Everything was good just that not having a microwave in ur room is weird I've never had stayed in a hotel were you had to go to the lobby to use it. And just one for everyone at least a more than one but yeah that not good at all.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We loved our 1st stay so we came back. This place is great. Clean rooms, good parking, property is always clean, hot breakfast is good too. The staff is friendly & helpful.

We stayed here a few days ago for a family graduation. Staff was great up until our check out time. We were running a bit late checking out, Deborah calls our room and very rudely says “it’s time to go!” I told her we had just checked out and were gathering our items.. she repeated it again. Very rude. Everyone else was great. She needs to learn to be nicer even on bad days.

When we arrived, and got our room heater was out. We noticed the front desk and she very promptly found us another room without question. She was very helpful, kind and pleasant and was genuinely concerned about getting us a room so we could get to sleep.. we woke up the next day and had a very good breakfast with extremely kind hotel staff making sure the dining room was very clean and well stocked..

I seriously loved this hotel. Our stay felt super safe, very clean and the yummiest breakfast. We had housekeeping 3 days out of the 6 that we stayed there and they were the best. I have zero complaints and will definitely make my way back when I’m LA again. Thanks you for everything!!

We had a problem with the lock not working properly when we brought it to the front desk’s attention we felt like we were bothering the lady. She did give us option to switch rooms but just the way it was said to us was not very friendly. I believe if you work in a costumer service environment the skills could be way better.

The proximity to highway. Friendly workers. Breakfast lady was on top of everything. The room had all the essentials to not go asking front desk. Like iron and board,hair dryer,full body mirror. How you can hear people above and by side of your room.

The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and professional. This was my second time staying there. First time I had several issues and even had to switch rooms. I thought it was a one off thing so gave them another chance. This time when I walked into the room I immediately noticed there were stains on the bedding, the room had a bad odor that they tried and failed to cover with Frebreze. They even left the Frebreze container in the room by the door. The AC only have worked. The bathroom was dirty. Will not give them a third chance.

The room was clean and we had housekeeping everyday. We were close to the pool for the boys. Breakfast was good. Well when we checked in on Tuesday. The lady asked if we got her massage and i just got it. So here my problem. When I booked the hotel through booking.com it was the great price. I called the hotel and talked with a man and I asked him if they used gift cards cause I been collecting then and I had like enough to pay for our stay. I asked if I should download them to my bw app he said no just bring them in that they can do it in office. Plus he noted my account so whoever checks us in. But when I got there the lady said we are sorry that the manager said we can’t use them them cause we booked through a third party cause they prepaid for the room but when I booked it ask to pay at hotel. So I was upset about it. If I have known this before I got there I would’ve booked closer to where I was going to be at with the boys… So they need to train all there employees about the rules…

This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would probably stay there again The room, property, pool and hot tub were all very clean. The breakfast included hot food like potatoes and sausage and eggs. The pillows were extra comfortable and the bed was comfortable enough. Don’t stay here expecting a 3 1/2 star hotel, but for a budget traveler this exceeds any 2 1/2 star hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Room was nice and clean. It had a table to be able to eat. Pool was nice and clean as well. Definitely worth the price and more. And the breakfast had a lot of options. Would stay here again!

From the moment I checked in I was pleased. The young man was friendly and easy to check in. The staff was literally mopping the side walk the floors were immaculate. When we walked in the room the air was on for us. That helped a lot because it was 100 this weekend. There was no musty smell to the room. The breakfast each morning was delicious so many choices the potatoes were bomb and I loved the option of yogurt parfait. So yummy and the staff did not stop working the entire time. I will definitely recommend the Norwalk Inn Best Western. Very happy visit.

After I check the hotel around 11am , I want cancel reservation and talked with receptionist but she told me cannot be refund . Rooms were nice. Plenty of parking. Staff were all so nice and helpful. The business next door has an automated alarm system that tells trespassers to vacate the premises. Woke me up twice. Only frustration with our stay.

Was pleasantly surprised at the nicely updated room. The breakfast of mini-pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage & potatoes was awesome each morning with coffee & OJ. Spending a few minutes in the hot tub was the perfect way to complete a long day!

Breakfast was definitely helpful. The non-smoking room still smelled smokey. We switched to a second room which smelled similarly. It forced us to leave the AC on all night to get some ventilation. Woke up with a headache because of the smoke. Definitely gives off motel vibes but at hotel prices.

The first night was terrible because the people in the next room were noisy. At about 2 a.m. the couple in that room began to argue. I did the complained to the front desk by phone about the incident. The next morning after getting very little sleep, I registered my complaint again in person. The Front Desk Clerk said that they were being evicted later. The rest of the time was fine.

The staff were absolutely wonderful - friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my stay. However, one downside was the strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. It was noticeable and a bit uncomfortable at times as I could smell it while in my room. Great service deserves a better environment.

The Best Western Norwalk hotel we stayed on Firestone Blvd.was "EXCELLENT"the staff member ( Iyvett) when We first checked in at Front Desk was Wonderful 👍😊 She was VERY EFFICIENT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WE REALLY APPRECIATE IT HER HELP 👍and Deborah was also another very nice staff member. we really appreciated all the service and their Help with anything we needed. Very well placed and easy to access location. HUGE pool that was very clean. Breakfast area was a little tight. Very quite on a Friday night lots of morning tradesman early at the breakfast room on Saturday.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. The water was always hot - so that is huge plus in my book. The breakfast every morning was good, always eggs and either bacon, sausage, or another meat. The worker was very good and worked hard to keep things stocked. They even have a pancake maker that is very cool for the kids to watch as the pancake goes down the conveyer belt. I would definitely stay here again. Price was good and it is right off the freeway.

I was there and some Asian guy asked could he help me but I was a paying guest I just stared at him cause there was nothing for him to help me with ! I kept getting stared at by this tall Latina women not sure if she was the cleaning women but wherever I went she was there staring at me oddly I also saw a roach there a big cockroach and the rooms need an major upgrade

Had to wait ten minutes for check in as no staff member was present. Room was a bit rundown/older furnishings but cleanliness was adequate. Breakfast was crowded as room was too small to support guests. Food was constantly out despite efforts from one staff member…they could use another staff member. Don’t expect ice either as all ice machines had signs sharing they were out of order.

There was a power outage from 1pm to 1:30am that day. In addition, no breakfast was available on the following day. Overall it was an unpleasant stay.

We choose this as it was a halfway point for traveling. IT worked well for our trip, had some amenities that we used, such as the pool and breakfast. It was clean, we slept well and the staff was friendly.

We had a lovely stay here, really lovely staff and the room was exactly what we needed!

The bed was ok. I paid too much for one night stay. The room was a bit dirty. Hair behind the bthm door. Sticky stains on the tv stand. Smears on the mirrors. I did not like the breakfast they offered. They offered instant flavored oatmeal. The chorizo looked like cat food, I even heard another guest saying the same thing. The only good thing is that it’s close to the freeway

I had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and to my liking. The location was great—right off the highway. The area has many convenience stores, such as Target and Walgreens. The front desk clerks were friendly and provided excellent service during my check-in and check-out. However, the warm complimentary breakfast was not too much to my liking, as it was minimal, especially for those who do not eat bacon. The warm breakfast changes daily, but that day, there were scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Also, a machine made pancakes, which I thought was pretty cool. Lastly, the fruit was limited. There were only apples and no oranges or bananas.

Everything was great except the ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t produce any ice.
