Very nice place to stay!

Our biggest issue was that the layout of the room is strange - there’s sink/bathroom area is separated by a thin transparent “wall” that is open at both the top and the bottom. There’s a sliding door to the bathroom, with a separate area for sink (great), but the lights for the bathroom are connected, so if you are sharing a room with your family, if you turn on the bathroom light, it essentially lights up the whole room. Not great for needing to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Shower door is strange (protruding handle on both the inside and outside of the door: I hit my elbow/arm on the handle multiple times. Our room also had warped flooring due to water damage from the layout of the shower door. Toilet flush handle came disconnected several times (we could fix it ourselves).

Clean, modern, well laid out. Rooms are bright and have an interesting decorative esthetic. The room I had was quiet. Beds were on the soft side-not great for everyone. All of the staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. Parking is free! Nothing negative to say.

Yes, let us know the TV doesn’t work before hand. All tvs in hotel not working. We had a long weekend camping, would’ve been nice to watch TV.

I did not understand why I was given that room. The second thing I did not like was there was no variety of food at the so called restaurant. So Aloft needs to work on that. Either make it a restaurant with a varitey of food or nothing.

Room was very clean and bright. The linoleum was peeling in the bathroom, the water pressure was barely enough to wash the shampoo out of my hair and everything had a film of grime over it in the hallway and lobby. The pool was clean and relaxing but there were no towels. The front desk was very messy and banged up, it looked temporary. The staff was friendly. Overall i wouldn't stay there again. It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had, but it wasn't great. Also the location was in the middle of nowhere so there wasn't much to walk to. I'd find something else if you have to stay in Dublin.

Amazing hotel for group/family stays. It has a lobby for amenities and and use of their group games. Pool and surroundings also have great grounds for families and/or groups. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Hotel has laundry machines and the best was a steamer for our clothes.

I was able to walk to different restaurants and markets. I did not like the bathroom door design, no privacy expected. I usually bring my Roku to all the hotels, and this is the first one where it didn’t work.

This hotel was in a great location close to shopping,restaurants and the medical facilities.The staff was friendly and helpful.Check I was quick.The rooms were spacious enough for the excellent value

Simple, clean and elegant room with a nook area tor eating or a tech function.. the only issue I encountered is the plug in for my cell charger is not functional on the right side of the bed- very minor. Thank God you have a lot of outlets in the room

stayed for 2 nights in January. the staff at check in were great, seamless check in. First time staying at a hotel with our 1.5 yr old mini Labradoodle and it was more than we had hoped for, only $20/night extra to have our pet stay with us, other hotels nearby charged $150. Our room was on the first floor which made it easy to take our puppy outside for walks. Convenient location, close to the free way, lots of stores and restaurants nearby. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and the gym. They also had a bar at the lobby so we enjoyed drinks there as well.

The staff at the front desk & the bartender are all so wonderful & made me feel at home . My house was damaged in a fire so I was not happy but they made my stay so nice. There is a pool table & bar & restaurant that made it nice

Room was clean. The lady who checked us in was nice and professional. The Bartender guy was really nice and friendly. The Front desk staff guy at night was not very helpful — he was on the phone for a while and we were just standing there for a while but he never looked at us or said anything to us so we decided to leave because we felt we were just being ignored. He only looked up when we started walking away.

I booked a stay last minute due to finding out that my grandma who lives in Pleasanton was declining in health very quickly. Upon arrival at the hotel I walked into a party in the lobby with an unnecessarily LOUD DJ, so loud that I was basically shouting to the front desk staff. When I attempted to check in, I was told that there were no rooms left despite me having a reservation. Since I reserved through Hotels.com, Aloft staff blamed them and said that there was some sort of “confusion”. They said they weren’t gonna charge me (which was true) and that I’d have to contact Hotels.com directly for it. This left me to frantically look for another stay somewhere else last minute (and no, Aloft staff did not assist with any alternatives). Luckily I found a

The room was spotless and always enjoy my stay here.

We checked in past 9:00 pm and the staff person was very welcoming. Unfortunately, on our first try the keys did not work so we had to return to reception but no one was there. While we didn’t have to wait long, we were tired so this extra step with the keys was not a great start. The room is clean and has several amenities and the bed is comfortable. Overall, this is a nice, modern place to stay.

