Clean an comfortable Little far from downtown

Everything! Very beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The view of the trees from our room was awesome! Breakfast was great and the staff was excellent. We even saw a deer from our room. We will definitely be back. Nothing. Just a perfect place to stay, with a great location.

The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were friendly. The front desk staff was poorly trained and had very little etiquette. I waited for fifteen minutes for them to answer phones and check people out buying snacks who came into the lobby after everyone waiting in line to check in. The first floor was a handful of basement rooms with water damage that smelled of mold.

I loved the location and the staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and a good price. The only thing I didn't like was that the hot tub jets didnt function and it was only warm rather than hot. I do understand that these things do happen but the main reason we booked this place was for the hot tub to relax on our stay. Other than that everything else was fantastic! And the hot tub is the only reason I rated 9 out of 10.

My daughter grabbed more than one paper bowl for her breakfast, and the employee working in the breakfast area told her she didn’t need more than one bowl and that she needed to put it back. I witnessed the interaction and was shocked how rude the employee was to her. In fact, she made my child feel so uncomfortable she wouldn’t eat and asked to leave.

Loved the evening shift person at the front desk… super friendly and helpful! Hotel and room was very clean and breakfast had some good options, both hot and cold. Only complaint is that we could hear the rumble of the front doors opening and closing which is ignorable during the day, but much harder in the evening/night. But to be fair, I didn’t say anything even though I wanted a quieter room very badly! Overall, the hotel was in a great location, was clean and felt safe. I’d stay here again!

The room was clean and a large room with couch. Breakfast looked good although we did not eat it. The staff was very friendly. Amenities in the room could have been approved. There was only one soap left so had to use for both washing hands and showering. The free WiFi was very spotty and would drop off and you would have to reconnect. Also parking was challenging later in the evening. Overall a nice stay.

Incredibly impressed with this hotel! Every area we entered was incredibly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in (in the running with Westin’s heavenly bed). Most impressive was the staff! The woman who manages continental breakfast area goes above and beyond (constantly checking and restocking everything) and is so welcoming! One evening when we returned my husband had asked a woman working at the front desk what time the coffee would be available in the lobby, since he needed to get up early. She said it’s available 24/7 but then asked what time he would be up so she could make sure there was a fresh pot for him! When I checked out, I told the gal at the front desk (Caydance) how much I loved the bed. She explained that they get a lot of similar feedback so had assembled information on the various products for any guests who want it. She offered to send it to my email and she absolutely followed through! I don’t believe I’ve ever been as impressed as I am with the staff at this hotel.

The staff were welcoming and very kind. The room was spacious, clean, and had what I needed. I felt safe during my stay.

Staff friendly and helpful. Pool and Hot tub were wonderful. Beds are comfortable. I could hear the family and crying kids next door and slamming room doors from other guests. But overall would stay again. It’s easy on and off I-5.

The rooms are clean and the parking is really easy. I like that it’s a small hotel. The breakfast was our favorite on this trip so far. Lorelei was so nice and helpful. It’s about 8 minutes from the UO campus. We will stay again.

Only reason for 4 stars was that we could not use the TV at all. It turned on but every service we attempted to use threw an error. Couldn't use it at all.

The AC kept the room nice and cool and the beds were very comfortable, I did not want to get out of bed, and the staff was very nice and helpful with getting our room

Even though there were families with children staying, the rooms were very quiet and comfortable.

Staff was super friendly. We got a good deal on the room. Bed was comfy. But the walls are thin and we could hear the people talking and their tv in the next room. Made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Other than that, would give it 4 or 5 stars.

We only stayed one night. The staff was very friendly and efficient, they even called me before the day we were due to arrive to nake sure they understood my needs. Unfortunately we unable to eat breakfast but it did smell good. I will certainly stay here again when I visit my grandson at University of Oregon.

Hotel is really nice, clean, layouts weird as the lobbies on the fourth floor, and breakfast cost $11 a person .. and it was just regular motel breakfast

The young lady that checked us in was cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable. Breakfast had a surprising variety of hot, cold, and fresh options. They even had the exact chai tea that I drink (and never find at any hotel breakfast or even restaurants).

Breakfast was okay, but just okay. But it was free. Got lucky because the parking spot was just below my room. Easy shot.

Checked in super late after 12 AM, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Great experience overall!

