Clean room, very accommodating staff and wonderful location. I highly recommend.

Great find...great stay in the Dunedin area. The staff is the best and are there to meet your every need. Highly recommended!
- 5/5
So quaint! Super clean. Pool is fabulous.
- 5/5
Really different from the big box hotels.... Really like a small apartment. Everything you need is there to cook or just relax. Comfy bed too.
- 4/5
The motel was nice and the front desk was very friendly and attentive. The room was nice as well. The only issue was there was no hot water in the shower. The sink was hot but shower was not. Other than that everything else was nice
- 5/5
Loved the bed!!! We also loved that they had things for us to borrow for the beach. Made things so easy. Thank u for the memories!
- 5/5
My only two issues and they really weren’t the worst thing in the world - the blue light shining through the hillside window into the bedroom made it just a tad bit difficult to fall asleep, and the AC never went below 74 so it wasn’t as cool in there as I’m used to. Otherwise - the cutest little beach town motel our little family could’ve asked for; smelled freshly cleaned upon check in, and had alllllll the towels for the pool or beach, plus bicycles and other amenities you could ask for. Highly recommend for a little getaway.

The staff was very friendly

Great customer service
- 5/5
Great stay!!
- 5/5
Very clean and very charming. I will definitely e staying there again
- 5/5
Booked this motel due to location to Honeymoon Island. Was pleasantly surprised by the space. The small kitchen with fridge came in handy. Separate living area with sofa and chair gave us a place to sit and visit. We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Well run and very clean.
- 5/5
Friendly service and motel has been kept up very well.
- 5/5
Friendly, clean, helpful owner. For an older motel, everything was nicely updated and in good condition. Well supplied with kitchenware. They thought of every need.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, convenient, locally owned and operated- I would gladly have stayed longer!
- 5/5
This is a great place, with a 'beach bungalow' kind of feel. I walked to thrift shops, Highlander Park, and several different restaurants. Very quiet and felt secluded even though it's on a 'main' road. I will definitely be back, hopefully for a longer stay.
- 5/5
Super friendly, Quaint
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Very quaint 1950's style old Florida motel. Tons of amenities like beach towels, buckets, chairs, etc and bikes.
- 4/5
I loved the room. It was like a little beach cottage. My only complaint was the bathtub/shower. The tub could have been scrubbed better and the faucets were old and leaked during our whole stay. However, I would use the motel again!!
- 5/5
The staff made you feel at home! The rooms are clean. I have stayed there before and have always had a pleasant experience
- 5/5
Awesome little retro motel, convenient to the beach and downtown Dunedin. Great staff. Lovevthe kitchenette too!
- 5/5
Clean and reasonably priced. Great breakfast next door. Great local Brewery next door. Variety store next door if you need anything. British Pub one block away. Will be back.
- 5/5
I love the design and the lots of little extra touches, bikes, coolers etc.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and courteous and went beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Variety of bicycles and beach gear included. The attached restaurant was very convenient. Swimming in the pool at night is a real treat due to the funky lighting. A must try!
- 5/5
It is one of the best Hotel/Motels I have stayed in since before Covid! Very Clean and so Florida!
- 5/5
The pool area was clean and enjoyable. Highly recommend this motel. I will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Cute place to stay. Comfortable little room for two of us for a two night stay. Anthony was very nice
- 5/5
Was Great, would recommend and will stay here again
- 5/5
The stay at the Palm Court motel was absolutely wonderful. The owners Anthony and Pam have created a unique Florida experience with beautiful room finishes, excellent customer service from their staff, nice pool and the old-fashion neon sign out front.
- 5/5
Very clean, reasonably priced motel. They also offer bikes and beach gear use for free. Very convenient to Pinellas Trail for biking and Honeymoon Island. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Historical hotel and has old school charm
- 5/5
Didn't like: Noisy street traffic
- 4/5
Great classic motel recently refurbished, great location. Will stay again when I come to the area. Only issue was febreze/plug in air freshener almost gagged me, even after unplugging the room was over perfumed.
- 5/5
Owner was quite helpful, unit was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
Great small hotel would definantly stay again
- 5/5
It is a very clean place where I want to stay again.
- 5/5
Nice clean and quiet motel, nothing fancy but more than adequate.
