Is in a good location my electric door had issues probably card not well programmed had to walk to lobby from end to end to re-set. Tv antena wasn’t working 💯 % good a/c rest room well stocked friendly service thank you

Overall just your basic room at a Motel 6, nothing fancy. The front desk staff was great when I needed them to rekey my room as well as checkin and out. The location is great especially if you are doing business at Ft. Bliss.

The pool was closed for maintenance, however, I was informed of this as soon as I booked the room so there was full transparency or the situation. The room was clean and neat, there were no bugs or anything of that nature. The staff was courteous and extremely professional. Overall a fantastic stay!

The room smelled so bad my uber driver said he could smell the hotel on me. No bugs tho. Would not stay again.

Rooms were very clean and in good condition. Helpdesk was helpful and friendly. I thought the rooms were really cute. I like that they had a microwave and a refrigerator. They were contemporary and had everything I needed.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, the parking is well lit and easy to get in and out of, room was clean, and nice. it was quiet no noise, and i got a goodnights sleep, they have a pet area too. I will be back in Sept and will stay there again. Lots of places to eat near by.

During my stay, there was constant construction happening in the rooms right next to mine, making it nearly impossible to get any proper rest. After long work shifts, the last thing you want is nonstop noise when you’re trying to sleep. On top of that, the laundry room was out of service for the entire three weeks I was there, which was incredibly inconvenient, especially for an extended stay. One morning after coming back from work, I found that my room had no power at all. While the front desk offered me another room, after a long shift the last thing I wanted to do was pack up and move all of my belongings just to have basic utilities. The front desk experience only made things worse. The older woman working there was consistently rude and unhelpful. There were even multiple times I came back after a night shift and found her sleeping at the desk. Overall, this was a frustrating and exhausting stay. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling for work.

Do not stay here!!! It’s the worst hotel I’ve been in. There is no amneties whatsoever!!!! The tv remote control did not work. Plus there vomite stains on the curtains!!! Stay away from this motel.

The room was large and clean , evening staff was very nice. Microwave and fridge. No complaints. I would stay again.

One thing that could be better would be the parking lot; I had went to the store on one of the evenings for my stay and when I returned, all parking was full (including spots in the back).

The rooms smelled of marijuana and they were not clean. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. I did not stay with my family.

Well the room I was in didn't have the lock fixed on the door the door could open right up why I'm inside o couldn't sleep because of that and I will love to get my night again there because I had to fix the door and that's not right to pay $68.73 just to stay the night and that's the condition the room within so please I need to get another night because the very very unfairly I had to try to fix the lock and it still did not work the whole thing was off the hinges

When we got to the hotel and got to our room it was not ready. Went to the front desk and the staff told us that the room was marked as clean. They did not have another none smoking king size room available, so we had to settle for a room with 2 full size beds. There was no parking at the hotel available so we had to park outside of the hotel. Other then that the staff was friendly and the second room we got was clean.

The room was clean, but not quite what we were expecting based off the pictures. Parking was bad. When we came back to the motel at night, there wasn’t any parking. We had to park in the back by some storage containers. I didn’t like that or feel safe about it, but we had no other choice.

It is great for airport departure/arrival stays. Property a little worn, but staff is really nice. My only complaint would be that Motel 6 advertises being pet friendly, but the pet relief area is a measly 4x ft in a parking lot. My dogs wouldn't use it as it was pretty bleak.

They cancelled my stay cause I got there latr as a no showing. I think it's a scam how they make money off you even though I paid it for full price. Never will stay Motel 6 again. The staff is rude as well.

The staff at that day was so so rude and said i was a liar when i had the proof in my phone, she stated i extended my stay with a double bed and in my phone it said king size, i stayed at room 229 it has a king size, i chose to stay in the same room, yet she said i booked a double, and was so super rude about everything. It is not the first time we have an encounter like that with her or ANY of the female employees, some are super sweet and the guy too, but the rest jeez its like they pay you guys to be extra rude. After this last stay, idc but were not staying there anymore, they always give us a really hard time

The beds are really firm and no elevator exists for 2nd floor. Expect a basic, no frills stay that meets the price you pay. That said, there are equivalent prices in the area that might have better value. No pet fees is a huge plus!

Make sure if you want to extend your stay you do it 24 hrs in advance....and don't even ask the workers for help ...the lady in the front desk pretended to be the manager and told me she doesn't know how to extend a reservation....I tried early in the morning With plenty of time to extend it and she never helped....worse customer service ever ...then I called corporate and they couldn't even compensation me for their lack of knowledge. Motel 6 on ftbliss and airport no one knows how to extend a reservation and the lady in the front pretended to be the manager.and very rudely was not helpful at all. Worste stay ever with worse help ever

Shower didn’t work on arrival, got it fixed second day and it worked better but still had problems with water coming out the tub instead of shower head causing the shower head pressure to be bad. everything else was great

1 of my rooms was so dirty , and had bed bugs. I had to book another room at a different Hotel for my employees. They refused to stay there. Very poor customer service. Rude and unfriendly. And all my rooms smelled like weed and smoke. And bleach.

