The hotel needs a major remodel.

My room was clean. The staff was pleasant. I had a great experience overall.

The manager was so awesome! She allowed an early check in and a late check out. My stay would not have been so pleasant without her. Every hotel should have a manager like her!!!

When I arrived after four hours, they told me there were no rooms available. They are not professional at all

The property was being renovated so it was busy with construction crews and such. It is a great place to stay when traveling with family. Nicely located, spacious.

Our room was 59• degrees. Contacted front office was told I should have let them know during the day. We weren’t in our room under late after a tournament. It was the coldest two nights of the winter. They also charged my card for two different deposits when I had already paid for it in advance through Expedia. Room also smelled like pee.

The property had a two bedroom apartment small but just right a little kitchen with everything you need and rooms were separated in different buildings I loved that.. pretty much had a great time there we even had free breakfast but missed it everytime because the beds were so comfy I didn’t get out of the bed oh and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a plus for me and livingroom couch bed was a plus as well this little apartment fit all of us at once.. The only thing that bothered me was the couch bed was a little old and you can feel the springs on it.. but it was alright.. also the tv couldn’t watch Netflix or anything the wifi is horrible the remotes are old had to keep pressing buttons over and over to get it to work and eventually gave up on watching tv

The room was great - two bedrooms, two bathrooms and clean and warm. Everything worked great and the front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and well stocked. During Christmas there was no room service, but it was nice to let the staff have the days off or reduced hours. I highly recommend this hotel.

I think overall the property was nice. There were a few issues. I guess when we booked it, we had no idea that this was like a motel type of situation or anybody could access your door from the outside. This was not expected at all. The only other issues is that the Wi-Fi was very weak in the bedroom. If you don’t mind more of a motel fuel versus an all enclosed space, this might not be the place for you. That being said, the staff was nice and the breakfast was decent.

Parking was easy. Breakfast was decent. Staff was polite.

No WiFi available for at least 6-7 days! This was unacceptable! They don’t clean your rooms frequently enough either. Once every 5 days? Some folks don’t even stay 5 days.

The location was good! The room was nice I was not happy when I arrived to find that our room and multiple other groups of people rooms were not ready so we had to wait for a hour to check in. Which held us up from getting down to the concert we were there for.

Hotel manager was very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with.

Easy on and off highway. Mostly clean. Rooms not ready at check-in time, but with a later check-out and earlier check-in time, they seem to have set themselves up to disappoint customers. Due to rush to clean rooms, many tabletops in our room were visibly not cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was okay. Very confortable sleep in comfy beds and quiet room.

When traveling with family a hotel like Residence Inn is exactly what we like. There is plenty of room and the 2 room suites are excellent. Will be staying here when in the area again!

Property was in need of maintenance

The Hotel desk clerk had me tap my card twice charged me $170 for the room at check in than caught her mistake seen my room was paid for already and said I have to wait for an manager to be reimbursed plus $20 for damage so I have to wait for my money to go back on my card but overall besides that I enjoyed my Thanksgiving with my family and friends. This has nothing to do with Hotels. Com, this is a Residence Inn (Marriott Hotel) mistake

This residence inn is in need of some major tlc. The rooms are really showing their age, plus the cleanliness of our room was lackluster for a Marriott brand. We didn’t have towels in our room, despite calling front desk twice (hotel I set up townhouse style) we didn’t receive any and dried off using hand towels. The breakfast was just alright. For the price we paid, we will try other hotels before returning.

High pet charge, deposit would be better.

I stayed 5 nights. After check-in, I noticed there were rooms with easier access then our room. I asked staff at the desk about availability. She graciously reassigned us another room with similiar access. It was handicapped accessible. Room was large to accommodate scooter. Staff was so helpful.

We booked this property because they had two room suites and we were travelling with our teenaged son. We were in the area for one night. This hotel is in need of a renovation as the rooms are dated and tired. The common areas need maintenance as well. The bathrooms were tiny and the beds were uncomfortable. We likely wouldn't return.

Rooms were nice but it was very smelly. Like there was a water damage at some point. Could not sleep all night. Not going to stay there again.

Extremely disappointed that I checked in on Wednesday, checked out on Sunday not once was my room service by the hotel. At night on my floor, it was noisy with people running back-and-forth. The breakfast service in the morning was very nice.

The bathroom (shower/tub/toilet) was very small but met our needs. The sink outside the bathroom helped. A bathroom attached to each bedroom was very convenient and private. The breakfast was good. And parking was convenient. The outside of the building was a little run down. And the pool was closed.

Why are they cutting down all the trees? Landscaping not maintained. Pool closed "permanently"- why? BBQs not maintained. Pickle ball court without a net. Basketball hoop with destroyed net. Staff could care less when handicap parking spots taken by cars with no permits. Staff should walk property to look for issuses. Breakfast area not supervised and stocked. Waffle mix dispenser broken, but noone was aware enough to put a small sign saying something like "... dispenser broken. Please ask staff for mix."

The bed was super uncomfortable

You have to walk up a large flight if stairs with all of your heavy luggage. The place smelled like wet dogs and the room was in need of repairs.

Stayed for 4 days and room was not cleaned even once. Breakfast had very little choice and the food was terrible.

This hotel is not any star. It’s dirty, mold in bathrooms, room smelled like dogs. Walking up the stairs to our room filthy. Asked for them to bring us clean towels and pick up garbage no one brought them. Very little light in the living room area. Very outdated. This is not a $300 a new get hotel. Very disappointing.