- 4/5
Room was super clean, the check in gentlemen was extremely thorough. A little testy when it came to the bikes not being in the room but overall a good exeperience.
- 5/5
Super friendly and super clean. Highly recommend this Old Florida road side beach style motel.

It was good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Court Motel. I'm not a motel type person and though this is a motel (rooms doors leading to outside), this has a more charming and upscale feel. We stayed in a suite with a little kitchenette and small dining area so it almost felt like we were at our own private AirBnB. We loved the pool (standard pool but literally just outside the room door so easy to get to especially with small kids), and the owners offer pool toys, pool floats, etc. for no fee. We also were able to grill out by the pool one night and they owners offered all the grill items (pans, tongs, foil, etc) for free. The owners were very nice and accommodating and it felt good spending our money at a private business rather than large chain hotels. The rooms were very clean. I saw reviews that the beds were not comfortable-that would depend on what you like obviously. I like a firmer mattress and I felt like the beds were super comfy. This motel is right down the street from the causeway leading to Honeymoon island. Unfortunately we couldn't go there due to red tide but we did venture down to Clearwater Beach which wasn't far. Overall we did enjoy our stay very much and will return. The price was more than fair for what was offered and all the little extras made it seem totally worth it.
- 5/5
Great place to stay- very clean and well kept. Close to tge Pinellas Trail and lovely pool. I will be back!
- 5/5
What an absolutely lovely stay! The location is perfect. Close to the beach and state parks, and close to downtown for shopping and good food. The area seemed safe, and was very quiet at night. Anthony checked me in and showed me the hotel and room amenities. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful! The room was very clean and well decorated, with a roomy shower, mini fridge, coffee maker, and a TV with all the channels you could ask for. The AC worked great! The grounds were well kept and attractive. The hotel made me think of taking trips when I was a kid in the early 80's, before big chain hotels and highways took everything over. Very charming and relaxing. and Anthony's hospitality made it even more so. Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area!
- 5/5
The Palm Court Motel was awesome. I will stay here again the next trip. I totally recommend this motel.
- 5/5
Delightful place to stay, near many local attractions and the beautiful Honeymoon State park/beach. Location was safe and quiet. Would highly recommend this place.
- 5/5
Great motel at a great price!
- 5/5
Very nice and helpful at check in. Clean and quaint little place. We will definitely be back
- 5/5
My stay was great with my family and we all loved the place! And the staff was so friendly, caring and accommodating. So much so, that when I wrote my 1st review upon and just after arrival, I said, for anyone who will stay there to bring blankets because there were only sheets on the beds, but the owners read the review and cared so much so that they came to my room and brought the blankets. I knew that I could walk a short distance to the office, and i was going to, but before I even had to, they came and brought the blankets to us because they cared enough and wanted their guests to be completely satisfied. My family and I will definitely return to that adorable, beach cottage feel of a motel...loved it!
- 5/5
Great experience, clean, quiet efficiency s and all the bells and whistles, bikes, awesome pool, grill and all the grilling supplies, centrally located between St Pete's and tarpoon springs. I will be back !
- 5/5
Very cool retro hotel - super clean and comfortable, great room. Very nice pool area and the owner/manager was very helpful and super friendly. Great little place to stay - support the local business and forgo the chains, it's much nicer all around!
- 4/5
Lovely retro motel. Lots of things to do nearby. Beds could be more comfortable. AC units on the noisy side.
- 5/5
We highly recommend this property. How many hotels much, less motels walk you to your room for check-in! Pool was awesome. Everything Very clean. Complimentary bikes, beach chairs, etc... a grill. Lots of extras! Thank you for a nice getaway.
- 5/5
very quiet, accommodating, clean and friendly convenient location
- 5/5
Definitely will return when in the area
- 5/5
This place is perfect for a beach weekend at honeymoon! Pool is sparkling clean and the outdoor spaces are so inviting!
- 5/5
Perfect little getaway oasis. We will definitely be back
- 5/5
amazing environment and staff. owner even brought us lights and lit up the pool one night. complementary bikes to sign out for a ride on the bike path. hotel room was literally a mini apartment. cannot complain a bit and will be here every time i’m in the area
- 2/5
Owner was very upset that we booked thought hotels.com and was really rude when we booked the second night and didn't call him directly and booked thought hotels.com again.