Young girl at desk upon arrival was amazing. Parking was well-lit but tight spaces and limited spaces. Neighborhood is non-existent, but convenient to I5. Room was very clean, fairly new room remodel. Breakfast choices were impressive, lovely staff person at breakfast. Common area of hotel very modest. Pool did not look especially inviting.

The only rooms designated for ADA (handicap accessible) are single King bed with sofa sleeper. This information was not presented at time of reservation. There is inadequate room to manuver handicap equipment in the rooms once the sofa is in sleeper mode. It is very uncomfortable! Many handicap persons cannot share a bed with partner and certainly not an independant care giver! Won't be staying there again!

Our understanding is their only rooms for ADA (handicap accessible) are a single King bed and a fold out sleeper sofa. The need for handicap accessibility was given at time of reservation-4 months prior. There was inadequate room to manuver handicap equipment once the sofa was in use as a bed. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable! Many handicap persons cannot share a bed with their spouse due to their physical challenges and certainly they do not share a bed with an independant caregiver! We won't be staying there again.

I had car trouble and missed my first night of two night reservation only to find out that they canceled my two night reservation charged me for the first night and then when I showed up wouldn't give me my second night and then made me pay a considerably higher rate. I complained a bit talked to the manager who did ultimately give me the same rate but it was disappointing that they canceled 2-day reservations even though I did check in online and was more than okay for paying for the first night even though I wasn't there. In the long run everything turned out okay but it was frustrating.

Room was clean and well stocked. Hotel was quiet and staff was excellent in recommending places to visit for entertainment.

Afternoon/evening staff on Friday (two females; one was a trainee) were awesome. The guy on Saturday mid-day was less so—asked for limited room service—towels and garbage only—he said “maybe—we only refresh rooms ever three days”. Came back and rooms were untouched. Requested of another clerk an OK for 88-yo uncle from locale to have breakfast at hotel with my visiting 90-yo mom and they happily obliged (thanks!!). Good stay overall!

Not impressed. We were out of our room every day at 10 am and didn’t come back till 5pm and we had to ask 3 days in a row for our room to be cleaned. It was just getting skipped.

Breakfast and cleanliness

Fire alarm went off one night at midnight. Only one washer and one dryer, washer leaves clothes soaking wet and dryer leaves clothes damp. Some seemingly homeless guy seems to do his laundry and stays in the lobby every couple of days. No quarters available at the front desk either. Housekeeping would only supply one washcloth every 3 days.

Wonderful stay. The lady running the breakfast was great. The front desk staff were friendly, quick, and helpful. The only downside is the wi-fi was really weak in our room at the back end of the hotel (other side from the front door). They should install a couple of access points at the other end so that the far side of the building gets adequate wi-fi.

Very comfortable. Accessible room was perfect for my spouse. Room was very clean. I loved having a small adjustable reading light by the bed in addition to a lamp. Being able to read in bed without a light disturbing my spouse’s sleep was perfect! Location was excellent if you have a car. Within short and easy driving distance to all the places we wanted to visit.

Super friendly staff just alot going on in the parking lot and my room was overlooking the parking lot where everyone seemed to wanna hangout even after security topd them to be quiet

I wouldstay again. Did have a problem with the remote to Tv was not working. The problem was the remote was not programed to the DirectTv box. The front desk tryed to help us and only offered to exchanged rooms. I would of appreciated a $20 off the room. Because we were set up in the room.

My only complaint is the showers fixture was not in the best shape making it hard to control water temp. Staff at the front were amazing and pleasant no complaints so far.

Got locked out of room - Card wouldn't read

The hotel itself was fine but the hot tub completely bleached my bathing suit and they did nothing to help me. We had to take two showers just to get the bleach smell off our bodies. App won't let me post photos, see Google.

We had a great stay at Comfort Suites from the moment we walked in. We were welcomed by staff and even given a list of recommended restaurants compiled by the staff members. They also provided free postcards to send home, which was a nice touch. The lobby has water, tea and coffee available at all times. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Having the indoor pool and fitness room was great. The morning breakfast was good with everything from yogurt and fruit, to waffles, to biscuits and gravy, cereal, eggs and bacon, along with an assortment of breads and muffins. Parking was close and convenient.

Bad: WiFi was not working on our first night and our room was in the basement across from the pool. We had no service which was frustrating. Walls are paper thin and you can hear normal conversations from the room next door. There was a high school group staying at the hotel and it was incredibly loud. Being across from the pool was not ideal. Guest laundry is $4 wash/dry per load. Rooms are dated and tired - wallpaper in the bathroom was curling and pealing.

