The receptionist was nice enough well when we walked in there was an over powering air freshener smell. We proceeded to check in and was told to go thru set of doors to elevator. Once we opened the door the smell was overpowering of dog shit. Thinking it was just in that area we got on the elevator and went upstairs doors opened on elevator and the smell was right back again (we were exceptionally tired after driving 100's of mile that day) so we continued to our room. let me tell you walking into the room and seeing a bed that didnt even have box springs really pissed me off. JUST a crappy mattress on springs and a student chair. I did not sleep at all. My husband woke up at 2:30 in the morning and we quickly left. We live in Medford Oregon and there is a Wood Springs Suites facility south Medford area. I was surprised but I would not even go in there to SEE if it was different. And of course we let everyone we know which are alot of heavy travelers, not to go there. I get having pet friendly facilities, But there are limits to what other paying customers should have to tolorate. Again our experience was not favorable at all.

When I checked in the desk clerk was not friendly. I was assigned a room and when I inspected the room it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I went to the desk and could not find the clerk. I peeked in the side door and ask if there was anyone there and got no answer. I then found the clerk way in the back avoiding the front desk. She became upset and said she was going to refund my registration and have me leave. Because it was a prepaid registration she could not refund and did assign a different room. During the stay, the other desk clerks were present when I went by the desk.

Location was great. Clean The bathroom toilet ran all night. The beds were ok but a bit too firm for us.
- 2.5/5
The room was clean, if a bit sterile. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, willing to print a small document we needed to print. There was no breakfast and no coffee. The room was not cozy. Just two beds and two hard chairs. No extra pillows available.

When checking in, no one was at the front desk. I had to practically yell 3 or 4 times before someone came. They needed to make a copy of my DL for ID. However, they didn’t give it back to me. I didn’t realize this until checkout. They made no attempt to return it to me. When I was checking out, I asked about my Drivers License and the front desk pulled it out of a drawer. If I hadn’t asked for it, they would have let me walk out the door without it.
- 3/5
Umm it felt like sleeping in a conference room. No drapes. Weird conference room chairs, no table, no batteries in the remote...the thinnest blanket. Like a hospital blanket. But, there are bunnies on the property, which was the best part!
- 4/5
The bedding were not changed and clean. The room is clean every fortnight. Sometimes workers are quite moody to help you. However the room is quite comfortable and quiet. The gym is good
- 2/5
Very average place, super cheap. Have zero expectations, please. Even the staff was rude, just one nice guy who was working in the morning with the tattoo lady. The night staff was terrible, like a man with colour was also very rude, and the female without tattoos were also rude. The tattoo lady was okay.

I did not get the room size I booked. Molded window seals. I ask for standard room and got a wheelchair room. Website said it had dishes and pans but they dont. Hot water last 5 minutes and shuts off. Upstairs room made room moving noises from 7pm to 6am. We got no sleep. We brought food to cook then had to spend more money to order out due to No dishes. Why even allowing bookings for 1 nighters. Horrible experience

Very nice place to stay!

Good cut rate hotel. Well maintained, friendly staff, clean, no security issues, stayed for three months and never saw any crime. Winter rates are a good deal. Hot water could better. WiFi could be better. Don’t pay for the faster internet, not worth it

Friendly service from front desk with an exception of housekeeping. Few of my personal belongings were missing. A pack of toothbrushes, face gel, and 4 bottles of tea. Understandable they cleared out the fridge and throw away spoil food, but not only that it looks like they went through my personal belongings and picked out certain items as well: a pack of toothbrushes and face gel which are near my personal bag has been gone missing after I came back to the room. Even though the cost altogether for the items were only around $80. If you could have a sign available for do not disturb that would be great.

The staff was fine. The room smelled like someone was smoking in it, maybe drugs. There was a really drunk guy in the lobby and a girl on drugs in the hallway. We didn't stay overnight.

Very kind lady at the front desk. Great place for the price paid.

