I booked this because there was a big track meet in town and my regular options weren’t available but honestly it was spotless and surprisingly comfortable.

Have stayed here several times as it's convenient to the Oregon Horse Center. The rooms are always clean and I appreciate that they have the basics I need - bed, bathroom, refrigerator, sink. Check-in is easy and the staff has always been friendly on arrival. I also have an F-350 truck to park and can always find space. They also have a coffee maker and coffee available in the room.

The rate was very reasonable and the location was where I wanted to be.

Clean room, recently modernized and upgraded. Easy and convenient for Eugene Airport. As an overnight stay after long haul flight it ticked all the boxes.

Price is right. Cozy, clean. Everything I needed. Thin blanket necessitating use of the heater which is a little loud.

Perfect for a one night stay after an evening flight before driving to thr coast.

We like to stay here when we have an early flight because it is close to the airport. This time there seemed to be way too much road noise…maybe the room location?? Also, the shower curtain broke and fell to the floor during my morning shower. It was too early in the morning to reach out to the staff so we just dealt with it. Not sure if we will be back…we will have to think about it

Room was clean, full size fridge, HVAC worked well. Bathroom vanity could use an update. There was a base on the wall where there used to be a smoke detector. But no smoke detector present the 3 nights I stayed there. Good thing there was not a fire. Hopefully, the other rooms had smoke detectors and hopefully those occupants would have notified me in some manner.

The hotel room was clean and well kept. They do use fabric softener or something scented on their laundry, my husband is allergic so it was a rough night of sleep. The area outside is not great, there were homeless people one parking row away from us going through trash and parked there. We could see this through our window from our room. The area didn't seem very safe.

This was a very expensive stay in an unpopulated, area that provides housing & business needs to newly released prisoners and homeless. The area looks run down and desserted when driving in it and dirty. There were no restaurants except a converted bowling alley cafe and a Mexican restaurant down an unlight area of a mostly deserted mall. The room for $325.00 per night was very clean but sparsly furnished, only one lamp. Clean towels were not offered nor was room attended to. I feel that this rate is theft considering there was no services and you could not enter the office without ringing a bell to be let in and the part of town it was in. Totally misled..and a scam..I would never ever refer anyone to this hotel. Like I said it was very clean but not worth $668.00 for two nights. My bad, I thought the rate was 325 for a total for both nights, I would have never reserved that place being away from any restaurants or stores and a safe area. I was late in making my reservaation and was underpressure. My only other thought is to accuse them of preventing the renting of their rooms from people they thought undesirable and could not afford the rate. There is no excuse for this pricing in an area that does not call for it. I am not ever scheduling a Budget Lodge for overnight stays and definately not in Eugene.

Great location since it's not far from the airport. I've stayed there twice now and the staff is always friendly. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Will definitely return again.

The property has been renovated. A traditional motor hotel design. the room was updated nicely. Great option for an overnighter to make the short drive to the airport. I would stay again.

This was the cheapest stay with the highest positive feedback in the area. I went to bed early because I had an early flight. The road was noisy for a few hours, but then was quieted down. The blanket on the bed was thin, so I was chilly most of the night, even with the heat turned-up (which was going on/off all night). The room was very clean, appears recently renovated. Full-size fridge, microwave (I'm sorry I left my crisp meat burrito in it from TacoTime😞). VERY friendly staff. The young lady even came to my room to assist with the TV cable connection after trying to troubleshoot over the phone. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water😀. New, fluffy towels. I will stay here again on my next trip thru Eugene!!!

Wonderful clean property

This property was clean and comfortable, Easy to get to, nice cleck, and close to the Eugene airport. The room had a standard heating/air conditioning unit under the front window. Because it was a cold night the very noisy unit cycled on and off every five minutes. That could not be helped by the motel, but it was not ideal.

Staff was very good - made sure to go over everything. Very courteous. Room was clean, well kept, appliances worked properly.

This place is always friendly, helpful, clean and convenient. The rooms are clean, accommodating and cared for. And the price is reasonable unlike every other hotel in Eugene.

The place was great, staff were friendly and room was clean. The only thing I would down grade is because the heating was VERY warm in the direct room that the heater was located, but other areas were still really cold (like the bathroom). Definitely a first world problem lol. I would recommend!

Showed up at check in time. You have to ring a door bell on outside of the building at check in and wait for someone to help you. Rang doorbell 3 times with no response. After 10 minutes, we gave up and booked a different hotel.

Clean and in good condition. Traffic noise and check in reception has LOCKED door. Had to walk around and find reception person to check in. Location is right on the edge of "not so nice". But still ok for quick night stay, early morning flights.

