- Friendly and helpful staff
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Noise from other guests and surrounding area
- Cleanliness issues in some rooms
- 5/5
The rooms are always clean, housekeeping staff are very kind and helpful, and the front desk folks have always been excellent. Great price for the rooms and a go-to for us when we need a spot away from home for the weekend.
- 4/5
Pillow need a little more firmness
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly
- 4/5
No. All of the amenities were adequate.
- 5/5
It was clean and quiet
- 0.5/5
I do not like the fact that the hotel was in a very pleasant area. There was a lot of people walking around, and there was people that were living there you can smell the smell of curry. I just was not a good day. I will never stay there again.
- 3/5
Staff were nice. Room was clean but cleaner they use was very very strong. Good location close to lots of restaurants 👌. Breakfast was simple. Yogurt ,cereals ,hard boiled eggs and bagels . Beds were uncomfortable, pillows were flat and towels were dirty.
- 0.5/5
It was way too expensive given the quality
- 5/5
The room was clean and the bed was incredibly soft with hot water for the jetted tub and the rooms were quiet and the air for the room is not thermostat controlled which allowed for good background noise.
- 5/5
Good
- 4.5/5
Parking was good I still haven’t gotten my deposits
- 0.5/5
Did not stay at this hotel and needed to cancel my reservation, I tried to cancel right after I paid for it and my request was canceled so I was charged for a night I didnt stay here.
- 5/5
Air system worked fine in a spacious clean room with 2 queen beds. Staff was friendly , helpful and professional. Free Parking was fine.
- 4.5/5
Loved the hot tub and room was nice and quiet .
- 3/5
Decent prices Found a black hair on bed upon checking in. We'll probably go back, but check bed first.
- 3.5/5
TV remote didn't work sometimes, The base of the bed is metal and sounds like a steel drum when bumped.
- 0.5/5
The front desk lady is a total ass! I seen her yell at a few people and denied helping get them the proper help. She also called one gal a bitch. That’s totally unacceptable!! This place lost my business
- 0.5/5
Nothing to like. Do not stay here. Unsafe, tried to double charge, bad room. Price is not worth the stay. Do not even consider this place for your family. The room was below average. Area had stores and restaurants, but not safe. Especially at the hotel is not safe.
- 3.5/5
The breakfast was basic and not special Everything was okay for a basic hotel
- 3.5/5
It was not worth $198
- 1.5/5
Bed was comfortable but no blankets, so it was cold. There was no bathroom door which was unacceptable. We noticed a cockroach on the desk, when I checked out I told them about it and they asked, How many ? Everyone knows that if one is present, them there are many.
- 3.5/5
TV remote didn't work and water pressure in the shower was low
- 2/5
Yes Too many to list
- 5/5
Great place to stay low rates
- 5/5
Some of the people staying there!!!.
- 3/5
It was okay
- 3/5
Built in wardrobe
- 3.5/5

- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Room was spic n span, bed comfortable, just the right toiletries, coffee maker
- 5/5
Check in before 3pm
- 2/5
It was ok. The pictures online make it better than it actually is
- 1/5
The breakfast wasn't offered and they keep my deposit saying two pillows where missing when they where there when I checked I have photos of the room when I left
- 5/5
A very nice place to stay in the Edmonds area and reasonable prices.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, and convenient.
- 4.5/5
The large room and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants in walking distance
- 3/5
- Lots of parking spots - Near korean town so lots of korean food options, the cafe across the property was really good - bed is wide and comfy - provides essentials for bathing Cons: - Not the cleanest as I found some stains on the towels I was using - The hair dryer doesn't work that well - Even though we booked a non-smoking room, we still smell smoke around the area - A bit far from Seattle downtown (around 30 - 40 mins drive)
- 4/5
This place isn't bad, but its not great eaither. It's in the worn down condition you'd expect for the price. Staff was nice. Breakfast was simple and my room was clean. I got everything I hoped for.
- 2/5
The pictures are not accurate and the rooms are not kept well. They are dilapidated, in need of good ventilation, and renovation. There was an ant colony on the side of the window pane and the room was dingy. It's not a pleasant site to see crackhead digging through the dumpster in the parking lot every morning.
- 4/5
We were just coming back from a cruise. Wanted a reasonable place. Room was clean and front desk staff were nice. Breakfast wasn't fancy but was enough!
- 5/5
N/a
- 2/5
Prostitution at it's finest point, ridiculous.
- 3/5
Al right
- 1/5
I would not stay at this hotel again. It smelled and the bathtub was disgusting. The pillows were rock hard. It was a horrible stay.
- 3/5
The stairs need to be fixed almost fell because the steps were like angle down and it was trip hazard
- 5/5
Quiet, i didn't like how the parking was
- 2/5
Room smell bad and around the property really bad
- 3/5
Staff charges me twice
- 1/5
Infested with sugar ants, thin walls, constant loud voices and moving around stairwell. Loud arguments upstairs woke me up at 3am. I made a noise complaint call to the front desk, and 20 minutes later the police are knocking at their door. At least they took me seriously and called the police? Felt very unsafe, i couldnt sleep. Expedia should remove this listing from your site. I would like a refund for my booking.
