Convenient to I 5 Crusty. Bed had minimal sheets no blanket. Had to ask for comp shampoo didn’t have Sheets are like sandpaper. We’ll be staying at Hampton next time.

Smelly room!! Checked in after 10pm, was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with 2 full sized beds. Front desk was short with us, but fine. Was met with a very musty smell upon exiting the elevator, and a very strong smoke smell in our room, gave us headaches almost instantly. I went downstairs to ask to switch rooms and she said there was nothing she could do, they were fully booked, but would note it in the system. Not apologetic or helpful at all. We used fans we had brought for softball and opened windows trying to air out the room, but slept poorly because of the smell and the uncomfortable beds. Checked out a day early and booked a different hotel for the next night. Hotels.com customer service was great getting us the 2nd night refunded.

The neighborhood was beautifully landscaped. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel overall is a good value for the price. The suite's kitchen was not stocked. Guests had to ask the manager for a "package" to get any utensils, pots, or other equipment. The breakfast was a grab and go....just granola bars and pastries, and stock was low, even early in the designated dining hours.

No running water at the property. Never told the guests until we asked.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I will never stay there again.

The front desk staff were kind and welcoming. It wasn’t particularly clean and the walls and ceiling were it adequate sound barriers. Other guests were running up and down the halls the people one floor up stomped around late into the evening. It would be a good idea to patrol the halls after the quiet hours start.

Every time I stay here, it has always been pleasant. No issues. Tina is my favorite! She always gets me the right room and I just love her personality. Very welcoming!

Checking in and out was easy. It was quiet. The pillows were uncomfortable. The "breakfast included" was crap. There were chewy bars, oatmeal, and cheap tiny muffins. It was a poor person's snack who could only afford Dollar Tree. Also, the coffee was terrible, which resulted in me nauseous and vomiting in the AM. It was so acidic and harsh, my body rejected it.

No room service, no utensils in the room, no coffee available. Saying complementary breakfast included in the reservation knowing that the hotel ONLY offers muffins and hot chocolate is simply disrespectful.

Coffee in machine downstairs. One time schedule not available 24 hrs there were no pots pans or dishes so bring your own if cooking. Blanket on bed thin and ripped furniture and headboard vibrates from loud tv in next room. People up to 2 am people walking an talking in hallways. Check out lady nicer but family’s nice and deserve a cleaner environment no machine or food available lots of uber drops I stayed here 3 times before and this was a shock how much it changed, and it was full and reasonable rates. Hard to get into door with lock, only have coffee for a couple hours no food machines. The refrigerator ran constant and popped noise every half hour. Soy milk left in Refrigerator. Electric plugs unable to hold prongs to use. Review your room before accepting at check in.

I never have an issue when I stay here, but this is the 3rd time trying to reserve a specific room and confirmed with the hotel only to arrive and the room has been unavailable. That’s pretty annoying but everything was fine. They are wonderful staff.

Never stood at this type of property. Although our stay was not for pleasure or vacation it was a great stay. I did not know that they provided so many amenities which is great to know for the future. We were also able to bring our puppy with a small fee. We would definitely stay at an extended America again

The room was ok but almost everything was broken or missing, 1 of the sink knobs was broken but it still works to turned on the hot water, the fridge was almost not very nice looking but it still works and OMG on the bottom of the bed it was very very very dusty when my daughter dropped her phone and it fell under the bed, she got on the floor to reached and look for her phone, her whole hand, her phone and her hair got dust all over her so she haded to take a shower. This will be my 1st and my Last time to stay at Extended Stay America

My cat stayed with me for the first day or two. I noticed he was itching himself more than I'd ever seen.. he got fleas! I had to bring him to get treated. He stayed with my ex the rest of my stay until my last day there. He stayed in his carrier the whole time i was packing and leaving

The room furniture was shabby. The windows had not been cleaned in years. The hall smelled like weed and the room had a stale smell. “Breakfast” was just a Nutrigrain bar. The price was way too much for this level of service.

The smell in the room was horrible. If we weren't so tired we would have left. The carpet was wet and smelled like mildew. The whole place was really stinky.

Like I said 1st floor there is water leaking and the parking need to be paid. Is not even Las Vegas maybe next time add resort fee as well haha

I saw no issues with parking area. Kitchen area not set up at all. They said to ask for what I needed and they would provide it. I asked for a coffee maker. They said they were all out of coffee makers. Oh, well. Like I said. Good for sleeping.

Cheryl and Tina were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we could not make calls or receive calls from our cell phones. Text was iffy. There may have been some cellular outages in the area.

The room that my famiky stayed was old akready esp their carpet but overall, it was ok. Location was great, walkabke to Starbucks and with restaurant nearby.

