Coming from a smaller town I guess this might be normal in this area, but it was all gated, to get in and out of the property you needed to keep your room key. It did give me some peace that my truck wouldn't get broken into. Although while in the elevator one guest stated her room had been broken into every day but she was a long term "extended stay" guest, so not sure what she meant but maybe she was confused about housekeeping??? But overall stay was good even though it was short. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

When we approached the front entrance, it was clear that the door and surrounding area had not been maintained, as they were visibly dirty and in need of cleaning. The room and surrounding areas were extremely dirty. There were hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground that clearly hadn’t been cleaned up in a long time. The floors were filthy, the room itself was unclean, and the smell was overwhelming. Throughout the night, dogs barked and whined, and people in nearby rooms were arguing loudly, making it impossible to sleep. The carpet was torn and held together with duct tape, which made the room feel even more neglected. In the bathroom, there was still a wet towel hanging on the door from the previous guests, showing that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival.

Staff, amount of towels you get, very accommodating if they are able to help u. The last room I was in was kinda gross. Big Stains in carpet, hallways reaked of food and bad decisions .. burn marks and no real chair... There was one plastic cheap one in the corner no desk it was weird .. also people sit in their cars all hours of the day so when I go out to smoke it feels scary sometimes. Lol. Love the staff and how accommodating they are .. towels are nice and plentiful, never get full dish packs . They didnt have coffee machines any of the recent times I stay there .. no cups ever either

The hallways had trash, smelled like dog urine, the elevator was disgusting, there was a bullet on the ground next to my car in the morning, and the exterior trash cans were overflowing. In the morning when I reported this they said there was nothing they can do about the dog urine or smell.

The room was Absolutely filthy. Smelled, had stains all over the carpet. Where you didnt even want to take your shoes off. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned. Even found a dirty bandaid in the room on the floor. The bathroom floor was sticky. ?

The staff was nice and made me feel welcome and it was very easy .. check in, extending the stay.... Asking for accommodations... Great people and never made me feel like I was bothering them.. The room felt clean and it was nice for the price. There were a lot of people sitting in their cars... Very weird feeling. Some were sitting for hours out there. It was kind of eerie to me like I didn't feel safe smoking outside by myself The "grab and go" breakfast was a little bleak. I wished it had at least fresh fruit or more pastry type options... Or yogurt. It was coffee/creamer which was decent enough... Nutrigrain bars, oatmeal packets, hot chocolate packets... Small blueberry muffins that were more powder than moist and fruity kind of gross... Bottle water or some juice... Or milk would have been nice... But better than nothing!

It's Everett and it was after my property flooded in Snohomish. The staff was really nice to me and my dog Wyatt. Nice room and good location.

The room was clean with plenty of furniture to make it feel comfortable. The kitchenette, elevators, and ironing equipment were a bonus. The room was quiet even when the radiator was on. I did not hear noise from other occupants' rooms. The bed was hard and sounded as though it were resting on a plastic snap-together platform any time I moved. The toilet was not flushing properly, which I let the front desk know.

Great location and easy access to the freeway and shoping. The only thing I had a qualm about was the room was a little bit dirty but other than that my time there was great. The staff was very helpful and polite, and the price was good.

The hotel smell like cigarettes the hallway floors were sticky. Everything smelled like cigarettes. It reminds you more of a Homeless shelter. The breakfast buffet was just some granola bars. It just felt like you were in a Homeless shelter.

Room was disgusting smelled like cat urine cat litter on the floor, dirty socks on the ground. Jacket hanging on the bathroom door. My dogs have not stopped itching since. The daytime manager is extremely rude

I’m very satisfied

It was like a shelter. Foul smell as soon as you enter the reception lasted on the elevator and hallway. I was really nauseous tried to hold my breath when I was on the hallway. The smell is from the carpet. Room was okay and free of any odor, thankfully there was no carpet in the room.my booking says breakfast included- which was a small muffin and a coffee.

Very basic which is fine given the price but not clean

This hotel is old and in pretty poor shape. My room had cracked switchplates and stains in the bathroom sink and kitchen table. The hallways stunk of cleaning chemicals, and the floors were filthy iin the lobby, elevators, and elevator lobbies. The front desk person was really slow to respond. Sat for a minute waiting for her to open the gate so I could drive into the property.

Gorda appreciated a treat each time she went by on the way out or inside from pottying.

Bathroom was clean but tub caulking was poorly done Location had secured gated entry and surrounding grounds was clean, a plus.

Front staff was so friendly and accommodating and the gated community made us feel very safe

Sweet staff member Genevieve was very friendly, I work in hospitality as well and I appreciate when another guest arrived she let them know she was almost done checking me in and would be with him in a few moments. Communication is key.

