Amazing location ! Right in the heart of Dunedin! Room was spacious and clean . I can also not say enough about the hotel management . Went above and beyond to help my family have the best vacation . Honestly best staff I have ever dealt with at any hotel !

Excellent stay as usual The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants and shops and right on the Dunedin bike trail. We love staying here and plan to return soon.

Our check in at front desk was wonderful because of Danny. He was personable and throughout our 4 days he made a point to remember our names and make sure he offered something every time. Actually for the most part every worker greeted us with a smile and were friendly. Also found the closeness to the walking trail a major plus as well as walking by the water peaceful. The hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful quaint town. In regards to the room, it was very basic but suited our needs fine. The bed was comfortable and bathroom updated. Just wish hotels would update those loud air condition units. Those should all be done away with by now. I would stay again if we come back to visit Dunedin.

This was probably one of the best hotel stays my wife and I have experienced. The staff was helpful and friendly! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had! We will be returning to this hotel again. The location was great as well!

Right near everything a great trail and breweries, eateries a sweet walkable downtown. Loved it! Staff and breakfast excellent pool clean.

This property is very clean, well appointed with friendly, helpful staff. The pool area is lovely. The room was spotless and breakfast was great every morning. Location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants, and an easy drive to so many beautiful places.

Everyone on the staff was welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect for walking to dinner, bars and shopping. The room was clean, comfortable and well-suited for my family’s short vacation. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. We never tried out the pool, but it looked clean.

Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location based on friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room & amenities, freshly prepared breakfast & convenient walkable location.

Did not get a KING BED as requested on Hotel.com. Very disappointed. Your Error.

Rooms were clean & breakfast was fresh and constantly replenished by staff. The evening front desk was manned by Danny who was always pleasant & courteous. He was very helpful to us, a true professional.

My family of 5 stayed here to watch a few Blue Jays spring training games. An easy walk to and from TD Park. There is a walking path that is connected from the hotel straight to the park - super convenient and safe! The staff at the hotel were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We love this hotel. Plenty of free parking. People at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a wide variety of foods and the women working there were on top of things constantly. Can't say enough about how hard they work and how friendly they were. The bed, pillows, and room were large. We asked for a room where there would be less noise and they gave us a perfect room. Shower had full pressure and hot water. Plenty of towels on hand. Hotel is clean. Laundry room was clean but it was a bit cramped inside. There were 2 washers/2 dryers, stacked. Only suggestion I would make is to leave a step stool in there for short people to reach the dryers on top. Using a credit card instead of coins was a great move. Hot spa outside was too hot to get into. The pool outside was too cold for us to get into. We loved the pinellas trail you can walk on. You can also rent bikes to ride on the trail for the day. We also loved the downtown area. There are restaurants, ice cream shops and stores on main street. At night it comes to life with restaurants and bands. Nice to walk at night on main street. Close to Tampa where we went to the racetrack. Clearwater is also nearby. There is a walmart up the road if you need essentials. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Check-in staff (Danny and Christian) warmly welcomed me and quickly took care of a couple of requests. The other desk staff, breakfast crew, maintenance personnel and housekeeping all exhibited professional and happy demeanors. The property was well kept and my room was almost perfect (bathroom fan rattled).

We stayed here for two weeks and I would do it again in a heartbeat ❤️

Most of the employees had no awareness of Service Dogs and treated Roxy horribly.

Great location for everything we did

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and they encouraged you to take to-go bags, and hotel was central to the area. Only down side, was the shower took at least 10-15 minutes to warm up enough just to be able to shower in.

This was the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. Front desk staff greeted us every time we came through the front door. Breakfast staff was fantastic… friendly and was always asking if we needed anything.. pool was clean… lobby , rooms and exterior were very inviting!!! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dunedin area.

From the moment I stepped in, Dany had a great smile, great attitude and a cool bottle of water for me to have after a long drive. He also printed for me something I needed and made it easier for me. I definitely will be back because of his amazing customer service!

The breakfast was excellent as well as the service and friendliness of all workers. The only problem was the Friday and Saturday night noise level from the bar/band next door. It was very loud and prevented my husband from sleeping. It finally got quiet after 11:00 pm.

The room was clean, and the staff was courteous. The location is fantastic. The breakfast is OK, Hampton Inn is a little better, but not bad for a day of walking the Pinellas Trail.

Stayed for a long weekend away. This is our go-to place to stay when we are doing a beach weekend at Honeymoon Island. Check in/out is easy. Staff is very friendly and always accommodating-going above and beyond expectations. Clean rooms. Pool/Hot tub are great. Everything you need is within walking distance.

