? no glasses in rooms. I wanted to support downtown hotels, this was a disappointment.

The hotel overall was decent. The first issue you will encounter is that they do not have their own parking but offer vallet for $60/day. The staff provides a decent experience but they could work on their overall demeanor and professionalism. The hotel is in downtown Denver so that means it will be noisy at night.

The hotel is also downtown, and I was on a lower floor, so there is a fair bit of "noise" that can be heard from the outside. Nothing out of the ordinary here but at times there were sirens from emergency vehicles, and similar noises you would expect in a city, that were loud enough to hear in the room. Overall it was a nice property and a comfortable stay but I felt I paid too much for the experience.

Came into Denver for a 5 night stay. This hotel is convenient for all the night life close by and being walkable to Coors Field! The restaurant on site was great for breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was fun and knowledgeable of the area. Great time!!!!!

great hotel however it says parking is included in stay. There is no parking included at this downtown Denver hotel. We had to pay $65 to Valet park. Pretty inconvenient for a city hotel.

Close to stadium, shower amenities were empty, after their system being down they were good about getting us into a room that we originally reserved with an upgrade.

We reserved a nonsmoking king room and got a double room that was previously a smoking room. The room had dirty/used glasses upon arrival and still had undisposed trash. The bedding was musty smelling and when housekeeping was requested, they simply made the bed rather than change the bedding. The front desk staff was ambivalent and uncaring. No room service available. Location was great and the bar service was excellent. I’m very disappointed as a Hilton honers member.

Walkable to coors light stadium

Second, the parking situation is terrible. The only option the hotel offers is valet at $64 per day. If you don’t use that, you’re left finding your own parking at nearby garages. Most do not allow in-and-out privileges, which means you either pay each time you leave and return, or you’re forced to leave your car overnight to get the $30 rate. Either way, it’s inconvenient and overpriced. Overall, these two issues significantly impacted my stay, and I would not return unless improvements are made.

Stayed in room 538..don't know if they all have exact same design build but shower was not a 3x3 walk in as advertised..more like a 1.5 x 2.5 rectangle. Only a cloth curtain and a foam bumper kept the bathroom from being flooded. UnFortunately our bumper was coming up in multiple places and we had to fight with ever towel we had and more to keep from water damage. Told staff..did nothing.

And about housekeeping they didn't do a really good job, 😒 some of the towels was duty and their just turn it out to the other side, but still the same duty towel. I a really peaky person And I noticed everything. And they didn't give me enough towels... 😔 Thank you. Probably next time, not to me with somebody else, they do good Job.

Didn’t have hot water for my shower. Not enough blankets for the bed. Was cold.

The shower had a shower curtain, but was designed for a glass door. We had to lay a towel down so we didn't slip and fall. Very dangerous.

This hotel was perfect for our brief stay in Denver. It was close to everything and had an inexpensive garage across the street. The rooms at hilton hotels are always comfortable and the pillows especially so!

Very convenient, quiet even though in the downtown though did not feel the vibe of a 4-star hotel. Excellent room service and great staff at reception and valet parking.

It was a beautiful hotel, everyone was friendly and helpful! I wasn't thrilled with the 4 pm check in time, but I checked in a 3 pm without an issue.

I thought no parking at the hotel was going to be an issue. We were able to park a very short distance from the hotel at a plaza for a steal of $7 a day! Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and walking distance to almost everything you could need.

Just stayed one night. Was very easy to check in. The parking is the only downside. Have to valet. Charges $64. Was charged twice. Once by the hotel and another time by valet. They need to specify better when paying for valet don’t use the valet app since the hotel already charges you. Other than that it was fine.

Housekeeping was HORRENDOUS! We had to beg at the front desk for towels, basic cleaning and any service at all. Finally after 4 days of complaining they started coming daily for the last three. Not Hilton quality at all. Otherwise a very good stay…just bring your own towels and coffee …and make your own bed!

Great spot and location in Denver. My first time there and super impressed with the entire city, cleanliness, etc. The hotel was very accessible. Plenty to do in the area. Went to three baseball games and it's a quick 10-15 walk to Coors Field as well as the train station to and from the airport. Very happy overall. Highly recommend.

When we arrived it was crazy busy! The valets were working so hard to keep the cars moving through but they definitely seemed to be understaffed for the amount of people they had to manage. Even though they were overwhelmed, they were kind, calm and cool. The front desk staff was very nice. Check in was really quick and they were able to give us information about what we were there to do... see a baseball game. This was the highlight of the trip. It was really easy to get to and from the park safely from this location. We would probably choose to stay here again if we return to Denver.

For being a Hilton hotel, this place was absolute trash. I get it, it’s downtown Denver, but should that matter??! Upon arrival to our room, the bathroom sink was totally disgusting, as if they hadn’t cleaned it at all. When we called the front desk, they said they’d send someone up right away. After waiting 40 minutes, we called again, only to be put on hold for another 10 minutes. I finally went down to the front desk and still had to wait another 30 minutes for housekeeping to clean our sink. We received multiple texts with the usual “how is your stay so far?” with no responses to those either. Why bother sending those then?! We had no housekeeping our first day there, and literally had to find someone to tidy up our room on the second day. None of the housekeeping staff speak English, so that was challenging. To be completely transparent, I expected more out of a Hilton Hotel. Do better.
