Our stay started out amazing. The front desk was very helpful and quick to get us checked in. The room was so clean. The amenities were so nice. The bed was comfortable. Everything was great until breakfast. My wife and I came down to eat in the morning fully aware of the breakfast fee. Everything was good until we were approached rudely in the serving area by Alfredo. He asked us what our room number was and loudly shouted out to us, "BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED FOR YOU." He said this in front of other guests. My wife turned bright red. She felt so embarrassed. Breakfast was $5 each. That is practically nothing. He could have approached us at the table and brought the bill. I wanted to escalate there but I thought, "this guy just lacks tact and empathy." I just let it go. But other than being humiliated in front of all the guests at breakfast by Alfredo, it was a good stay.

Very underwhelmed with this hotel. My daughter & I arrived for a 2-night stay. The AC never fully cooled the room and the shower water was never “hot.” The ice machine on our floor was “Out of Order” and smelled as if something had died inside it. In addition…we brought our dog and upon arrival was told it would be an additional $75 (not a problem.) The following day, I was taking my dog outside when an employee at the Front Desk told a patron to hold on a second, while she yelled at me to first ask my room number then asked if I had paid the “Pet Fee” yet? It was rude, embarrassing and totally unnecessary. They also placed a $100 hold on my card to cover any incidentals that we might accrue. It’s been 48 hours since I checked out…I never charged anything to my room and the hold remains. I called this morning to ask why it remained and I was told it might take a week to disappear. The whole experience has been very disappointing given this was a special “Father/Daughter” weekend that was otherwise awesome. We will return to the area but will find another place to stay.

I feel the internet connection was way better than usual. The bed was super comfortable, like always. And the staff was nice

How close it was to my graduation Needs lighting in room, it felt moist weird feeling, carpet sticky had to wear socks, shower not very hot, definitely had better stays in a holiday inn express than this one.

The website says they have a hot tub but no hot tub is on the property whatsoever. The only reason I booked this hotel was because it had a hot tub. But when we get there, they say they never had a hot tub.

Great location was able to walk to Gas South Arena. Beds were really comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Liked the indoor pool. WIFI wasn't too slow. The staff,especially the receptionist, was extremely friendly and accommodating. The lighting in the bathroom was too bright and finding the switches on the lamps in tge room was difficult. There wasn't a good selection of TV stations or a way to watch Netflix. The breakfast cost an extra $10.

The hotel appeared to be overbooked, with a high volume of guests checking in and out and not enough housekeeping staff to keep up. As a result, during my four-day, three-night stay, our room was not cleaned at all. To their credit, the hotel did leave a note explaining the situation, and we were able to pick up fresh towels and other essentials from the front desk when needed. It’s also worth noting that the hotel does not offer room service. There is an on-site restaurant, but it operates on limited hours—only open for a few hours in the morning and again in the evening. One highlight of the stay was the bartender, Deanna, who was excellent—friendly, attentive, and very informative. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but having the room serviced at least once during our stay would have made a noticeable difference.

The breakfast was amazing for the price would highly recommend anybody get it. The staff was also great, very helpful and mindful of guests. The room was very clean when we arrived however, housekeeping does not come through and clean the rooms enough. My stay was for four days and I think they cleaned the room on the last night I was there

Very good breakfast. Only issue was the guy stocking the breakfast and cleaning tables was clanking the dishes very loud when bussing the tables- to the point where we could not hear each other talk.

This is a nice place to stay for a short trip. Very affordable. They do have a few things they need to fix, like one of the elevator’s is out. But, overall, it’s a nice stay. The people are nice and helpful.

Breakfast was good but they ran out of eggs and biscuits, waited over 15 minutes for more eggs and they said the biscuits woukd be another 15min- crazy for more biscuits to take a half hour.

Booked and paid for 1 night through a 3rd party. Checked into the property at 4pm and checked out at about 7am the next morning. The hotel charged my credit card for the same night and refused to refund it because they had marked me as a “no-show”. Also when I checked in and out they kept saying they would email me. I never got any emails or messages from them.

Haven’t quite figured out the food and beverage situation / Westin next door would likely be a better option

Spacious room. Super comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I was there during a busy weekend but I barely noticed it. It was so quiet and peaceful. The fitness room left a lot to be desired. No weights. Small room with just a treadmill, bike, and elliptical. But better than nothing. Literally a 5 min walk to Gas South convention center. Just walk through the parking garage. Would def stay here again if I have another event here!!!!

Elevator broke, so slow getting to and from room. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was ok. Breakfast was ok.

Perfect place to stay for a concert at the Gas South Arena. There are a few restaurants a short walk across the main road and the arena is also a short walk from the hotel. The facility was clean and the front staff anticipated the show we were seeing and offered advice on the best walk to get there.

