Good place if you can get it for a good price.

Ton of garbage around the property, not the most friendly staff but the room was clean.
- 4/5
If there is a kettle in the room that’s better for us
- 3/5
The T Stat, the Luke warm water and things like minimum towels, the thinnest toilet paper I’ve ever seen etc. shows this hotel has a noticeable effort for cost savings at the guests inconvenience. I’ve always been happy with Marriott but I would not stay at this Aloft again.
- 4/5
Convenient and free shuttle to airport When we approached the front desk, the two ladies behind desk were talking to each other and did not acknowledge me. I had to say good morning to get them to look up.

I came in about 2pm to check in and there's about 15 people in the lobby. I wait in line for over 30 minutes and the lady tells me "Check in is at 4pm and I'm checking in these guys cause they've been here since 11am." Trying to make sure I understand correctly, I ask, "So I can't check in until 4pm but everybody else can check in now?" She replies "Yeah." I come back at 3:56PM to see the lobby empty because she, indeed, made me and my party leave and come back while everyone else checked in. Never coming back, never recommending.

Convenient location and spacious, clean room.
- 5/5
super clean room

Free shuttle to & from airport. Clean & quiet bedroom. Friendly & helpful staff
- 4/5
There was a miscommunication when I got there, as I had booked a king size room and when I got to my room they had put me in a double queen. Front desk staff was very accommodating and got the room switched to my original booking. I booked through booking.com and was given two breakfast meal vouchers for the next morning, which worked for anything on the menu and was delicious. Since we only stayed one night, they also comped my parking. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again. I don’t have anything bad to say about the property.
- 5/5
Very clean. Modern. Comfortable beds. Perfect amount of amenities, without all the unnecessary frills.
- 5/5
Had a great stay here. Staff was excellent, room was large and very clean, on-site gym had everything I needed and on-site restaurants (Indian and American) were both delish.
- 4/5
Shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a disaster. Took over 45 minutes to be picked up after being told it would be 10 minutes.

Great place, close to the airport
- 5/5
Great room, clean, bed comfortable and hot shower. Our second room on the other side of the building had a lukewarm shower however, they did not report the issue.
- 2/5
Our first room was infested with ants but they kindly gave us a new clean room. It was quite busy but staff seemed very annoyed by our issue and we felt it was not handled appropriately. The staff was excellent otherwise and extremely helpful. Property seems rundown, beds were horrible but it's a decent place to stay close to the airport.

Around 11:30pm on 6/6/26, my family was awakened by multiple phone calls to our room. We were there for my sons baseball tournament, so we needed to be up early. The repeated calls disrupted our sleep and made it hard to get back to sleep. I went to the lobby thinking it was another room calling as a prank, only to find out it was the front desk. They failed to collect a card at check-in for the incidental charge, which they admitted was their mistake. Because I booked through Expedia, the room was prepaid and they didn’t have my card on file. What made this so frustrating was that they thought it was acceptable to repeatedly call in the middle of the night over a $49 incidental and a $29 restaurant charge. I asked why it couldn’t wait until morning but was told they worry guests will leave without paying. I am 100% good for the money and would have provided my card the next day without issue. The worst part was the lack of empathy. The front desk employee acted like it was no big deal, despite it being their mistake. In the morning, a different employee was apologetic and agreed it should never have happened, but said her manager could not do anything because the booking was through a third party. The hotel may be nice, but this experience was unacceptable. I will be hard pressed to stay here again and would not recommend it to my team or anyone traveling.
- 5/5
It was more than expected in every category.
- 5/5
No microwaves in rooms but thats my only complaint.
- 2/5
Flat soda, waitress that didn’t know what kind of soda, beer, or specials were available. Daughter couldn’t take a bath because the drain was so clogged it wouldn’t work. Then my husband and I stood in water while showering. After paying the nightly rate we incurred an additional $20 for parking.
- 5/5
Great place for work trips close to Provo and Orem/UVU easy access on site laundry top golf with in walking distance
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. Staff was helpful. Airport shuttle was great.
- 4/5
The facility is new and clean.
- 5/5
Nice modern hotel very close to SeaTac airport, light rail and bus line. Easy check-in and great service by everyome we talked to. Very good Indian restaurant/bar on site open late night as well as an American Restaurant/bar. Small nice pool on 3rd floor, spacious, clean room and EARLY shuttle service to airport. Didnt check out workout room but also available.
- 5/5
I like that its near the light rail and the options of restaurants
- 3.5/5
Closeness to the airport, well priced Safety warnings on the doors
- 5/5
Due to the flight delay, I had to change my airport shuttle schedule right before 15 minutes departure, They were able to changed it. The room was neat and clean, and I also returned my rent car at that time, I visited the Indian restaurent located at 1st floor, It was good.