We have stayed here several times and have a great experience each time. Our room is always clean. Every thing works, too. A/C, fridge, tv, to name a few things. The breakfasts are fresh and plentiful. Most importantly, the staff is amazing.

We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting UO. The hotel was clean, the staff helpful, breakfast was good (waffles, eggs, sausage, breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt), quiet-we couldn't hear the nearby highway. Overall, a good value for the rate.

I was very impressed with the room. I had it was a reasonable price, lion clean one of the nicest places I stayed in a while. I’ve only stayed overnight due to getting caught in a bad rain storm after dark.

Loved the gentleman at the front desk. Very friendly and patient and made me feel comfortable as a woman traveling alone.

Love the rooms and amenities. One thing I have noticed after a few nights is the air conditioner doesn’t have a fan only setting to run at night. It kicks on and off every few minutes. Makes it hard to sleep.

I liked that it was in a non-homeless area. It was great that the room had three beds, including the pull out sofa bed. The beds and the room in general were very comfortable. We loved the fitness room and the pool. Very helpful that it was open at 6am do we could get a workout in before we started our day. It might be nice to put some drinking water in the fitness room. The pool was crystal clear, and We loved that it was not ice cold! The jets didn’t seem to be working in the hot tub, but it was still nice being able to sit in the warm water. The breakfast was delicious, a great mix of hot and cold items, lots of variety. Even items like light yogurt and sugar free hot chocolate! We greatly enjoyed our stay.

The room had bed bugs and we had to check right back out again and go to a different hotel

Wife and daughter were in town for a tournament. They got checked in. Were there for just over 24 hours when someone else used a key card, opened their door, and tried to come in. Wife had the deadbolt latched so they didn't make it in. People left briefly, came back and tried again. Wife yelled at them and said someone was staying there. She called the front desk who proceeded to tell her they were marked as a no show. They had keys. And had been there for a full day of a 3 night stay. Front desk then said they fixed it and showed them as checked in. Next day, wife's card was charged an additional $500 for the "check in". Still haven't received the promised refund.

Definitely a very clean place. Bed was very comfortable pillows were small but that's okay everything else was great.

The hotel had issues working with my reservation through Expedia. The room was also very cold. It would have been nice to have the heat on when we arrived. Breakfast was good.

The receptionist was unsure of check-in procedures and I was charged two incidental hold amounts.

Multiple things about this place there were below average for the price, if you want to take a hot shower be awake super early, parking... very limited and if your vehicle is larger then a mini cooper then parking will be tight, the brakefast was not best. The paint on the walls with multiple colors and bathrooms had rust all over and pelling wall paper. Overall not a terrible place to stay but dont have high expectations either....

We had a horrible experience checking in and the staff member that assisted us should really be taught some basic manners and acquire some common sense. My family was traveling northbound for a soccer tournament. I had made the reservation and was planning on being there but ended up staying back for work. The reservation was under my name. My husband tried to check them in but because I was not present, he was not able to. My family had to wait for over two hours. The receptionist didn’t have enough common sense to see that this was a cold, hungry, tired family that had all the information needed to check in but because I was not present, would not allow them. When I was able to step away from work to return my husband’s call, she simply asked if I was the person whose name the reservation was under and if my family could check in and that was the end of the matter. Absolutely ridiculous. Never, ever in all my years of traveling has this happened. Countless time I’ve stayed in the car with the kids while my husband checked us in even, if the reservation was under my name. Furthermore, the receptionist wouldn’t even allow my kids to go hang out with their other teammates who were already checked in without issue. All that aside, she could at least approached my family with more empathy and compassion.

The suite was very spacious, very clean and excellent breakfast!

Had some kids prank calling the room and the mattress was a little stiff. Parking isn't the greatest due to the configuration of the lot.

Great location and rooms

The heat in the room was non-functional in cold temperatures! The water in the shower, after several minutes running, got to lukewarm at best. Even the refrigerator in the room was not working. It ran and produced noise, but everything in it was at room temperature after several hours. The property itself was close to the highway but well-hidden with a too small building sign on an out-of-the-way street. I will not stay at a Comfort Suites again.

Also the shower handle did not stay where I wanted it on hot—it seemed loose. Breakfast lady was wonderful.

Repeat stay, easy access from Hwy, quiet location, clean, pleasant employees, Loralei in breakfast room so sweet & helpful to make sure we had everything we needed.
