Clean, comfortable.. Taco shop next door is really good. My air conditoner broke in the middle of the night. The bathtub plug didn't work. Other than that, the stay was great..

The property is in a really rough area. Just give people a heads up before booking. The room was okay. Parking was tight. Not really one to leave a review but the whole time I was there I was on high alert. Made it for a rough night sleep.

All was great. The shower head was high and had good pressure. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The room was great for what I needed. There was nothing to not like about it.
- 4/5
The room is a bit dated and worn, especially in the bathroom.
- 3.5/5
Good value and convenient location for what I needed. This is not the Ritz but it’s a good value and convenient location. If you’re looking for a cheap stay this place is a good choice. It’s old. For one person the room was fine. It would be tight for 2 and I would not recommend it. It suited my needs.

Clean, convenient and very friendly staff! Also very quiet which we appreciated.

Pretty small, but servicable for the price

The place was in a location with homeless people walking around. It was adequate, but definitely not nice.
- 4/5
Good deal for the price!
- 5/5
Adequately maintained complex with a Mexican restaurant very close by. I had a nice quiet night here. Parking near my room was clean and safe. The complex has security cameras. Hot water arrived quickly to sink and shower. Well appointed with mini fridge microwave and coffee maker. Nice properly sized towels with adequate loft (I don't like oversized heavy weight towels). I would stay here again if im in Eugene again.

This is our favorite motel to stay at in Eugene. Rooms are clean and smell good. The staft is alway helpful. Check in is a breeze. The rooms are quiet.

Staff, room, everything and everyone was excellent. Clean, updated amenities and property.

We loved our room, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it has great food places within walking distance. This will be our go to place to stay if we have to be in Eugene over night.
- 3/5
But it is what it is, a low cost motel. Cheap TP, small-ish towels, bit of a sketchy location (not their fault), they didnt clean the room after first night so I probably had to ask. For what it is, it was good.
- 1/5
The staff was nice and timely. My low review is for the actual stay. The location is not in a great part of town, there is a homeless camp across the street. When we woke up in the morning to load up our car it was still dark out and a homeless man was literally standing right outside our door and asked my husband for money. We didn’t see him until we were trying to walk out and he scared us. We knew what we were getting with booking a cheaper room, but this has never happened to us before.
- 2/5
this was such a disgrace to the comsumer..very dirty, smelled like sewer.. never never again
- 1/5
It was such a sketchy neighborhood; I was constantly looking outside to make sure no one was robbing my vehicle. I booked the room three months in advance for two nights, Saturday through Monday. Sunday morning at 10:59, I got a phone call from the motel staff in an extremely rude tone, telling me that I needed to come and get my things immediately. Then they told me the check-out time was 11 a.m. I told them I had booked and paid for the room months in advance for two days. After 30 seconds of awkward silence, he said, "Please hold." Another 30 seconds of silence, and he came back and said, "Never mind." My anxiety was awful the rest of the day. Happy birthday to me.
- 5/5
The pricing was great for what you get
- 4/5
Nothing fancy however it was clean and the beds were comfortable.
- 3/5
The feeble air conditioner could not keep up with the summer heat. The bathtub although large had not been cleaned since its last use. The shower would not shut off when the ton was being filled and the jacuzzi did not work. One of the three bulbs in the bathroom was burnt out. There was no one available after 6:00 PM to consult about such issues. All in all it was almost worth the low price charged, almost.
- 5/5
Simple, cheap motel but clean and has everything you need
- 5/5
Awesome Facilities Very Clean
- 1/5
This place was so filthy and outdated. My husband had to turn right around and check out and they refused a refund. Don't believe the reviews. It's filthy.
- 3/5
i ended up not staying, it was so close to the riad a lot of homeless people , some doing what looked like drugs. i just didn't feel safe being there alone. When i went into the room the cleaning smell was so stong. Just wasn't the place for me.
- 4/5
The service was very good and the room was updated and very clean. Was a very nice overall experience.
- 4/5
Pretty standard mot
- 4/5
The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest but the hotel has no control over that. Above all I will say the bed the chose was most comfortable I’ve had in my recent travels. They beat the one I had at holiday inn express and the best comfort.
- 5/5
Home away from home when visiting grandkids.
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay! We were in town to purchase a property and had to stay overnight. The room was very clean, very comfortable and the staff were really friendly. We had a great stay and it was quiet overnight even though it looked like a lot of rooms were in use.
- 5/5
The property was great. Check in to check out
- 5/5
As always check in was a breeze. Friendly staff meet you and are eager to help you out if you need it. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We never hear the noise from the highway that others may mention. Value Inn is enough off the main highway that it's quiet. I feel safe there when we stay. One time we had a coat fall out of the car landing next to it, and the next day when we went out to the car there was the jacket. No one stole it. Really can not say enough good about Value Inn. I highly recommend it
- 5/5
Always have a great nights rest when we stay at the Value Inn. Nice location, good prices, friendly and helpful stall.
- 1/5
Felt unsafe
- 5/5
Love this place. 2nd stay. Very very clean. The dry flowers are clean. That shows attention to detail. When you walk barefoot, my feet stayed clean.
- 2/5
When you have to go to the front desk because there is no toilet paper in your room when you have to go and they have the toilet paper up front in the desk to give you... you know how stingy they are. I guess you get what you pay for but this is a new low.

