Clean room with the kitchen and the available accommodations as at home. Fridge microwave dishwasher all the convenient features needed so you don’t have to spend excessive money out to dine. My husband lives the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

The consistency of staff as far as responsiveness was lacking. When we arrived at 3:45 our room was not ready and they only had one emergency key to give us stating the key machine was broke and it would be tomorrow as well. I tried using honors app for digital key but it never worked. The next day no problems !! They gave of two keys. Also no dish soap and extra paper towel on day one but day two no problem

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have eaten. I dont know where the pulled pork for the breakfast taco station is from, but it was some of the best pulled pork I have ever tried. I know your thinking, best pulled pork, but seriously it was delicious! The King Suite was spacious and clean, bed was comfy. The water pressure in the shower was better than my shower at home. Could not watch TV, it said the Live TV channels were off air. All we could watch was HBO Max. Which isn't a terrible thing, but they did ask what I didn't like, lol.

Slightly older but kept up top notch! Nice pool. beautiful LODGE (for breakfast) and great outdoor area. Has a cabana with TV, gas grills and covered seating outside. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a 2 room suite with pull out couch so it slept 2 adults and 2 teens with no problem. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen had frig, prep area, dining table (that double as a work area) dishwasher and microwave (no stove). Great value and beautiful surroundings.

Staff was kinda enough to not enter my room woth the privacy sign up. They left a nice note and the room beautifully cleaned. The women at the front desk was awesome and super friendly when we checked in and reported some damage to the room. Maintenance repaired the light buld quick in the morning

From check in to check out, the Administrative staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Each greeted us with a smile. Our breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of unique and healthful choices. The Food & Beverage Staff that cooked and served our daily breakfast buffet were courteous, professional, kept the buffet serving area clean and refilled as needed. A big surprise was the ceramic plates that were provided and utensils made of metal. It was a nice change from plastic and styrofoam.

We booked a suite but none of the door was working. I tried both door for many times before i walked to the front desk for helped. They helped me working on a different keys but then those didnt work either. Then i have to walked back down again for the third time while 3 of my toddlers were antsy and irritated. They had to used the master key for the door, it was terrible experience for such a pricey suite.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites and we are tremendously impressed. The staff members were amazing, the room absolutely comfortable, the beds were great (even the pullout bed), and the kitchen had everything we needed. The breakfast was better than most and their coffee was some of the best tasting we’ve had at a US hotel. Highly recommend!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, I didn’t eat breakfast, but the family all liked the breakfast offerings. Price for the stay was fair especially for the size of the rooms.

I booked my stay through a third-party vendor and, regrettably, I initially selected the wrong dates. About an hour before arriving, I logged back into the system, corrected the dates to the appropriate ones, and paid the associated fees for the adjustment. I assumed everything had been updated correctly. Unfortunately, when I arrived later that evening—exhausted and just wanting to get settled in—I found that the hotel’s system still showed my original booking with the wrong dates. I waited approximately 30 minutes hoping the updated reservation would transfer over, but it never did. I want to emphasize that the front desk receptionist was outstanding: friendly, patient, and genuinely trying to help. She guided me toward the right resources and did everything in her power to get the booking corrected. After wasting significant time and already paying extra fees through the third-party system, I ultimately had to cancel the original booking altogether and book directly with the hotel just to get a room. Two different staff members at the hotel told me I should absolutely receive a refund for the initial mistake and that the situation “should have never happened.” Because of this lack of empathy, accountability, and basic professional courtesy from management, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Pillows were overly soft you need some hard option for people that have cervical type of issues in their bodies. Aunt Joyce was the best part of our stay, please let her know how much we love her. Breakfast people treated us very bad, they made us feel like we have to beg for food .. I was not very impressed with them.

Tried to cancel after seeing the location but front desk assured me it was NOT an option and I would be 100% charged. In hindsight, Expedia may have only charged me for one day. The property was unkept and unsafe. I was offered a first floor room and two windows were left unlocked. We never stayed. The Hampton Inn next door looks better if I had to choose but do not stay here.