People were great and helpful We had to ask for everything. Did have hair dryer or microwave nor did I get breakfast which is why we chose this place cuz food was included . We get there. Paid more then the app said and we didn't get breakfast either that was extra 20 a person. Not worth the money.

The housekeeping staff were extremely loud while talking in the hallway outside my room. I politely asked them multiple times to lower their voices, but they ignored my requests and continued making noise. Their lack of consideration made it difficult to relax and negatively impacted my experience at the hotel.

Great location within walking distance to everything. The amenities exceeded our expectations and offered incredible value for the price.
- 5/5
Clean room. Breakfast was good but we waited about 40 mins. Should just offer easy buffet breakfast. I think not enough staffs to serve.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly courteous and efficient
- 5/5
Very well maintained property with two very good restaurants on site. Huge, new bathrooms and a comfy bed
- 5/5
The front desk and rooms and maid service were phenomenal! The only issue I have is with the restaurant. The food and wait staff were subpar
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful although they forgot that me and my wife both are Bonvoy members. Food options were good and property was pretty clean
- 3/5
Pretty good hotel, but the staff need to take notes and pass the notes onto the next shift
- 1/5
I had a much longer review in mind, but there’s not enough characters to do that. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had the check-in process was a nightmare. first, not being able to gain access to the lobby through the garage.. having a staff member tell you they are going to get you and then they never come for you. finally making it inside and the attendant leaves the desk never comes back, a supervisor comes out check you into a room. It’s dirty, tells me to come back. Puts you in another room, which is also dirty makes you come back to the lobby. They’re ranting about the housekeepers and finally get you in the room an hour and a half later they only had one set of towels for three people when we asked for more towels, they never came. The pool was closed and overall it was just a poor experience. The hotel was OK but could have been cleaner you have to pay for parking which was expected however, the parking lot is not Secure if you come after hours and they don’t let you in for check-in then you have to walk on the main road, which is very dark at night, you can only hope that they don’t forget about you when it comes down to letting you in. Check out is at 12 PM. They call you the morning of saying it changed to 11 AM only an hour before. I do not recommend this place.. they do not respect your time and they do not take accountability not even with an apology for the inconvenience.
- 1/5
Checkin is 4 pm and not 3pm as mentioned. Water bottles are for 1 day only, however many days you stay. Wifi is not available and no effort made to get it. Front desk is busy all the time on their phones and have no idea about restaurants available. We checked out a day earlier and moved to another hotel. My recommendation - donot ever consider it.

The front desk was overwhelmed with check ins and calls. No regard for whether you are a bonvoy member or not they try to charge you $50 if you want to check in early, which is not the bonvoy standard. Gave us a room facing the wall. Just not a good experience
- 5/5
All around great place
- 3/5
The pool was closed during our visit, yet there was no mention of this on the hotel’s website or on Expedia. Even if it had been open, it was small and overlooked a very run-down building. The biggest issue was the restaurant service. We paid extra through Expedia for breakfast for two. When we arrived around 10:00 a.m., one of the waitresses told us there would be a 20–30 minute wait and had a very unpleasant attitude. After sitting down, we waited 15 minutes without anyone taking our order despite the restaurant not being very busy. Another waitress eventually helped us and had to contact the front desk because there was no record of our prepaid breakfast vouchers. 3 waitresses were working that day. About 45 minutes later, we were told they had run out of potatoes and no substitutions were allowed, so I had to reorder. Our coffee and tea were never refilled and got very cold. In total, we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes while tables seated after us were served & finished first. The breakfast itself was very underwhelming: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, one slice of toast cut in half, and a bowl of fruit, for $17. I also spoke to the front desk about our experience and was told a manager would contact me, but I never heard back. Unfortunately, we won't be staying here again.
- 4/5
Great staff. Shuttle service is good. Restaurant is understaffed. Environmentally I would give it a 4. Only downside is the noise from other rooms. I could hear other people breathing whenever I was in the bathroom.
- 4/5
The hotel restaurant was okay, but in the future I would go out to a restaurant. I was a little disappointed by staff, upon checking in and when I wanted to buy something from the hotel pantry, the employee at the front desk was always busy talking to someone else and in no hurry to end their conversation. In one instance, another employee had to tell them to stop talking. So that just felt a little unprofessional in a hotel, especially at the front desk where first impressions are made. My room was nice and clean. Just a side note, they sell bagged popcorn in the hotel pantry, but my room didn't have a microwave...so maybe some rooms have them and some don't?
- 4/5
This hotel is clean and smells nice. It is just around the corner from SeaTac and their long term parking is fairly priced, easy, convenient. The shuttle service to the airport was punctual and the driver was polite and professional. I did not try the Indian restaurant - but the hotel cafe, which is the breakfast stop, was overpriced, rude, and of very low quality. If you are looking for a place to park, stay the night, then shuttle to airport, this is a very good choice.
- 1/5
I checked in at 930pm and there was no rooms available. I waited until 130am for a room and it wasn't just me. There were about 8 other families that were waiting as well. I will never stay at this property again.
- 5/5
The overall experience was excellent except service in Olympic Restaurant. The waiter and waitress had tried to ignore us a few times. I understood that they were busy but shouldn’t be an excuse. We had waited for ordering for 15 minutes.

