    I wasn’t aware that maid service was done every two days. I expected the room to be serviced. I had no clean towels or have to reuse the ones I left on the floor. I had to request clean towels that evening. The Hôtel needs to specify that there is no daily maid service in their lobby or on the web site. That was the only main issue I had, otherwise it was quiet and comfortable. They offer continental breakfast which was a plus. Unfortunately I will not be visiting that specific Hôtel in the future.

    Room was really clean and well stocked with towels. Staff was friendly and attentive. We got the upgraded room with the hot tub and that was a fun experience. Water was actually pretty hot too. And the breakfast wasn’t to skimpy. Had lots of juice and yogurt to get me thru the day!

    Everything went smooth when booking a suite! The front staff LAX was a nice gentleman who was very welcoming and friendly with us ! We received breakfast included in the morning and it was delicious and had multiple choicew coffee was great we had a great night in Quality inn I recommend this place 10/10 !!! Thank you !!!

    The location is very good, near everything. The breakfast was just ok, I wish they had good coffee. The coffee from the machine was horrible. The towels in the room felt old the bed wasn't very comfortable.

    The room had no smoking signs yet upon arrival the room smelled of cigarettes. The area is nice there was plenty prostitutes in the hotel. The desk staff was very friendly I loved her attitude she was kind and friendly. The breakfast area was overly packed with people and didn’t have a variety of dishes to choose from. The bedding was dirty burn holes were in the furniture as well. I would not recommend this location to anyone and due to me having a busy day I didn’t actually check in until 5 pm. If my schedule wasn’t already complex with different appointments I would’ve left upon arrival.

    This place was not worth the about they charge and they are able to do it because they sell out frequently for the limited rooms that are available because the hotel is so small. This is not the kind of hotel you would want to take your kids to stay if you catch my drift. Random people with backpacks standing around the hotel hanging out outside. The staff is excellent but the rooms are filthy, the towels are nasty, I was itching the whole time I was there and checked out practically a night early because i couldn’t stand being there. The front desk people were excellent but they really gotta do something with the cleanliness. The carpet in the rooms are disgusting.

The door to our room was dented from top to bottom on both the front and back of the door, showing that someone was possibly trying to break in at some point, or something else that was serious took place. The room smelt of smoke and there were cigarette burns all over the carpet. There was a smashed fly on the wall, and the bedding was completely filthy. Not sure if it had been changed after the last guest. There was old food stuck to the lamp base and the lamp shade itself was all smashed. They only had one other room available and it was just as dirty as the first. I am not high maintenance with high expectations, but this is where I draw the line. I immediately left the hotel and stayed somewhere else. When I say this place is bad, I mean it’s badddd. I had my 2 little kids with me so I couldn’t trust it. I couldn’t even take pictures. I just had to get out of there. I wish had though. I went back through the prior reviews, and most of the positive reviews were written by ‘Anonymous” which makes me believe the property owner wrote them. When the review stated a name, it was typically a negative review.

    The location was great. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Dirty! Everything was dirty and stained. The comforter on the bed was stained. The curtains were stained. The door was dirty and hard to close. The bathroom mirror had letters that had been scratched into it. I couldn’t make out what it said. The worse thing was the carpet. The red stains on it looked like blood to me. I slept in my clothes and did not shower. Worse hotel I have ever stayed in.

    As soon as I walked into the office, the receptionist was helpful, fast and thorough. When I walked into the room, it was clean, looked tidy. The fridge worked well and the hair dryer did as well. It was comfy and looked more expensive than what it was. Loved it and would love to stay there again.

    Breakfast was OK, not fancy but decent. My room was a little bit unclean, had a corner behind the door that had never been cleaned, and there was water damage above that corner. The texture on the wall was peeling off. The fan in the restroom did not work, and there was no shampoo in the dispenser.

    So many places to eat at and felt safe the entire trip, was not worried about leaving my car either as there are plenty of security cameras overseeing the lot, only concern was my room door didn’t look like it would fully close, even though it was, the light coming in through the crack and the door lock not going into the slot let me know it wasn’t a fully closed door which concerned people could hear conversations going inside or peep through the crack, otherwise will definitely be returning

    Honestly everything in the rooms was broken, lamps broken. The ceiling had rain stains. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The neighbors in the other room were super loud the whole night and they kept on talking loud, coming in and out of the room. A lot of tweaked out people. Yes the price is low but not worth it.