- 5/5
Liked its location. Like the elongated toilet seats. Safety rail at the end of the tub is a hazard. One that is higher and diagonal for standing up in the shower is needed. I did find my little black stick drive over here in Norway at home. I didn't lose it there.
- 3/5
A very poor place to be in. Couldn’t even close the bathroom door. My least favorite place to stay at on our 2 week vacation
- 1/5
Kept deposit for no reason
- 4/5
The room was clean. Didn’t deal with the staff much. I was on the bottom floor. The people on the floor above were very loud and I could hear them walking around all night. That was the only issue.
- 3/5
Bed too hard
- 3/5
The room was clean overall, but furniture was very dirty - stains everywhere, and some of the cushions were torn with stuffing and foam coming out. The bedding was clean, however, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great pressure.
- 3/5
This was an average stay.
- 5/5
It was clean and quiet.
- 4/5
Room was clean. A bit small but comfortable. A great location, supermarket and several restaurants in walking distance. Staff was nice, cleaned room daily. Basic continental breakfast
- 5/5
My family and I really like this hotel. Very clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Ok for an overnight stay before ferry. Bed was comfortable. Good for price
- 4/5
The shower was servicable - they included an in- shower non slip mat which is nice and not something I've seen often.
- 4/5
The breakfast offerings could be enhanced, but overall our stay there was very good, and we would gladly return for another visit.
- 3/5
It works for the money but has no bells or whistles. Breakfast is limited with few options
- 5/5
This is an older property but it has the best in low rates, room availability, easy checkin/checkout.
- 3/5
There was no water pressure in the shower.
- 5/5
Staff was amazingly nice. Gave us an extra large room after my dad had surgery. Continental breakfast was good!
- 5/5
Very nice
- 3/5
We had ants in our room, even though we did not have food out. Also recommend they include more healthy items for breakfast choices. Adding whole grain bagels, low sugar cereal choices and bigger variety of fruit would go a long way without adding a lot of extra effort or cost.
- 2/5
there was mold in the room, bedbugs, literal blood stains, and crumbs and stains everywhere. the 'breakfast' is just cereal, twinkies and hot chocolate. definitely would not recommend staying here
- 5/5
Dtay was fine
- 4/5
The bathroom had hairs still on the toilet and in the bathtub and the room was ice Cold and the heater did not work very well
- 4/5
I plan to return
- 5/5
I like breakfast and welcoming staff.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel, so cozy and safe! Would Deffinetly recommend:)
- 4/5
Cleaner than other Econo lodges I've stayed at. Area around it seemed safe enough.
- 4/5
OK Stay
- 4/5
Front desk staff friendly, receptive and accommodated our specific needs without hesitation but with observant anticipation. Thanks EconoLodge Edmonds!
- 5/5
It was excellent
- 5/5
Very nice place.
- 4/5
The property location was easy to find. The room was well furnished. What shined was the staff and host that went out of their way to make me feel comfortable while traveling solo.
- 5/5
Everything was good except for the broken tv
- 5/5
Check in is easy, late night. Staff is friendly. I feel safe here and the property is clean.
- 2/5
Room had three brown smears ground into the carpet just outside the bathroom. Dried and embedded in the carpet fibers, it looked like dried feces. Gag. Front desk switched my room. Second room was cleaner but TV, clock and frig were all unplugged. Had to reconnect the TV to the WiFi. Sign.
- 5/5
Was fine, I often stay here
- 3/5
Hotel was older and expected for the price. Area is a bit rough
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly
- 1/5
Its was around alot of food places
- 5/5
Nice clean property for a weekend stay.
- 5/5
Good price, better than very nearby motels
- 3/5
Property could use a little love, but was a comfortable sleep. When you’re on the bottom floor you hear all the footsteps above. The bed frame is also a strange metal material, so if someone gets out of bed it wakes others up with the sound
- 4/5
It was adequate to my needs and reasonly priced.
- 3/5
Ok for a short stay
- 4/5
However, water pipes noisy, if it was security, he walked around on phone and it was like he was in your room, room shook if anyone walked on balcony walkway
- 3/5
I signed up to pay for my stay at the hotel when I arrived. They charged my credit card that i used for the holding the reservation before i was even in seattle. Then they wanted my card when I arrived to charge it again for the room.
- 5/5
Nice room, great food, and safe area.
- 4/5
Always a good place to stay at.
- 1/5
I didn't like it all cuz they don't want to accommodate us so we left so don't send the money for the booking cuz they don't like older people
- 2/5
No bathroom door so no privacy when showering. Cobwebs in toilet room and sink area.
- 5/5
Had a good stay
- 4/5
Staff were so kind. Basic accommodations but exactly what we needed.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 3/5
It was ok. Really no complaints. It’s decent for a night.