Room was good other than the sink was no sealed which caused the sink to leak. Other than that the room and staff were amazing!

Wouldn't know? She wouldn't let us check in because my wife didn't have her ID. She wasnt even the primary name on the reservation. I WILL NEVER in my life stay at this hotel. You can have it.
- 5/5
Great staff, cleanliness and safe surroundings.
- 1/5
Your site listed a $50 pet deposit, but it is a $50 non refundable pet fee that the hotel charges. I picked the hotel because of the affordable pet option
- 1/5
This was actually the worst place I've ever stayed. I booked two nights, and left early in the middle of the night to get my family somewhere with actual hygiene standards. By the way, they do NOT have cribs and pack and plays, and they will get very offended if you ask about them. AWFUL PLACE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

The rooms were basic cleaned. And what I mean by that is like there was gross stuff on the walls there was grossed up around the the light switches and in the corners and just not deep cleaned well. Also over there the sink completely detached from the counter. There was no brackets or screws holding it in whatsoever. And at night the evening mail desk clerk always seems very rude to us just had a very poor attitude. Other than that everything was fine.
- 3/5
The front desk employee proceeded to finish vacuuming while we stood there waiting to check in. There were no real amenities either. No coffee or anything. The place seemed poorly maintained

Staff.Monica and Richard also Patti are the ones that stand out. However ,all the staff i interacted with are and where wonderful.
- 3/5
Check in staff was not very engaging. I felt like an inconvenience. However, she did live up a bit halfway through the process, and it was somewhat late in the evening. Room and building was clean. My checkout went smoothly, and the manager I believe was or did want to make sure that Everything went smoothly.
- 2/5
I reserved an accessible room because I have severe spinal stenosis. The bathroom was accessible but the bed was several inches too high and the mattress slid on the metal frame. ADA recommends 20-23 inch height from floor to top of mattress. This bed was 28 inches. The clerk on duty was kind enough to find me a step stool so I could get in the bed but a wheelchair bound person would not be able to transfer.
- 4/5
Team is friendly and helpful. Maintenance man , Richard ,was helpful .
- 4/5
Good for someone needing an extended stay. Has fridge, microwave and stove in each unit. However each room has only one full sized double bed. The hotel is also right next to the freeway. The traffic noise was steady so it didn’t bother me. But if you are looking for something really quiet you should know that. Rooms are reasonably priced and the area is safe.
- 2/5
Fitness facility has both water fountain defective. Not a single coffee machine offered like most hotels do. For that reason, im out. Unable to comeback

The room was clean but the bed sheets had a weird and strong smell, like armpits or something bad, I been staying at this location and is the first time this happens.
- 3/5
The place no good smell
- 1/5
This place is noisy being by freeway. Windows not insulated. I could hear traffic and construction all night. They had dirty towels in room when I first arrived. I was overcharged, disrespected, coursed at and berated by unhelpful clerk when asked about refund of overpayment and receiving clean towels. This place is awful and poorly managed. I would never stay here or any related properties. You’re all better off reserving a room somewhere else.
- 1/5
Smelly rooms. Bad service.
- 5/5
I love that you do not have carpets in the rooms. This makes the room smell fresh and clean versus musty old carpets with who knows what spilled on them in the past! Good move! I will stay here again.
- 3/5
One person manning the front counter not ideal. If they needed to use the bathroom or check on rooms no one is at the front. When we got here I needed the front counter but no one was there. There were a group of people that needed to be checked in and they waited what seemed like about a half an hour.
- 5/5

Even though I had a reservation they gave my room away. Looked more like an assisted living facility
- 2/5
Staff that checked me in gave a vibe like i asked for his kidney, not very friendly at all

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. 1) The towels had visible dirt on them and lots of stains 2) they messed up my roomkey 4x and i had to walk all the way back and forth to the fro t desk on my arthritic leg. 3) front desk staff incompetent and rude 4)bed bugs 5) bed was very thin mattress and uncomfortable. 6) walls very thin easy to hear neighbors. 7) dirty shower and sink
- 4/5