Where do I begin if you guys wanna get time moved back into the 1980s then this is the spot for you. If you’re on the second or first floor, your room will smell like Clorox from all the cleaning supplies to try to mask the dog and animal smell. I was supposedly on the floor the third that had no dogs I had holes in my curtains, some of the windows would not open painters chipped throughout the room. You’re only allowed two pillows no more than three definitely felt like I needed to have a black light. I would not recommend . Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Very dated Hotel with discomfort, used old pillows when you ask for anything they don’t bring it to you. Uncomfortable bed, pillows mold in the bathroom: cracks in the sink no room service: Use the key one time and you cannot reuse so each time you have to go to the lobby., reservation included for breakfast, but all you get is coffee and muffin in the breakfast. Charges are higher than other hotel with better amenities. The ad is very deceiving. I don’t recommend anybody to that hotel.

The check in process was great. Friendly staff. The room was not so great. It had a very strong cigarette smell and bad old odor. The curtains were also not so clean.

We needed a place to stop on a long drive through California with our pets while moving and this place had rooms available. The area was decent and the staff was friendly, but the rooms need work. Clearly people have been smoking in non-smoking rooms and the hotel needed to cover up the odor. Unfortunately the products they used and the scents they picked make the room smell unbearably bad. It was late and we couldn’t go anywhere else, so we toughed it out. The smell was so strong that my dogs seemed bothered as well. I would not stay here again.

This isn’t my first time here so I knew it would be good. The front desk lady was awesome when I checked in. And to call the room to make sure everything was good was a surprise plus. I’m sure I’ll be a repeat customer.

Staff is super nice, close to a Starbucks, but room quality is bad. Everything is old and beat up. Beds squeak really bad, air conditioners made loud noise all night, fridge didn’t keep things cold. Smelled of smoke.

Great location, in a nice area, near the freeway if you're traveling through. Close to a variety of fast food options and food shopping nearby. Clean and safe. Front desk employees are very helpful and work to do what they can so you enjoy your stay.

The woman who tracked me in was very nice. The overall facility was very dirty inside the room. It smelled like pee, and you can tell that the person previously in there was likely using drugs. It smelled terrible. There were people smoking on the side of the building which leaked into the room. It was just poor condition.

The fire alarm went off and nobody was contacted to vacate the property. People were yelling at kids and the place was noisy and smelled terrible. We left and didn't stay. I asked for refund and was denied. My girlfriends jewelry went missing and we think someone came into the room and took it or it was left and not turned in. Won't stay there again.

The elevators had a very strong smell of marijuana, the rooms are old, had an unpleasant odor. You had to ask for shampoo and conditioner and check out xtra towels. If you just need a place to sleep for the night it would be ok. But any thing more, go elsewhere.

Initially walked into a room that smelled terribly. It was clean but there was a heavy disgusting odor in the room. I quickly went downstairs and was upgraded to a larger room that was clean and smelled great. Great service. Bed was comfy and the area was quiet.

It was a comfortable stay. I was surprised it didn’t have an ice dispenser, however not a deal breaker. We had a refrigerator with a freezer to make ice. Microwave sink and cabinets. When I asked for another pillow they got it for me. Friendly staff and knowledgeable of their job.

I forgot the two ladies names at the front desk. One checked me in and the other one came after her shift. They were very professional, helpful and friendly.

Several saves turned me off right from the start when I checked in. One you had to actually ask for shampoo as they don't have them in the room. Secondly, I asked if they had a hot tub, and the response was very negative and she rolled her eyes. When I got into the room I found they had broken ice trays in the freezer so I asked if they had a ice machine and they said no we provide ice trays only. Then I called the front desk as the TV was not working and the front desk person said they've had several calls and they can do nothing about it. It's the satellite company.

The beds are super uncomfortable. It seemed much smaller than a queen. I woke up several times. A friend stayed at another one on North Sacramento for 3 weeks. They were having repairs done to their apartment. Their complaints about their beds were the same as mine. They were nice to offer a reduction in price after I voiced my complaints. I went online and found many ide tical complaints! It is supposed to be a pkace where you have a kitchenette. Why would you want to stay if the beds are so awful? So crazy!

honestly, the area itself is nice. but the crowd at this hotel is ehhh a little sketchy. a lot of “trap” vehicles and the hallways smelt oddly of rotten seafood. the woman at the front was nice.. fake nice. gave me a lot of attitude. there was a lot of hair all over our room and the cabinets were water rotted. honestly i wouldnt stay here again.

I’m used to going to hotels for my son’s soccer games with a healthy breakfast like eggs bacon waffles this place only served light coffee and store bought muffins . The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana but it showed on the website smoke free. My room was not ready until a little after 5 pm but checkin was at 3pm. Extremely disappointed

Property was a little older, room amenities a bit outdated. The key mechanism on the door didn't work on the first tries. A lot of dust and dirt under the beds. Parking was easy and the location was near coffee and other amenities. Hotel was good for what we needed.

There were a lot of shady characters around the hotel, also including the staff because when I checked out, I know the girl behind the desk was higher than a kite. Don’t care to stay at properties like this. I thought the hotel would’ve been of a better quality for the price.
