staff was friendly - older appearing building - popcorn ceiling, tile in bathroom with patch work - everything worked - did not know we had to ask for dishes and pots until our last day - but only there for 3 days so not a big deal but it should have been stated upon check-in. I remember thinking that maybe they only supplied for longer stays. It was clean and quiet - Nothing fancy - great for price

Have stayed here about 3 times all one night visits, rooms are spacious, serve its purpose, AC has always worked beds are not the most comfortable but not the worst....definitely would stay again, breakfast is grab & go type I've only seen muffins put out, not sure if they put different stuff since I'm usually checking out about 9/930 & breakfast is done, front desk staff has always been nice

Was there for one night, so it had what I needed. Place is pretty worn out, could use some improvements. Outdated kitchenette, drain in bathroom sink didn't work. Went for the BTS concert so there weren't really any other options when I booked, so was grateful to have a place to stay. Otherwise, would book somewhere else the next time I visit El Paso.

Baby actually had a team rooms on the staff was amazing and I mean have anything I just called the front desk. I really liked it and will recommend that others stay here also and the price is actually well.

The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. A nice detail worth mentioning is the comfort of the mattress.

That there was a sink and a full fridge. The grab and go breakfast was not even breakfast it was coffee and oatmeal. The bathtub faucet was leaking constantly. We saw multiple roaches in the restroom. Guests are so rude and don’t have respect for other guests at late hours of the night.

Check in person on Monday evening 5/18 was very nice and friendly. Room was nice only stayed here for one night with an early flight the next day. I would stay here again.

I loved that it was like a studio apartment. The room was clean. The breakfast was okay, so was coffee. Location was close to many restaurants and laundry was on site.

Slept like a rock, woke up ready to go!

The really don't offer a real breakfast, just coffee and bar. the room was ok. hated had to trade in towels to get more towels.

It was a great stay but the shower was dirty to the point where you can see the grime as soon as you walk in. Also the restroom door didn’t lock at all. The breakfast is not a meal is more of a snack bar with little options. Other then those options the beds where comfy, mirrors where clean, space was decent.

Tub and bathroom area wasn't cleaned very well. The rest of the room was ok. My room was on 3rd floor and during check in my room card didnt work so i had to return to get a new key. Around midnight someone decided to pull the fire alarm and woke up withe the fire alarm full blast. Around 30 mins or so all clear but that really ruined the night. Didnt see anyone from the hotel come and explain what occured and follow up on the safety of those staying at the hotel. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Everything was really really old and beat up my door wouldn’t even close properly I booked a non smoking room as soon as we walked in it smelled like weed so bad went to front desk and they said I couldn’t get another room!

Located in a decent location, reminds you of a sleazy motel. Office is size of an oversized closet, offering a very limited grab n go breakfast. Bare rooms, no chairs for table, no kitchen items in room not even a coffee maker. Walls extremely thin, hear noises from outside. Worse Extended Stay I've ever stayed in. I checked out the next morning and had to fight with the staff about getting a refund for the next two nights and was then charged a lated checkout fee of $20 for leaving two days earlier. DONT WASTE your time or money on this none Extended Stay. I wish I could post pictures.

The walls between rooms are paper thin, I could hear what was going on in the next room. The garbage truck emptying dumpster at 5am very loud, doors slamming & tv would not work properly. I will not stay here again.

The room#222 was due for some maintenance, The bathtub peeling ,and refrigerator cooling fan blade loose making noise..and the 28"LG tv has volume issues..after 15 to 20 minutes it lost sound and had to be turned off and back on after several attempts to watch something..i gave up....breakfast consists of granola bars or small muffin and coffee..nothing else offered

Room is missing hair dryer. Would like some bottled water. Bed was decent. Just meh for the price.

Breakfast is "Grab-N-Go": coffee, hot water for hot chocolate and instant oatmeal, granola bars and muffins. Room was okay, but many workers were staying there when we were there and they would start up their trucks very early in the morning. Ear plugs are very helpful if you want to sleep past 4:00 AM. The sink in our room was clogged when we arrived, but they fixed it immediately (i.e., the same day) while we were out. Friendly check-in person and generally very friendly and helpful. LOTS of good places to eat in the area, many within walking distance from the property. Great value overall.

Some staff was good. Some seemed like they did not want to be there. The rooms are ok. This is where the famouse you get what you pay for comes in play. Not super fancy. The color on the tub was peeling off. But for the price. I would stay there again for sure. The wifi situation is a joke. They want you to pay for streaming on wifi. Thats the only thing i would say is bad.

The room has bedbugs! I Noticed bites all over my body after I left. It was dirty, the sink didnt drain, when I turned on the heater it stunk like burning hair and set off the smoke alarm, and it felt very unsafe with groups of men standing around outside smoking all night. Do yourself a favor and don't stay at this hotel!