Cards never worked, always had to get them redone. One elevator for a lot of rooms. Always had to wait a long time for elevator. Machines in laundry room didn't work. It said there was coffee and tea in lobby, what it doesn't mention is that it's a machine and you have to pay. Lots of barking dogs.
- 1/5
Hotel does not offer sufficient towels. Towels are offered between certain time windows. No additional towels. Bathrooms were dirty. Someone previously smoked in a non smoking room.
- 2/5
Bed was terrible, and there were only two pillows per bed, and the bathroom was a little bit dirty.
- 5/5
Definitely a solid solution for a longer stay. The property options for guests are quite varied and the kitchenette in each room makes a lot of capability fit in a smaller area.
- 1/5
Hotel is so dirty and smell bad all in hotel rooms lobby’s and this not a smoking free hotel staff is so bad
- 5/5
Very Pet friendly and excellent staff service
- 1/5
Staff was nice and as accommodating as possible. First room smelled like stale ciggarette smoke, we asked for another room and there was door on the bathroom. Hard to stay in a room with another person when there is no door on the bathroom.
- 1/5
Got a call in a high traffic area on a concert weekend that they were canceling my room. They left a voicemail saying to call back but when I tried multiple times to call that number and various others no person answered. Had to purchase a much more expensive room in a shady area
- 4/5
The front desk staff, both day and night was amazing! and recommended great dining options. I also appreciated how the evening security was clearly present. The ample parking lot and walking path areas add a great area to relax. My only complaint is there should be fresh coffee. The vending machine in the charges $1.50 where you only get like may 3 inches of product...extremely small portion, not a good value.
- 1/5
Not at all what the pictures show, we ended up being okay since it was for the night but then when we went bathroom there was not water to flush, as we were heading out for the afternoon we let the front desk know and they said they’d be up to fix it. Came back really late and saw the bathroom was not fixed. Such an inconvenience

Pros: - Price was fairly decent for what we reserved. We paid about $426 (3-night stay) for a room with a full-size refrigerator to stove, top burners, a microwave and a dishwasher. - On-site parking - Within 20 minutes of various activities and restaurants. - Check out was a breeze. Cons: - Upon check in, front desk staff was nowhere to be found. We rang the bell and picked up the phone and called 500 as instructed on the sign on the desk. We waited about 20 minutes before somebody showed up. He was not friendly, barely polite to be honest. We felt as though we were bothering him to check us in. - They only allow one towel per person, one pillow per person, and the blankets there are literally no thicker than a bedsheet. - We could hear people upstairs moving furniture around at all hours. - The smell of cigarettes was heavy in the hallway despite being a non-smoking hotel.
- 3/5
Front desk staff not helpful other than that good
- 1/5
The lock on my door didn’t lock securely. There were alot of transient people around, as a woman I did not feel safe. The staff was not accommodating in providing change for the washer/dryer services as well as would not give me an extra blanket. I travel to the area frequently and will not stay here again.
- 4/5
No room service or breakfast, but was very clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
Dirty room, smell like wet dogs and trash all over room
- 5/5
These were really clean and nice to not have carpet. They had little kitchens. Safe knowing you had to have key card to get into the building. This was our favorite stay in Washington. The parking was very full when you arrived later at night.
- 3/5
Kind of a scary area, but it was affordable. Shower was nice.

Went into the room, immediately was hit with the strong smell of urine, with a window propped open. The beds look like prison beds. The front desk staff was unprofessional, slow, rude, and dismissive.