- 5/5
The staff were nice and they did accommodate our airport transfer even at 3AM.
- 4/5
We stay here several times a year when we travel on long flights out of SeaTac, Seattle. It is typically a good stay except this time we had no coffee in the room nor a clock radio. 😕 Also I still think the 32 inch tvs are too small compared to all other hotel stays we have had for a king room.
- 5/5
CLEAN ROOM GREAT STAFF EXPERIENCE FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!!

Parking is limited if you arrive later in the day.

Everything was excellent if I ever come back. I would stay in their properties, very clean, very friendly, very professional, very informative.

I didn't do breakfast but i'm really disappointed because I booked a hotel for Saturday May 16-May 17 but when I went to hotels.com it showed me something else. It was the wrong dates, so I try to change it. I contacted Hotel.com but they said they will figure it but they didn't help me so I had to canceled it and lose my money and reorder for much big a price difference really disappointed.
- 3/5
No breakfast
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
The room was clean.
- 1/5
The beds were horrible. The bathroom and shower drain were disgustingly dirty (I have pictures). The hotel lobby and room smelled so musky, my clothes in my suitcase all smelled when I got home. The receptionist was useless!
- 4/5
The only reason I give it 4 stars rather than 5 is that it's somewhat far from the airport (~15 minutes), and has only one shuttle, which runs on demand in the evenings rather than on a continuous loop. This means a minimum 15 minute wait for pick up from the airport. In my case it was closer to half an hour. Meanwhile some other hotels clearly had multiple shuttles or are located much closer to the airport, as their shuttles arrived 2 or even 3 times while I waited
- 4/5
We went in for breakfast and the poor waitress was run off her feet with little to no help in sight. She was doing her level best and was treated rudely by some guests where I almost wanted to step in but didn’t. I was proud of her for not engaging with them in a negative manner. The food, when she could finally get it to us was hot and delicious.
- 4/5
Staff was excellent. Small amenities like available snacks were weak, Room needed more light.
- 5/5
I like the stay with the exception that there was no netflix or youtube on tv or that there wasn’t any microwave. Otherwise felt safe, clean and quiet. Oh! amazing view from my room!
- 3/5
There were ants in the room.
- 5/5
Lots to choice from and yummy
- 3/5
It is a beautiful hotel. I was disappointed that the pool was not open
- 4/5
Ok
- 4/5
The room was nice. The scent in the lobby was overwhelming. Instant headache when walking in. Staff was pleasant.
- 5/5
The breakfast was perfect, they were huge portions so don't order to much like I did. Dawn our server was very nice and kind. She was quick and very attentive to our needs. Perfect breakfast to start the morning
- 3/5
We were looking forward to this day. It looks like a beautiful hotel. I didn’t realize how far out it was from the airport though. We got into our first room 305, and we laid down and there’s a large floor ceiling curtains. They were blackout they’ll see a little bit of light under and in the middle. The register was reading 81 when they got in the room turned the AC down to 68 1/2 an hour it was 82 you waited and then a half an hour, it was 83 and by the time we called down to 84. We called down to the desk and let them know that the air-conditioning wasn’t working and they were gonna send someone up, and a few minutes later we got a call from the front desk to pack our stuff and come downstairs and they would put in a new room so we were put into 501. We put the air conditioner down right away and we did feel air coming in until the sun really started to go down it was nice in it but as the darkness happened the cooler. There’s not a lot of amenities in the room so I kind of miss that. Staff was friendly and helpful. I don’t know if I go to Seattle again that I would say there again it’s just too far from the airport. The best part of the day was the gentleman that took us by settle back to the airport super friendly and that made the right nice. The person who brought us at the airport for an hour, we called back and that there was a miscommunication and so they sent it again and it came in about 25 minutes so we sat outside for about an hour and a half in the heat.