Room was a disaster , lobby was dirty, one elevator was broke and one working and then that one broke. Couldn’t find stairs to get down. Finally found them and it dumped us out in a dark parking lot. Got a new room after having to wait and front desk had to run and look at it before assigning. The sink in the bathroom was stopped up, door wouldn’t shut all the way.

Staff was polite. Floor was dirty, beer bottle caps were scattered on the floor in room upon check-in. We had such a good stay the first time it was disheartening to see the cleanliness in poor form.

Per the hotel website there was a hot tub and when we arrived found out there wasn’t one. The pool temperature was way too cold to enjoy. Breakfast wasn’t free and the temperature of the hot food was way too cold.

The staff are absolutely fantastic. My only issue is that there was only one working elevator and after a concert the wait was very long.

Hotel is older. Had a weird smell. One of the elevators was out of service, so, for a full hotel getting up and dnd down took forever! Disappointed that when we got in at 11 we were not allowed to pirchase a beer to take to our room. Their excuse was because there were to many minors in the hotel. Not our problem we were not traveling with any minors. Really in good thing is its walking distance to Gas Light Arena.

The second star is for the staff…engaged, friendly and accommodating…although perhaps less-so the checkout assistant. However, I have never been bitten so much by bugs in any hotel room in the world…and I travel extensively. After I was bitten the first night, I reported it to housekeeping and they made a note to deal with it. When I got back to my room, the bed was barely re-made (which is usual for this hotel I noticed) but more importantly, it indicated they hadn’t even changed the bedding, let alone “treated” anything. The next night I slept in the other bed and it was ok. Their lack of concern and action for the situation would discourage me from ever staying here again…even for free!

We recently stayed here for a concert at the Gas South Arena. The hotel's location is perfect for the venue, offering a pleasant and safe walk that makes it easy to avoid parking and traffic hassles. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone attending shows or conducting business in the Gas South District.

It was not good at all. Fire alarm went off 1:30 in the morning and after that no elevator didn't work so me and my family use stairs all the time and our room was at 4th floor. We still had pain in our legs.

My only problem was the lack of compensation due to the recent events of Friday, August 30 at 1 AM. With the elevator being out of order during the majority of our stay of the trip, and the fact that one of my friends who was riding with me for the trip has health condition and he gets tired real quickly, and we receive no form of compensation being that we got disturbed from our sleep in the middle of the night, knowing that we had a busy day in the morning. No compensation whatsoever was given. With the elevator being out of service, our time at the hotel was unpleasant.

Stingy for Breakfast, even after paying it was terrible

The staff was great and very inviting. They took care of all our needs when we arrived the first room was not to my liking. The floor and bed linen was wet making the room smell like mildew. I called down and let the receptionist know and she changed our room with no problem. The second room was much better and we enjoyed the room from that point on.

We had an awesome time! The Dude Perfect setup and games were wonderful. Thanks for making my grandson’s birthday so special.

The guest of the day (which was me) was a very nice touch. I was hot and tired when I arrived. To see my name on the sign was refreshing. I like how you all extended something so small that has a lot of impact.

Would never stay at this property again! Uncleaned, poor service, elevator stopped working and breakfast was clearly not stocked for the events going on this weekend! Staff didn’t know how to get to the stairs to go up to rooms from lobby. They were down all night and all morning! Bathroom in room nasty and they over booked the hotel and heat and air was not working either! Horrible staff that couldn’t give any answers nor would they hardly speak to you they avoided the whole situation!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We stayed during some very bad winter weather and everyone was very accommodating, the area was convenient, and hotel was very nice all around.

Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. Wasn’t the fanciest but I only slept there so it was perfect.

The dining ran out of ketchup, silverware and plates. Everyone was eating out of to go dishes. The hotel had a fire on the top floor and we were all stuck outside in about 30 degree weather with snow on the ground for a couple hours, then when we’re allowed back in the lobby it smelled like burnt plastic. Finally at about 10 pm we were able to go back in our rooms and that too smelled like smoke and burnt plastic. After all of that I went to take a bath to warm up and the water was completely brown.

Attended the location for a nearby event. Staff was helpful, friendly and respectful. Place and room was clean, and parking was adequate. Didnt care for the breakfast cold, hard and minimal choices. Overall great hotel.

The hotel was VERY clean everywhere from the lobby to my room. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Honestly, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had. The first room had no black out curtain and the parking lot lights were outside our room. Next room was better. No fresh coffee available at 5 AM, keurig in the room didn't work, shampoo dispenser was broken.

This property was dirty from the lobby to the room. This place did not reflect at all on what is showing online pictures.

