Decent property. Breakfast was very basic and crowded with a 20 minute wait for the waffle station. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff were fantastic and attentive to any request or issue we may had. The cable in our room was not working when we got into the room, it just needed to be plugged in no issue.

The tv didn’t work and maintenance had to be called several times and they couldn’t fix it and took over 30 minutes, the bathroom didn’t have much water pressure, the refrigerator was broken, one of the beds was broken, the AC had to keep getting turned on for the room to stay cool.

The bed was so comfortable and I'm picky. The room was very spacious. Very quiet which was surprising since I was facing the busy street. I loved that I could access my Netflix account thru the TV itself instead of using an HDMI cord. The remote was the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The room and bathroom was the cleanest I've ever seen. I've crossed the US 5x and have seen many hotels. I was very impressed. I couldn't find anyone at the front desk to help me. Thankfully someone was there for check in and check out but in between I had questions but nobody to ask. I never called the front desk so that might have worked. They didn't have any USB charging outlets.

Unfortunately they hold the deposit for the room and exceptionally long time. The stay was for 7 days ago and the $200 is still pending on my account. Completely unacceptable and I will not be booking this brand of hotels again.

Nothing short of a brothel. Stay here at your own risk. I walked in and walked right back out. The front desk teeth and nasty attitude told me everything I needed to know about that hotel.

We had car trouble called the hotel to let them know we’d be very late and ended up not arriving until 12:30 am. We were told it was fine. We went to check in and the man at the front seat told us our credit card was declined. It didn’t make sense because I PREPAID and had a receipt to prove it. He told us there was nothing he could do other than to charge another card. I refused. We asked for a manager multiple times. We asked for someone to complain to and we were told we could wait there for two days until the manager was back to work. I asked him to explain exactly what was happening and he said that he couldn’t tell me. I called hotels.com. They assured me it was paid and told be they would refund my money which they did immediately. I asked if it was a problem on my part and hotels.com said it was the hotels issue. I got my stuff back from the guy behind the desk. He told me that the hotels.com representative mad two major errors. And I would regret it. So he’s now threatening us. We asked for his first and last name. He told us and he tells us that he won’t tell us and that we could read his name tag. Its Urman. We asked for his last name and he refused. We have no idea why he did this to us. Our ideas include he rented the room even tho it was already paid for and couldn’t admit his error or he was planning on stealing our credit card. He had no credit card number since I prepaid online. We’re shaking scared dead tired. it’s 2am and we have to find a hotel.

It held a inch gap that let sunlight through and kept waking me up. Breakfast was okay. Food was good but the juice machine didnt work.

Location was perfect. Less than 20 mins from the FBI Academy. Many restaurants and retail stores/shopping plaza nearby.

Convenient location. Super friendly staff. Fast check in. Rooms & hotel were outdated, yet clean and comfortable. The cleaning solution used in hallways has a nauseating smell. Pillows, bedding was Great. Breakfast was OK. Kids loved it because they have sugary cereals & waffles. Coffee was really bad both days. Pool is not heated, but the pool room is warm. Hot tub was excellent.

I like the property as an average, but phones in my room did not work at all. Homeless people in that area will follow you so please be careful off the premises. A 'lot of police are in that area.

The king size bed was very comfortable. Overall the hotel was old and out dated. The continental breakfast had very few choices. It was not an awful stay, but we would not stay there again.

This property was fine for an overnight stay with kids during a road trip. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly. Hotel feels a little dated and the pool could do with better maintenance.

Room was clean but saw some ants and a roach in the common areas. Bed was hard as a rock. Upgraded TVs was a plus. Would be a great hotel with an upgrade to the mattresses.

The front desk clerks were always friendly and helpful. Though the included breakfast had a limited variety, the area was well stocked and kept clean. The weekend breakfast attendant was always on the ball refilling empty items, making coffee and keeping the breakfast area clean. Our room was clean, the beds comfy but the carpet was pretty stained. We definitely did not have enough hot water for the shower which was a problem. Overall, our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

It was just ok. No bells and whistles, nothing impressive. Comforter cover was worn and snagged everywhere. Had to get extra pillows for the king size bed bc the 4 provided were so small and not enough. Would not choose to stay there again.

We are traveling and this is the third hotel we have stayed at in 3 nights. Best in all around in comfort and service.

But the room that we got smelled bad like cigarettes and the beds weren’t super comfortable BUT they served their purpose.

We use this hotel often, always is very good, but this time we stayed in a room with 2 queen and one bed was sunken in the middle. Some beds need and update

We were in town for a soccer tournament and enjoyed our stay. Overall clean and comfortable my recommendation would be with breakfast the way it is setup is awkward for visitors such as toaster is where line starts and bagel and toast in the middle waffle maker is 3/4 down and takes a few minutes. Should have a station of its own.

I was in town for the Marine Corps 17.75K. The hotel was exactly what I was looking for - a convenient, economical place to crash for the night before the run. Cleanliness was good. While the rooms are non-smoking and the room did not have a smoke odor, at one time the hotel must have allowed smoking because the PTAC wall unit had cigarette burns on it. I would stay here again.

I was under the impression that the room a had a tub. However it only had a shower and the water never got past cold.

Front desk man was super nice and got us checked in quick.

Weekend get away for me & my husband❤️. Let me first say, front desk, Furqan was the ABSOLUTE best! Welcoming us the moment we walked in and very helpful with everything. The hotel is perfect. The site is wonderful. The surroundings of the pool is great. Love that we hear the roosters singing in the morning. The only thing that bothers me is that I had to pay for the parking, in my honest opinion it should be included. Other than that: perfect! 👌

Last minute stay traveling through town. Front desk very helpful and accommodating. Room clean, comfortable and fully stocked. I would absolutely stay there again.

The only thing not liked is the room had fraying rug at the bathroom and along the wall. Also, the phone was not in working order, but they did comeand fix it. The bathroom sink handle was so tight was hardly able to lift it. We were disappointed to learn that the jacuzzi tub was not in working order. Was looking forward to that amentity after such a long ride there.

Customer service is everything! The staff was inviting and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good: waffles, sausage, bacon, eggs, bagels, fruit, etc. Coffee all day... I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

there is a hold fee of $150 the fee was $50 and in one week it jump to $150 it’s better going ten minutes up the road to the holiday inn where the hold fee is $25 for much bigger cleaner and nicer rooms in safer area

Stayed here with our middle school students and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us make the room accommodations more appropriate and were flexible working with us even when we arrived late in the evening. The breakfast staff was phenomenal. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Would certainly return!

My stay here was good. The room was clean, the breakfast was what you would expect. At check in, I was unhappy that my room didn’t have a bathtub and even though they were fully booked, the woman at the desk was able to rearrange so I could have one. That made a huge difference in my stay.

Nice clean hotel. My only problem was that the outlet in the bathroom did not work and the 2 plugs on the table lamp between the beds did not work. Not a big deal fir me as i always travel with an extension cord

This was a one night stay to break up a long drive. The hotel was clean and the bed was so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when doing that same long drive.

The lobby was bright and welcoming. The room was clean with a good bed and fabulously soft lines and pillows. Breakfast was a simple hotel offering, but the staff made sure it was hot and had plenty of coffee early in the morning. Urman at check-out was super quick and pleasant. You book for the convenient location but you'll come back for the great service.

Carpet in room 104 has a couple of stains. Room lacks USB ports.