- 5/5
Staff very helpful
- 3/5
My room had hair all over the bathroom and dirt at the base of the shower. There was a bandaid stuck to the smoke detector above the bed. The on-site restaurant is very good and a nice option to have. Cleanliness is the main area that needs improvement.
- 4/5
Clean room and general areas
- 5/5
One drawback is that there are not blackout curtains, only sheer ones. This was a bit of a problem because the lights in the parking lot could be seen in the room at night. It wasn't a problem for me because I always sleep with the TV on anyway, so it's never completely dark, but I wanted to mention that because it might be an issue for some.
- 5/5
Great staff. Excellent motel.
- 4/5
Front staff was very helpful and advising us how to get downtown using the light rail. The food in the restaurant was pretty good.
- 1/5
There was a party in the ball room with very loud music until midnight.
- 5/5
The front desk young lady was very delightful. She was polite and displayed good customer service. The Indian restaurant was super delicious! I hope it will stay there for a long time. However, I find the parking fee way too much. Nonetheless, it was a great stay.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
It was good . Just room service was tough
- 4/5
We booked for the pool on May 2nd. The whole outdoor area was closed for the season.
- 5/5
Great shuttle service at 5am. Room was clean and sheets felt fresh. Huge bathroom. Solid airport stopover for sure.
- 1/5
Worst hotel and rude staff. Racist Receptionist Name Kalie.... she treat us like a homeless people. Refuse us from food. Horrible experience
- 3/5
No in-room microwave, which was very frustrating. Parking was not included in the reservation, and we had to pay extra fee for overnight parking. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Staff and crews are great
- 5/5
Very accommodating
- 5/5
Great casual hotel but feels like a luxury hotel! Really close to the airport and just great for the price! And breakfast is delicious!
- 3/5
The shower made a terrible noise when adjusting the temperature. The pool was closed as it was before Memorial Day. No ice machines in sight to use.
- 5/5
Did not eat there
- 3/5
Overall, it was a decent stay. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating, which made a great impression. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable, which took away from the experience a bit
- 5/5
Angela at the front desk had the best customer service skills I’ve seen in a while Good location, near bus stops and 5 min from light rail. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Check in was fast and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

Main issue was that the attached restaurant has loud parties at night which shakes the whole building so getting sleep is a problem at this hotel. They allow this until the 11pm.
- 5/5
Love our stay! Greeted warmly by the woman that checked us in. And the woman who wished us a safe flight. Loved the ability to just walk out to the covered garage to our car!
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Good stay. Very helpful staff. Shuttle was great. A bit further than I thought it was from the airport
- 4/5
Very nice hotel, and staff is great. The room and beds were very comfortable and clean. However the whole lobby area smells like curry because of their Indian restaurant. Unfortunately, I don’t like curry. Not coming back, sorry!
- 3/5
We went to take showers on the morning and had no hot water. We had events to go to and weren’t able to shower so that was a bummer.

I showed up and called the hotel for the shuttle. They said my room was given away to make space for an airline that booked 40 rooms. I was unable to book any other hotel in the seatac area. I had to go all the way to downtown Seattle, later in the evening to find a hotel. Nobody followed up with me. I tried contacting the manager. No response.
- 5/5
Great property. Super clean, great price
- 3/5
Definitely needs to be updated. No smart TVs, stains on walls, a d super dusty. Staff were all great and beds were comfy.