This was a cute, very clean (newly renovated rooms). Unfortunately the Highway traffic was continuous. Not very many (non-chain) restaurants nearby.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They had a nice kitchen space. You could tell the owners took pride in their property.

Checking was somewhat problematic, I had to track down one of the maids so they could get the front desk person for check in. Very clean overall, bed was firm but comfortable

The area is not good with so many homeless and just didn’t feel safe, but it’s 10 minutes to the airport. Check in was odd because you have to stand outside in the cold and rain ringing a bell was odd. Rooms are small but clean plus you could park outside your door.

Read all the reviews & have to agree on this little gem. Everything was so clean & tidy. Also, close to the airport, conveniently located. Would choose to stay again.

What a delightful surprise! This motel is modern and clean and had everything needed. I love that the clock on the bedside table that also charged my phone and had USB & USBC ports. Check in was easy. Heat was on demand however we wanted to set it. Everything was perfect!!

Very clean property... looks like it has been recently remodeled. Didnt seem to be much in the way of restaurants nearby but lots within 7-10 miles. Even though the property is right off of highway 99 it really was pretty quiet. Super convenient for an early morning flight out of Eugene airport (less than a 10 min drive). This will definitely be a place we will stay again when catching a early morning flight. Oh and the staff was very friendly!

When the owner told me, "We're not the Marriott, but the rooms are clean and you'll have a good night's sleep," he wasn't wrong. Rooms updated & sharp, quiet environment, bed comfy, & the place was really clean; what else could you ask for? I will, quite gladly, stay here again.

The rooms outshine the exterior and location! Room was spacious, multiple areas to put your things and the mattresses were outstanding. We normally stay in the higher end chain hotels, but due weather, all we’re booked. Was very glad to find this place so clean and newly renovated.

Property is in a light industrial area, but motel is in good condition, clean and well run and relatively close to airport (10 minuets away by cab).

If you choose to stay here to be near the airport, be aware that it is pretty much just a place to lie down for one night. And I wouldn't leave anything in your vehicle.

Unfortunately there is continuing construction at the front of the grounds making the area appear uninhabitable. Very unfortunate as the rooms appear new.

Went to check in early and the room was not ready which I was completely fine with because I figured… came back 4 hours later and tried to go to my room. It was 6:30 pm and they were still cleaning it. Area around this hotel is definitely not safe. There is a homeless shelter down the street and people are pushing shopping carts of trash in front of this hotel. No thanks

Quiet property. Price was a little high for limited services.

The property is recently renovated. The room was cozy but clean. Some of the tables looked like they were from Goodwill. My wife was extremely nervous about the neighborhood, on account of numerous homeless people nearby. We nearly drove away, but Joe the manager was helpful in reassuring us. The location is only 4 miles from the Eugene airport.

Pleasantly surprised. Location great when needing to stay close to the airport! Check in fast and easy despite construction had the lobby closed down. I am assuming I was checked in by the owners who were nice and accommodating. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Felt safe and place well lit at night. I would stay there again.

Very nice hosts. The only thing that was a problem was the strong Fabreeze or fabric softener smell on the pillows. Hard for my husband to sleep with that strong smell

If you're looking for a quick stay in between flights or before another flight it's a great option. It's affordable but seems clean. No big frills, but I wasn't expecting them anyways. I would stay there again for a one night stay again.

I had a late flight returning home after vacation and stayed overnight before making a long drive the next day. I called ahead of time to let them know that I’d be arriving late (after midnight), and they were ready for me when I pulled in. Got me checked in very quickly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed here a number of times when I’ve had early morning flights out of Eugene, or late flights coming back and every experience has been good.

It was fine for overnight. It was pretty cold in the rooms so we had the loud heaters going all night.

Room not furnished and kinda dirty, 1lamp 1chair ( Stained) in two bedroom room, thin blankets, empty Kleenex box,un serviced heater, I could go on but why. This place is shabby at best but don’t mind the 150k Mercedes’ occupying the owners spot. I will never book another room w Hotel.com that does not allow for refusal of reservation at check in/ or protect my interest of being scammed into a room I’d never take let alone @nearly 400$ a night. Both Hotel.com and Budget inn should be ashamed.

Room and motel were clean and thoroughly updated well. Comfortable bed. This is an older motel, but super clean. In a kind of sketchy part of town, it was surprising how nice it was. Parking had tight spaces, but was adequate. We could park right in front of our door. Would stay there again for a night!

Property was older but remodeled and maintained nicely. Checkin was a great experience and he was very helpful in directing us to a great restaurant.

We stayed here because we had a 5am flight and it is close to the airport. The room was clean and had recently been updated. Quiet and comfortable. The one small issue is there is no desk. Everything else was good.