I was gated and the place was for extended stay.

Room was like a bachelor suite with a full fridge and basic kitchenette. Perfect for a minimalist. Got extra amenities from the front desk no problem.

Noticeable not pleasant hallway smell. Floor in the suite nit clean, noted animal fur.

My stay at this hotel was good, the only issue was when we first entered the hotel, there was a musty odor and even in the room after we checked in. It looked clean, but everywhere had a musty odor from downstairs to the bedroom. The water took some time to get warm, but it worked out for us. Overall, my stay was nice and comfortable, the staff were nice & kind and the room setup was convenient for us too. I liked that there is a gas station within the hotel area, so that’s an easy place to grab snacks and beverages. The grab-and-go breakfast they offered at the hotel was okay, I just wish there were more options apart from muffins, oatmeal, and meal bars.

Beside the highway which is also very loud. I didn’t have a shower curtain which made for a bit of a wet floor. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful

As a solo female traveler, I would not recommend this hotel. Very run down, not a great neighborhood, did not feel it was the best option for me personally.

Clean room, excellent staff.

The breakfast was coffee and a tiny dry muffin. I wouldn’t advertise breakfast. Ran out of coffee and had to ask for more. Room was clean.

Low water pressure. Tub drained VERY slowly. Bathroom vent fan would not turn off (on all night, noisey). Friendly staff.

Rooms are horrid. Not unkept at all. Paid for no smoke room and was given a smoking room multiple times. Pictures are not what the rooms look like at all. Not safe neighborhood

Closeness to the Airport.

Staff and room are good. Large mall, Walmart and several dining options are about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Happily stay again.

I can’t say anything good. I drove up there and they refused to honor the reservation for two twin, then they told me to go to another Extended Stay and they would help. The second location was also booked. I returned to the initial location and they told me that the room they were going to put me in didn’t have working water. They called a third location that was nearby, but that was booked. I had to contact Hotels.com for a refund, which I got, but they couldn’t help with finding a hotel either, if I had to drive further, fly in, or took a train, I’d have been stuck.

The room was big and clean. However, the hallways had bags of trash at the end and at the entrance someone had peed on the floor on arrival to the hotel. In addition, there were many pets so you might have a flare up if you’re allergic.

Dirty, room unfinished, no shower curtain, no microwave and the fridge wasn’t even plugged in and it smelled awful. $300 bucks I wish I spent somewhere else.

Check-in was @3pm. I arrived @2:15pm - to find out there were no rooms available at the moment and had to wait for the next availability. Finally, checked in @4:15pm (2hrs later). Our room comes with a kitchenette with NO dishes, utensils, pans. Upon request only. Never again will i stay in this facility

Cigarette smoke smell was in the room and hallways. The faucet for the shower fell off when showering. The front desk lady wouldn’t come to the desk and took 5 rings.

This was a dump. The lady at the front desk was friendly and offered a discount on the room. She was great! The property was not. My room had no curtains (was told this, hence the discount), the fridge did not work and it stank. The cook top was missing a whole burner. The circuit breakers were turned off to the kitchen. Maybe they are fixing this and a booking mistake got me this mess, that doesn't excuse the rest of the property. Everything in the hallways was dingy and smelled. The elevators were sticky and felt like they were falling apart. The parking lot had abandoned car parts and trash. People were letting their dogs potty in the bushes and not cleaning it up. Unwelcome experience. I fear the staff is trying but they have no support or investment in the property from higher up.

When we showed up, we stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before someone came to the desk. There was no greeting, no eye contact nothing. We get to our room and you can clean tell the floors werent swept nor mopped. Theres a massive dust bunny on the back of the computer chair that clearly has never been cleaned. There was no remote for the tv in our room so i had to go to the front desk and ask for one. Waited around again for staff to show up and once again no eye contact nor a simple greeting. I informed her there was no remote in my room and she just turned around and walked away and never said anything to me after searching around in the back for a minute she handed me 2 remotes and that was it. Got back into my room to get ready to shower but theres standing watter in the shower because the drain was completely clogged. Luckily i know how to fix that myself and cleared the drain. Only an hour in the room and this has been my experience.

Poor condition with transients everywhere, run down and extremely dirty

I was unable to check-in. Their systems were down and they wouldn't even let me check in with cash. I sat in the dirty lobby with all sorts of disreputable people for over an hour before I finally decided to find another hotel.

There was an old banana in the fridge, how well do your cleaners really clean the rooms?

The staff upon check in was not very helpful and took much longer than necessary. The room smelled like dog piss. The toilet seat was so loose we almost fell off when using it. There were a couple of hairs that were left from someone prior to us. For the price I paid, it was absolutely not worth it. I will never stay there again!!