The room was spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. It was quiet without airport noise.
- 2/5
Just ok
- 3/5
The staff were amazing! The location was good. Overall, for the price, it could have been better quality.
- 3/5
It’s OK hotel not fancy
- 5/5
The hotel itself was fine. It was clean and I felt safe, which is all I can ask for, considering the circumstances. But what I want to commend is the gentleman working the front desk when I checked in. There had been a ton of flight cancelations and countless people like myself were stranded and getting last minute rooms, and the line when I arrived for check in was really long. This was obviously not an expected surge in visitors and there was just the one staff member and let me tell you, this guy was HUSTLING. He was not messing around! He had a guest/party at each of the three computers and was running between them to keep the check ins happening as quickly as possible. I think I was in line for 45 minutes, easily, and I know he was working at that pace long before and after I was up in my room. I hope the hotel knows what a rockstar they have. I wish I remembered his name, but it was 3/12/26 at roughly 9:00pm.
- 5/5
Clean everyone was great

I love the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere at this particular location. Easy to get around and convenient to stores and restaurants.

I saw blood stains on the mattress. Period

Great shuttle options
- 3/5
I checked in at 1pm on a Sunday. The front desk is not friendly at all. Seemed like he’s doesn’t want to be there. I checked out at 8pm and was told they will tallied the charges later. Next day in my bank statement, i got charged $60 for nothing. All i did was drank the complimentary water bottle and left in the fridge. Bed wasn’t even used. I had to call them and complaint and they will give my money back. I wouldn’t come back to this place again. Need to train their staff better.

Four Points by Sheraton Seattle Airport South is a clean and courteous place to stay. It isn't fancy but it does the job very well. The shuttle is a bonus.

Nice hotel! Nice room/bed! Great shuttle service! Very kind and helpful staff!
- 5/5
$50 incidental fee, provided airport shuttle, room were large and clean. No complaints.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Yes the only thing I didn't like was the smell in the elevator
- 4/5
Restaurant/ bar employees are amazing
- 3/5
My issues were that they charge a $17 parking fee that they do not disclose so I did not pay the price listed in hotels.com when I got the room. It’s also very exploitive because there is literally no free parking in the area. It’s surrounded by businesses and there is no street parking so you have no other option. Then on my last day I found black mold above the shower, so I definitely was not pleased about that.
- 4/5
I really love the location of this hotel. It’s super convenient for the things that I needed to get done and places I needed to go. It’s really close I-5 which is the freeway that will take you to downtown Seattle or the Pike Place market. I do wish the room had a little bit more lighting and I did not like that they charge for parking, but other than that I would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
That was a good experience the room was very clean and nice. That was two guys at te front guys very nice and friendly and help me did a quick check-in. Thanks

Perfect hotel stay. Friendly staff, clean modern room and bath. Slight traffic noise from street, but not terrible.
- 5/5
Quiet! Clean and great customer service. Perfect place to stay before flying!
- 5/5
Everything is perfect am from san francisco ca and love the food and how neat and clean the rooms are will like to stay more often
- 5/5
I will definitely keep this place on my radar for future visits.
- 5/5
My other business colleagues were equally pleased with the amenities the hotel has to offer. The gym was well equipped and readily available whenever it fit into my schedule. The restaurant was reasonably priced for the quality and convenience it offered. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is well built, which made it noticeably quiet throughout my stay. It was the perfect location for a few-day business trip to Seattle, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
- 4/5
The space appeared clean, our room had a strong chemical smell which we took to mean clean but the smell lingered all night into the next day. Customer service was great, the front desk was kind, the bar area was clean and quick. Overall nice space but the chemical smell was overwhelming

Everything was Elite
- 5/5
Great front desk service. Friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Weirdly, housekeeping didn't actually show up to change the bed and swap out towels the one morning I didn't put out the DND door hanger. It wasn't really a problem, but it certainly wasn't what was expected

The hotel

No airport shuttle - had to get there by taxi. Restaurant was out of items on the menu. Wifi did not work - wanted me to join a membership to get free wife.