    The second room was much better, it looked and smelled clean. That said, the rooms overall are outdated and in need of upgrades. The window next to the main entry door was broken (split in two), and the door handle occasionally jammed when trying to open it from either side. Bathroom Door Frame broken; hard to close the door. Establishment has courtesy dispensers for lotion & shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms that were very low or empty (not a big deal, we had our own) On the plus side, if you're a light sleeper, the climate control worked great, wasn’t too loud, and helped keep the room comfortable. We stayed 2 nights, & on the 2nd night we were awakened by loud music from a room above ours around 4am & they played music through 7am. For a last-minute trip, it wasn’t terrible, but if I’d had more time, I probably would have chosen a different place.

    Staff was wonderful and check in was quick and easy good direction on how to get to our room and time of breakfast and check out, at first room looks neatly and clean everything in place, opening closet door we found belongings of previous guests, also in drawers, in the restroom you could see little blood splattered on the wall and ceiling, we didn’t wanted to go back to lobby and ask for a new room we had our kids tired and sleeping I got my cleaning wipes and decided to disinfect the room myself, our sheets and blankets and pillows where clean the bed was nice and comfortable.

    I didn’t like that it was smelly, lamp in room was broken, there was some roach coming out of the ac unit, the microwave was all rust and that is unhealthy. The fridge was rusty too and didn’t get that cold. I ask for towels for my daughter in-law and myself and they only gave me two. They didn’t take the trash out for the two nights I spent there. I will never stay in this place ever again.

    The room was also smaller than expected. Everything was old, rusted, and dirty. When I arrived for my late check-in, there was no one at the front desk. The smell of marijuana was pervasive throughout the hotel, and I heard women running up and down the hallways laughing, some of whom were crying. The lock on my door was a joke. It was held up with a folded cardboard and a screw. I have pictures of the lock, but I’m not sure how to add them to this message. This hotel is not appropriate for families or anyone traveling alone. I wouldn’t leave my dog alone here. In these types of places, complaining won’t help; it only makes you look like a troublemaker. I’m so glad I brought my own locks for the doors and self-defense items. Otherwise, I would have slept in my car. Oh almost forgot the continental free breakfast. You are better off door dashing. The juice dispenser never worked. The milk for cereal was gross. I only took the yogurt waffle and a fruit during my stay.

    Unfortunately, I prepaid for the rooms and I have been trying to see if we can work out refund some way since I had 5 rooms for 3 nights and we didn’t even stay one night but the managers have been avoiding me and not even trying to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and it is sad since I have been a Choice Member for over 15 years.

    Unfortunately, I didn’t get the room I requested and thought I paid for. I clearly selected the room with a hot tub and when I arrived that was not the room I received! My only reason for selecting this hotel was for the hot tub in the room. I was very disappointed. I hate purchasing through a 3rd party because it always a problem and it’s too many people to go through to find a resolution!

    Rooms were in very poor condition. Has terrible smell. The carpets were all dirty. The first room they tried to put me in was broken the door did not even lock. The was blood on the carpet and walls it had a very dirty smell. Second room was even worse. Finally the last room wasn't as bad. I had no choice but agree to that one. The pillow cases had blood stains on them so i could not use them walls had blood stains bath room switch was dirty blood smudges on the wall. I definitely felt unsafe when i walked into the room there was a guys watching my every move from the parking lot. When i went back down to my car to get my water he was still there watching me all the way back to the room. I could not sleep.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also in a convenient location. Unfortunately, the other guests were really loud both nights. The facility and furniture was older looking and there was stains on the towels. The room did not seem like it was kept very clean as there wasn’t even tissue paper on day one. The food options were limited. In a pinch, it’s a good and safe place. I would just caution folx who need a good rest and enjoy quiet places.

    Could not connect to the wi-fi. The toilet seat was loose and very small. The vending machine did not work. Cable lights had rust on them. The desk chair was broken. Would not adjust to different heights

    Everything in the room was broken or dirty, we asked for towels and they never came. We had to clean the to clean the whirlpool bath tub and a bunch of black mold came out. Absolutely disgusting

    Staff is not good at all as they made to wait for 1.3 hrs to get my bathroom unlocked, as it was locked & they didn’t had master keys. Breakfast also not much items. Overall, not right choice to stay.

    Area is okay because there’s restaurants across the street. Large number of homeless people in the area. Parking lot was very small with very limited parking spots too. There was a homeless man sleeping outside in the hall 2 doors down and was not removed by management/security because he was still there in the morning. The man had also soiled himself multiple times because the whole are smelled like intense urine. Price was good but I definitely will pay more next time to stay at a different hotel.