Outside isn't much to look at but surprised by the cleanliness of the room. It looked recently remodeled. Was very confortable
- 4/5
If you’re single and not fussy, this is perfect.
- 5/5
Very nice staff and communication was good
- 3/5
Very small room. Parallel parking
- 3/5
It filled our need
- 4/5
Underrated because it is a little out of town and the area is a little sketchy as it is teeming with homeless people who sometimes wander through the parking lot. Despite that there is much to like and I would stay there again if i can't get closer to downtown Eugene.
- 1/5
we were not expecting cockroaches, but yet we got them. our key was given to us in a very much preused envelope. transients were constantly outside arguing. we were warned to not answer our door; so i guess that was a positive.
- 1/5
We stayed here before our flight at 5am. The area didn’t look great and certainly wasn’t safe area. There was a mattress sitting outside one of the rooms with stains on it. The bathroom had black mold all around the tub, in the grout, around the toilet. I had my toddler with me, when walking around in the floors it turned his feet black. When turning the faucet on the tub on water would come out of the shower head at the same time, can’t turn it off, the water was not hot. When we packed up to head to the airport at 3 in the morning there was someone sleeping in the bushes in-front of our car. Was a very scary stay, very dirty and a health hazard!!!

- 5/5
Very clean and convenient!
- 1/5
Nothing is good about this place. There was a big turd in my toilet and it was plugged. The owner refuses too accept service dogs which is illegal. The furniture and mattress must be at least 20 years old.
- 4/5
The check in was efficient and polite. The rooms was clean and comfortable, while decor was dated, it seemed well maintained. It was very quiet.