You know those people you talk to on the phone who don’t understand that sometimes you just need their help solving a problem and it’s not impactful to them but makes your day easier? The desk folks at this hotel don’t understand either! I just won’t spend my money at this hotel and ask you to do the same. Thanks!
- 5/5
Excellent customer service!! Let us check in early!! Nice restaurants on-site!! Beds were comfortable and they had HBO channels and coffee in the room!! Very clean!!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and very clean. Nice area and fairly close to the airport with shuttle service available. There is a restaurant there but did not have breakfast. Breakfast is not included. We did have dinner there and enjoyed our meal. All staff were friendly. I would stay here again. Only downside is I booked through Expedia and our room is usually the furthest down the hall. That’s ok we got a decent price.
- 5/5
We like to stay as it is safe and so convenient to the train system to travel to downtown Seattle. Go Blue Jays!
- 4/5
Was however relocated the following day
- 4/5
With the Indian Restaurant in the hotel, the smell of all that delicious food filled the halls and particularly the elevators.
- 4/5
This hotel worked well for a later-evening arrival and early departure the next day. There is an Indian restaurant on site - the food was excellent, the portions very generous, and the service was good. There isn't much else around, however. McDonald's is a reasonably close walk in case that would work for you. There's also a Walgreen's within quick walking distance. Otherwise, it's commercial/business properties all around. We were very comfortable during our stay. They did put us into the wrong room type when we arrived so we went back down to the desk and were changed to the room we paid for - they were good about it but I'm not sure why it was messed up in the first place? The Expedia reservation clearly stated the room type. If I was staying longer I would opt for a hotel much closer to the airport as there were many more restaurant and service options within close walking distance but that's about location, and not the quality of this hotel.
- 5/5
Airport shuttle never showed up. Otherwise, very nice hotel
- 5/5
Very nice hotel near dining, clean and comfortable room and bed. Had plenty of parking in garage. Front desk staff very friendly.
- 5/5
Very punctual and friendly.
- 4/5
Room clean and comfortable but average, dining options in hotel were limited, dining options in area were limited and inconvenient to get to,
- 2/5
Would not stay here again. I had booked a King room (not a "King or Double Queen", it only said King) yet we got a two queen room. They were sold out for the night and unable to get us the room we actually booked. There was also a very loud even taking place in the ballroom directly below our room. We checked in late at 10pm, were ready to go to bed, but the room was inundated with the loud music which had bass that was shaking our room. I called the front desk and they said that the event was going until 11:30pm. I was not aware of this before our stay or else I never would have stayed here. Between the beds we didn't want and the loud noise, it was not the comfortable stay we expected. I will definitely look for other options next time.
- 5/5
Location and cleanliness
- 5/5
We stay here almost every time before and after a trip that utilizes SeaTac airport. The hotel is close enough to make it easy to reach the airport and far enough away so that you don't hear the air traffic that much. The rooms are comfortable and adequate for a quick one night stay.
- 4/5
Good spacious facilities at clean and spacious room. Good restaurants on premises
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 5/5
A nice, clean option close to the airport! Service is attentive and the rooms are clean.
- 3/5
One major drawback was the airport shuttle service. After a 12-hour flight, I ended up waiting over an hour for the shuttle. When I asked the driver why it took so long, he told me he had been on his break. For busy times like this, the hotel should really schedule an additional driver. After such a long journey, no one wants to be left waiting that long for transportation.
- 4/5
Overall an average hotel

We are frequent flyers here. 5 stars every single time.

It was a nice, clean, quiet stay.
- 5/5
Very modern hotel. Room was spacious. Bed very comfortable. No microwave in room really surprised us.
- 5/5
Nice, clean, modern property. Very spacious room and bathroom. Everything was very clean. A great in-hotel restaurant with really good food and fun wait staff
- 5/5
It was comfortable and close to the airport!

1. Airport Shuttle: We waited over an hour for the airport shuttle. 2. Unprofessional Front Desk Service: At check-in, the front desk agent simply handed us the room key with no welcome, no helpful information. When I asked about breakfast, she quickly replied, “There is no breakfast included.” I politely asked her to double-check, and only then she realized there was breakfast included and gave us vouchers, without even an apology. 3. Overcharge & Refund Nightmare: Although I had already paid in full for my stay through Expedia (August 8–10, 2025), the hotel charged my card again on August 18, 2025 (ten days after checkout). It took me almost a month and multiple emails to get a refund. The hotel was completely unhelpful, and I had to escalate the issue to Marriott International. Even after receiving the refund, I lost CAD26.62 due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or international transfer fees. In summary - Poor customer service, billing issues, and bad management when it comes to resolving problems. I will never stay at Four Points by Sheraton Seattle again, and I strongly recommend others avoid it.
- 5/5
We stay here quite often and like the room and location. We did find this time that the side toward the street can be a bit noisy for those who are not used to street traffic. My only critic is that the tv coukd be bigger. They are somewhat small compared to ther places and flat screens are really cheap these days.
- 5/5
The property was clean, the employees friendly and the shuttle was very reliable.
- 4/5
I stayed here twice last month. The staff are kind, exceptional people, really going above and beyond. My car was broken into overnight (as posted everywhere in the hotel parking lot that it would and I should remove all valuable from view). Just bummed that I had moved my very full car which I did not have the energy to empty to what seemed like a safe part of the parking lot on the upper level and later found out that’s actually where the majority of breaking happen. Wish someone had told me prior to leave it on the ground floor lit by the entrance if I was unable to empty it completely. Otherwise, it’s honestly an impeccable hotel - just great all around.
- 4/5
None
- 3/5
The air conditioning was so loud. It sounded like water was running on high above our heads all night long.
- 5/5
Hotel is beautiful, everything was clean and staff was amazing.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Didn’t seem to be a great collection of restaurants in the area. Some parts of the area looked unsafe. Otherwise, great staff and a pleasant day.
- 2/5
This is an airport hotel everyone has just flown in and they had no drinking water !! And then the receptionist acted like I was asking for the world when I wanted to buy bottled water … she begrudgingly gave us one small bottle between two people …. I def would not stay here again - crappy area and the pool is tiny and cramped … no upside
- 4/5
We use this place quite often when traveling abroad via Seatac airport. Convenient and not too close to hear all the jets coming and going.
- 5/5
The property is clean and located on a