- 4/5
Very attentive owner. Cute but small motel room. Very clean. Would be nice if it had an opening window. Would visit again.
- 5/5
Amazing clean and friendly
- 5/5
Very cute and well-kept Old Florida motel. Rooms are small but clean. Pool area and pool are immaculate. Owners are very kind.
- 5/5
Very clean, tidy & quite
- 5/5
Friendly welcome, great location, spotless clean. Cute mom and pop style motel very close to Honeymoon Island.
- 4/5
I Loved the 1950’s style and the Herculean with the owner and his Girlfriend are doing to restore the property! My room was perfect for me. Room 112 clean and well done. Loved the open shower. I thought the price high for this property but justified my expense by thinking that it’s nice to see someone bringing back the small businesses that was the foundation of this country.
- 5/5
The staff are super nice people. Atmosphere is relaxed. Affordable.
- 5/5
Super friendly and helpful staff. Beach cruisers a bonus for the trail.
- 5/5
Exactly what we expected as a typical American motel .Nice room excellent staff and lot's of free to use beach equipment
- 4/5
Almost everything was perfect, just a few minor things like fan blades being slightly loose and the a/c unit not kicking at the correct temp. Other than that it was perfect!
- 5/5
It May look dated as you drive by, but the rooms are bright and decorated nicely. Very clean as well. The owner was friendly and gave us a nice tour of the property and amenities. Would highly recommend!
- 4/5
Nice older property in good condition. Very clean. Pleasant staff.
- 5/5
Very cute little hotel. Pool amazing & refreshing. Room clean. The only advice I would give is that the room was relatively lit up at night because of the exterior lighting. If you like it really dark when you sleep , bring a sleep mask.
- 5/5
Liked absolutely everything. Apartment was beautifully decorated with everything we needed during our stay.Thoroughly enjoyed riding beach cruisers on the trail to town and to Honeymoon island. Host was always available and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back in the near future.
- 5/5
Had such a good time in Dunedin & this motel helped set us up for that. Love the old school Florida Motel feel. Also enjoyed being able to go for a bike ride with the bikes the motel owner has to use there. Will definitely be back!
- 4/5
Friendly old-time diner out front!
- 1/5
I called the owner to see if he offered a veteran rate. He said he didn't and his rate was $95. Knowing I can receive free rooms after 10 stays with hotels.com I opted to book through their site. The owner upon getting notified of this called me screaming, asking why I booked on hotels.com. I explained the free rooms after 10. He laughed and said he canceled the booking and I can only book the room if I came to the location. I did not book with him nor would i ever.
- 5/5
The motel was very cute and really clean. Anthony was very nice and helpful. They offer everything you need for your stay. Free bikes and all supplies for a day at the beach. We had a great time, and will stay there again.
- 5/5
A true slice of old Florida travel. The motel is very clean, comfortable and convenient. The people that we met were extremely helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Closest motel to the ferry to Caledesi island. Old style Florida style motel. Cute, island style furniture, outside chairs for each room, bikes, close to beach and downtown. Extremely clean. Pool open until midnight. Dont find that many places. Quaint at night with electric candles and neon lighting. Park right outside your room. Very helpful staff. Most comfortable beds. Suite with kitchen and living room was nice. My minor issue was window air conditioners. A little noisy, but worked well.
- 5/5
Old style Florida Motel. Great host, customer services and amenities. Cleanliness is off the charts. Pool will rival high class motels in cleanliness.
- 5/5
Small cozy Motel . Nothing fancy just right to spend some nights away from home. Staff PAM and ANTHONY they were great. Very welcoming , very friendly , wonderful people. I love places like this family own. Not a big franchise like Ramada or comfort inn etc. I believe they appreciate more my business. It has a swimming pool that you can use until midnight so great. If you need chairs. Umbrella and even towels to go to the pool or beach . You can borrow them. Even floaters . I am very happy with my experience at Palm Court Motel.
