Good for low income

We were three married couples all around 62 years of age traveling together on vacation. We had three separate rooms that I reserved at the same time. The rooms were ready and in good shape when we arrived. There were plenty of towels and everything worked as it should. No complaints or concerns and would definitely staying there again in the future.

I asked for non smoking but the room was still smell smoke and the aircon is to noisy we cannot sleep we have to turn off so we can get some sleeps. No shampoo & conditioner. The beds looks nice at the pictures but in person the bed are not comfortable.

Property is older but the rooms have been updated. Overall a great stay for a quick trip, where we did not need anything fancy, just a good place to sleep. Loved the coffee shop practically in the parking lot.

Overall, clean room and comfortable bed but not much else. There is a gas station nearby and a Safeway grocery store open until midnight just over a mile away.

While the staff were friendly and helpful, the property itself was not well maintained. We just wanted a place to sleep before our early night. At 1 am, we were awoken by screaming in the parking lot by a large group of people. While that’s not the motel fault, very uncomfortable about what was about to happen a hundred feet from our door. Staff was apologetic the next morning when we reported what happened when checking out, however, not a good nights rest at all.

Property is run down. Room was fine, it didn't have a hair dryer and we called the front desk and said we would have to come and get it because he was doing paperwork. The ice machine is currently broken. I came to the conclusion people live at this property. People were smoking weed outside of the rooms. Location was okay, there were two chains on my door if that tells you anything. I paid $92 for one night and I should have booked a hotel a few miles closer to Seatac.

Best Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I stayed here twice on one trip: once after flying in late and then came back as a base camp to visit Seattle for a day. I decided that I would rather stay here than in the city because of how clean and safe it was (and couldn’t beat the price anywhere else!). Just an overall great stay.

This is the best Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at. The room was clean, everything worked, had the essentials, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at 2:00 am after a long day at the airport. I ended up stayed here twice on one trip.

Surprisingly clean motel 6. However, do not expect much. No shampoo or conditioner available. Bring your own. Very clean. Staff is friendly. My room did not have a chair for the desk, asked for one on our first day, 4th day in - still no chair.

Good location — right next to a coffee shop and gas station, which was super convenient. I felt pretty safe here as a solo traveler. The room was clean, and the service was great. Bathroom could've used a little extra cleaning, but for the price, I really couldn't complain. Solid budget option.

Towels were too small and thin. Bed was on wheels so it kept rolling away from the head board.

Any issues were resolved promptly, the manager was extremely helpful, we had a minor issues when they were cleaning the exterior and my cost were covered. Overall it was a good experience. I would say you will hear traffic from the major roadway, and the laundry units are hit and miss when it comes to how well they work.

The property was okay. The receptionist however was very rude. Had to stand for an hr outside the office to check in because the doors were locked and there were no signs. Pressed the bell and called for an hr. No one came or bothered to pick the phone. Later when she finally unlocked the door she was visibly irritated and asked “if it was a crime to take lunch break”?!

This was a really good deal. It was clean and pretty quiet for being right off the road.

Clean room and big ADA bathroom is a plus. Property is clean. Staff nice and courteous. Close to SeaTac is a big bonus. Ample ADA parking.

Decent room for the price. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you have an extended stay. They will not clean your room unless you ask them to while you're staying there. It took them 24 hours to respond to our request for cleaning. Other than that, it was one of the best Motel 6's I've been to.

There was not a coffee pot nor a hairdryer in the unit. Lots of outside noise, loud cars racing around parking lot at 2am. Smoke smelled room. Lots of people outside smoking and spears some live at the motel. Broken down cars in the parking lot with people working on them. Won’t stay again even if it is cheap. I didn’t feel safe.

Rooms were very clean, comfy beds, good places to walk the dogs, even quiet that close to airport and freeway. Would stay here again for easy airport access.

It’s a Motel 6. I slept ok. Wasn’t too loud. Felt safe. Convenient to airport. Door to outside didn’t close completely, bathroom sink very slow to drain. Had issues for my taste however, I booked there.

Super convenient and close to SeaTac Airport. Great staff check in was so easy and fast. The showers are great way above average.

The Staff and Management are superb.

Sadly, no free breakfast, only coffee during the day, but there are a couple of sparsely stocked vending machines, and a Shell station mini-mart just across the parking lot. Drive-thru Bigfoot Java right next door with a nice selection of specialty coffees along with your regular espresso drinks and pastries. I was temporarily displaced at the time and I stayed a week. It was very restful and away from the madding crowd. I recommend booking thru Expedia for the best rate. I had a two queen bed, lots of light facing the courtyard. Unfortunately, no coffee machine in the room, the only room amenities being a mini-fridge and a microwave. Nice long, deep bath with hot water at just the right temperature just right for a good, long soak with Epsom salts. I didn't try the shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and mini soap bars provided. Iron and ironing board in room, not sure about a hair dryer (I'm bald, so I don't notice that). No restaurant nor room service, but there are a variety of restaurants not more than a ten minute drive away. I recommend highly for a good night's rest lounging in bed watching TV (no premium channels, just local and basic cable}. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, enabling me to get some work done and keep connected.