Wish we would have known the pool and hot tub were no longer in service. First room key did not work. And the hotel’s phone number is not in service so I could not call ahead to verify anything. Finding out no pool and hot tub we may have reset our stay to another location. But it is clean here and quiet.

I've stayed at this property in the past, and it's been good ... close to car events I participate in. The bad: This property seems to have gone downhill since my last stay. The first two rooms we were given, had issues .. first one no heat. Second room had a major water leak in the kitchen .. finally the 3rd room was acceptable ... but overall I was highly dissatisfied with having to move 3 times to get to a room that wasn't plagued with issues. Not likely to go back. Clerk notified the manager, but the manager never contacted me to discuss the issues.

New, very nice and clean hotel in excellent condition. Friendly, quick and helpful staff. I was very surprized- these days you don't see many hotels that are so well maintained. Good job of hotel management!

The 3 people we interacted with on site were all very friendly. Cleanliness is a bit of an issue. The air intake above the bathroom door is covered in dust. There were hairs in the bathtub and next to the sink and the hallway needed to be vacuumed. Also, the air conditioning didn’t cool at all. We actually switched rooms, but the second room was barely better. Also the mattress was sinking in the middle, so it was like we were laying on a hill all night and did not sleep because of it. There were no bugs at all anywhere though, and it was quiet.

The rooms enter off an exterior corridor and its noisy. There's a wood burning fireplace in the room, which was kind of weird, and the damper was noisy when it was windy. Breakfast was fine except the coffee was the worst I've ever had.

Perfect for a stop if you’re tired from driving and want supper in you room. Wegmans is just six minutes away. Room has full kitchen.

The property was old and unkept. They ask if you want daily housekeeping but only sent someone once and did not do a thorough cleaning. Trash was left outside our door. A twin sheet was left for a queen sofa bed and when we called , we were told, they were out. Our check in clerk was very dry and not welcoming. The carpet was dirty. It was the worse Marriott I have ever visited. If I had not booked through Expedia with required me to prepay for stay, I could have at least found another place. For this reason, I will not be booking through Expedia again. The pictures look nothing like the property. I feel scammed.

The bed was comfortable but slept very warm. Breakfast was mediocre. There were pots and one pan, but no skillet. Our stay was just okay.

Was expecting a pool and hot tub both were out of service this and breakfast were the main reason for choosing this hotel and both were a disappointment.

I did not like that I had to drive to breakfast. My mattress sent me to the chiropractor. I cannot speak to every mattress at the facility but I know ours was not good.

If you simply need a place to stay - the property choice is fine. There are very limited dining options nearby and definitely no activities.

The staff were doing the best they can with the condition of understaffing. Pool was closed and so was their sister hotel next door. This was very disappointing as I booked this hotel for their outdoor pool and the extreme heat. I asked for a discount and they said the only option we had was to cancel without penalty, which we could not do as we were already there and had a dog with us. No coffee cups at breakfast Sunday morning.

I traveled with my mom and husband for the boxing hall of fame induction weekend and a day trip to Niagara. we chose this hotel because it was close to the boxing events. We also chose it because it allowed my mom to have her own bedroom and bathroom and also had family space. We enjoyed our stay, the staff respected our request for privacy and gave us what we needed on request. Our only complaint is that the fire pit, pool, and jacuzzi were not operational. The staff apologized over and over. It wasnt that big of a deal because we were not traveling with small kids, it was chilly and rainy a few days plus we didnt have much downtime. If it was hotter it may have been a bigger deal. Overall if we traveled to the area again we would for sure stay here!

Such a relief while traveling to arrive at a friendly, clean, spacious suite. Everything was wonderful.

Room was clean and well kept up. We would definitely stay here again when in town.

I enjoyed the general appearance both indoor and outdoor. The outside fire-pit was enjoyable in the early Fall evenings. Also appreciated the easy breakfast with nice options each morning! One area of disappointment was the maid service. In the 4 full days we stayed there we never received room service of any kind? Maybe this is the norm for extended stay properties but a quick tidying up every few days w/clean towels would have been appreciated.

The Expedia website is a joke. I put in the dates i requested for my stay and the website went and changed them...i noticed the problem and immediatly Called expedia and the hotel. I got a run around and lost 180. I explained that the website had altered my dates 2 min after i hit submit payment. Be AWARE OF BOTH EXPEDIA AND THIS HOTEL WEBSITE!!!!

When we arrived we were told the room wasn't ready and they had til 6 to let us check in which was upsetting. I called back at 3:30 and wad told a guest from the prior night was not giving up my room. He left and had his stuff there and was not answering their calls. They assuned he intended to stay again and have them charge his card. They offered me 2 rooms insteaf of the 2 bedroom suite which wasn't ideal because we had activities planned with the kids and it woukd have been nice to have the shared room and separate living room. We made the best of a bad situation and worked around it and the kids enjoyed the pool. The gentleman working the pool and keeping the towels stocked was extremely pleasant and went out of his way to greet guests and check on them. His name was Kyle i believe and he really went above and beyond. The breakfast was very good for a complimentary breakfast and offered more than I expected. Overall they did their best to handle an awkward situation and we had a nice stay despite the hiccups

Poor security; deadbolt jammed and could not be used. Bags of garbage stacked by the entrance to our room.

The stay was blah. It was just 1 night for a pit stop, 2 adults and 4 kids. Could have been cleaner for sure. A stain on the couch sheet, didnt seem like the bed sheets were changed, dishes were all shoved in the dishwasher like a fail try at tetris. Kitchen was poorly cleaned, hair on clean towels. Will not stay here again even for a 12 hr pit stop.
