They were able to reserve a ground floor room for me. I was delighted to discover that it was by guest laundry as I needed to do a load of clothes. The door to the room was so heavy it was difficult to open when loaded with baggage.

This is a solidly excellent mid-grade motel at budget prices. I've always found that first impressions of the grounds match the actual quality of the rooms, and the grounds are immaculate. It's near the freeway so not exactly "out of the way" but you won't be walking anywhere for a meal.

My room was clean and in close proximity to parking. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check out was easy and quick. I highly recommend Palace Inn El Paso.

Putting better quality beds since during our last stay the bed was not the best quality in terms of the bed being bumpy and out of shape, then the quality of the bathroom tub not draining with out external assistance of the guest

Breakfast was basically just a waffle. But the room and facilities were wonderful

The receptionist wasn't all that friendly. We got there around 10 pm. She didn't ask for my ID she was demanding to she my driver license. I don't like demanding people.

Nice little gem of a property right off of the highway. The hotel is laid out well with a large, well lit parking lot directly in the center of the building The room was very clean and the overall condition of the property was great. Sadly, many highway convenient hotels are in poor condition with outdated amenities and unclean rooms. The Palace Inn is bucking that trend. Stay here with confidence.

Great choice for a place to stay. Motel was on the I10 access road. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious, clean, plank flooring,big bathroom, bed was comfortable, great water ptessure, & has a microwave and mini fridge.

Room was clean and the area wasn’t bad. The staff was nice. The only downfall was the beds they are hard and uncomfortable. My hips were hurting from it. But overall was pretty good.

I couldn't believe that there is no elevator. I am 60 y/o, have a bad back from my days in the army, and had a big suitcase to get to a room on the 2nd floor.

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good but would have liked boiled eggs for protein. Staff was not friendly. Was denied breakfast first day at 10 am. I did not know kitchen closed at 9:30 am., yet following day people were coming after 10 am and nothing was said to them. Parking was good. Overall it was a very good experience. I would stay there again. Thank you.

The noise from the interstate was extremely loud and you could see, that the door needed weather stripping, it might eliminate some of the noise too.

It was surprisingly quiet. A/C worked very well. We were surprised to find a kitchenette with a full size fridge.

It appears property has been totally renovated recently. The desk clerk was very considerate and pleasant. The room was very clean. The room decor was not to my taste, more like an office style, biut that's just me, not a reflection on the premises

The room was spacious and clean. It smelled like it was just cleaned when I walked in. Check in was super quick. The set up was nice for the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Over all our stay was very pleasurable, minus the cleaning of the room of one of the days we were there. They knocked once and never came back. We had no clean towels or toilet paper for the remainder of our stay. They could have checked the registry book and see if we were checked out or not. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Honestly by far one of the best or better hotels here in El Paso in my opinion. Check in wast incredibly fast with kind service. Lobby is really modern clean and welcoming. The room was incredibly clean, with a beautiful restroom. The room design is just really comfy feeling with most things looking fresh clean dustless. Came with microwave, and fridge. The fact that the toilet had a separate little room was a great feature as well. One thing to mension this was my first visit, and saw no critters inside the room which was great. Cons: this is me being nit picky but in the daylight the door has light seeping through, and Id like the texas waffle maker back from the pictures. Overall: 9.6 on a harsh scale.

Very clean, which is the most important thing to our family when it comes to staying at a motel!

The location is noisy, right next to busy I-10. However, the rooms with door closed were relatively quiet, as long as you ran the A/C. The wall-mounted A/C thermostat did not work. The keycard quit working on the second day and had to be reprogrammed. The fitness room had a broken exercise bicycle, and the door lock would not open on the second day. Several attachments for the multifunction machine were missing. The breakfast was ok, with waffles and a microwaveable sausage croissant with egg and cheese. The orange juice machine did not work on the first day. The bed was comfortable; the bathroom was fine; the room came with microwave, refrigerator and TV. So all-in-all, an average place.

I'm super picky about hotels, but since this hotel has such a high rating and it was recommended to us from family, we gave it a try and goodness, you'd be hard pressed to find a cleaner hotel room in El Paso. It's a simple and clean hotel.

Favorite place to stay when we go to El Paso, it’s close to the border. Very safe and hidden Only complaint I have is that we were woken up several times at night by heavy steps above us that would last for hours late at night we had to make a call to the front desk at 3am due to this issue. Will be asking for a top floor room next time.

The shower head had low pressure. The shower half door let water splash on the floor which could be a slip and fall hazard. I had to wipe up the floor with a towel. Having a grab bar in the shower would be good and the vanity area needs more light. The towels were thin and not very absorbent.

I had a great stay. Very comfortable, fridge and microwave very clean and had all the amenities I needed.

We stay here often when we travel back-and-forth to see our family cross country always clean always good service especially liking the new updated window coverings which give you a privacy and room darkening option. They’re great like I said always try and stop here. It’s very convenient off the highway and a lot of food choices..

I appreciated the price and value of this place. Only downfall was pulling the sheets back and there was a long hair, which could be from previous laundry (I hope) but will give the benefit of the doubt. The space felt safe, secure, and appreciated a well-lit parking area. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was a decent start to the day, ate oatmeal and fruit.
