Nice hotel, it was clean and madeeadyaccess for our trip.

Upon arrival found a tick on the bed showed it to the desk clerk she said she’d tell mnnt. They never reached out to us! We didn’t use that bed luckily had another one. After stripping it down to check .

Check in was fast and easy, their hot breakfast was small but had a good taste, the room was comfy and you can control your AC, overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

We were there for a concert - staff was so great about it. Plenty of breakfast downstairs. Property is in nice area. Near shopping too!

The room was clean. Location convenient to restaurants and the highway. The pool was ick. Not very clean.Breakfast options are poor if you eat healthy. Workout room is okay but all the exercise balls were flat.

Room next door was loud and when I asked to be moved they said they couldn’t. I had just walked in and noticed the room next door was loud before I even put my bags down or touched anything. After getting forced to stay next to the loud people next door, I noticed the room I was in was also dirty still and cleaned poorly. Little bits of food around the bed, and dusty/dirty sheets. Would not stay at this location again.

The overall hotel, from the clean updated room to the breakfast and the excellent staff in my opinion was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at.

Clean! Also is the dining area - the staff cleaned the area every so often! Breakfast was one of the best. Provided cucumber ice-water at the lobby – a thoughtful touch for travelers.

We inly stayed one night, enroute home to Texas. Check in & out was easy. While we didn't actually eat the breakfast, it did look like a very nice spread, with eggs, sausage, coffee, cereals, waffles, OJ, etc. (not just a "continental breakfast" as many serve). Will probably stay here again on a future trip.

19 years in hospitality across multiple brands and a former Director of Sales for a Hampton for 5 years. The cleanliness of this property was not good. Incidental charges are way too high for what the property is. Wouldn’t stay here again. Sorry. Needs work.

Kinda unintuitive on where the entrance to property is. Always almost pass the entrance. Kinda awkwardly positioned and surrounding area leaves little to no pleasant views from room especially on backside of hotel. Other than that everything else was great. Great room, staff, and amenities.

Ashely at the front desk was super helpful and was able to get our room ready before the 4pm check-in time. The property is clean and modern. I would stay here again and recommend to others as well.

Great hotel overall, the rooms were clean and the service was amazing. We only stayed two nights, so we didn't get to visit the gym and pool like we wanted too. Next time... Also, the complementary breakfast was so good, both days. The lady refilling and keeping the area clean was so sweet and you can tell she really cared about her job. All the staff at the hotel were great 👍

All was great. The only problem was the remote control needed new batteries but I wasn’t spending much time there anyway. Otherwise great, and the price was pretty reasonable

The room I stayed in had a strong moldy smell and even had cockroaches. The sofa was so dirty that I couldn’t sit on it. Please make sure to read more reviews carefully before making a reservation at this place.

Clean, friendly staff and go location for our visit requirements. A little noisy due to highway traffic.

We have always stayed at El Paso East Hampton Inns. This was our 7th stay at this particular hotel. They have changed. Cheap IKEA furniture, no carpet, small beds sparse amenities and we paid $175 a night for a $100 room. We will look elsewhere from now on.

The hotel don't have internet for check in , I already pay my confirmation and now I lose my money, I can't sleep in the Hotel with my family because the hotel don't have any Internet for check in , I need My money back.

Reservation was not paid by hotels.com at hotel and after almost 2 Hours i had to pay myself to finally be able to ckeck in.

Why would a hotel this new and nice not have any vegan breakfast options? No non-dairy milk? Any decent coffee shop or breakfast place would have some alternative to offer. Ibid, they have a Peloton, so that’s cool.

The hotel is in a good location, right off the freeway but still tucked away from the noise. Check in was easy and every staff member I encountered was helpful, engaging and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean and neat. The breakfast is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only call outs would be the pool needed some cleaning, it was very cold and had to walk back to front desk to get towels as none were in the towel stand.

We had a great experience checking in and our room was clean and spacious.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff at check-in was very cordial and helpful. Checkout staff was on his cell phone did not ask any questions about the stay or talk to me in anyway, except to acknowledge the return of the room key.

A lot of noise and construction

Clean property under renovation. Great breakfast. However the shower never got warm after 15 minutes of running. Also the TV remote did not operate the TV.

They are remodeling but the impact is minimal and the hours are restricted to middle of the day (8:30-4:30, I think).

No water provided with room.

Stop there while traveling across the country easy check-in what is comforted by the fact that law-enforcement also use the hotel and breakfast is ready by 6 AM

Breakfasts were meh. Hard to drive into property. A/C would not go lower than 74 degrees. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Tub drained very slowly. No hot water the first nite we stayed. Water barely flowed at bathroom sink.

There was no blackout curtains to close the windows at night and keep all the light from coming especially in a room next to the parking lights . i wasn't able to sleep from all the lighting . also. forgot my battery pack charger and it was never turned in either … disappointed … now it wasnt a cheap room either. was expensive

We did not get a studio 2 queen bed as reserved! We all paid the same price but the gave us a 2 queen room. We expected the studio for more room and were charged as if got what we reserved!