This place was great. It had no carpet which meant it was very clean. The beds were comfortable. You had a complete kitchen and everything is just simple and clean. I loved it and the way you have to use your key to get into the hallway to get to your room, another bonus And the staff are always so nice. I didn’t miss not having breakfast. I didn’t miss not having a bar restaurant. I just love the fact it was clean.
- 5/5
Very clean. I love that there is no carpet in the rooms. Good price. Every staff member we interacted with was great! Would stay again.
- 1/5
No staff at check in for 1/2 hour. Gave up and had to file a dispute to get them to refund. A joke of an operation. Avoid at all cost
- 4/5
No Frills, basic room. Bed, desk, TV, and a full size refrigerator. Clean room, and relatively quiet.
- 5/5
Not enough pillows in the bed
- 4/5
Bathtub/ shower not clean. Men’s whiskers from shaving still covered bottom of tub.
- 3/5
Pay for what you get. Not bad for price but would not return. Non smoking hotel, but smelled smoke off and on. Thumping from room above us woke us up.
- 5/5
All the employees were friendly and helpful, especially Raquel and also Richard.
- 3/5
It’s not terrible
- 5/5
Excellent stay.
- 3/5
The bathroom also didn’t have a blow dryer. It felt like a juvenile detention center on the inside. The TV remote was missing and I had to go ask for one. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. I was there for 3 nights but only received 2 towels and 2 washcloths. My room wasn’t cleaned while I was there. The parking lot is disorganized so if I couldn’t park right in the front of the building, I didn’t feel safe at night walking through it. The window to my room was slightly open and unlocked when I checked-in. I was on the ground floor, and if I hadn’t noticed it, my safety could have been seriously compromised.
- 4/5
Excellent for the money. This is an extended stay hotel so many of the other guests seem to be on a long-term stay.
- 4/5
No carpeting therefore super clean floors.
- 2/5
I brought with me, food I expected to cook. Then I found no utensils in room. I double-checked, yes the room advertisement specified they had utensils. Desk clerk said they changed policy and did not update the web site. Then on top of that, TV remote did not work. They could not find a replacement.
- 1/5
Fathew? Short fat curly headed dark haired kid at the front is the ruddest ive seen in his position. First the hotel requires id for anyone over 18. I dont know how its any of their business. He throws a fit about it, calls my phone 6 times. Im not from here so i dont answer. He then comes beating on the door saying i better give the id or else. Prior to this id told him the whole place stinks of weed and cigarettes. Expedia should really take this place off their list. Place is ran by wanna be fat thugs
- 2/5
Mattress was turned upside down. When turned over to proper side, a large stain was revealed.
- 4/5
Spotless and immaculate, my room didn’t even looked lived in or finished. No complaint, but I had to ask for a trash can, ice cube tray, glasses and there was no table or comfortable place to sit. Not even a coffee maker. I could have used a blanket, there was just a sheet and thin cover on the bed. Other than missing amenities, it was very clean, comfortable and affordable.

- 5/5
I rely liked my stay at this hotel.
- 1/5
unsafe place to stay
- 1/5
Moreover, the towels in my room were stained with yellow marks, raised serious cocerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards for this facility, rendering them unsuitable for even drying my vehicle . I had expected Woodsprings Inn to be a respectable hotel, but this experience has led me to strongly recommend against staying here. I will definitely advise my friends and family to avoid this unclean and unsafe establishment. I wouldn’t consider returning, even with a refund; Woodsprings could likely use that refund to purchase new towels.

The Receptionist Monteel was very helpful and friendly and ready to meet the needs of any request we asked. I enjoyed my stay!
- 4/5
Good cheap place to stay
- 4/5
It was fine. There was just no way to make coffee or even cookware, utensils in the kitchenette so it was useless to even have a kitchenette.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly at property. The room did have a full kitchen but does not have any utensils or cookware. The furniture was pretty scuffed up but was comfortable. This is a pet friendly room and served that purpose well, with hard floors and furniture that wouldn't be messed up. There was also a HUGE dog area out front with doggie bags if you did not have your own. Dogs could be heard barking on and off through the night and most of the tenants are there long term weekly/monthly. If you're just looking for a comfortable place to stay for a few days with your dog you will probably like it alright. If you don't need a place that is per friendly you would probably do better to keep searching.
- 2/5
The room that my family stayed in was not clean the bathroom did not have a shower curtain the floor was sticky the fridge did not work. The floor had hair and garbage was not sweeped or mopped. We had to change rooms.

