    Had to pay $100 as security deposit before getting my key which I was not informed during my reservation process and what I had no extra money that evening. I was delayed about 30mins at check-out to getting my deposit back because there was different person at post Ishift changes

    This place was terrible. I accidentally booked the wrong hotel so I had no choice but to go, but our sheets were full of pubic hair. The bathroom is full of mold and so are the shower curtains don’t waste your money or your time this place is disgusting.

    When we got to the room, our water did not work. We had to change rooms when we change rooms We pulled the sheets back and it had pubic hair all over the sheets /blanket The room was dirty. We went back to another room and our shower curtain was filled with mold.

    The place smelled like mildew and the air was damp. The ceiling tiles were coming apart. The room my son and I were in had black mold on the wall behind the bed and the bathroom door didnt really shut. The bottom of the door was warped. Probably from water damage.

    Everything was great except for the smell of smoke in the room. I also recommend refreshing each room by replacing the towels and shower curtains. Additionally, please consider adding a soap dish in the bathrooms so guests don’t have to place soap directly on the sink counter. Thank you!

    The first thing I did when I got into the room was take off my shoe kill a cockroach on the wall. I noticed dirt marks on the walls and pull back the sheets and they were stained the coat rack was hanging off the wall tub had a constant drip and giant rust stains. But I think the most memorable part was being greeted by a drunk girl standing outside the office door propositioning the Uber eats driver while two other people stood there just smoking. Then I asked if the front desk print off a single piece of paper she told me that only the manager print so I had to hop back in my car drive down to CVS. I left about 7:30 in the morning and poked my head in to look at the breakfast and it was cereal one pot of coffee that was lukewarm no creamer of any kind and only one choice for sweeteners so I passed on the coffee. I read the reviews on this and I have no idea how it got an 8.4 I've been using hotels for at least a decade and most of the reviews are pretty accurate give or take minor things but this goes down as the second worst hotel and ever stayed in. I think hotels should really consider not even allowing this hotel be on your site at any level.

    The door would not lock on the first room I received. The next room smelled so foul. They must have allowed animals in the room. I heard dogs barking at different times of the day and night. I would not stay here again.

    I've been in this hotel for 6 days come today on my final checkout and I noticed that the shower in my room was about to fall in on me as I'm taking a shower a granted I left after check out I was in the process of getting myself together I took a shower and a process of me taking a shower in the shower I seen a ceiling that almost could've fell on my head.. I told the manager about it and they told me that it's no big deal I shouldn't worry it wouldn't have failed it's sealing water damage from a tub if it fell it would have caused me damage and I was in the shower

    Look, I’m not going to beat them up too much simply because when you pay half of what everyone else is charging you should not expect a 5-star service. Frankly, it wasn’t terrible and I just wanted a clean bed to sleep at night. They provided that. A few things like the room hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived and no hot water one morning and no towels another. But these were quickly remedied by the staff. It’s in a convenient area next to I-95 and close to several good restaurants.

    The mom and pop hotel which was just taken over a couple of years ago was exactly what I needed. The rooms were clean and my stay was quiet and comfortable. I was very happy with everything considering I read some old reviews about this place. The owners are wonderful people and strive to make your stay the best. I highly recommend this place and as a woman traveling alone this is saying a lot.

    male hotel clerk/owner cancelled my reservation w/o consent during checkin because I preferred to use tap& pay instead of inserting my chip from a physical card. he demanded me to use the card and when i asked why i couldn’t use the tap & go option all he said was it would be more convenient for him & the establishment to use the chip, then lied and said it’s more secure for ME, which isn’t true, and i learned that the hard way. thats why i use tap & pay. if he doesn’t want that function to be used maybe he should get rid of it or let ppl know up front that he only accepts payments with chip cards & require the card to be inserted for payment. he was very rude & impatient.

    The entire building smelled like urine. The towels were stained, the bedding had burn holes and stains, and the walls had visible dirt on them. Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything, people outside were very noisy late at night. Water coming out of the shower was gray at first. The power strip screwed to the wall next to the bed made a loud electrical hum if anything was plugged into the usb outlets. Windows appeared to be sealed shut, so in case of fire, the only way out was into the building. One star. Would NOT recommend!