It is a re-work in progress, so I can't be too picky. The low price was surprising, and now I understand.

Convenient location. Poor facility and property security, with front access door unlocked all night and the Security gates inoperable. Very insufficient "breakfast" offering, with supply quickly exhausted. Some cockroaches in evidence.

The stuff is so lovely to work with and the rooms get it done and it feels like home sometimes

The staff at this hotel is like a second family now we stay there so often you know each other by first name and I wanted to give them the ability to rent out every room or as much as they could so I'm not staying there this holiday

My day was amazing. Amanda made me feel very welcomed and safe here. It was very clean comfortable I would definitely stay here again!

Outside area dirty, no clear pet area. Noisy during the night, doors slamming shut at mid night. Person above me was dropping things at midnight and stomping around or at lead that’s what it sounded like. Hard to sleep. Also toilet in my room ran constantly and leak on the shower. Toilet was reported at check in never fixed.

They already rented the room i reserved two days pior to my stay, then gave me a room that someone was already staying in. Then i got a room that was extremely filthy! Black mold above the shower, toilet was disgusting and long black hairs on the towels. Floor in the room was sticky and had what appeared to be fruit loops and cake crumbs. I asked for a broom and never got one so had to clean up the floor with paper towels. I dont not recommend staying at this location unless your just desperate.

The property unsafe.

In need of some TLC.

We were waiting on something to be brought to our room by grounds keeper and the next day both Genevieve and Amy checked to see that it was taken care of and then when Amanda (G.M) got in she was sure to not only check with her staff that it had been handled but with me and my partner's and that it was acceptable to our liking. It was a pretty welcoming surprise. I'll continue to book my rooms here every time I need a place to stay in the area. It's a great atmosphere the place is quite and I feel safe and not a bunch of bums or drug users sitting outside begging for change it's a secured and upkrpt property and it's much appreciated. Keep up the good work Amanda and her crew.

I love it here. It is a gated community so it helps you sleep sounder knowing that not just anyone can get into the parking or the building. And the staff Amanda, Genevieve and Amy really make u feel like family. I love the atmosphere here. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends and will stay here again anytime.

I loved the fact that it's a gated community because I don't have to worry about anyone car prowling or anything. I love the way the staff, Amy, and Genevieve are great and Amanda treats you like your family. I love this place and will stay here any time I need a place to stay in this area.

We stayed at this property for a holiday evening so we didn’t have to drive home unsafe. The property is gated, clearly guests are an inconvenient to the staff and the room was terrible. There’s no soap to wash at the sink, tissues shoved the peep hole and overall a dirty room. I would not recommend except for it being a convenient location for our needs. Zero stars.

The staff is friendly. There are a lot of guests with dogs, but it doesn't smell like dogs. The guest room floor didn't seem to have been swept or mopped well. The bathtub plug didn't work properly. Overall, fairly clean, I don't understand the difference in pricing for the same room on different weeks. I am staying again.

I was removed the first day even though I checked in on time they confused my name and removed me I demand a full refund

They had construction and put me in the room they worked on at 700am on my windows outside. They didnt not tell me anyyhing anout it. And had no compentation on the issue. The hollways smelled like cigarettes and dogs barking more then i like.

My husband would rather stay here than the Motel 6 when he's working at Boeing Everett because he gets a better night's sleep and they have better beds the price point typically is 25 to $35 more per night but guys it is worth it

Unfriendly and rude staff. Will never stay at this hotel.

This property does not look anything like the photos…the rooms are dated, dirty, moldy, things are broken and it stinks like old smoke and weed. There was major construction happening that wasn’t noted resulting in every window being wrapped up, all the siding removed, and the crew sanding/talking/running tools directly against the exterior wall of my room starting at 7:30am on Sunday. The staff also left the front door of the hotel propped wide open into the very late hours I’m assuming to air out the smell of weed, let in multiple random people and delivery drivers and probably let critters in too. It seems there are long term residents in the hotel which lead to a constant stream of people in and out of the building, skip the dishes and door dash orders, people visiting and knocking on the doors (honestly seemed like drug deals and some shady characters) and their pets in and out to go to the bathroom. Also the “breakfast” consisted of carafe coffee and packets of oatmeal. Would never stay here again.

It’s run down and damage, also a smoked in smell, the first room I was put in the door wound close or lock. Not worth the money I paid. I think a motel would have been nicer.

I was rudely awaken around 230am because a staff tried to enter my room. I'm glad i had the latch on. The staff member said it showed the room as unoccupied. After i went out in the hallway to see who tried to come in. And the noise from another room. This was definitely not worth 100 per night.

Liked the full kitchen. Repairs being done to building & felt i was an inconvenience when checking in & out.