- 5/5
Room was very clean and neat. Check in was easy and the hotel itself is very well kept and looks cared for. The area around it is a bit sketchy. There are lots of homeless around in tents and just loitering. The hotel has tons of security cameras and the parking is very close to the rooms. We didn't have any issues but there were some people yelling and carrying on in the parking lot next door. I would stay here again got sure. Its affordable and close to the airport.
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 3/5
Still, the sheets and bathroom were clean. The dual queen bed room is fully ADA compliant and has a separate room for one of the beds. The feeling I get is they try hard to be the best motel they can, given the circumstances.
- 3/5
No bath mat in the shower, very unsafe. Also bed frame squeaked which made it difficult for me to sleep.
- 5/5
Cute old 50s style motel... Room small but very clean and updated... Neighborhood kinda sketchy but you're ok on the property
- 4/5
The area around the motel has a large population of homelessness.
- 4/5
Staff was nice. Cute building.
- 5/5
We have stayed at the Value Inn many times. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The staff is always so helpful and courteous. We feel very safe there. I highly recommend Value Inn.
- 5/5
Always stay here. Great rooms at a great price. Clean and quiet
- 1/5
I really hate to give such a bad review, but this property is NOT in good condition. I am not sure where they got the posted pics, but room looked NOTHING like what is posted. worn chipped Furniture that looked like tit was from the 1950's, dirty walls/door, filthy ceiling light, small room, sink was clearly a kitchen sink. I was told that the reason this property is rated this high is because many homeless people use it and rate it high for the nights they stay. I wont stay here again, really disappointing property
- 2/5
Tv and internet issues. Sketchy area.
- 5/5
The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, looking newly refreshed. The room was quiet, and it was easy to get to the airport from there.
- 3/5
Convenient location.
- 5/5
Very clean budget hotel. I highly recommend the Value Inn.
- 5/5
Amazing stay! Close to airport for our early 4 Am flight! Super clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff excellent as well. Such a great place we booked another room for our late night return! And again easy convenient, courteous and convenient comfy clean! Thank you For making it a great beginning and ending to our family adventure!
- 4/5
Nice stop on a road trip
- 2/5
I know I’m spoiled but this is a crap motel in a bad area of town, surrounded by “homeless camps”
- 1/5
Homeless everywhere Old building and fixtures
- 2/5
I don't know why this place has a 7-ish rating in Expedia. It's a dumpy old Motel in the sticks of Eugene. The room was clean as far as i could tell. I didn't have a UV light with me to check for stains on the sheets, but it was the kind of place you imagine would have hourly rates, if you know what i mean. We woke to the sound of two homeless guys having a heated argument a dozen yards from our door. Did not feel safe.
- 5/5
Too pricey for the location
- 3/5
Only big negative was that the air conditioner unit was making a noise that was loud and I had to turn it off, but the room became stuffy very quickly.
- 1/5
Saw someone doing drugs around the facility.
- 3/5
The check in and check out was great. The gentleman in the office was very friendly and helpful. The room and the property was fine, but old and fairly run down. I also paid far more than I would have another time because I was in Eugene for the Oregon Country Fair.
- 4/5
older place probably built in the 50’s but everything was functional and worked just fine. plenty of hot water and good pressure. easy access served the purpose well
- 5/5
Some online reviews alluded to problems, but I was pleased when we got there. The place was clean and comfortable. Yeah, it's not in the best neighborhood (West Eugene never was - I lived there years ago, so I am familiar), but it suited us for why we were in Eugene. No issues. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
Right down the street from airport
- 4/5
fine accommodations, clean, convenient, mostly quiet, and I felt my car and belongings were safe.
- 3/5
No comment
- 1/5
I thought this would be a good value stay near University of Oregon campus but apparently this place is not nearby campus and it’s location is terrible. AC is noisy, even though room had adjacent bed room, Expedia didn’t present me the option of booking with 2 separate beds. Overall it’s not a good experience
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful easy to work with
- 4/5
Dont underestimate this value hotel, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot, I would stay again
- 2/5
The gentleman at check in was nice but the hotel is in a very very scratchy area and not convenient at all. It’s out in an industrial area with homeless everywhere. The row of rooms behind the first row are all lived in so any a partial hotel.
- 5/5
It was the center of everything. The stay was very good
- 4/5
Clean, well maintained and close to airport.
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable bed
- 4/5
Facility was clean. Towels were very small. Price was good
- 4/5
I accidentally booked the ValueInn but what a great accident. Reasonably priced and rooms has been updated. My only issue was that it needed some additonal cleaning but no deal breakers. The bed was comfortable, everything was pretty tidy. There were grounds left in the coffee maker, which was my main issue. Other than that, just be aware that it's facing a major street and there will be road noise for units in the front, the walls are a little thin, so you may hear your neighbors, A solid B+
- 5/5
The price was great. Easy to get checked in with their friendly staff. I was able to part right in front of the room. The room itself was very nice, clean, roomy, & had everything I would need for a short or longer stay.
- 5/5
Night manager did a great job of checking me in after hours.
- 4/5
Quaint small motel which offered amenities no longer at chain hotels. Microwave refrigerator and in room coffee
- 3/5
Pretty old complex. In a very bad area, lot of undesirable types all around it.Heater worked so-so,no ice machine. No hand towels.Only one regular coffee and one decaf. The hot water was fairly hot, but no increase in temperture if desired. Bathroom was very small. In summation we would not stay there again.
- 5/5
Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Close to the airport
- 5/5
Friendly service, clean, older property in a rather dicey neighborhood
- 3/5
Room was nice and clean, handicap shower very nice.
- 5/5
I don't know why Eugene airport hasn't attracted any of the big chains to their neighborhood but the ValueInn is a pleasant surprise. I parked right in front of my room and was pleased with the room, the bed and the shower. It was after 8:30 pm when I arrived and I'm not familiar with the area. Got a tasty dinner right next door and slept well.
- 5/5
Great stay if you have early morning flight. Clean good bed good shower. Will stay again
- 1/5
100% thieves!!!
- 3/5
Overall it was about what I expected.
- 5/5
Easy checkin
- 4/5
We were looking for a place near the airport that was reasonably priced and this fit the bill. It was pretty basic, but clean which is a top item for us. We checked into the room and had to be at the airport at 4 am. In entering one of our suitcases was inadvertently left outside the door of our room and we did not notice it until 3:30 when we about to leave for the airport. It was right where we left it and had not been disturbed at all. We were very happy. I dropped my friend off at the airport and came back and slept peacefully until checkout. They only real negative is that the wifi was very weak and not very reliable, but otherwise it worked out great for us!
- 4/5
Needed an overnight for a quick turnaround trip. Nothing special, room was small, clean, comfortable, recently renovated. Location and surrounding area feels a little unsafe. Chain link Fencing around the front of the property,
- 5/5
Clean, quiet and comfortable.
- 5/5
The room was (in look and smell) very clean and had all of the amenities we could have hoped for (including in-room coffee, frig and microwave)!
- 5/5
It’s exactly what I needed before my trip to return home
- 3/5
I feel bad for anyone larger than me trying to use the bathroom. I'm pretty small and it was a tight fit.
- 4/5
The room was comfortable, spacious, and had just the right amount of amenities and fixtures. We aren't used to spring mattresses anymore, so that was an adjustment. And I should have asked, but at check-in, we were only given one room key for the two of us. Otherwise, we loved our stay and will be back!
- 3/5
I liked main level accessibility. Did not like moldy shower curtains and bath water was stagnant when tub full of water.
- 5/5
Room was large with a bar sink, bath room also had sink, shower & tub.
- 4/5
We were looking for cheap - we are not fancy and just needed to sleep as we travelled. Chose it for the price. Pulled up and thought "oh boy...". - it doesn't look like much from the outside. We'd already had a terrible room a few night before, so we knew what was possible. We prepared ourselves... But when we opened the door we were so pleased! Super clean, super comfy, and clearly recently remodeled/upgraded. Definitely the nicest room we'd gotten all week (out of 5 prior) and the least expensive. If you're on a budget, this is the place!
- 5/5
The room was great. I'm a writer and the desk and layout of the room was perfect for my needs.