    The room needs repair. The air conditioner , although cool, sounded like a jet engine and louder all night long. The carpet was very much in need of cleaning . The drawers in the dresser slid out randomly, making it a hazard during the night. When we asked for coffee packets for the room they were never delivered . I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone .

    At arrival, 1:35 am, there was a homeless man in the hallway, which felt very unsafe. Once entering the room, the first impression was the unkempt, dingy condition of the room, stained, filthy carpet, stained towels, a faucet that leaked half of the bathroom upon opening the faucet (which is something the staff should have immediately noticed if they clean the bathroom), dingy shower curtain, strands of hair in the sheets, making us feel we needed to find a different facility in which to stay but it was 1:30 in the morning. Next morning I talked to the manager, Kane, who addressed the issue and had the room thoroughly cleaned, He assured me that all would be improved, which he did. Kane’s gentlemanly demeanor and his assurance are the reason we stayed. Although we did stay, no hotel/motel room should negatively shock a guest upon arrival. This facility needs updating, new carpeting, overall care, clean towels, new doors (present day doors are falling apart). The hotel ratings show 4 although I would rate it as 1. My recommendation-IMPROVE all conditions of the “Quality” Inn.

    The lock on my door didnt work. I let staff know and they said to push the chair in front of the door and they would fix it the next day and they never did. The housekeeping crew never stopped by the room to take out trash or offer me clean towels. There was also a creepy man who was hiding around the corner of my room and would jump out when i came out of my room and scare me. They did call the police to remove him but i did feel very unsafe.

    The hotel service was amazing. But unfortunately someone broke into my bf car and stole some expensive automotive equipment. They have cameras there but not in the part of the parking lot where we were parked. They call the police there all the time on the individual but they never arrest them. No sense in filing a police report. But the hotel staff and manager were very helpful and understanding about our late check out trying to get to the bottom of things.

    This hotel is probably for the locals to commit crimes. You could hear the caos at night and people knocking and trying to enter the room where I had my daughter. The room was extremely dirty and disgusting. There was old beer behind a couch, floors are full of stains and restroom looks like it’s something out of a scary movie. Curtains don’t close completely and there is weird holes in the walls and ceilings, Please avoid at all costs. I didn’t have a house but to stay there.

    It was very horrible it felt unsafe. Room looked dirty door was loose. People in the parking lot that were not staying in the hotel. A guy was standing next to our room door when we got there. I would never stay there again. It looked very sketchy. The whole place looked like it was about to fall apart. The smell was horrendous!!!

    This place was the WORST place I’ve ever booked (HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE) I do not recommend this place to anyone. POOR customer service. To keep it short let me explain, someone try to break into my room, management at the time care less about the issue. Of course I didn’t stayed to find out who was trying to break in, imagine that happening to you in the middle of the night! I did not feel safe in that place after that HUGE and TERRIBLE incident., Who would! Please don’t stay in this place ever.

    I was so disappointed in this hotel. It is very unsanitized. There were bugs and cockroaches inside the room. Stained linens and towels. Floor carpets were sticky. Breakfast is just basic. All in all I will avoid this place at all cost. Never again and I will recommend to just book somewhere else.

    Very old dirty carpeting with smoking hole burns and orange stains on the carpet by the sink area. The towels were very thin and looked like cleaning rags. We didn’t have internet during our visit and no one knew why. Repairs in the room were done very sloppy with clumps of caulk showing. Very outdated and on one of the photos on the wall looked very dirt in the frame or it might have been moldy. Read the other reviews on this property before booking. The manager was supposed to call by us about the internet bb issue and it’s been a week and he has not called. Will never stay here again.

    The woman when I checked in was very hospitable however the rooms were not what the pictures showed. I paid over $750 for 2 rooms 2 nights and 1 room didn’t have a jetted tub. The one that did didn’t work until the next day when someone came to fix it. Also there was no cable tv in the same “suite” room, which never got fixed. The creamer in the room was so old it wouldn’t dissolve, and the air conditioner went off and on but was so loud it kept me up. So disappointing and I talk to the manager he said he would credit back my card but that it would go to Expedia???

    The sheets had holes in them and there were no extra towels. The jacuzzi tub in the room was also a little broken. I would probably not go back to this Quality Inn. 😞
