Room was clean and well

Good basic hotel. About sixty feet below route 4 and need to walk up side of access road if don't drive to get to nearby restaurants and stores. One elevator had some problems, for opening and closing repeatedly during one week stay. Not fixed quickly.

We stayed for one night for my daughter’s graduation room was very clean. Had enough towels like to pull out trees in the bathroom. Your personal supplies breakfast is good.

Staff were above and beyond friendly. Breakfast was included. Everything was super clean. Bed was very comfortable. It was a very welcoming environment. Would highly recommend!

Clean room kind staff good breakfast but the building itself is the main issue. We can hear people upstairs hallway walking talking. I liked everything else. I would not recommend this hotel

I have stayed for years at Marriott and will now book my travel arrangements through Hampton. The facility was excellent and the staff was more than accommodating. The exiting of the property. No easy way onto main road.

the check-in procedure went well. I was disappointed in learning that the hotel was out of complimentary water and the elevator was broken. The room was clean and quiet. I feel the quality of toilet paper and tissues is extremely low. I would think the amount that the chain purchases would more than make higher quality products more affordable. It's the little things that set a hotel apart.

Property was very clean, maybe a newly built Hampton Inn. Check in was easy, friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and much appreciated well lit.

Staff was very courteous,clean rooms and plenty of amnenities. Unfortunately the ceilings are not very sound proof. The people above us weren't very considerate,loud footsteps across the floor and the sounds of furnishing being moved around.

Yes the room was very clean and so was the lobby and corridors. The only problem we had was that because of our neighbours next door the first night we could not sleep but the staff and the assistant manager were very courteous and changed our room the next day. We could not get a discounted price because we did not book directly with them but they did give us a 15$ gift card to Dunkin donuts.

Hotel was super clean. Plenty of amenities. And a great busy area, but was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful. Staff was very nice.

The room we booked had a sliding bathroom door that did not close therefore there was no privacy when going to the bathroom shower or changing. We only stayed one night and we were visiting family so there was not point in changing rooms at the time.

We always enjoy staying here. Would recommend placing water bottles in the room instead of the guests having to ask for them.

Travelers arrived at their destinations in all kinds of different conditions and circumstances. Many have been on difficult flights, some have come for difficult, family reasons, others, like myself have driven over 1000 miles over the course of 16 hours for a family event. The role of a hotel receptionist should be to take help take the edge off of a travelers anxieties, make them feel welcome, give them the easy button. They’re always in an excellent position to do so, and so I’m blown away when they don’t, or when they choose to add more anxiety or resistance to the travelers journey, despite the fact that the job they hold is in fact possible because of these very travelers. Checking into the hotel today about an hour ahead of the official check-in time, I didn’t have any particular expectation that I would be able to get into my room and that was fine, but I didn’t need a lecture from the 20 something-year-old receptionist that made it very clear to me that I was asking for an exception that was not within the policy of the property. If she had smiled, and maybe offered to get me a bottle of water, or suggest that I enjoy a little downtime in the waiting area while she checked in with housekeeping to see what she could do, that would’ve been fine, anything, but she did none of that. She just asserted her authority and made sure I understood who was in charge. It didn’t matter that my eyes were glazed over from 1000 miles of highway, or that I was tired and about to drop.

Either new or newly remodeled hotel with indoor pool, outdoor patio with grill, large walk in shower, large TV, includes breakfast! Cookies in lobby in the afternoon. Various dining options, Walmart, movie theatre within a mile or 2. Only complaint is the charging station in nightstand didn’t charge our phones. Otherwise wonderful hotel.

Hilton, you should be ashamed! You used to set the bar for others. However, with this establishment you never even achieved mediocrity! But you still charge a premium price. The condition of the room was disgusting: peeling wallpaper, mold or dirt all over the baseboards and corners, everything looked grungy. Even the repairs that were made, caulking for example, were sloppy and half-ass. Have your staff no pride in their work? The beds were horrible- what youd expect yo find in a Motel 6, or some other $69 night motel. Matress was 10 years old as evidenced by manufacture date on the mattress label. Hard as a rock and the coils poked through the matrress into my back. They squeaked loudly if you shifted your weight in the bed. I Googled the make, model and serial #: $300 mattress. Way yo go, Hilton! And, finally, the drapes were hung on a track that did not run the width of the window - they only hung on the sides. Could not closed. The only privacy was a white lace, see thru panel which did not block nor dim the bright exterior lights from shining in my face all night, and lighting up the room. Dont waste your money here. A huge disappointment for a former Hilton fan.

The room and lobby appeared recently renovated, everything was clean, and the free breakfast was really good. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was fine. I could there was a pet in the room prior to us as my allergies started being affected. Pet friendly hotels are fine but should have specific rooms for pets. Also didnt like the barn door on the bathrooms not very family friendly.

Nice hotel a little off the beaten track

The entire hotel ran out of towels. Tried to get some at 8:00 at night for next morning, was told there was no one to wash them so they wouldn’t be available until late next morning.

We always look for Hampton Inn.

Thai place is very nice. This is the third time we have stayed here and we will definitely keep coming back.

This was a quiet property, which was just what we wanted. We stayed here after seeing a show at the MVP Arena- it was a quick 10-11 minute Uber away. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need. The only negative thing we noticed was that our bathroom door did not close. It was a “barn door” but there was no latch so as soon as we closed it, it rolled back open. We had to secure it closed with one of our bags. Other than that, we loved the room and the property.

The night of check in was great and the guy working the desk was so nice but after that they were terrible. Saturday the hotel was out of towels and just said they were full. You should not have people stay if you don’t have enough supplies. We have been staying at this hotel for 3 years for dance comps and we will not be back.

We were on a long road trip with our French Bulldog and this was the perfect stop.

I felt that the staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast was well taken care of and maintained. I didn't like the crazy two lanes traffic circles, however, I know that the hotel has no control over that.

Nice hotel, good location. Our only two complaints are that (1) the lighting in the room was limited, e.g. no lamp on the desk; and (2) there was only one chair (at the desk) so one of us had to sit on the bed. Other than that, it was fine.

The staff there is their greatest asset. Everyone we dealt with for our two day stay was helpful, patient, courteous, and pleasant. It truly was an enjoyable place to be, and housekeeping kept things immaculate.

Nobody to help with clogged toilet. Husband had to help staff find plunger and unclog toilet himself.

High end of a 3 star experience. The comfort of each room is consistent, but water pressure varies as you get further from the center of the hotel. I’ve stayed here 4-5 times on the past couple of months, it’s a good option.

I loved the Hampton inn because it was so welcoming! The staff was great and the rooms were very very clean, it was a wonderful stay. The free cookies and lemon water was a surprise treat!

This trip I used the workout room. It’s nicely equipped and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The complimentary breakfast is very good and there were lots of options. Unfortunately my room had a very stiff mattress and was hard to sleep on it was very bouncy and springy and makes noise with every movement. Other than that the bathroom is nice and clean along with the shower.

The system was down at check in and check out- they wrote my credit card number down on a paper- I’m keeping my fingers crossed the papers are destroyed and I’m not charged an arm and a leg for a hotel room. The staff were literally writing down room numbers on blank pieces of paper- old school 1990s. No internet connection for the whole weekend and our room never got cleaned, even though we stayed for two nights and we were gone the whole day from 9am to 7pm. The hotel seemed clean overall, just seemed very mismanaged (no covers for the coffee cups because the wrong cups were ordered).

Now I can’t trust my reservations with Expedia?!?!

The place is very nice but we booked here specifically for the EV charging and when we arrived we were told the chargers havent worked since the winter. There's no mention of that on the website...
