This Marriott property is a bit dated but management has done a good job of maintaining rooms in great working condition. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. We were on a trip to see grandchildren. We will be back in September. Proximity to Mosaic is a definite plus for us.

The entire hotel is a superb experience of relaxation. Staff is very courteous. Checking in and checking out were swift. Rooms were spacious and kept clean. Breakfast was very good when I went down - especially the cage free scrambled eggs.

No hot water for showers it got lukewarm at best and even that was not long lasting.

food and staff were excellent. desk receptionist Daniela Tede was especially friendly, informative and helpful. Disappointed that pool and barbeque were not open/working.

I was only there due to family emergency so I didn't get to enjoy the amenities. The room was very spacious and bed was wonderful. I thought maid service came in daily but that didn't happen. It would be helpful to have information about the hotel and amenities in the room.

Poor not enough tables to eat

We stayed here for one night to visit family at Fairfax hospital. The location of the hotel is great; its close to iNOVA hospital and walking distance to a few restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean with a friendly staff. Breakfast was a delicious buffet.

The breakfast food was good. Our room’s fireplace didn’t work, they offered to upgrade our room and with a working fireplace near ours. This was great customer service!

Absolutely loved this property. Welcoming and comfortable lobby, delicious and hearty breakfast with lots of options. Friendly and helpful staff, and the studio suite we stayed in was perfect for a family of 3. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect. The room was clean and had everything I needed, except that I couldn't figure out how to use the coffee maker. Better instructions are needed. It was also not clear on your website that the parking was not free ($15/night).

Deceptive comments by GM in prior response she made to customer comment about being happy customer enjoyed seasonal pool. It wasn't open then and isn't now. Parking fee states " covered is 15$ a day" leaving you to wonder if uncovered is free...it is also 15 which is vaguely deceptive. Underground parking appears to not have been power washed in over a decade. Many other odd and gross issues here. 100% never again...suggest you find a better place not owned by nearly bankrupt ashford properties

Clean, modern facility, great staff, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, above average breakfast, decently equipped gym, seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub with picnic/grilling area and basketball court, easy parking $15 per day.

Overall room is a bit outdated, which is not a big deal as it was very comfortable for the family (2 rooms/2 bathrooms, sofa bed and equipped full kitchen). Breakfast was fairly good, although not a fan of the "free range scramble egg" as it seems more like "liquid eggs" from a container. Staff was supper courteous and attentive.

This hotel was quiet. The staff was friendly and seemed to love their jobs, from the check-in counter to the breakfast staff. The decor is bright and trendy. I enjoyed the room style, the kitchen, and large TV, which swivels to enjoy it from any location in the room.

Great for cheap 2 bedroom rooms , free breakfast, small pool, closed seasonally . Restaurants around the are area are overpriced and not that good but that's suburban VA for you. Dine in DC or surrounding affluent areas.

The rooms were great! We had lots of space and it was very quiet and comfortable. The swimming pool was seasonal and it was closed in September as well as the hot tub.

Good location to access transport into Washington, supermarket 2 minute walk from hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Used the gym a few times, good equipment. Room very comfortable and homely.

Average hotel but definitely dated. Kitchen cabinets scratched up and toilet seat cracked although repaired. A new toilet seat is an easy fix. The eating area for breakfast is very nice and the pool area in the courtyard was very nice.

The hotel was conveniently located near the interstate. There was a shopping center within steps of the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good and a bit of an upgrade from the standard continental breakfast. The fitness room was clean and had updated equipment. We had one bedroom with a sofa bed, which gave us privacy. This is important when you have a teenage child. The hotel is nestled in a neighborhood, and we enjoyed taking a morning walk there.

I got just about everything I bargained for: the room was quiet, clean, safe, and comfortable. I already knew my way around the immediate area, as this was a brief stay while my home was undergoing repairs not far away. The location just off the Capital Beltway enabled me to maintain most of my usual routine. I only required a place to stay for a couple of days, but it would be suitable for longer stays.

I spilled my coffee, she thank me as I apologize and cleaning up after me. She is a Hispanic lady, and she melts my heart. May her company treat her nice and support her.

My partner and I had a great stay, there were just a few minor issues. There was a broken elevator so we had to walk a bit further to get to our room. Within our room the shower kept heavily dripping throughout the entire stay. Day and night. Lastly, the bed was a bit too firm for our taste and a size smaller tha we booked but we didn’t complain. We had a great stay and it was very clean and smelled quite fresh.

There was also an air purifier in the room and it sounded like a mosquito zapper during the night. Another issue for a light sleeper. I don’t think I will be staying at this hotel again and this was my second stay. Very disappointing!
