This was an ideal stay. The location was excellent and convenient to the interstate, but not noisy. The breakfast was excellent- lots of options and the fitness center was well-equipped. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Hassle-free check-in and out.

Despite speaking with the staff the day prior to my arrival to confirm our reservation, we showed up and were told (1) we were at the wrong hotel which was not the case, (2) then told they didn't have our reservation and were fully booked, (3) then were told it was because we used Expedia rather than booked directly, (4) then were told it was because we didn't check-in through the mobile app. It was a complete disaster. During this experience at the front desk, we also overheard their phone conversation with a checked-in guest telling them we don't know how you got the room with the king bed but "you are going to have to move out". They also couldn't give us our key cards and had to walk us to the room to drop off our bags. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable but the front desk staff were terrible.

Smoke detector started chirping. Front desk said there was no one to repair it and they didn’t have another comparable room. Had to get a battery and repair it myself. Bathroom is dated and shower head was like a water hose. Front desk ignored our request to repair

Everything was great...except... I have stayed at this property at least 3 times for business since October 2024. I have been the 5th floor each time, whi h is not a problem. The issue is that the ice machine on the 5th floor has been broken during every visit. It is a minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Spartanburg.

Actually, noisy heating unit, but they assured me all units being repaired next week geez thanks. Also horrible mattress didn’t know Hampton could have such a bad one did not provide for much rest at night. Of course booking through Hotels.com got me the noisiest room in the front of the hotel with the air brakes from the trucks on the freeway. Would not choose this as my next hotel in this area.

Beautiful room, they supplied us with a pack-n-play for our baby, the staff was very nice, the area was a good distance from a good bit of places The housekeepers didn't replace the toilet paper or tissues. Left one tissue sticking out of an otherwise empty box, ran out of the small roll of toilet paper they left in there, likely from the last guest, in less than a full day. But otherwise our stay was amazing!

The first room had a loud ac unit. They where supposed to look at it, nobody did nothing, not good. I had to move to another room. Listen to the customer.

The breakfast was amazing. The buffet ran out of potatoes, and when I asked, that was explaination was that another option had been put out so I was a little disappointed but the hotel was fully booked.

Renovations were being done at the time, so a little messy. Trash on the elevator floor was not cleaned. Same trash on it the 4 days i saw it (Thursday thru Sunday). In the afternoon, strong smell of paint, etc in the lobby. Limited breakfast. Blinds would not close all the way so lights from outside came through all night, i should have brought a safety pin to close it. When i checked in, clerk said help yourself to cookies they had for guests. There was only 1 cookie Thursday. Had more Friday but none Saturday. Bed was very comfortable.

Night front desk girl was very rude to all 11 of us! Everyone else were very polite & accomodating. We hayed that there was NO ACTUAL CLOSET in our rooms! And you should add a firmer pilllow to all those squishy pillows! We stayed there 2 years ago & had none of these issues!

We were at first very disappointed with this hotel. We couldn't find the space for hanging clothes (turns out it was behind what appeared to be a widow curtain) and there also wasn't much drawer space for a family of 4 staying for staying for 4 nights. Also, we learned on arrival that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance and our kids were really looking forward to swimming. It would've been nice to know this ahead of time. However, the staff was very responsive, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was great! Overall we enjoyed our stay,, I'm spite of the negatives.

Bathroom had water damage to the ceiling over the toilet and it kept peeling and falling during the weekend stay. Other than the drywall damage to the bathroom, the rest of the space was cozy and clean. Staff was very friendly and professional.

I really enjoy this hotel, staff is friendly, but the room we was in, the bathroom was a let down. The bathtub was tore up and it looked like a cheap fix which made it worse, and the hot/cold indicators for the shower and sink were backwards. Imagine my surprise thinking i was stepping into a hot bath and stepped into ice instead. Room 326

The breakfast was delicious, the lady who was keeping everything stocked was so friendly and efficient. The king suite was spotless and very comfortable, the bed was perfect. The front desk staff were all exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I’ll be staying here every time I’m in Spartanburg.

Stay between Clemson and Charlotte after a game. Convenient off 1-85. Clean, busy, and nice staff. Safe exit off the interstate. Breakfast was one of the better ones.