For a Motel 6 the room was surprisingly large and very new and clean. The bed was a bit swayed, I could tell more people slept on the left side than the right. But it was still very comfortable. Checking and out was super easy. I didn’t use, or even see, the pool as it was mid April but there was one. And it’s really in a great location. You don’t even have to get on the interstate from the car rental bays. You can see Mount Rainer from the parking lot. Will definitely stay there again.

It was a great stay and I like that they also do cash deposit. My only issue is that I feel like they should also have a manager at the site at all times. Because of how I paid my deposit I was unable to get it back because there was no one on site who could open the register. I was told no one who could open it would not be onsite until 10 am. My flight was at 6 am. So I am upset I wasn't able to get my deposit. But that was my only issue.

The room was clean. The linens were clean. There were some small tiny ants in the bathroom, but I didn’t see any anywhere else. The showerhead was absolutely amazing. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a microwave in a fridge. The ice machine didn’t work, but the washer and dryers were cheap and available for 24 hour use and you could pay with an app.We did have a little trouble with getting housekeeping service but when we did, they did a very good job. At night, the lights around the entire building were like stadium lights, which made me feel very safe. overall, I would stay here again and would recommend this place to others.

This is NOT a place to stay if you want to feel safe! There is a sticker on the back of the door that states for you safety bolt the door. There are cameras every where. A car was broken into during my stay. Obvious drug use. The water pressure was amazing and the drive through coffee spot was amazing but doesn’t make up for feeling unsafe and the horrible smelling room. Do not stay here

They have recently remolded this property. It is very clean with a new feel. The staff was very helpful as I had a bit of trouble checking in but they were so patient. I would definitely recommend & go back again.

The room was one of the cleanest ive seen at a motel 6.

They allow airport parking so there was no place left for guests to park! Had to park in handicap parking, someone parked pretty close behind me. Also, “blankets” are so thin I was freezing and there were dirty towels that looked like they’d been used to clean vomit just sitting outside someone’s door all night.

The persons above me were moving furniture, sweeping floors, opening doors and pacing till 4 am. I kept being woken up and when i called the front desk about the noise, no one answered. Its close to the airport and great coffee close by but not a good nights sleep.

Newly remodeled so everything in the room from top to bottom was brand new. The fixtures, furniture, hardwood floors, appliances etc. were all brand new. Quiet little place. Very budget friendly. Also pet friendly. The are still in the process of remodeling so you might see or hear a few extra construction workers around the property.

So, I want to start with what went well. The room was clean and as advertised. In a vacuum, no problem with that. However the hotel wifi was using such an old, insecure network my laptop wouldn't even allow me to use it and I kept getting alerts that I would be vulnerable over the connection. I was prepared for noise being near an airport, but there was this loud, gurgling noise in the plumbing all night along with another noise I couldn't identify the source of. I got a real poor nights sleep. For just a place to crash after a party, it was fine but I couldn't imagine spending more than that here.

We always stop here, we feel a lot safer at this location than on the SeaTac strip. There is construction right next to our room, so that was noisy. Other than that all is good.

My biggest issue was the musty, moldy smell of the room. It was really bad. But I was too tired to ask for a different room. Also, typical with a cheap motel like this, the towels were thin and grainy. However, the bed linens were fine. No shampoo or conditioner, just the tiny Motel 6 brand soaps. The service at this motel was very good. Very courteous always available behind the desk. The surroundings are a bit sketchy; didn't feel super safe, but never felt unsafe either. The gas station and coffee shop right next door were a great feature. Super close to the freeway. Basically, you get what you pay for. And I would recommend this place if you are trying to save money.

On the outside it's a typical Motel 6. However I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the room was.

what a pleasant suprise, never would guess this was a "Motel 6". The room was immaculent. So clean, fresh and newly remodeled. Plus, 10 min from the airport. Not much in the area, but a steal for the price.

We requested a non-smoking room and they didn’t honor our request. The room smelled like Lysol and smoke.

Newly renovated room - cleanest Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in. Only complaint was that the grounds are still neglected, but are cleaner and in better condition than I remember. Front desk staff were professional and efficient.

The hotel room was new and updated. The room was very clean, the beds were nice and the bathroom was clean and soap and towels were nice. The outside of the hotel was dirty, there were homeless people roaming around, people with lawn chairs in the walkway smoking. Garbage was overflowing into the parking lot from the dumpster. You have to take the stairs up to the second floor and people were milling around on them. Hotel rooms are great. Location is questionable. I would not stay here alone or with small children.

