Vending machine had price of $2.75 for drinks but actually charged $2.95. Older property, although I had no issues I probably would not stay again because it’s not of great quality as a whole

The establishment was very old and nasty. There were dead bugs every where in the rooms and then entire hotel smelled of smoke and pot. My kids were scared to be there

The hotel I picked was not a good choice on my part. Very rough area, broken down cars and trucks in the parking lot, and drunken arguments in the parking lot till late at night. Felt like a halfway house. I did not have any problems personally and the people I came across were nice.

It was okay for my visit

It's the second time I've stayed here, the first was good, without any complaints, but in this stay, I found the room dirty, floor, bathroom. The microwave didn't work.

I’ve always loved the centralized location of it. Also, every time I go there the Staff treats me like royalty and my room is always clean and smells of bleach I like that.

During my overnight stay, I observed some roaches in the room, which was very concerning. In addition, the shower faucet leaked continuously throughout the night, causing noise and discomfort. These issues significantly affected the quality of my stay.

Very rude and inconsiderate people. They say they're charging you a pet deposit and a pet fee but then they tell you that there is no refund. The lady in front of me paid a full week in advance and they could not give her any money back when she tried to leaveout lost $500! I called to get a refund on my deposit and the lady hung up on me twice without even pulling up my account number. How rude can you be to the US service members that protect our country. this is the only time I have ever reviewed a hotel in 10 years that I have been using them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing worked in my hotel room when I checked in the smoke alarm was chirping. The refrigerator did not get cold at all. The smell of cannabis is everywhere around the establishment. I can go on and on but if you choose to stay after reading this review you will see. Additionally there are two charges on your receipt. Why are there two charges if neither one is refundable when one clearly says pet deposit. Do not believe a word these people tell you.

This property is not a place. I would bring my family to stay. The atmosphere gave me the impression of a going out of business motel.

Nothing, there was spiders and the floors and showers was so dirty Everything was terrible, they only gave us one roll of tissue and when I asked for more they gave me an attitude. Also they tried to remove us and I was in the hallway with a towel on, mind you I am a 18 year old female with a towel talking to the manager.

The hotel was very dated. The door locks in the entire place weren't working correctly. To get into the hotel past the front desk, staff had to go around and open the door. Everytime I left and came back, my room key wouldn't work and I had to go back to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. People made lots of noise until well after 1:30 in the morning. The bathroom was clean, but nothing else was. There were only 2 super flat pillows. I was booked for 3 nights for a business trip, but I checked out a night early and went to a different hotel. Staff was rude. I would never stay there again!

Roaches........so many roaches....and smoke smell. One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in.

The room was very dirty and there were bugs crawling all over. I was very nervous to sleep in the bed and ended up sleeping on the leather couch.

Housekeeping was not provided on the second day of the stay. the room was clean, kitchen stove was not in good condition (one of the coil was out of order), air condition machine was making a bothering noise, toiletries were not enough for booking of 3 people.

First room, air conditioner didnt work. 2nd room, refrigerator and freezer didnt work. Elevator was out of order, and according to the "regulars" it tended to get stuck....alot! 1st time flushing toilet, had to get a plunger to unclog it. Entire hotel smelled like marijuana from the entrances all the way to the rooms. I think there were more residents there than guests. I didnt really feel that $99 a night was appropriate given the conditions of our stay. Dont recommend.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Everything is was out of order. The elevator was out of order. The laundry room had one washer working but no dryer available…all machines were out of order. The side doors were unlocked - out of order. The kitchenette cabinets were missing the doors and the stove top did not work. The shower head was rusted.

The hotel needs to be remodeled. Security non-existent. End doors propped open all night. Obvious drug deals in poorly lighted parking lot. Stayed 12 days for business. Reported no water coming out of bathroom sink 1st day, never fixed.

Soon as got in my room I saw a roach. The front desk attendant got me another room. And no surprise, more roaches. Where there's one there's a colony. Riff raff running in and out the building. This is clearly a property people stay at because they can't get traditional housing. The bed frames were squeaky and wobbly. And it wasn't very clean. On my way out one morning there was a bag of trash leaking in the hall. When i returned more than 8 hours later it was still there. I really want a refund.

The elevator was not work properly, I I had to take the stairs to the 4th floor with laundry clothes , the washing machine was full of finished clothes that tenants left unattended for hours .. the sheets had pulpit hair on them, my stay was for 10 days and the stay was terrible..