The thermostat was also temperamental: we set it to 72 yet it was running nonstop and it felt much colder than that. Basically it was all or nothing with the air conditioning. We also woke up to an ant problem the second morning, but they were very apologetic. Lastly, they charged my husbands card for the room when he had put it down for incidentals: the room was to be paid by the business that hired him but whomever in their accounting I guess saw it hadn’t been closed out and instead of looking into who was supposed to pay for the room simply charged my husband. Good thing we caught it. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Front desk lady was so nice. She let us know of some great restaurants walking distance that was great for our girls weekend and had a great attitude. We will be staying here again.

The lady at checkout was very short with me and essentially pushing me out of the building when I tried to ask a question about the incidental fee. Most hotels inform you of the fee when you're charged, or at least list it somewhere on the itinerary or mention it verbally at check-in. This was not the case here. I just want to know what I’m being charged for, even if it’s just a temporary hold. I want to see it listed somewhere. Who wants to be charged an amount with no explanation? The lady at checkout was annoyed and unprofessional in her response, even though I was being very calm and just wanted clarification. I checked out on 08/24/25 at 12:00 PM. The lady working at the front desk could benefit from additional training.

The air conditioner had moments of intensified noise, which didn’t help with sleep. There seemed to be a problem with the TV /remote…it kept kicking us off of our Netflix account and would turn back on after we had turned the tv off. Other than this, it was a nice stay.

there was a convention of basketball and sports teams in the hotel. I requested a quiet room and was given a "good luck" look. I would have appreciated if the desk clerk would have made an effort to search out a quiet room on a quieter floor but no such effort was made.

I like the hotel in general, very quiet and convenient, nice view but the woman at the front desk was so terrible, I asked her some question about the ice machine was broke on my 4th floor, she didn’t help me at all and very rude with an attitude. I called her 7 times, she hung up on me. She little old and has blonde hair and short. I hope you could Change the service a little bit better so you could have more guests in the future. My daughter was with me and she didn’t even like the front desk woman

Walking in the front door couldn’t have a worse first impression. Large area with a pool table. Multiple dining tables were stacked with food containers and things like many chip bags. Complete ugly mess that smelled like fried chicken. Apparently a group took over that area and made it look like a sloppy picnic. Would not want to sit in bar area next to it. No remote for tv in the room. Got one downstairs from person at desk. Also asked bout WiFi as trying to login message said needed to be a guest member. Was told not needed, just hit continue. Tried that in the room and iPad showed WiFi but couldn’t get any reception. Tv remote didn’t work as the tv gave messages that seemed to indicate the tv had not been setup. So no WiFi no tv. Wasn’t confident that going back downstairs would fix anything. Will never return. Next time will stay at a place that more caters to business travelers.

It was a quick trip for a friends birthday. We’ve stayed here before so we were already familiar with the property. The check-in process was easy and quick. Our room was ready early so we were able to get into our room. The hotel was very accommodating. This property is our first pick when we stay in this area.

The hotel was great. Housekeeping was excellent. However disabled parking was NOT unforced. Over 3 days 2 different cars were brought to their attention and they did nothing.

I liked the decor and pool table and space and in the lobby and I liked that they had a bar...What I didn't like is the guy who checked me in..long story short stalker vibes .he also let other know what room I was staying in..The bartender was unprofessional from start..Bartender was acting just like the guy who checked me in..Other than that but of information I would stay there again...Those people I mentioned are just like people out in the streets.Tryong to be smart but disrespect others..kinda like throwing rocks and hiding your hands .They will be working there until they are not. Either way I would stay there again.Nice location and rooms are nice also. Others can see what those people I mentioned above were doing They also seemed to allow others who weren't patrons to be on the property.I could go on and on about the negative thinking and acting people. Anyways it's a good chance you will not deal with what I dealt with. Not all the staff were negative thinking and acting.Some of the staff were very nice and respectful..

Stay was okay. Staff was quick and helpful. Room was “clean”. Bed was comfortable and AC helped out a lot after a day of going around out in the sun. Only problem that I really had was that the sheets and comforter didn’t really feel too well cleaned? Also I found a couple spiders in the room. One even on the bed!

I loved everything about this spot. I needed a little break from home with the dogs and the chores, and this delivered everything and more.