No ice machines at all on the premises. I asked upfront and they said to go to liquor store or convenience store down the street for ice. Room was ok. Shower got to warm at best. Not staying here again.

The place was exactly what I was looking for...clean, quiet and rwaspnably priced. So good that I stayed her the 1st few days in town and qhen I got back into the area, the last 2 days before I flew out.

Everything was good only the breakfast Is so poor, Is only coffee, tea, granola bars and muffins. Thats all. Dont offer yogurth or fruit.

This is a hotel that is next to an airport in a border town. The fact that they do not accept international passport as a form of ID as far from ridiculous. Not only they did not accept an international ID, but they made it very complicated to change the guest name in order for us to stay in the hotel. We had to spend the night in our vehicle after traveling because the manager was unavailable on a Sunday.

Upon arrival, the condition of the first bathroom was unacceptable. The toilet showed days-old dirt, visible stains of blood, and even flies—making it clear that proper cleaning protocols were not followed. The smell in the room was overwhelming and lingered during our stay. We were moved to a second room, but the problems continued. The bathroom light flickered constantly, creating an unsettling atmosphere and making it difficult to use the space comfortably. On top of that, the room keys malfunctioned every time we left; we had to request a total of eight replacement cards, which was both inconvenient and concerning for security. Breakfast was advertised, but what was offered was only water and coffee—hardly qualifying as breakfast. For travelers, particularly veterans and military families on a budget who depend on this amenity to save on meals, this was a real disappointment. Room cleaning also seemed nonexistent throughout our stay. On a positive note, the location is convenient and the city itself El Paso is wonderful. However, the property itself does not reflect the standards I usually associate with Expedia listings. The gap between expectation and reality here is significant, and I believe this is the kind of experience that deserves closer review on Expedia’s part.

Was great staying at the extended America hotel

Everything was quite acceptable.

This is a one night stay kind of place. The beds were very loud and lumpy. The pillows were also very lumpy and probably old. The furniture in the room looked run down and had scratches and chips on it. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. There were hairs all over the counter and under as well. This place could use a deep clean from the inside out. The front desk clerk made the check in and check out process easy and simple. If you only need to stay one night and near the airport I’d recommend it. There was also a screaming kid? somewhere in a nearby room that kept us up late, and I mean shrieking screaming like every 5-10 minutes.

The hotel do not have any gym room and the breakfast is an insult and i have not received yet my deposit back of 50 dlls to my debit card, never again stay in this hotel.

The lobby smelled awful and so did the room. Having 100 degrees outside and entering a smelly room with the AC off was not a good impression. It is a very old hotel. At least the bed sets and bath towels looked cleaned. I am not planning to come back again to this hotel. For $20 more I can find better options.

The property told me i cant stay and said i was smoking in a previous stay. I dont smoke and never stayed there before either. Also i requested a refund and they told me i have to talk to a manager. The manager was unavaliable. Then i had expedia contact them for a refund and the hotel lied to them and said i was a no show. I was denied a room and denied a refund. They robbed me flat out

the web site claimed to be pet friendly with pet consierge, we just encountered an unfriendly desk clerk. the free daily breakfast consisted of coffee and a couple of energy bars plus one muffin. what a selection. I cut my stay there short by one day. shame on you.

This hotel doesn't have an elevator so you need to lug your suitcases up a flight of stairs if you are on the second floor. Not impressed.

I called the day before explained late check in, we arrived at 9 were given a room that was super dirty and trashy, we go and are given another room which isn't much better but at least clean. At 9am the next morning we are waken up by manager telling us not so nicely we have to move because that room is considered deluxe (cause it has a sofa) and we had to moved to the original room (at least they cleaned it, though bathtub is all pealing). I will never stay there again

This is my go-to for events at the Starlight Center. To me, it's walkable; your mileage might vary. The Greek restaurant next door makes it worthwhile. The property felt safer than it has in the past.

Place and furniture are old. For breakfast they only offer coffee, granola bars and muffins.You also have to bring your personal hygiene products. But staff were friendly and helpful and the area around hotel is safe to walk and there are plenty restaurants at a walking distance.

It was a very great location, the amenities worked. The only thing was the cleanliness, you can tell that they don’t take time in cleaning the rooms especially under the bed. I do recommend a thorough cleaning after every check out. There was left over popcorn on the floor from the last guest, also the tv sound would stop working if the volume was increased. Other than that it was a good stay, would stay again.

Room was not cleaned during entire 4 week stay, unclear if I was supposed to request it or follow another process. Neighbors tended to be loud, with trash often found around the property.