The stay was good for a cheap hotel for a couple of nights for a business trip. Front desk was very accommodating, she was able to find me a couple of extra pillows for my bed. Bed was comfortable, good hot shower.

The room was in poor condition, with outdated and unattractive furniture that felt neglected. The mattress was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The lighting was inadequate, leaving the room dimly lit and impractical for any tasks requiring clear visibility. The refrigerator barely cooled, rendering it useless for keeping food or drinks fresh. There was no bedside lamp, which was inconvenient for reading or navigating the room at night. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor that persisted throughout the stay. To make matters worse, I noticed small cockroaches, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. Lastly, the absence of a coffee maker was a notable inconvenience, as I couldn't even make a simple cup of coffee in the morning. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The team members were so nice and accommodating when I needed help! Unfortunately, there were roaches at this hotel. They were in the bathroom and main living space in the room I rented. The floors also didn’t appear to had been swept at all, but the fridge and microwave were clean. This location is within walking distance and a couple of fast food restaurants which was nice.

There were roaches in my room and black mold in the bathroom. I asked for fresh towels and the day manager (I guess) wanted me to go back to my room and get the dirty towels and then get fresh towels. I asked if I could get the clean towels now and bring the dirty towels back, she told me no. That’s not how they do it there. I told her that this was my first time staying at the place and I wasn’t aware of their rules. She finally let me take the towels and stood outside in the hall until I put the dirty towels out. I will not stay there again.

Room overall was ok. Fitted sheet, wasn't exactly fitting and there was a roach in the drawer. Also, the smell wasn't pleasant. If I was on a tight budget with no other options, I'd stay again but it's not a preference.

The property was old and outdated. I saw a baby roach and I had to go. Staff was very friendly but the hotel was old and definitely needed to be renovated.

This place i would not recommend. When we got there at 8:00pm they said that our room might not be available because they only had I house keeper.

Clean but well used lodging. Convient for my travels and certainly a bargin for an overnight say. I will stay again if my travels take me nearby.

Off the highway almost on its own. Walking distance to convenience stores and a few restaurants. Lobby has locked doors on both sides. That made me feel uneasy. But I suppose they're prioritizing guest safety. It's a 10 year old facility that's been treated rough. In need of paint and repairs. Staff at the front desk was polite, friendly and helpful. Halls have been replaced with vinyl floor. The rooms are comfortable. Nothing special or off-putting. The biggest turn off is the rampant use of marijuana by guests. You smell it the halls, the elevator, in front of rooms, outside in the parking lot

This place is terrible bare bones room. There were two lights in the room , entry way and ceiling light both lights controlled by the same switch. No bedside lamp’s whatsoever. Found live cockroach in the bathroom. No handovers or bar soap, liquid soap provided. The rating given on the web page was completely a lie, this is a 1 star facilty

The service was great the hotel itself … not so much. There was a thick layer of dirt and dust on top of the fridge. Bathroom dirty..Severely outdated, roaches. And the smell of lovely cigarette smoke and marijuana fill the halls and your room if you’re lucky . BOTH of which I hate VERY MUCH. No one cleans the rooms, and before you can get new towels you gotta bring the old ones downstairs. It’s cheap if you need a place to sleep but this would never be a go to for me

Cleaning lady was very friendly. Manager on duty didn’t check me in the first night so they didn’t know I was there when they went in and saw my items they locked me out. Room filthy hair all over blood on floor. Lotion flung on wall. Elevator didn’t work. Last night there found baby cockroaches in the bathroom.

There was roaches in my room, the heat didn’t work, no batteries in the tv remote, and just the overall experience was uncomfortable.

This hotel has live roaches or bugs crawling around the floors and the walls and counters. It is dirty. There are drugs being sold right outside and it is unsafe. They also refused to give back a refund for the remaining nights after the first night when the conditions were disgusting and unacceptable and the guests refused to stay there another night. Hotels.com has stated the property refused to give a refund for the remaining nights. I have videos, but the photo section below will not accept videos..As a Platinum member of hotels.com, I am extremely disappointed and feel that my money has basically been stolen.

The place is a dump. The kitchen area has no doors on the cabinets, no dishes, no pots and pans, no utensils, not even a coffee maker.

We walked into our room and walked right back out. The horrific smell in the hallway should have been a sign to not even walk to our room. The room itself was outdated, dingy, and smelled. The bed was awful. We did not stay.

