My room was clean and what I paid for. The staff was really nice and helpful. Whenever I'm in the area this is where I'll be staying.

Needed a lot of upgrades. Not the cleanest we have stayed at.

Room was clean and great. Needs electrical checked tho. Some outlets may need to be replaced. Staff was wonderful. Greeted us everytime we walked in. Air conditioning was great. Kept cool all night. Used heat some. Worked great too. Didnt eat breakfast there bc son wanted BoJangles. Otherwise would have.

The staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome right away. It’s a quiet and convenient spot to relax after a long day of traveling. The bed is comfortable, and the room has a cozy, inviting vibe. I stayed for one night and ended up coming back for a second. The first night, my room on the first floor was very clean. However, on the second night, I stayed on the second floor and found a baby cockroach and something odd on the bathroom wall. I didn’t ask to change rooms because I was really tired. I suggest the staff pay more attention to cleaning.

The location has access to restaurants gas and supermarkets. Was easy to find. The lobby area was fresh and clean. The smell of the room and the visible scum in the shower.

It was a wonderful stay the people were welcoming. It is close to many things but sits off the beaten path a little bit. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. It was a good price for a quick stay we enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the breakfast wasn't very big and what I didn't have just wasn't something I would eat again. However they did have a waffle house in front of the hotel.

Great for what we needed. Smelled good. No mildew smell. It was like a cute little tiny home. We forgot our toothbrushes and they gave us cute little toothbrushes with tiny toothpaste. Staff was very kind.

The outside and the location is good the inside , I could see the laundry area from the entrance open, cigarette smell everywhere, all just looked unkept and unclean

lobby was very out dated, not ADA accessible. no elevator had to lug our luggage to the second floor. The room was good, bed was comfy, Shower was excellent

Nothing First room had never been cleaned prior to arrival. Second room had no toilet paper and roaches on the wall. Certain things I cannot deal with are Roaches. Stayed less then an hour at this pllace and want a refund.Terrible

The Internet was out at this hotel, and two ladies there really work out our box and get everything working and checked in

The room was filthy. I was not offered another room. I left early after 38 hours and was charged for 4 of 6 days. When I complained of the room condition I was given a spray bottle of cleaner and a pile of rags to clean it myself. The toilet was broken. Spiders in tub grime and filth on sink, toilet and tub. Nite table with phone looked as though someone got sick on it and smelled that way in the room. Most disgusting stay I ever had and although the facility manager called me after I requested, my bill was not fully resolved and he would not return my calls after.

Fast check in, the staff are nice friendly, the room was clean. I wish they could give more soup. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t tell about food. Over all hotel is good for the price.

The bed was comfortable, but a large truck psrked outside my room and kept turning his rig on and off.

The room was quite squishy, but overall clean and nice. The outlets had a hard time keeping our charging bricks in place and the walls were thin enough you could slightly hear others talking

Booked the room 3 days in advance through Hotels.com got to hotel and front desk did not have the reservation even though we had the confirmation number and email. Front desk worker did not have access to the hotel email when hotels.com resent it. Ended up canceling the reservation and staying somewhere else.

Overall, this was a very nice and clean hotel. The staff at check-in was very sweet and knowledgeable about the area-she gave me tips on avoiding traffic. Traffic is the only issue I had with the hotel. It is located at a somewhat busy traffic light near the main highway and there has been some construction near the light. This made it challenging sometimes to get in and out of the hotel area. Also, the breakfast area is somewhat small and uncomfortable moving around at times when other guests were sitting in the breakfast area. I would definitely stay again though.

The staff was nice and friendly and worked hard. It seems to be an older hotel and does not have an elevator or automatic doors which makes it harder to bring luggage in and out on the second floor. My credit card was charged 50 dollars as well-I was told this was a security deposit but 5 days later after my stay is when I was charged with no explanation whatsoever. The staff was nice but due to these issues, I don't know that I would stay again and I feel that 50 dollar charge to my credit card should have been removed and should not be there this long after my stay.