The checkin staff amazing! Very nice, personable, and fast. The checkout lady was rude and not friendly. The rooms are comfortable, but there is no door separating the bathroom sink to the bedroom. When the bathroom light is turned on it floods light on anyone else who is sleeping. On Saturday night the hotel booked a sweet 16 party at the pool. The Dj was so loud you could hear it through the building into the rooms on multiple floors. The party took over the entire backyard area of tables, corn hole, and fire pit. Originally the hotel didn’t want to allow people to have access to ammenities like the pool because of the party. After guests argued and requested a manager the jacuzzi was accessible. However the Dj was so loud you couldn’t relax or have a conversation with the person next to you. After playing soccer tournament all day, we wanted to relax in the jacuzzi and sleep to recover for playoffs the next day. We booked this hotel because of the jacuzzi and its food reviews for quietness. We will not stay here again. We booked a hotel, not a club.

Hotel looks new and inviting plus the location was great, however at check in I was informed we couldn't use the pool or jacuzzi bc of a 16th bday party? Additionally it was very loud when we were trying to relax in our room. The room is really nice but if you have to go to the restroom, the bathroom area lights light up the whole room. The bed was really hard. If you like a firm bed, arent bothered by light, and dont care for swimming or soaking... this is a good fit for you...it just wasn't for me.

It was a good stay. I have stayed at the Dublin-Pleasanton location a couple times before. I like it amenities and proximity to friends I was visiting, restaurants and parks. I like the free coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. My room was clean and comfortable. One thing I immediately noticed upon entering the lobby was a sewer smell. I smelled it each time I entered the lobby and near the elevators but not in my room. That smell was off putting. Someone should check for clogged or damaged pipes.

Not much for staff being aroind but those that are visible were nice. Very loud music/party coming from the pool area until adter midnight which was very annoying since i had to be up at 3am for a flight. No stsff at the desk to check out so i left my key and left.

We loved our stay here. Welcoming, comfortable, and clean. The only flaw is the room setup that unfortunately allows light from the bathroom into the sleeping area, but overall we would definitely stay here again. Mini frig and coffee machine in the rooms. Microwave on each floor near the ice machine.

No water pressure and the pool wasn't heated

Bad. My room was not cleaned it was awful. A used room. The shower water pressure was nothing and the water wasn't warm. I went to shower in the hot tub and even the hot tub was cold. It closes at 10 I tried to go in at 9:30 it was just sad. I need a refund a or a free night tomorrow

Trash cans overflowing at lobby coffee station and no half & half. Toilet paper holder broken is room. Noise from adjoining rooms is the worse I have ever heard-the panel configuration is cheap looking and the room design of walking into the bathroom upon entering is poor with no door closing off the bathroom! Who designed this place?

Upon arriving at my first room, the television didn’t work. And the pillows smells like dirty hair. I was given a new room without question. I arrived at the second room, found the Wi-Fi to be unusable, and the TV was barely functional. There was no soap or body wash and the showerhead high water coming out of maybe 10 out of 50 holes. The condition and maintenance of the hotel was poor. If only it matched the excellent staff that you have

Trendy hotel aimed at younger demographic. Excellent parking. Reasonably priced with convenient location. Poor design for bathroom lighting shines brightly into sleeping area at night or requires flashlight in toilet/shower area as there is zero lighting there without turning on bright sink area lighting also and partial glass in divider then shines through to awaken second guest sleeping in bed. Poor design, especially for older guests who may not sleep through night.

Overnight stay. Needed a safe place to stay not too far from the Oakland airport. The rooms were small but nice. No issues as far as security/safety concerns. The area is very nice with lots of dining options.

Such a cool hotel. We travel a lot for dance competitions and this is one of the most visually appealing we have ever stayed at. The bed was amazingly comfortable too

I didn't like that our room was close to the bar in the lobby. The raging party we had to walk through after traveling all day was off putting and uncomfortable. I will never stay at Aloft again.

Positives: Nice, modern hotel. The game area in the lobby was great. The room was comfortably configured. Negatives: the bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. Room smelled a bit stale/mildewed. We didn’t complain as we figured it was due to the AC unit being off. When we turned on, the smell got better, but the smell when returned when the AC unit stopped blowing.