easy check in and airport transfer
- 4/5
Nice room - convenient - efficient shuttle service
- 1/5
Very bad service, despite saying 100 times they did not do room service! When they did, it was still not cleaned properly. They just provided towels that’s it for the room service they gave! Very rude staff!
- 2/5
This property had a lot of construction on the road, ghetto neighborhood, and dirty dining area for their restaurant. Had to purchase a stay at a different resort to leave as soon as I could. Also the property charged me twice
- 2/5
bad
- 4/5
Conveniently close to the airport.
- 5/5
This is a go to spot for myself and my fiance to just get away and not worry about all the rustle and bustle of the airport it’s the perfect distance where it’s not too far so it still only takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport but not close enough to worry about hearing the planes land 24/7
- 5/5
The property is clean, safe. It's a perfect for a short or long term stay.
- 3/5
Ants were crawling all over the tub and the toilets in The bathroom.
- 4/5
Convenient to airport. Free airport shuttle with friendly drivers
- 1/5
We parked our car in the hotel parking outside. It got broken into and none of the staff seemed surprised.
- 1/5
I am not handicapped but I was assigned a handicapped room, I took a shower the next morning and it flooded the bathroom I threw down all of the towels and left the day around 9:00 am. When I came back at 6:00 pm the bathroom was still a mess and the had not been cleaned .
- 5/5
Great location and the gym has all you need
- 5/5
Nice people. Clean rooms.
- 5/5
Comfortable bed.

- 5/5
The staff was nice and helpful
- 3/5
Room Service not provided daily . Requested room service day before and it was not provided. Conditioner was empty.
- 5/5
First time in Seattle and stayed here, and it was a perfect experience for the weekend. Staff was friendly in helping with check in and scheduling airport shuttle pick up and drop off. Area isn't too bad in my opinion and located close to a bus stop the the light rail station that made exploring a breeze and affordable. Cleans rooms and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Seattle.
- 5/5
Fast & easy process
- 3/5
Shower had poor water pressure. Temperature control in the room left something to be desired. Hotel parking in the garage was limited.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Nice shuttle service
- 5/5
Nice restaurant. Great friendly staff.
- 1/5
Beware they cancelled my room after over booking
- 5/5
The place was perfect. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice and the Indian restaurant on site was fabulous!
- 4/5
We stayed a total of four days. The hotel is very nice. The only problem was the staff. Our room didn't get cleaned not once in our stay. We ran out of toilet paper and needed new towels. My husband had to go to main lobby to let them know. We still had to call them from our room to remind them on our towels and toilet paper.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. This is my second stay and it is well located with lots close by. Clean and comfortable. I thought the breakfast was poor. The choices were fine but the restaurant could do better.
- 5/5
Waitress in bar was Wonderful. Loved the location to the airport
- 2/5
cold coffee .....at 7am.....took staff over an hour to refill....and then they couldn't find any cups....none showed up in the next hour after that....finally I left...
- 2/5
The management of this hotel is not great but the staff was as accommodating as they could be under tough circumstances. We stayed 4 nights. The last night the cleaning staff simply forgot to clean our room!?!? We had no sign out not to clean the room because there wasn’t one in the room! We had a breakfast package, but because there weren’t enough servers or chefs in the back, it took us sometimes an hour to get breakfast. If you want lunch, there is nothing open in the hotel. There is a place to purchase snacks, but during the time we were there, the shelves, refrigerator, and freezer were almost empty. And there were no healthy options from the meager offerings. In addition, when we arrived to check in, there was one staff member and a very long line. In addition, there were no bottles of water to purchase. They were completely out. We had been traveling for hours and were very thirsty. If you do decide to stay here and want quiet, insist on a room at the back of the building. We were given a room at the front of the building. And even though it was on the 6th floor, the road noise kept us up all night.
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh and made to order. Other than occasional noisy neighbors, it was one of our best stays.
- 1/5
NOTHING LIKABLE .

