Unfortunately, in my experience with Hyatt, it was a soulless corporation that doesn't care about there customers any more than a lip service. We booked this stay months ago through hotels.com. Two weeks before we stayed my grandmother died, and the funeral was the day before our stay 3 states away. We contacted multiple hotels explaining the situation, jumping through any corporate hoops, and all of them provided us a refund. Except this hotel. What did this hotel do? "Sorry for your loss, but you booked through a third party, you have to go through them for a refund." Except hotels.com was the one who sent us directly to Hyatt. I even have an email from hotels.com stating that Hyatt was the one who rejected our refund exception. Is it so nice when you can hide greedy little profits behind a black hole of bureaucratic red-tape black holes? Honestly if they had just owned up to this and said that they were refusing an exception to their cancellation policy, I would have been annoyed, but not upset. But no, they wanted it to not be their fault, and they said their sorry so now their can pat themselves on the back and say they are so caring and kind.

We stay here every time we're in the Bay Area. The facility is clean and well maintained. The Staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is great right near both 580 and 680. Its a keeper!

They have a decent breakfast. I recently traveled to Dublin for work and had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. On the day of my trip, my flight was canceled. I immediately sent a message to the hotel informing them that I would arrive one day later than originally planned. When I finally arrived, the receptionist could not find my reservation. Despite the fact that I had notified the hotel about the flight cancellation, they still charged me for the night I was unable to arrive. At checkout, the receptionist told me they could not provide an invoice and that I would need to contact Booking.com. After I contacted Booking.com and they reached out to the hotel, the hotel manager replied saying that the hotel does not provide folios or invoices for bookings paid through virtual credit cards from third-party vendors. I travel frequently for work and have been doing so for the past two years, and this is the first time a hotel has refused to provide an invoice for a stay. For business travelers, this is a serious issue. Because of this experience, I would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it—especially for people traveling for work.

Staff kept the communal areas immaculate, and the housekeeping staff were cheerful, helpful, and thorough with servicing the rooms. Breakfast was much better than your typical hotel fare. Location is great--easy access to the interstate and great restaurants and shops, and the pool and workout rooms were much better than expected. Great place to stay

Very disappointed that I had to pay extra to park. It wasn’t a parking garage or anything special, just an outside parking lot. Even though the parking wasn’t expensive it was just the fact that you had to pay.

This is a typical Hyatt Place. Big room and a comfortable bed but a little short on plugs near the bed. Kind of a pain since I keep my phone next to my bed and use it as an alarm clock.

I was charged a smoking fee- don’t even smoke. Was there for my daughter’s dance competition - barely even in the room.

Fure Alarm went off at least 5 times during our stay. No compensation was given to anyone. Frint desk kept saying manager is not available at this time. I won't go back to this place again !

Breakfast, included, was an A-, where it used to be an A+. The difference is there used to be a choice of 4 main courses, to order, with a human behind the counter making them. Now just a tray of "scrambled" eggs - probably from powdered eggs, some kind of potato, some kind of meat, breakfast sausage, kilbasa, etc., some kind of orange drink, close to juice, but a blend, unlabeled, good enough, breads, donut holes, a step above La Quinta, a step below what it used to be. Two steps above a Comfort Inn.

The breakfast options were really good. The place wss really clean and staff was great during our stay.

The younger bigger front desk woman sat in the booth of the lounging area while watching my friend being locked out of the BUILDING not even allowing them to wait in the lobby (as they forget their key) and told them to call me and have me walk down at 3 am to let them in when they provided proof of check in, full name and information of booking reservation. Will never come here again due to this experience.

When I checked in, the girl at the front desk told me the pool was heated. Once my kids and I changed and walked down to the pool it was freezing and definitely NOT heated. The tv in my room wasn’t working and maintenance had to come up and fix it. The man was watching tv on his phone while my tv was updating.

My ONLY complaint was the very small beds. They seemed smaller than any other room I've ever stayed in. They seemed slightly wider than a twin size. BUT the beds were comfortable and we made it work. I will happily stay here again!

I was in town for a family emergency and stayed here relatively last minute. I let the front desk know that the bathroom vanity light was not working and that the bathroom sink was not draining right. They promised to have someone look at it but nothing was fixed iver my 3 day stay. The vanity light is a major spirce of light in the room so it was reallt inconvenient for it not to work. Prerty disappointing stay.

The property was under major reconstruction and even though we booked the room a month in advance we were not notified & given an option. The dining room was in a conference room with limited options. The room did not have a microwave. It was noisy, you had to step around construction & the air quality was bad.

I got the notice that they are in remodeling but it was more than I expected. Still can use most of the facilities except business office.

Heavy construction going on, the rooms need remodeling, stains on the carpet, some light stains on one of the sheets. I would say, during this heavy construction they should have discounted rates.

I recently stayed at a Hyatt and was quite disappointed with my experience. The hotel felt run down and outdated, which was surprising given the premium price I paid. Additionally, it was undergoing construction, which only added to the inconvenience. I had higher expectations for a Hyatt property and wish it had been a nicer stay. I also didn’t like the fact that they requested a copy of my service dogs paperwork. I thought that was illegal? Not that I care. Of course I had proof, but it was just a little awkward.

The AC unit did not work well

Hallways were under construction so there was a lot of dust.

In the midst of rehab. Told limited breakfast would be available before 7:00am. It wasn’t. Parking was a hidden charge and was limited. AC was noisy as was street/highway noise. Their bar and food area in the evening was also a big disappointment. This place may be trying to be a Hilton Garden or a Courtyard but it’s not close. Won’t return.

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years and it needs a refresh. The bedding is old and the linens could be better as far as the towels. They also now charge $10 a day for self parking. No full service restaurant just a small coffee and wine bar with a very short snack menu. Breakfast however is good and it's included in the room charge. Beds are hard as a rock.

Rooms are well equipped and very spacious

The room was spacious and comfortable. Check in was easy. I would suggest lowering the temperature or providing a fan in the gym. The breakfast wasn’t great. The berries were still frozen and unappealing.

The front desk is VERY RUDE, the water of this hotel is not clean and really oily. The service is really bad. If you leave the room a little late than the check-out time, you will be fined. This hotel makes me hate the area. I WILL NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL ANYMORE.

Overall the stay was good. My only complaint is that the property doesn’t have enough parking. I guess since it’s attached to a shopping center, the property managers assume guests will park in the shopping center. That’s not acceptable to me.