The staff was incredible. They were friendly and accommodating. I would come back just for the staff; unfortunately, the property just wasn't great. If you are looking for a budget stay, this would work. If you need any level of comfort and "niceness", I would look elsewhere.

This was a quiet, comfortable place. If you care about high quality tvs and beautiful things, you may be grossed out. It is clean, but ALL the plastic baseboards were removed and glue/holes showing. They said there was a pipe that burst and most of the downstairs needed work. But, they are super nice and the paint is new, tv had a dark screen, remote back kept falling off...but overall,I felt safe. Great price! Her your fresh towels BEFORE 8:30PM. Nice pillows. (2)

Stayed overnight here. Easy check in and out. Nice front desk lady. There was a pipe leak a couple days earlier on the first floor but staff was on site cleaning up and didnt feel or smell like mildew. Would stay again

The staff was very hospitable and friendly. Made me feel right at home! The rooms and the hallways had an aroma of pure cleanliness, which really impressed me because it’s a pet friendly place. I was very satisfied with my stay!

The room had a kitchen but no equipment to use. When i called the front office they said they sold pots and pans but where out of stock. Here i was with a fridge full of food, but no pots to cook in. Not a good experience at all. Not coming back

It's a motel. You get what you pay for. The whole property smelled like marijuana but it was relatively clean and the bed was comfortable. Not as nice as other WoodSpring locations I've stayed at, but the price was good.

Wifi did not work. Cable worked only intermittently, unable to finish any movie. Only good thing was that the a/c worked. Shay was very kind and helpful.

I came here after my home was destroyed during the hurricane for somewhere to stay for a few days with power and water. There was drug activity going on outside every night, the facility was dirty and run down. The elevator got stuck at one point and the bed linens were not clean. Was grateful for shelter, but this hotel is 1 star at best. The staff however were all very nice and helpful!

Rooms were unclean. Shady people hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night. the car next to mine got its window busted out overnight. I spent 1 night here when I planned to stay 10 days, and I got no money back. There's a reason the price is so low. It's not worth it

This is NOT a standard hotel property. Lots of very nice, but low income guests. Low income blue collar workers etc. Marijuana smells in hall and elevator on Friday/Saturday. Very poor rooms of questionable cleanliness. I wish everyone there a better life, but don’t assume this is a standard hotel… We stayed 2 nights and would not use shower…

The place was dirty, I asked to have the floor in the room cleaned but was ignored. The smell of smoke and Pot was unbearable, even though it was a total non-smoking hotel. Never again.

We mentioned this to the staff at the front desk on the first day, and we were told that they “ran out of rooms and placed us in that one.” We were also informed that the room we were in was more expensive but she wasn’t going to charge us for that and it was a much better deal. We did not request and two twin bed room suite. We requested a queen bedroom suite. We went back to our room before needing to leave for our day plans. As we passed the front desk, a different woman asked us if everything in our room was okay. I informed her of the incorrect room issue we had and what we had been informed of last time we spoke with the front desk. She had told us we can switch to our correct room either today or tomorrow(we had a two night reservation) and she would move the person who was in the queen suite originally to the twin suite. We decided to just keep the twin suite to avoid taking away someone else’s reservation. While we were out we had bough cleaning products in order to get rid of the horrible smell in our room however we were unsuccessful in getting rid of the scent.

Negative stars is not an option. Room was not clean. Staff was ok. Very little in the way of comfort. Furniture was shabby and sparse. Is really a $30 per night room but they’re charging 75.

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff. They were all very friendly. However, the hotel itself is awful. Full of smoke, very dated and rundown. Looks nothing like the pictures. Parking lot is full of drug users every night. Rooms are extremely basic and they nickel and dime you for everything. Housekeeping is non-existant. Pay more and stay somewhere else unless you like trashy hotels.

Hotel was not the best and hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke along with our room. Bathroom tub had obvious mold, dirt behind the toilet and previous guests hairs in the blankets. All together felt unsanitary & uncomfortable for me and my toddler so we departed early.

As soon as we walked in, we could smell Marijuana. I tried to just move past it. When we walked into our room, it smelled overwhelmingly like stale smoke. The bed spread also smelled of smoke. They also allow pets, which I understand, but there was a dog next to us that barked the entire 15 minutes we were there. My son has terrible allergies and couldn’t stay in the room for more than 15 min. We immediately checked out.

This hotel is located in a super sketchy area, the inside is filthy with stinky smells. The inside of the rooms are dirty, old. Towels are used. The only benefit is the staff are friendly.