Kitchen floor dirty and not stocked with anything (plates, cups, silverware). Kitchen and bathroom towels stained. Cigarette burns everywhere on counters. Smelly room. Smallest shampoo bottle ever. Trash cans stored in stairwells making it very unpleasant to use stairs. Maybe worth a $50 rate if you keep expectations very low, but definitely not the $140 rate.

This hotel was not very clean. The hallways looked like they never get vacuumed. The carpet in the room looked like it had blood stains on it. And the room smelled absolutely awful, like they were trying to cover up cigarette smoke with an awful air freshener. The room was freezing when I first got there so I turned on the heater, and it smelled like it was burning. Also the website said free on the go breakfast until 9:30 am, I went downstairs at 8:15 and the coffee and food was all gone, the lady said they are out of food and she could brew more coffee but it would take 20-30 minutes. All in all, not worth the money. I’d pay an extra $50 to stay and any of the other hotels near by.

8:15am construction started on our outside wall, which woke us up, recorded how loud it is, called front desk, RUDE--UNsympathetic!! Will not be going there again!!!

Old building.Breakfast is just a coffee. Room was dirty and the toilet was useless. Hardly any water in the toilet tank to flush.No ice machine.Not a good place to stay with this price.

Overall, our stay was not too bad. The floor in our room was pretty dirty, as we would see quite a bit of dirt come off of our feet in the shower. There was construction, going on to the outside of the building, and quite a bit of the parking lot was closed off. a few days, we had a hard time finding a place to park.

Room was a kitchenette with no furnishings, pots pans or dishes. Alarm clock didn't work due to a bad power supply. Outlet by the kitchen table was broken and non-functional. They advertised a Grab and Go breakfast which turned out to be a Nutri grain bar or a package of oatmeal.

0 manager and staff was great. You could see the manager really trying hard to make sure everybody was happy and trying to keep things running smoothly.

First they did not have a room for me and had me waiting for 10 minutes before they told me a room was open and just got cleaned. The floor was not swept and the bed side drawer and food strewn all over inside. This was the only room they had so I bite my tongue and told them in the morning.

Room was clean and parking was provided on site. I would stay there again.

Desk seldom anyone around. Dirty hallways. Dirty elevators. One had two used band suds and a bottle cap in the corner all three days there. The other coffee or cream splattered in two walks. Mornin coffee luke warm. Disappointing, won’t use that facility again.

Price was best around. Gated parking lot and needed to be buzzed in front door. Made me both feel safe and wonder why I needed that much security.

Front desk gal was nice but couldn’t offer any explanation as to why the rooms weren’t ready when we arrived 90 minutes after check in time nor give us an ETA on the rooms being ready. Then when discussing they we may not stay - we were then sent to Expedia to cancel the reservation. Then finally got into the rooms. 2 were updated and 2 were in really bad shape but of course we all paid the same price. When I say bad shape - I mean, the cabinets had massive wear signs, the bed wasn’t attached to anything so when sitting on the foot of the bed - the head lifted off the group like a teater-totter. Then the table was pulling away from the wall and the support leg was crooked and the whole piece felt very unstable. The best part—- I booked the 4 rooms with the option to pay the night of stay. However a credit card was still required to hold the reservation. I then checked in with my ID and a different card to pay. When 3 other friends finally had rooms to check in to —- they provided their ID and no card was asked. Then I got an alert from my credit card company to verify suspicious charges. Yep- my friends rooms were charged to my first card. Without permission, notice or me being present. The location was convenient for the arena - but the price was high for the poor quality and lack of secured room

Great staff, reasonably good facilities.

Friendly staff, close to fun dinner spots, conveniently located next to the highway and a gas station.

Drug infested. Filthy, the carpet was discussting, molding here and there, areas of the walls not painted. When I walked in I couldnt believe what I had done by booking a stay, it was so bad I ended up leaving at 2:30 a.m....The smell of orange cleaning spray was so bad, I had to leave.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stay here about every other week for work because it’s close proximity to Boeing Everett. The water pressure is severely lacking so you can’t take the best shower. The beds are OK.

Good base camp for finding a job and living arrangements. Central location and access to shopping. The other one down the street is good as well and more of a community. This is more like a residential hotel but better managed. I'm extending again 🐿️

Cleanliness in hallways and room was sub-par. Hotel attracts many transients who are there for an “extended stay” and who have a loose interpretation of personal hygiene. Never felt fully comfortable or safe. Sorry to say property showed no personal pride in appearance or experience.

Close to Boeing. Its not safe and secure. Gate entrance appears to be broken and maintenance is non apparent. This place need to be remodeled and change of staff. Customer service is pretty dreadful.