This hotel was awesome! I definitely recommend it if you’re going to an event at the Gas South Arena. It was a very short walk. You had to cross one very small street. It was safe and well lit. The hotel itself was very clean. Staff was nice.

I was double charged for my room, one being more expensive that the room stay itself. I only noticed because I happened to check my bank account before pulling away. When I asked the front desk about it they said everyone was charged twice due to an error with the night batch but did not tell me anything at all when I was checking out which is suspicious. I asked when will my refund happen and they had no idea. Now I have to go back and forth with them to get my money back. Other than that the stay was fine I guess.

Elevators are way past due for inspection and there is no option to take stairs… made my stay very nerve wracking. Pluming in room was not the best, toilet was slow to flush and the door to bathroom would not shut. Staff however was friendly and the location was great for seeing a concert at the arena.

Staff was amazing and kind but alot of things were broken like our keys stopped working multiple times, the elevators broke, and the vending machines did work. Rooms were ok but not the cleanest the whole carpet was sticky if you cant clean carpet just replace it with the same flooring in the bathroom.

Our sink and microwave were broken upon check in but once I brought it to staffs attention it was fixed. How ever my mom did slice her hand in the broken microwave.

The property was extremely nice and close to the Cheer competition that we were attending. The only complaint I have is the lady working the front desk was extremely rude and not friendly at all. She didn’t greet guest and acting as if we inconvenienced her if asked for anything at all.

Arrived at 9:30 pm had to wait 15 minutes before someone ever came to the front desk to check us in. She wasn't to friendly and appeared to be tired. The room was fine but the beds were super hard and pillows flattened out so you might as well as not even had one. It a great location for the conference center parking deck.

Everything was great except having to pay for what is normally complementary breakfast. It was not worth $13 per person at all. The staff was amazing, breakfast way over priced.

Good safe and quite area overall, the hotel was pretty vacant judging per the amount of cars outside and how quite it was at check in, I probably booked a double bed room by mistake so As soon as we walked in I call the front desk to see if it was possible to switch to a king size bed room, but they said no because ai used expedia to book it. No sense at all. There was no customer service since I used expedia.

Complained about TV not working multiple days to multiple staff, was treated as if we didn’t know how to operate TV. TV wouldn’t cut off unless we unplugged it. While watching, screen would turn green, lost volume multiple times….etc. Key card became deactivated, while in pocket, was talked down to be desk clerk, implied it was probably our fault if we had it near our phones….which was not the case. Great location. Clean, but service was sub par and for cost per night, TV should work.

Their was no hot water. I got off of a long day of work and drove straight to the hotel with my daughter for our weekend plans.I needed a shower bad. The water was freezing. The hotel was unable to fix it that night, nor by the next morning before my daughters cheer competition. They were unable to move us rooms, have not refunded my money and have still not allowed me to speak to a manager. It's been 24hrs. But other then that,everything else was as advertised. Clean,personable staff etc.

They will try to put you in a dirty room. Then say oh well idk what we gonna do bc we are booked (I booked my stay in September for December so…) Then have you wait another hour, when you already tired from driving hours, for a clean room that doesn’t have half the things in the room working right (lamp broke, clock broke, phone broke, heater making rattling noises, no grips in shower so you could slip and fall). Said to only have one person working that night 5pm to check people in and deal with issues. Come on now, get it together. Then get random charges on your card so watch your statements. Then not want to call you back to fix the problem. Rather stay a couple miles further from gas south for concerts than in walking distance at that over rated place. Had better stay at best western a couple miles down the road!

Stayed for a concert at the arena. Great location, but that’s where the good ends. Room had dead cockroach on our desk, bathroom had hair in the shower, one of the two beds had dirty sheets with hair and cookie crumbs. The noise level is unreal. Doors banging all night, loud partying until 4 a.m.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! I liked how the room and facilities were very well maintained. Highly recommended for anyone attending an event in the area.

I had reservations for 2 rooms. When I got to the hotel, the person at the front desk told that us that they only had one room available, but if we waited she might be able to get the the other room. We had to wait 2 hours to get the room and we still were only able to get one. We didn’t have time chance our clothes and we were late to our event and not even an apology was given.

I went to the only restaurant at the facility. It was unmanned. I went back to the front desk and asked if the facility was open. The front desk person told me to sit down and someone would come out. The waitress came out from the back and asked me what I wanted. I asked her if she had a menu. She brought me a menu covered with food stains. I ate Uber eats or Door Dash for my entire stay. There are no other eatery options within walking distance. Breakfast came with my package, but I was told that since I would be checking out, I would have to pay for breakfast. The hotel uses DISH for cable but half the stations did not work, so I ended up using my streaming from my phone. Would not stay here again.