I stayed for just one night... but i was allowed to do an early check-in, check-in was fast and simple. Room was big and comfortable. The bed/bedding was extremely comfortable. Even my nieces said they had a great night's sleep, even when our room was next to the elevators. Breakfast was actually delicious. To close up out weekend, when i asked to confirm at what time checkout was, i was offered a late checkout.. the customer service was outstanding.

Checking in was amazing and fast…Danny was courteous and efficient and he gave loads of recommendations for dining. Accommodated request of room and late check out. Everything we needed was within walking distance-restaurants, shops, etc. would definitely stay here again when in the area.

I like the property the only things I would recommend is upgrade to smart TV's and microwaves in the rooms.

The only thing that was a bummer was the cozy bed felt like it inclined towards the feet.

Surprised my mom with a mother's day weekend in Dunedin. Picked the Holiday Inn Express for location and the great reviews. Well, my review: is a top 10 great hotel! Room, perfect, held all 3 of us perfectly, clean and very we'll kept. The breakfast, Couldn't have asked for better. Plenty of selections, And everything was delicious. I do want to give a shout out to the ladies who are working this area. They are attentive, polite and definitely an asset to this hotel. Make sure you bring a little tip money when you go down to breakfast. Because they deserve it!! Location, This hotel is really placed nicely for pretty much everything you're going to do in Dunedin. All the employees we encountered during our stay were so helpful and polite. We needed to check in a little bit early, And that ended up being no problem at all. Our stay was so perfect, It helped make the perfect Mother's day for my mom and myself. Thank you again Holiday Inn express, we will be back!

Our side of the hotel was next to a bar, and they had live music into the night. You could hear it in our room, but I played white noise on my phone and the air conditioner helped drown out the sound. The front desk also offered ear plugs, which was nice.

Found this great hotel after our nightmare at the clarion inn. Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Awesome area with a great bar close by. I would stay here time and time again. Highly recommend

This hotel is in a fabulous location--close to downtown shopping, the harbor, the walking paths. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. It's quite convenient having breakfast in the hotel as well.

they have service called freebee that offers free pick up and drop off around town. Which worked out great since there was a ST patricts day festival going on during our stay blocking the streets. My husbant wasn't thrilled with the bed but mostly because it was queen instead of king. Due to our booking not hotel.

The hotel is close to downtown Dunedin and you can easily walk to all the cafes, bars, shops and the baseball stadium.

A bit overpriced but very convenient location for downtown Dunedin access. Not convenient to beach if that’s your goal. Easy parking. Nice and quiet. Biggest critique - they need to get modern TVs that allow streaming or at least have a built in channel guide so you can see what’s on.

One Washer and dryer set were broken the whole stay. And people never came to retrieve laundry for about 40 minutes!!!! Hot tub was broken one day but the desk fixed it.

We love to stay here. The staff are all very nice. G th he breakfast is unbeatable. Penny and Ernie in the breakfast room really make people feel very comfortable. They are top notch. They are one of the reasons we stay there.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and the staff is always welcoming and super helpful. The location is amazing! If you are looking for restaurants, breweries, a quaint downtown with wonderful shops this is theplace for you, no car needed. And if biking, walking or running is your thing the Pinellas trail is right behind the hotel.

A noisy with music from the club next door the first night. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast. The breakfast ends at 9 30am during weekdays. This is a leisure hotel. The breakfast time is not convenient if you plan to rest and take it easy in the mornings like we like to do. I will book a non included breakfast stay next time.

Front desk was not attentive when I left prematurely due to hurricane.

The staff was very nice. The location was excellent, restaurants were nearby. I found nothing I didn't like or able to tolerate that would sway me from returning to this location. Just for FYI purposes, my room was on the street side, so, I was able to hear traffic and or pedestrians passing by from time to time. Didn't bother me.

Staff seemed nice. The older gentleman at the breakfast area was the best! You can really tell he took pride in his work. Kept the breakfast area clean and stocked. Was very interactive and super sweet. The only bad part about our stay was the room view. We got stuck on a second floor that was on top of the carport area and all we saw out of our window were roof tiles and the carport blocked the rest of the hire. So we could not see anything out of our window. It bummed us out.

The hotel was really nice but the staff was fantastic.... Eric at the front desk and the morning breakfast staff treat guest as if this were an expensive resort. You can tell that they love what tgey do.

To be honest they could definitely upgrade the Tv's to smart Tv's. The staff was amazing. The ladies who work breakfast really deserve a raise love them ❤️.

It's a beautiful area, close to shopping and dining. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff goes out of their way to make sure we have everything we need. The breakfast was incredible with a great selection of omelets, meats, biscuits, fruit, pastries, yogurts, oatmeal and cereals.

We have stayed here many many times and continue to come back. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is top notch from check in to food service to housekeeping.
