Staff or managers are rude, they live on site and they're always checking on you. Rooms are old and dirty, mold and smelly.

Everything was fine mainly, but the bed was a bit creaky and i would have preffered a thicker blanket. The parking lot is also a bit tricky. Otherwise fine. Nothing was really impressive but nothing was bad.

The bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty. The towels were dirty. Room was dirty and had a foul odor.

Rude day time staff refused to open night window during day.

Quick check in process. They asked for a security deposit, cash or card accepted. Our room was very nice & very clean. The property had alot of parking space & was easy to get in & out of. We only stayed one night but look forward to staying there again on future travels.

My husband and I stayed 1 night and the room was spacious, clean and comfy. I really appreciate how clean everything was and the check in and check out was fast and easy and the staff was really friendly.

Firstly… looks good online but in person needs a lot of upgrades. I kept getting locked out my room because the cheap key cards kept the magnetizing even when it’s not next to anything so I had to go to the office get another one. It happened 5 times within the two day stay. There was MOLD in the refrigerator. I didn’t see at first Until later after food went bad from no electricity annd no air condition. On the second day, the electricity went out so I had no choice, but to pack up check out as soon as possible, and the manager didn’t offer a refund. No basic amenities like an ice machine. Had an old disconnected phone in drawer wit spider webs and dirty Qtips. So I couldn’t even call for service. I purchased it through hotels.com but unfortunately, they couldn’t get an approval from the hotel to give me a refund so I paid for what I got… A unpleasant stay!!!

This is my go to room when I traveling for business are leisure ! Never disappoints and very friendly nice staff and all rooms are very spacious and nice !

It was a nice elegant room and it was very clean & spacious even tho it seemed small. It was an excellent random choice with it being my first time staying in Downey area. Great customer service fast quick I would recommend it to family & friends 10/10

The owner is very rude the wife is not I had roaches in my room thankfully I only saw them 1 night out of 4 I stayed. There’s no microwave only fridge. The area around is nice and safe but I won’t stay here again

The pictures lie. When I went into my room there was hair all over the floor and the towels had brown and yellow stains on them. They also forced a $50 dollar deposit at check in. The bed was so nasty I ended up leaving and finding another place to stay. A total waste of money.

This place is very convenient for your travels and it is very quiet and clean place

The rooms are small but very clean. The place was quite which we liked. The price was within range of where you are staying. Didn't care much for the required $50 cash deposit which is returned once they have key back and inspected the room. Be sure to hang your room sign on door for Maid Service or they don't come in the room.

I booked a night at this hotel. Three days prior to the stay my partner and I got sick and had a confirmed case of COVID. I immediately contacted the hotel, and tried to cancel my reservation, but they said my $200 /night stay was non refundable. They said there was nothing they could do. They were more willing to risk exposing their staff to COVID, than refunding my money. This shows me they do not care about the well being and safety of their employees. This was highly disappointing and disturbing. I will never book with this hotel ever again!

I stayed here on and off and let me just say room are clean ,very quiet location and the staff is amazing I just hate that due to Covid housekeeping is not available but other than that if you wanna get away for a couple of days this is the spot

This place looks nice but once inside it was disgusting not clean at all and all 3 of the staff were very rude and disrespectful should really not be working with the public acting the way they did. I will never stay here again.

The property was well kept up, seemed to be safe, very peaceful and quiet.

The location was great. Right next to the freeway for easy travel. It looked like it was managed by a family who stay on the property. When asked for extra blanket and pillow they were very accommodating. The rooms were remodeled and looked good. My only issue was with the heater, I wanted the fan to always be on but it would shut off at times but that could have been user error. All in a it was a pleasant experience

Very bates motel. The owners are rude and emotionless plus they live above the property and monitor your every move. That is after they photo copy your credit card and threaten to charge it. They don’t ask for a deposit but they photocopy your ID and credit card and threaten you with a finger pointed at your face. I felt very uneasy. However the room was nice minus the non working TV

Surprisingly nice rooms that exceeded expectations! I think rooms were just remodeled- very modern, clean and well kept- especially compared to the outside older look of the property. My only complaint is that our room was close to the street and the cars zooming past on this main thoroughfare were very noisy. Ask for a room near the main office so it is further away from the street.

It was fine. Clean, mostly quiet, and convenient to food and highway. I likely will stay elsewhere for the same or slightly less, but I did find this place completely acceptable.

The guy who runs this property is kind of rude. Overall, it was an ok experience. Our bathroom was remodeled.

Disliked the customer service

I have never had a horrible experience as worse as this one. The Indian couple running this place harassed me the entire 4 nights I stayed there. Watching me discrimination against me and my friends. The man sat in front of my hotel room and watched us for hours. I have a 4 year old daughter and she told me she get uncomfortable by that man. The floor was dirty turned our feet black. Spiders in the room. Mattress was terrible and needs to be replaced. As I was leaving with my friend for breakfast on my last morning there at 9am the Management couple approached us and asked us to check out now. I had to tell them I’m getting breakfast and I’ll be back to check out by 11. How is this ok? Why is hotels telling me this is a 4-5 star hotel when really on google it’s a 2 star. I’m a busy woman I depend on hotels to give me a decent hotel and not lie about the stars!