- 5/5
What a clean friendly place to stay. The facility is a throw back to a bygone era in pristine condition. There is obvious pride in all the fresh paint, the new umbrellas, the new chairs, the sparkling pool and the friendly staff. This place is a GEM!0
- 5/5
Small, clean and checks off all the boxes! Mattress was wonderful--slept great! Room was small but super clean. Pool area was immaculate and pool itself crystal clean. Single unit room air conditioners actually cooled down the room quickly and well. Nice little kitchenette area with frig/freezer and microwave. Small supermarket on corner and large Publix only one light away. Close to bridge to Honeymoon Island and the state park. Location made visits to Clearwater, St. Pete's and Tarpon Springs very easy and low stress.
- 5/5
THIS IS A QUAINT OLD FASHION FLORIDA MOTEL. ANTHONY WAS FANTASTIK AND MADE US FEEL WELCOME.
- 4/5
Cold in room tiny heater for a cold winter in FL.
- 5/5
It is a simple and older motel. It is clean and decent. I drive a 4-door 4WD truck and parking was a bit tight (probably fewer cars back when the motel was built), but I really have no complaints about the motel. I would definitely stay there again. You can park right next to your room.
- 5/5
It's a totally charming retro (mid-century modern construction) motel, thoughtfully appointed with well-equipped small kitchen, full fridge, microwave and stove. Pink bathroom! Friendly staff, nice pool, comfortable chairs, table, and candle outside each door. As we were checking out, we discovered a restaurant for breakfast adjacent to the property, which was excellent. Unless you don't want anything that's not brand new, but like something with character and relaxed atmosphere, you will love this place. We'll come back.
- 4/5
For the price, we were quite satisfied. Altho we don't drink, I thought the wine glasses and opener were a nice touch. The pool was clean and inviting with nice furniture. I know there were bikes available and beach stuff, but we didn't use any of that. It was quiet at night, good for us old folks. (I'm sure this can vary!!) Our needs are few, so we didn't ask for or expect anything beyond what we got. Would have liked better lighting in the parking lot and in the room, but room lighting may vary room to room. Fridge and micro were appreciated and used. Bed was clean and comfortable. No phone in the room a commentary on modern times, I guess!! TV channels limited.
- 5/5
Great property with a retro vibe right on the Pinellas Trail. Comfy, with great amenities like the full kitchenette, bike and beach gear for guests. Great owners, great experience!
- 4/5
Cute motel. Needs some updating but very clean. On a major street so it's kinda noisy but close to beach , Frenchy's & The Pinellas Trail. ( my favorite restaurant). Great shower! Very friendly owners & helpful. My only major issue is that the windows don't open.
- 5/5
Nice location, easy access to restaurants, bars, etc. Owner was big help and very glad to help us find our way around.
- 5/5
Cute, quaint place. It is an old style motel with old, but clean decor.
- 5/5
The room was small but cute. I provided us with exactly what we needed. We will stay there again.
- 4/5
Booked a night so we could enjoy a weekend at honeymoon island and fishing nearby. Great location and cute nice rooms .
- 2/5
An older motel in a convenient location. A small office where you rang or called for service. Staff/owner showed the room
- 4/5
Old style Florida hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Nice pool. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, supplies provided for free. Room was quite small but adequate and clean. Had mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker and a few wine glasses and paper plates. Shower was clean and good water pressure. AC kept room cool but it was a bit loud. We had a small room on back side of hotel - it was very quiet. No ice maker on site but you can get ice in office. There is a convenience store 1 block away for ice, drinks, snacks. Right across street from Pinellas Bike trail. About 2 miles from downtown Dunedin - a nice ride down the trail from hotel.
- 3/5
Room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. As for negatives, I thought the price was too high, and the parking was the worst I have ever seen. You have to parallel park, and there are not enough spaces for the rooms. Very easy to get blocked in so you can't get out. Also too easy to get your vehicle damaged on brick support posts.
- 5/5
This was a cute motel along the Pinellas trail - perfect location for access to the bike path. We only stayed one night (from Tampa) but we took advantage of the nice pool in front. We loved the location and the cute details of this motel. It was very clean and the manager took great care of us - even helped us cut our bike lock after it was jammed. We will stay here again!
- 5/5
Amazing!! Highly recommend!! Owner very pleasant , helpful and acomadating . Relaxing , Quaint setting with beach themed rooms , great pool (well kept and beautifully lit at night) near Beautiful downtown Dunedin and Beaches.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay here, loved the pool area, and the fact that they had board games at the office that we could borrow to play.