Nice service
- 1/5
We never use this hotel again, we never recommend to anyone. We will share to all our families and friends what you did on us.
- 4/5
The hotel is newer & we enjoyed the restaurant grill onsite. The waitresses were very attentive & kind. The pool is heated, the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. We stayed for a week & had to ask for toilet paper & towels when our room hadn't been serviced on the 3rd day. Don't use your debit card to checkin. I was double charged for my room even though it had already been paid through Expedia. I spoke to several front staff members throughout the week including the manager Thomas to get the unauthorized charge returned and I am still waiting after checking out 2 days ago. I regularly stay in hotels throughout the country and I've never had that happen.
- 4/5
I like everything about this hotel, except for $20/day-night for parking.
- 3/5
Conveniently located near airport. Shuttle service was timely. Outdated but clean.
- 1/5
There were people in the room directly above us having serious issues that resulted in loud altercations and fights. During the hours between I heard pleading, threatening language, yelling. Someone was sobbing hysterically and loudly from around 2:30 a.m. until around 4:00 a.m. About 4:00 a.m. things quieted down and stayed quiet until abot 5:15
- 5/5
Free shuttle nice decor friendly staff
- 4/5
Clean large rooms
- 5/5
Great place to stay before heading to the airport!
- 1/5
they moved us to a different room shortly after checking in because they gave us a room with no air conditioning. The you cannot make your room colder than 67 where they put us. I cam home with my family all sweating. The beds where so dusty we had to dust the sheets off ourselves. There's still blood on the parking lot from the last accident that happened there. And now I don't know why I am getting an extra 50$ charge on my credit card. A place that runs this cheap should not be so expensive.
- 5/5
Airport shuttle is fast
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
Just stayed one night, hotel was great, the bar and food was mediocre
- 4/5
Hotel was just a short distance from the airport, it was clean and has a restaurant on site. About 25 mins from the cruise port.
- 1/5
Old and run down. Had to wait for more than 1 hour for airport shuttle bus.
- 5/5
Bathroom was spacious and toiletries were good.

Easy check in, comfortable night's sleep and seamless early AM airport drop off! only thing better would have been a free breakfast.

- 5/5
Nice hotel convenient for overnight stay before flying out. Amazing Indian restaurant onsite. Nice staff.
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 5/5
The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. We felt safe.
- 4/5
Clean rooms but the surrounding area didn’t feel safe
- 4/5
Traveling with handicapped mother. I must not have asked for wheelchair accommodation but was able to get her in and out of room and bathroom with little difficulty. One of my keys did not work and my mom was in the bathroom when I left to see if I could get a bag to put her dirty clothes in. I panicked when my key didn’t work and the housekeeper would not let me I. Or check herself with my mom to make sure it was okay for me to go I . My mom was eventually able to get herself off of the toilet and unlocked the door for me
- 5/5
First time here. The night desk agent was awesome. She noted the “special” request on my hotels.com reservation and gave great customer service. Room was comfy. The morning staff were engaged and friendly. Breath of fresh air. Excellent Indian food in the restaurant off the lobby. Fun place.
- 5/5
We ( 4 couples) had just completed an Alaskan cruise and needed a place to spend one night to chill before a long day travel. We ordered pizza and ate by the pool where we sat and relaxed for hours. It was a beautiful hotel and I highly recommend it.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Clean standard hotel near the airport
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay. My only gripe is the room has no microwave
- 3/5
Has smell
- 1/5
I didn’t get to stay Saturday.
- 4/5
The Indian Food restaurant was a turn off. After a long haul flight we were starved and wanted to sit down for a late dinner but the host at the door was unfriendly, wouldn’t show us a written menu, ( I couldn’t scan the QR code, my phone wasn’t hooked up to the hotel internet). He seemed unwelcoming so we purchased some snacks from the hotel lobby instead of dining in the restaurant. Disappointing.