I tried to get in contact with Expedia but all I can get in contact with was a live chat agent. After going back and forth for 20 minutes (mind you this was all through text very frustrating ) I decided to book a room in person as a walk-in with the clerk, I was tired and it was late After around 30 minutes of booking my room I received a call from Expedia,sharing their concerning thoughts. All I wanted was a refund and they assured me that I wasn't going to get charged because I never technically checked in. Two days later I received a bill from my credit card company with a charge from Expedia. Try getting in contact with him again, provided them with screenshots and receipts after a few days I was notified that I was not going to be able to get my refund and that there was nothing else they could do and they were terribly sorry. The fact that they don't have a 1-800 phone number is the most frustrating of it all. That's my two cents from Expedia deleting the app immediately

You get what you pay for. So I would not be that harsh, but no matter where you stay, you should be able to trust hotel staff! I checked out and realized I had left my kindle behind. I called to ask if I could have it shipped to me, and they said it had not been found. The person who answered said “the lost and found box is empty”. I said wait you didnt even ask my room number or when I stayed so you can maybe double check with staff… the said no, we don’t have it sorry. I KNOW I left it there. I was very disappointed. My advice would be to not leave anything out that you don’t want to disappear and make sure you take all your belongings when you leave because you won’t be getting them back if you don’t!

I liked that it was family friendly. And the room looks tidy but was not properly cleaned head board of the bed was full of gressy hand prints. And the blanket did not smell as though it was clean

We had a very disappointing experience with Motel 6. We checked out on July 4th, but they charged us for the entire week, claiming we never returned the room key — even though the key was handed back. We contacted customer relations to report the issue, but the handling was completely unprofessional. This feels like a scam, and it’s unacceptable.

My wife was staying for 17 days we called before hand to make sure the pool was open. Yes the pool was open, but it was not. It was under construction which really sucked. House keepers and maintenance are so sweet and helpful. Overall we liked it. The plumbing is not the greatest there.

Terrible smell coming from bathroom sink, tub had a drain problem, no mirror outside of bathroom, microwave didn’t work. The office attendants were very nice though. Other than the stinky bathroom drains/pipes- the room was very clean.

Liked that it was close to the airport and base. Front desk staff were very nice, so was housekeeping. Didn't like the property, it was runned down. The room was nothing like what was advertised online, granted it was clean and bug free. There was no furniture, refrigerator leaked, shower was horrible, barely any water or pressure. Key card kept deactivating after one use which was very annoying.

It was my only option to book since everything was not available. I found the place as advertised, so that was good, the room was clean and the bed too, it had a small fridge and a microwave, they were helpful. The bathroom had hairs on the shower wall, and one of my 3 towels had dirty spots, that was the only discomfort. Parking lot was not enough for all customers, we had to park at the back.

The room has an old smell and smoke smell coming in from next room. The door had a big gap on the bottom and lever on toilet needs to be replaced.

I always stay here. It’s for a reason.

I know this is an old property and an economic option however it is not well kept at all. Our room smelled like cigarette, hot water was limited, our door wouldn't properly close and the TV volume could not be raised. This was not a good experience. I've stayed at other Motel 6 and they were no where close to this one.

I did not stay here at all. Although i booked a room for 5 nights. I told front desk my situation checked out and was expecting a refund. A few days later i received an email stating there was nothing anyone could do...so i basically gave these people 300 dollars for free!!!! For absolutely NOTHING !!!!

The bathroom was very dirty, there were dried drops of urine around the toilet and lots of hair on the floor as if someone had cut their hair there and they didn't clean it.

One of the best in the Motel 6 class. Not too pretty from the outside, but clean, well maintained, and a comfy bed. Came with fridge and microwave and surprise daily housekeeping!

Fast easy check-in, clean room and convenient parking made this a good stay.

There was women’s hair all throughout on the floor and in the bathroom. The toilet ran water nonstop. The noise from other rooms kept me up all night.

Terrible place with terrible staff definitely not even worth the price or even a deal offer can excuse that kind of manner

Despite a rocky start over what is a non issue I was very pleased with the staff and property and will be back. I originally had intended to have my wife who just had gotten out of the hospital join me after a visit with her friends and family but she didn't feel up to it and we will be coming back in a couple of weeks, instead of this Saturday. But I heartily recommend this location in every respect.
