Days Inn by Wyndham Seattle Aurora

Hotel was good, staff was nice and helpful, breakfast sucked, sorry what you call breakfast is simply toast or crap, a waffle is not a breakfast unless you are a kid, they could keep the area clean, I went out at 8:00 to see what they have and again at 8:45 to check out and the breakfast bar was still a mess, no one cleans.

Room was clean, not too much noise

The room was very comfortable and was perfect for a traveling person who needs quiet and plenty of space to organize their stuff. I took 2 naps and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and there's a Chick-fil-A across the street for good eats. I had a wonderful stay, I needed sleep, air conditioning (high humidity outside makes it hard for me to breathe after hiking. Thank you for the clean bed, towels were fluffy and plenty. See you again in my travels!

The overall property is not in great shape. Our room had a toilet seat broken off its hinges, a sticky floor and a mound of dirt behind the door. Amenities were at a minimum with only styrofoam cups and one small shower gel tube for soap. The manager gave us a new room which was better in terms of cleanliness amd toilet seats, but we had to ask for wifi access. One positive note- the mattress was comfortable.

Front desk people handled an unhappy pair of girls unhappy about not getting their $ deposit back as quickly as they would have liked. He did an excellent job as I noticed in a few occasions. Hats off to all that endure their "difficult " situations. Most impressed when one referred to the front desk staff as Mexicans in which he corrected her in the most diplomatic way. These guys go far above customer service and satisfaction

Not much at all, beds were reasonably comfortable Staff were rude, place smelt like urine, addict’s live in the place. Never made beds and had to ask for soap and towels most days of the 6 day stay.

Loved having fresh bananas. Beds were comfortable. Parking was free. Only complaint was the TV. Had to get staff to fix it for us to watch.

When i have no reservation, staff at front desk is always welcoming, looks for best price, personable and professional, always from walk in to room in 10 min., or less. Much appreciated.

It was a great stay there. A hotel except for the fire alarm that went off in the early evening and we had to leave the building and stand in the parking lot. Other than that it was fine

This is a nice place to stay, but the property maintenance leaves something to be desired. One of the bedside lamps did not have any power. I discovered that the outlet behind the head of the bed wasn't even fastened to the wall.

Someone from the housekeeping staff entered our room in the afternoon without knocking.

Location was far from City Center, traffic was bad, close to Costco and other shopping stores

Tv didn't work, sink was clogged, no shower curtain, staff walking in without notice, management could care less.

Decent place, convenient location, OK breakfast. Small bathroom. Heater/AC unit did not have a fan setting, so had to blow cold air for a few minutes to cool down the room, but not able to set it to fan to make it comfortable.

I dont mean to complain but the breakfast was terrible. They had coffee with no creamers. And just had bread peanut butter and jelly I believe. And they started picking up everything 15 min before time was up

Room had a broken window that could not close. Had to move to another room that was okay.

The TV wasn't working. I have to wait until the next day to repair the TV. When I reported the situation the clerck went to the room and tried to repair he TV. But I didn't like that she said that the TV was working when the prior guest was in the room. I felt like she tried to blame me. Also the room floor wasn't very clean.

Unfortunately, the smell of whatever type of air freshener they use was overwhelming. So much so it was difficult to sleep. The water pressure was just a little stronger than a fast drip. Im not kidding. Impossible to shower with.

The room smelled until we turned on the heater to mask the smell. The wood floors were filthy, feet turned black. Went ot to our car and a guy was smoking crack!!

Nice and quiet area, just dont get a nose bleed from the hot dry air from the heater when its snowing outside. Charged me my deposit for comforter and pillow case. That was a first for me.

The bedding was very cheap and not very comfortable at all. The bed itself was fine but the comforter and sheets were very thin and the material was very cheap!

The hotel could be taken care of better and the rooms cleaned better. Desk staff at check-in was the absolute worst.

My friend and I had a great time at the Days Inn. The staff was responsive and helpful, it was easy to get takeout delivered, the location can’t be beat. The artwork in my room was nice and the lobby area has tables you can sit in which we used to play cards every night. Los of fun. This place is a good value for the price which is hard to come by these days. thank you, Days Inn Shoreline!

Super comfortable 3 night stay with great nightly rate. Staff returned 100% of cash security deposit, no "funny business", which I've encounter twice previously (different hotels with nearby locations. I'm a fan.

For a 2-star hotel it wasn't bad. It was pretty noisy and the staff weren't super friendly but overall it was ok.

Be careful when giving the 100 dollar deposit because the motel has no intention of giving any of it back. Upon checking out the room was all clean only thing needed to be done was change the bedding and towels. However when they went to check the room they found two spots the size of a dime on the comforter and one towel had a little lipstick on it and they wanted to keep the deposit. So I washed the spots out while they were standing there and they still only gave me back 45 dollars of the deposit. To me they acted like they weren't planning on giving me back anything until I stood and argued with them.

Everything was good except for the towels that were stained. I’m glad i brought my own towel.

Clean, quiet, and spacious. The only problem is that there is no internet or TV. Other than that, the place is lovely.

very outdated, sticky floor by bed, floor not swept, grit from shoes thru out..ac fan continuously thru night, light from parking lot around curtain. lot was being tarred, so parked in the upper lot during the rain! free breakfast was over by 9..we left at 10 for funeral. will not recommend or stay again. Did not read about a $100 deposit when I reserved online.

Good stay for just the night team had been pressure washing the parking lot at night? And got our cars filthy from the dirt and water so didn’t appreciate that but then when checking in the man checking us in was emotionless didn’t tell us why we needed to do certain things and just made it kinda an awkward check in

A machine that has instant noodles (cup noodles), Beef jerky, chips and candies. Those who arrive late at night and hungry, doesn't have many options around for food.

The coffee was good from the lobby. We addressed a running toilet with the staff. There were no plastic cups in the room, which would have been nice, and the room smelled like bleach when we walked in. The mattress was so worn that my husband had to sleep with his head at the foot of the bed.

The rooms weren't bad at first glance. Looking around it wasn't the best cleaned, the floors were pretty dirty. There was razor wire on the top of the fence looki g out the window which was open when we arrived. There was alot of noise from other rooms. We were abruptly woken at 4am by the smoke alarms. We went outside, saw a firetruck but never saw anyone or were told anything. Finally tried to get back to sleep around 5am. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room - Lacked toiletries, ac heat unit key pad was dirty. TV didn't work via their wifi. Experience - Got to bed 10pm and by 4am the fire alarm went off. And then finding out that someone was in their room smoking. When we all went down and out while fire brigade came.. we witnessed what could only be 'ladies of the evening' also frequently this establishment. I actually came across this complaint in another review but thought...not that might be a stretch...well I guess two makes it true. No apologies for the inconvenience from night manager at all. Breakfast - food sparce and ok but not great. Not much of anything really and the area was very dirty.

EVERYONE'S BEDS SQUEAK (even mine!)... so I found out exactly how enjoyable of a night my neighbors had... great for them. Glad I had headphones.