The hot water jars previously had coffee in them. That makes the hot water and tea taste bad. Suggest to clean them.

Excellent stay, room was very clean had refrigerator microwave and coffee maker. Bed was very comfortable and sheets were soft. Had and excellent night sleep and the breakfast was one of the best I had at a Hampton Inn.

The staff were all pleasant, kind.and helpful. Checking in and even extending our stay was made easy because of the people working. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was also very good. Plenty of choices to satisfy the whole family.

when arrived & checked into room , not very clean , bathroom. As i normally do I sprayed down with lysol & i gave bathroom a clean. very little bathroom tissue as well as kleenex. The next day, Saturday, we got dressed for mt brothers funeral & left around 9:00 am. When we arrived back,around 4-5 pm. we found our room hadn't been touched. not tidyed up, no fresh towels,Bathroom tissue, kleenex.I was in shock. In calling the front desk,the associst was extremely rude. STATEMENT!! How did we know you wanted your room cleaned, you should have told somebody!! ( REALLY, THIS IS HOW YOUR GUESS ARE TREATED) AN ACT OF CONGRESS TO GET SOME TOWELS, TISSUE & KLEENEX. It was though she had no clue of ANYTHING! I'M 74 YRS OLD and I am handicaped. OF ALL MY YEARS OF LIVING I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS.II plan to address Manager & request a refund.

Everything you need for a stay in Spartanburg/Greenville area

Parking is an issue because of how it sits on the graded property. It was very noisy. Not enough insulation and loud. Door closings and kid noise at 1:45 AM an issue. AC was not awesome.

Breakfast could be better

Overall it was an average hotel. However I left a small electronic item at the hotel and when I called about it, they said if I mailed them a box and a shipping label they would return it. When I asked if they could just bill me they said no. This is unlike other hotels that will return lost items. Just don't leave anything there and try and get in and out before the traffic builds as there is a lot of construction nearby and its been going on for over 2 years.

We were in the area to move in to our new home. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to add an additional night twice and each time, the staff was so accommodating. Everyone was beyond kind and helpful at every turn. We stayed with our dog and found the hotel to be extremely pet friendly. Despite being an animal friendly hotel, everything was immaculate. Will definitely recommend for any family and friends visiting in the future!

Always like staying here. Breakfast if very good and very comfortable. Only 1 elevator worked, but that was fine b/c we used the stairs alot.

Curtains are not black out and the dog next door barked some, but that wasn't something the staff could do anything about. I didn't feel any need to complain about anything. Overall a great visit.

Everything was perfect except for the pillows on the bed. They were so flat, even using 2 feet f them was no help.

The amenities the advertise are not available at the hotel. Airport transportation and the pool had no water in it.

Easy access to I85, dog friendly (charge), well lit exterior areas for late night dog walk, second floor has exterior access without going through lobby - easy access to parking and they had luggage carts near door (handy). Hot breakfast was excellent, very clean and quiet. EASY walk to 24 hour QT for snacks/pizza, etc.

After 5 years of travel ball for my daughter, this hotel was the best as far as friendliness and service of staff. From check in, to breakfast, to passing staff in general, they were genuinely friendly and had smiles on their faces. Everything was clean and had just what we needed. Top notch!!!

We checked in, got to our room and left because of the 5 inch big running across our bed, overall this place is a dump! I will be disputing my charge because the room was oversold to us, pool was closed, drainage backed up. Should be condemned, can’t believe Wyndham would not clean this dump up!

Surrounding area has several restaurants, gas stations and right off I-85.

The room is quiet and feels clean. It is everything we want in a place to rest and sleep on our trip.

I was there for work and there was really nothing around to do and the pool was not accessible there was issues in my bathroom it was just not worth the cost.. I wish I would have stayed at a different hotel

I booked a room with king bed, which the confirmation clearly stated. But was told there were none available and had to take a room with 2 queen beds. No option.

This is a very nice clean hotel was very quiet at night too. Easy walking distance to many eateries including Starbucks just a stone's throw away. Nice safe area to walk pets, will stay here again on my next trip south, :)