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
The property had broken a units and refrigerators all outside the rooms. The room floor was sticky and just looked like it was bare minimal cleaned. Came back from sight seeing to my family witness a prostitute in a sequin g string bikini escot a man to the back of the complex with a crack pipe in her hand. There were sketchy men and woman hanging out all outside smoking a drinking and watching people come and go. Left that night and went to another hotel. Was supposed to be refunded for the nights that were not completed and have not received anything back yet and that was 5 days ago. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
- 5/5
Price is right and can't complain about anything provided here. Friendly, quiet, and clean.
- 5/5
Very kind and cheap.
- 4/5
Shortcomings: Seemed a bit pricey for limited amenities, upper story accessible only by staircases, sheet-metal platforms for beds make a racket if you bumped them with shoes.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and we had no issues with our room, but the neighborhood is not what I would call family friendly.
- 2/5
Ants crawling the walls and smells like smokers rooms. Pay the extra and get a different place.
- 1/5
They were rude.
- 5/5
Have stayed here before and was fine . The new ownership has remodeled the rooms for the better. Will stay here again.
- 4/5
The colors stand out in a good way bring a vibrant feel to the hotel, the rooms are pretty decent but have a basic set up, if ypur a gamer the wifii isnt the best lol and tvs could be a lil better but over all not bad. I did howeber bring my dog and poured her some food and when i wome up in the morning there were ants all over her food bowl.. soo there does seem to be an ant problem. That being said they werent crazy just enough to notice really. If that BUGS you i wouldnt stay there lol
- 1/5
Didn’t even stay the night because the room smelt like cigarettes. It also had the nasty smell of air freshener to try and cover the cigarette smell. Spent 5 minutes in the room before deciding to leave and find something else.
- 5/5
Clean loved that the pool was a bit warmer than other motels. Hot tut was relaxing too good was great
- 3/5
Floors were filthy. Fridge didn’t work microwave didn’t work. Unfortunately spent an outrageous amount for a crappy room
- 3/5
The value for this location is great! However, a few maintenance issues on the property should be taken care of.
- 1/5
Walked in to check in. Saw the signs about drug use and solicitation, and the multiple warning about cars being broken into and still would’ve stayed but asked for a first floor room (because of traveling with kids and heavy luggage) and was told that he had one but was giving us a 3rd floor room. Immediately booked another hotel and left. Even with paying for the night twice it still wasn’t work it to stay here
- 2/5
The staff was nice, but the area looked dingy. The couch in our room was torn apart. A lot of the furniture looked super old. It needs to be remodeled.
- 5/5
Amazing and kind staff, room was clean, coffee area great, breakfast really good.
- 2/5
We chose this property for the price and for its close proximity to the family pancake house (a must go to restaurant!!!) the place had several items left in it from the last guests, and there were so many bugs coming out of the sink, which was really gross. Our stay was fine, but the cleanliness (mostly bugs) was off putting.
- 1/5
When we arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk to greet us we had to wait 15 minutes until someone showed up. Once we got into our room I found a silver fish on the bed and a wad of hair seems like they didn’t change the sheets. The floors creaked and every time someone walked outside the whole floor shook. Small room. Water from tub drained super slow. Room smelled like smoke. Will not recommend or return.
- 5/5
I stay at this Hotel for a week and I will tell you, this place is affordable easily to get transportation to all the way downtown Seattle. The Manager supper nice. The girl she work at the desktop hotel she is so professional. Very nice spoken to the guest. If you’re looking for hotel, that is an affordable and Not too far to downtown Seattle this one…highly recommender!
- 2/5
The Microwave and surfaces were dirty, not wiped from previous guest.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and everything was in working order. The staff were friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
This place charged for anything and everything, They presented a terrible place and then worked to rake in further charges. This place is a complete scam and will charge above and beyond for anything that they can gain additional funds on your credit card.
- 3/5
It was fine other than staying on the 3rd level with no elevator. Three flights of stairs is hard on us old people.
- 2/5
Check in was great. Very friendly and kind person working. First night was ok. Very loud AC unit. Housekeeping was excellent on the first morning. That was the only day we received service. Out stay was 4 nights. After the 3rd night we had to ask for more toilet paper, towels, and soap. Area around the motel was ok. Felt safe-ish.
- 2/5
The room was clean and kept clean daily outside looked somewhat run down and not well kept.
- 5/5
Amazing rooms and comfortable beds amazing staff! We come every weekend just for the kindness the staff shows and the safety we feel with the alarmed doors and interior rooms
- 3/5
Nice beds, sadly the top sheet had a red questionable stain and there were ants by the microwave and a roach in the bathroom, other then that it was okay, sad we didnt make it to the breakfast they had since we didnt know what time it started or ended
- 5/5
The other people staying there were typical Travelers and workers just passing through with their truck or whatever it was not strange Riff Raff which you can find a few blocks away, but this place was like a Hidden Gem!! Ill be back!!
- 5/5
good location, close to restaurant, pizzas and etc.
- 4/5
Nice place for price!
- 5/5
Staff are always so nice and take very good care of me every time!