CLEAN. NICE. AFFORDABLE.
- 3/5
This is a fairly new weekly/monthly motel that welcomes dogs. Owners walking to their rooms talk a bit loudly to their large dogs. The bathroom light was out and the sink sprayer broken so that when we turned the faucet on sprayed us in the face like a bad joke. No coffee pot or amenities beyond jail like. Expedia needs to be more clear that this is NOT a normal hotel. I only learned of the situational oddities after paying with cc then getting an email. The large fellow that checked me in growled unsmilingly, reluctantly conversing the minimum.
- 5/5
I enjoyed how nice the front desk was and how clean and big the rooms were
- 3/5
Overall it was a decent room with friendly staff. We could tell the appliances and finishes in the room has damages, but nothing that made the stay impossible. For a short stay or a room you'll only use for sleeping, it worked great for us!
- 3/5
No light at entrance. Impossible to find parking entrance and can crash. No Bible. People smoking by the door Way closer than 25 feet requirement. No utensils or paper cups in full kitchen. Smelled like smoke inside hallways and elevator. Beat up sofa. Front desk card not working and they manually writing down all customers info on random paper with sensitive info. No safe. Good: Location. Newer building. Stove and fridge and microwave and sink. Paid Laundry on site.
- 2/5
Missing light bulbs, no dishes, not enough towels, no hand towel, holes in the door. Unsafe parking lot, a lot of homeless and drug addicts lingering around. No printer or business center.
- 1/5
When we pulled up there were three individuals standing right in front of the entry door smoking. After checking in the extended stay room had no basic kitchen items. Didn’t even have a single cup in the room. We went down and asked if they had a plastic spoon or fork and just received a flat NO. The room next door had a dog that barked well past 10pm, people yelling in the hallway late at night. If my husband had not been with me I would not have even stayed there.

I had just driven 10 hours to pick up my son from a situation that was not safe for him and this was the only hotel with a reasonable rate that night. Upon checking in everything seemed fine. I asked the lady that checked us in if we needed to add the additional guests in the rooms names to the reservation to avoid any problems throughout the night After she leaves, she Told me no. She handed me a paper that I needed to initial stated that those were the rules of the property. I read through them. I initialed them. She gave me keys to the room myself, and my friend went up to the room while my brother went to pick up my son. my brother had a key to the room as well as a parking pass for his vehicle and I didn’t foresee any problems for when they returned. But boy was I wrong! The boys returned after 11 PM when the night auditor had taken shift his name is Montell. He was not allowing them to the room , without showing some form of identification, my brother showed his ID. However, my son did not have one because he was just robbed everything that he had including his ID. I came down to the desk to try to rectify the situation & during that time Three different women came in & not one asked to show id as they came in. If this isn’t discrimination I don’t know what is. They won’t refund me either because they can’t reach management!

- 5/5
No fuss. They are straight forward if you needed something they were there to help if not they left you alone.
- 2/5
The property was clean and comfortable and the staff helpful but the area felt unsafe and our room was very nousy
- 1/5
For an extended stay with a full kitchen there were no plates, utensils, pots and pans or coffee pot. With a $100.00 deposit, they could not make change for 4 quarters to buy soap for the laundry. The small shampoo bottles in the shower were not sufficient. The fabric was falling off of the chairs. I left the room one day earlier than I had paid for to find another hotel. This is the first bad review that I have given Expedia.
- 1/5
They did not have my room after booking it on Expedia, I had to find another place to stay.
- 3/5
Disliked hope loud it is. You can hear anyone and everything outside. Appliances and furniture very old and falling apart. Building is clearly relatively new but poorly kept. Has a lot of long-term tenants. Hallways stink from lack off/ poor ventilation. TV is not smart. Bed is not comfortable.
- 3/5
Staff service so mean

You get what you pay for! Loved our stay and would definitely stay there again