The location and cleanliness were great. The room was spacious. Unfortunately, the traffic noise was unbearable. We left the hotel at 3 am and headed to the airport. I know they probably won't put in sound proof windows so if you go be prepared for the noise.

This Motel 6 is a notch above most of the others, with comfortable beds, good service and a mini-fridge and microwave. The room was clean, and the property is 10 minutes from the airport with a 24/7 espresso drive-thru next door. Young man who checked me in was friendly and helpful.

It was clean, and that is very important, but it sounded like there was a file cabinet for a box spring under the mattress. It is not a new property, but for the price it was exactly what I needed.

The room smelled like mildew and there was dog hair on the bathroom door and walls. There was a clump of hair stuck in the bed and the tables were sticky.

Even with note on door to NOT go in, even in Spanish which is all that service here speaks.. they still came in the room stating it’s their policy to go in literally to go in whenever they want.. on extending they forced me to have someone come in again.. I am paying for a hotel.. NOT a dorm room and not my parents house.. you take a deposit.. the deposit is there in case anything happens.. do NOT harass people.

Honestly, I would stay there again, completely clean!

I would not recommend this motel to anyone. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a strong, unpleasant odor. The room was dirty and felt completely unclean — like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. To make matters worse, the family in the room next to us was yelling and fighting loudly, making it impossible to relax or feel safe. I asked the front desk to move us, hoping for some peace and quiet, but we were given another room directly above the same fighting family. The noise didn’t stop, till 1:30 AM.and we didn’t feel safe staying there. Looks like this is a stay for homeless people that was founded by social services or so. I wish I can post pictures I took here. Just avoid that place.

It was dirty with people sitting outside our room. Our key did not work and when we went back to the front desk the door was locked with a "be back in 45 minutes" sign. I tried to call but no answer- so we waited 45 minutes in the parking lot to get the problem resolved. The person at check in reissued us keys (that worked) but no apology for the inconvenience.

We chose this Motel to be South of Seattle and for easy access to I-5. Our check in was quick and the desk clerk was friendly. We arrived right at check in time (3:00). When we opened the door to our room, we are hit with a pretty foul odor. It kind of smelled like sewage. We were going to an event in Seattle, so we decided to just try and ignore the odor, got ready in about 30 minutes, and left. We got back to our room at about midnight and the smell was still awful. We slept for a bit and checked out early in the morning. At least the price wasn't bad.

Overall great experience, it’s a good place to rest, very clean and comfortable

The staff and room is excellent. No frills but clean room to sleep. The area around does not have much. One gas station and one small place to eat but closes so no late night option. Sandwiches at gas station were not good. They were stale and soggy. Some People were little sketchy but did not feel unsafe. It is safe area but for the price you see all kinds of people. I would stay again as I usually sleep to fly in and out of Seattle and for that purpose room is clean and nice.

Im ok with old but i would have paid $200 more to stay somewhere else. Worst place Ive ever stayed.

Some other guests were very noisy (revving their V8 motors?) at around 2am, and the road was a bit noisy, but not a problem to us. Importantly not really the motel’s fault. A perfectly good stay.

Feels unsafe around motel area. Lot of shady patrons hanging around in parking lot area. looks like some patrons stay here for longer stays. Assigned me smoking room initially which I had to change. Lot of weed smoke smell in parking lot and around the rooms. Place looks borderline shady

Facility was filthy, room smelled line cat urine upon check-in. Toilet was plugged, flowed over, when reported to office a toilet plunger was provided for myself to "fix the problem". When plunging did not fix the issue maintenance did fix the issue but did not clean up the dirty towels or mop the floor.

Sage at the front desk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were okay for a Motel 6 but the table was old and scratched up and the chairs were old and one had paint drippings on it. Right next to the I5 so there's traffic noise. I had ear plugs and a sound machine so it wasn't too bad. Didn't hear many airplanes just I5 traffic. Stayed 2 nights and my room wasn't serviced. About 15-20 minutes from Seattle. For the price it was okay. Bed was okay but not comfy. Exterior is very run down with dead grass etc.. Pool is closed. If I had young kids I wouldn't stay there. Some shady people. For me it worked okay.

Our room was SATURATED in smoke. It was the only room left and I could not even sleep in the bed. Everything reeked. It was disgusting

We stayed there for 7 days. Not really a long stay in the room place. Visiting family so less important to us. Ample parking, friendly staff. Limited option there for much but a coffee drive thru ( excellent) and gas station. You’ll need a car to go out dining. Conveniently located next to Hwy 5. Great for short stay or to sleep. Pool was closed.

We had to wait in a long line outside when we checked in after midnight. Then when we got to our room, there were no pillows at all in the room. And there was a huge gap in the door when it was closed, so it didn’t seem safe and it wasn’t quiet.