It was Hurricane Helena and no power for several days so the hotel won't let my husband check in but they also won't give us our money back! We were flooded n we understand that they won't let us check in ! But if so, then they should not take our money they should refund us!!!!!!!!!!

I did not like they did not cleanmy room but one time I requested it to be clean everyday, I asked the housekeeper why and she say cause they had a lot of checkouts, it made me feel like I was not important once I was n there and I was very upset cause I feel I should have had the same just like I checked n

The room given reaked with strong, unsanitary odor. The smell made very difficult to relax. I felt I was in a dirty environment, making it hard to get comfortable.

Three reservations paid, the flight for two was rescheduled for the next day due to the weather, the hotel checked in without the guests present and when I called the attendant was very rude and did not accept changing the reservation for the next day, even saying that There were no reservations, horrible service, I paid for 3 rooms for two nights and only 1 was used. MICROTEL in Duncan, SC, never again.

We were in room # 118 on the first floor and there was a strong smell of mildew. Maybe from the air conditioner, items in the room were damp like sheets and towels and our clothes.

The room felt very humid, smelled like pee and the floor was sticky. Nothing fresh for breakfast and very small dining area. The staff was nice.

The front desk staff were very pleasant. Our room was everything we needed- soft comfy bed, clean and comfortable with a great shower. We’ve stayed there a few times and will stay again when traveling thru the area.

The room I had was 127, adjacent to the lobby, check in, vender machine and it was very noisy. It sounded like a party was taking place an this was at 10 pm. No respect to the guest trying to rest, my wife and I didn't get to rest we thought we would have. A room that close to the lobby and check in desk shouldn't be offered because we feel we didn't what we paid for.

The 1st room we were assigned had what appeared to be menstrual blood on the toilet seat. The 2nd room we were assigned had fecal matter slashed on the toilet seat, but I ejected to just disinfect it myself due to being in the hot sun all day and exhausted. The shower/tub wouldn’t drain, causing me to have to stand in water during my shower. The people next door kept doing something in their room causing the entire wall and headboard of our room to jolt and shake until well into the night. We had stayed here before and did not recall any issues so we elected to stay here again, as we travel to the area for baseball tournaments. Another couple had approached the counter when we were asking for our room to be changed, and they had given them a room that was already occupied and had to change their room as well. Terrible experience! Will not be staying here again in the future.

At check in the clerk loudly announces our room number to everyone in the lobby. At 1:30am the fire alarm sounded for about 5 seconds…false alarm. Beds at nose bleed height and way too soft and lumpy. This is a place to avoid.

The lobby and stairwells (which are required because there's no elevator) smell like urine. The front desk apparently has an agreement with the homeless because they let them sleep in the lobby and use the facilities. The building is not locked at night despite "requiring" keycard access. They leave all doors open.

Didn’t like all the noise anytime after 8pm and a few night even at 10pm, 12am and at 2:30am. No rest or sleep with yelling and cursing going on!

The rooms have recently been redone and there is flooring instead of carpeting. This is a real plus IMHO. It is a basic, budget hotel, but it did the job we needed. Breakfast is a bit lame -- some fruit would be nice and perhaps cream cheese for the bagels.

The room and Hotel were above average.

It was ok. I did not like the fact that your guests are asked to show ID to visit your room.

Stained ceilings, bathroom was dirty and I could feel dirt on my bat feet on the floor. Could here everything said in the hallway and during the day when the hotel ran laundry my room was shaking.

Customer service is awful we get there told we did not have a RSVP rep was not very helpful. Said ck another hotel they have no rooms for us we left called expedia. They called and told them to cancel rooms since we had no RSVP and they charged us for 1 room stating not sure if we would come back after they told us we didnt have rooms we reserved. Now manager will not call us back or they dont answer phone when we call to get charges removed

The property was clean, it appeared to be in the finishing stages of a refreshing for the whole facility. I cant say much as I arrived about 9:30 pm and left about 7:30 am. Overall it served its purpose.