Pet friendly

The room and entire hallway was full of perfume smells and one of my kids had a migraine the entire time from this. But there were no other rooms as they stated they were fully booked. We got a 2 bedroom suite but there was no stove which all other ones we have stayed at had a stove and this one had a one eye hot plate which was not sufficient for our needs. Everything else was great.

Everything was great, carpet was a bit moist and dirty feeling, kitchen floors were a little dirty but other than that, everything was great. The lady who checked us in at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. Also can never go wrong with a hot breakfast!

Great location off the interstate in a nice, safe area. Staff was super friendly. Room was huge and clean. They already had clean bedding for the pullout sofa in the room. No USB outlets by the beds so bring your chargers. Excellent experience, will stay there again for sure.

When I arrived at the property to check in the Hilton system was down. I was told by the manager that she could not check anyone in at that time and that she was not sure when she would be able to this was around 7:30 PM. I said ok I left the property and returned a two hours later after dinner. She said that she still could not check anyone in. After another hour of my wife and I waiting in the lobby she finally says to me “let me take a look at your reservation.” I had booked through a third party (Expedia) and I had already paid through their site. The hours of inconvenience destroyed our relaxation plan for the evening. She gave us a room key and stated that we hadn’t been officially checked in but it would be risky if the night auditor (whom she stated was an older lady) got confused and booked someone into the same room. So after we got the room key to 124 we went to the room to try to relax but couldn’t because we were afraid of someone walking in on us. I then went back to the front desk to ensure we were properly checked in once the night person got there and she ensured me that we were then checked in. This was on Saturday night into Sunday. The manager did reach out via text message to check in how the accommodation that she had given was going. I told her it was fine. We had a restless night. Our night was ruined but we attempted to make the best of it. I’m highly upset with Hilton Properties for the lack of answers and do a night that we can’t get back.

We were in town for a tournament and spent one night here. The bathroom needed some updating but other than that, it was a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and had a great breakfast with lots of options for all dietary needs.

Family trip to see sights within Atlanta and surrounding area. Accommodations were great to allow a large traveling party to be together.

Bad toilet paper

The daily breakfast is really legit. Not just your typical continental breakfast. The hotel gym is pretty lame. You have to walk outside to get to it and it's very small with limited equipment, poor air quality and it smelled. The pool area is a really nice attraction and clearly one that the hotel wants to showcase as its key amenity. We stayed for 3 nights and did not receive cleaning service once. I'm sure we could have called and requested it, but I am not used to having to do that. The hotel felt very safe and was generally in a quiet area. We routinely saw police patrol in the evenings, which seemed unnecessary, but reassuring nonetheless.

I really enjoyed the proximity to the highway and convention center. I also liked the home away from home feel of tge suites. The breakfast was great, especially the breakfast tacos. Our air conditioning did go out in the middle of the night. But, other than that, I would recommend this hotel to others.

Older property needs updating no smart TV to watch anything other than regular basic TV. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. The safety needs to be revisited.

Excellent stay. Room cleaned, towels replenished daily. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure in shower. Hotel seemed on the full side, but it was very quiet. Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfast, not awesome but not bad. Many options with different hot options daily. 100% would recommend.

There was parking space and the hotel was conveniently accessible to the commons, banks, food, and easy to access the I 285(highway).

My husband and I stayed there for Thanksgiving week and we had a great time! The staff was so friendly and attentive, it was much appreciated. Also, liked the ease of going downstairs for breakfast if we needed to do that. Will definitely stay again whenever we travel back.

Door key keep not working after one use. I got locked outside after use of fitness center. I knocked on the glass door so much. Cleaning staff was inside near by but ignored me. One of guest got up went to front desk to notify but lady in the front desk just looked. My daughter came and opened the door for me to get in. During my stay I had to go to front because keys keep not working. We were very upset

Waited over 10 minutes at the check-in desk because no associate was at the front desk. The breakfast was disappointing compared to other Homewood Suites I’ve stayed at. The egg omelets were burned & brown on the edges, & the english muffins were frozen solid. I would choose a different hotel in the future.
