    The room when I got there , I pulled back the sheet and it was fresh stains everywhere, bugs in the drawer and on floor, the lamps fixture was rusty and a few would not come on. The towels and wash cloths were stain as well luckly I brought my owns, the desk attendant was not friendly at all, and only talk to me when I went to complain about what I came into, she did offer me new sheets etc. Or another room but was not friendly at all.

    They dont have do not disturb plaques, they came into my room emptied garbages, refreshed towels but never changed the sheets on the beds. I cleaned the floors and tub myself as they had spots and were sticky. You cant hook up anything to the tv so if you travel with gamers dont bother, no systems can be hooked up.

    The hotel was clean and well taken care of. We didn’t tell have issues with the ac unit in room 220. We only had issues when we checked out trying to get our deposit back. We were told upon check in that we would get deposit back and asked if we could check out at 6am and still get it back, lady said yes. When checking out, the guy with the manbun gave us problems. He is rude and disrespectful. In the end, we got our deposit back. Overall the stay was very good and would recommend for families.

    The check in lady was rude and acted like she didn't want us to be there. My daughter had a game same time as check in so i asked if we could check in early and was charged an extra $30 that has never happened to me before. The room was dirty to the point i had to get cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom myself. It was suspicious people outside. Me and my daughter didn't feel safe. Will never stay here again.

    The beds worked the ac was great. It looked like maybe someone had woked in the bathroom and left dirt in toilet and used the toilet afterwards and no one had cleaned up afterwards. Sheets were worn but clesn. Good deal for the price. Would have rated higher if bathroom had been cleaned.

    The suite we were given had floors that had crumbs, dead bugs, and dirt. It looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned for seven weeks. My 2-year-old son’s feet were black after he took his shoes off and ran to the bathroom. When we told the front desk clerk she tried to argue that the room was cleaned right before we checked in.

    Smelled like pot. Dirty towel in room. Hair in shower, shower walls dirty, and curtain moldy and stains. Hair I. Ice bucket. Did not have enough towels and washcloths in room. When given to use, they were not folded. Had to ask for sheets, comforter, and pillow for pull out sofa. Sheet was stained. I would not recommend this to anyone!

    Nothing; If i would've known that they were redoing the place i never would've stayed there. If i could've gotten my money back i would've went to another hotel. The floor was dirty and the bathroom was not the best.The bed didn't feel like queen size beds. Never again; the breakfast no meat or eggs. Could go on but I will stop there.

    The floors are dirty, the bathtub is dirty with insects and cockroaches, there is no breakfast, only snacks, the coffee tastes like dirty water, unpleasant smell like they don't clean, totally disappointed, the photos they have look super nice but the reality is that it doesn't serve that purpose. place, there is no entertainment nearby the place lacks more for tourists.

    Was not clean. Several parties going on in parking lot. We repeatedly had to go to office because our card didn’t work. Our door did not have extra latch lock. No soap in room. Comforter had cigarette burns in it. We had to check in using a small window. I do not recommend staying here if you have another choice.

    I have some disabilities, asked for a 1st floor room and was told unable to provide except for double the cost. No elevator. Got a 3rd floor room instead. Did not ask for smoking room. Got a room that wreaked of smoke and weed. Caused my daughter and myself a asthma to act up. TV did not work.Ended up checking out at 8 am the next morning. Did not stay for 2nd day but was still charged.

    We checked in on a Thursday and we got a double bed smoking room. I think I was 326. The sheets of the bed were filthy had stains all over it blood and other stuff smudges and stains on the walls.

    This hotel appeared clean and comfortable, but both rooms we had had roaches running around and in one of the rooms there was candy and dirt left all over the room. When we checked in it took us at least 15 minutes of knocking and banging on a wall before somebody came to let us in, breakfast was not bad and pleasant but coming back to the room to get ready go to the wedding and seeing cockroaches running around the sink in the bathroom. No that doesn’t work for us.

    I was in town for a funeral on a holiday weekend. I had not stayed at a days inn property in 20 years. But, nevertheless, it made me never want to stay again. Front seat fleet was rude and unprofessional. I had to call the corporate office while standing in checkin just to get copies of documents I signed. In addition, we asked for no smoking room that smelled like smoke. No tissue in the bathrooms we bought we had to go out and buy our own. As I stated to the receptionist, I don’t know where you go and make a purchase and cannot get a receipt. She stated it was company policy. As an auditor I highly suggest you change that right away!!!

    Stayed here for a softball tournament at Tyger River Park. At this price point, my only real expectation was that the room be clean. Our first room did not appear to have been cleaned very well. There was what appeared to be blood on one of the bed sheets. We were given a new room and it was clean and in overall better shape.

    The check-in was fine. The room seemed neat enough, however the coffee pot stand did not have a pot. Also the coffee in the morning breakfast room was disappointing. Most of the selections on the coffee machine did not work. The gross and most disappointing aspect of the stay was the shower. It did not work. My whole family was unable to cleanse ourselves properly. One of our family members had to scrub her body with a washcloth standing next to the sink while everyone else had to exit the room to provide privacy. The sink was outside of the room with the tub so all cleansing would have been visible to anyone staying in that room. Mainly because of this our stay was not pleasant and an inconvenience to all of our party.

    There were pubic hairs in the bathroom and on the toilet. The bed sheets stained and not clean. I saw 2 bugs in my room while there. There is nothing around you to eat except McDonald’s. Horrible place to stay.

    We have stayed here several times when we have ball tournaments. It is reasonably priced, pretty clean and convenient to the ballpark. Basically, it suits our needs. My only complaint is they need to quit using COVID as an excuse and make the breakfast like it used to be. Not muffins and honey buns.

    We arrived at 11:00pm and the room wasn’t completely clean, the front desk said we would have to wait for another room. We put clean sheets on ourselves. Due to COVID-19, we were told we could get a bag breakfast and eat it in our room-went down for breakfast-it was a plastic fruit cup. Never again.

    The location was great right off the interstate and staff was friendly. I have stayed here many times before and the interior of the room needs an update. The wallpaper needs to be replaced in areas and it could use a new paint job inside. The TV had a remote but had to manually turn the TV on an off.