Room needed to be remodeled. Front doors were damaged. I could not get a receipt, they said had to get it from Expedia and can’t get their system to work either.

Breakfast was very poor. All items were empty and not replenished.

Friday night I awoke several times to the sound of banging hotel room doors and the smell of marijuana each time. Saturday night I heard a random banging outside my window all night that turned out to be a strap hanging from a conex box being used for remodeling outside of hotel.

It was good nice and quiet place to stay. They could offer more options for breakfast!!!

This hotel was terrible. No maid service for our entire visit. Had to get our own towels ever day we were there and then charged us our deposit for not taking out the trash in the trash cans in the room. For some reason I was also charged double the posted deposit at I checked in as well. Water was barely warm. No hot water. Work being done on the hotel made entire stay loud and inconvenient. It definitely should have been disclosed prior to us booking it was under repair. I'll never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone I know.

The water in the shower was wet, not too hot but not too cold. The frabreeze in the lobby masked any possible malodors.I got a decent night’s sleep and a roof over my head. The staff was pleasant.

The property was very unclean and there were some residents who said they were "living" there and they had friends over all night down the hall. There was a constant flow of traffic in and out of the parking lot at all hours until early morning. The room did not appear to have been cleaned at all before we arrived, just made the bed. Crumbs on the counter, hair on furniture, and a musty smell. We were just stopping for the night on our way to Savannah but I wish I had paid a little more for a nicer room. We didn't even shower the next morning it was so icky. We couldn't wait to get out.

It was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. There was hair all over my clean towels. There was a giant dead roach in the hallway outside of my room. The first morning there was NO breakfast put out. No elevator. Had to carry my 50lb suitcase up two flights of stairs. Have to fly back to SC in a few weeks for same company. Will NOT be staying here.

The room seemed pretty nice at first glance. I even liked the layout, but I quickly became disgusted. Mold on the window trim, stains on the bed skirt and mattress, mold in bathroom, missing title in the bathroom, half assed caulk job in bathroom, handicap rail basically falling off the wall in the shower, the list goes on. The worst part was the lock on the door only working when it wanted. This hotel needs help.

Paid half the amount of money I would have paid if I went to the hotels near by. The place was clean, updated, and the bed was comfy. No Issues at all and would definitely stay again if I was trying to save a few extra hundred bucks.!

The hotel room was dirty and the environment was very sketch. No elevator available to get to second floor, the entire hotel smelled awful, the pictures provided are not what you get. I will never stay here nor recommend to anyone. We booked for two nights and only stayed one and could not get our money back.

There are NO elevators in this building. I feel like I should have known that when booking…. The room was clean, but tiny! Very little room to do more than walk around the bed. The towels are miniature and very thin. They took my dirty towels, but didn’t leave clean ones. I had to go get new ones the next day (no one to bring them to me) Each time I went to the front desk, the person working was on their personal phone and stayed on it even when assisting me….several different employees, not just one.

The hotel served its purpose in terms of giving us a place to sleep for the night. The beds were relatively comfortable. However the refrigerator in our room was so loud that we had to unplug it. The toilets and sink were clogged and slow to drain. There was also a very large crack in our window. The floors were not very clean (stains on carpet). Breakfast was extremely “light.” The person at the front desk who checked us in seemed grumpy and didn’t say a single word to us except to tell us where we could take the stairs up to our room.

They ask for a $50.00 cash deposit which is refundable when you check out , but you have to ask for it back.

Waking up early in the morning with a huge cockroach staring you in the face next the bed is a terrible experience. That thing is big, I was in shock. We checked after one night and moved to the hotel across the street. On the way out, we even noticed couple stink bugs on the couches in the lobby.

Great price for what you get.

The hotel was the dirtiest I have seen. The tub was filthy. The tub and sink didn’t drain. The toilet leaked onto the floor. The room was near a septic field that was very nauseating. It was awful.
